Video summary
In this high-energy full-body workout session, Alex Hormozi and Mike Israetel explore a variety of gym equipment designed to maximize range of motion and minimize joint stress while maintaining hypertrophy benefits. They test several pieces of new technology from Korean manufacturers, including decline bench lateral fly machines that force the arms behind the body for intense medial deltoid engagement, as well as air-resistance rowing devices that allow users to adjust resistance mid-set by moving plates along a track. The duo also examines gas-powered belt squats and donkey calf raises, noting how these tools isolate specific muscle groups effectively without relying on momentum. Throughout the session, they emphasize the importance of feeling "right" in an exercise; if a movement feels unnatural or causes instability, it is likely not optimal for long-term strength development compared to free weights where one can stabilize independently with each arm. Beyond physical training, Hormozi and Israetel engage in a candid discussion about lifestyle choices that impact longevity and reputation, specifically focusing on alcohol consumption and housing strategies. Hormozi explains his decision to stop drinking entirely by reframing the issue as an asymmetric risk: since his entire business relies on his personal brand and reputation, introducing substances like alcohol increases the probability of making mistakes or behaving poorly in public, which could endanger everyone who depends on him. This philosophy extends to their real estate decisions; rather than maintaining a second home that requires management teams, staff, and maintenance crews—which Hormozi likens to running two masters—they prefer renting vacation properties only when desired while investing capital elsewhere for superior returns. He also reflects on the "seven-year season" concept derived from Microsoft's IPO timeline, suggesting it takes roughly seven years to build a massive company or achieve critical mass in any endeavor. The conversation shifts to the nature of fame and community building, distinguishing between niche fame and generalized celebrity. Hormozi argues that while he enjoys being recognized by fans who care deeply about his content, widespread recognition from people indifferent to his work offers little value and can be distracting. He illustrates this with an anecdote about visiting a high-end resort where everyone knew him versus Walmart where no one did, highlighting how entrepreneurs often congregate in exclusive environments surrounded by other business owners rather than the general public. This preference for niche communities is further exemplified by Hormozi's admiration for small online groups dedicated to specific hobbies like watercolor painting or phone flipping, which offer meaningful connection without the noise of mass media fame. He also touches on his writing process and book projects, noting that he has completed two books while drafting a third during intense morning blocks, though he admits to being surprised by how much value comes from removing features rather than adding them when managing client overwhelm. Personal anecdotes and quirks permeate the dialogue, revealing Hormozi's evolving mindset regarding fitness goals and family planning. He discusses his recent shift in perspective on physique perfection, acknowledging that while insecurity once drove him toward extreme dieting and training regimes, he now prioritizes living longer over achieving a specific aesthetic ideal. This holistic view aligns with his thoughts on having children; if he were to start a family, he would likely have many kids rather than just one or two, comparing the experience of raising multiple children to setting up an efficient manufacturing line that produces volume rather than focusing solely on a single unit. The session concludes with Hormozi reflecting on editing styles and podcast production techniques, asserting that while aggressive editing can improve retention for some audiences, his own shows are designed primarily for himself first. He defines the concept of "vibe" as the observable flow and energy of a conversation, arguing that creators must architect this atmosphere intentionally because listeners tune in for authenticity rather than sterile presentations.

ideas so I've taken I haven't done Cavs
in like a while it shows what going to
shot with them let's do
um let's do some shoulders and back to
start so we can just start with
shoulders would you prefer a press or
would you prefer a Del race I would love
a race please all right let's do our
raise what's your raise machine this guy
so this thing's great so the nice thing
is that with this one you can get a way
bigger range of motion CU you can reach
across your body wow it just feels right
mhm when you do this
MH like hugging a man
we did uh we did a vlog in Austin
recently and me and Mike isrel [ __ ]
chatting [ __ ] for ages this poor Jim was
silent for two hours like everyone else
in there just listening to their dark
thoughts while they were training Mike's
great he's so good man I used to um I
train with his thing we've been doing um
this decline bench lateral
fly that uh Mike got me to do so I did a
training Vlog on his channel
this decline thing where your arms are
going behind you like that Tempo down my
[ __ ] God it is so brutal I mean when
was the last time that you got a
real medial delt Dum P like it's hard
you've got to work hard to do that
though how much of
a [ __ ] admin nightmare was it when
everybody thought Lila was pregnant
she it wasn't that big of a deal okay I
thought I thought that it was fully just
I got like 15 texts yeah but just this
you know endless oh my god dude I'm
sorry she didn't even get it I was like
you can't post an ultrasound I was like
everyone assumes pregnancy it's like
we're of the age you know if you're 60
they're like oh cancer you
know oh your cancer shrunk that's great
I showed him earlier on while we were
driving in like this is what I want to
go through today which we got through
pretty much everything yeah and then
there's the Cutting Room floor which I'm
not kidding is three more episodes
that's what wasn't used yeah I'm like
good but this is like I like this and
this is where I'm at and this is sort of
where my mindset is at the moment and
then there's just a library and each
time that I do another sweep I
accumulate more than I need which means
that the Surplus library of ones that
haven't yet been used ever increases but
then it makes it better because then you
can each episode can just get Tighter
and Tighter the um we can do one more
here the um the thing that's uh
interesting that you can't CU WE theme
today was probably hard work I would
imagine hot things are hot that's why
they're hard yeah um I've been in a like
I've recently been like this is what I
want to talk about right now it's been
that
topic for fortuitous that we both landed
on it
yeah yeah this one was um I found at a
gym here in Vegas the company's out of
Korea and they the whole gym is just
their equipment prime or new tech new
tech and I just fell in love with this
piece one of my favorite things is
anybody that really loves something a
lot so depth of thought it's take
details my housemate Zach plays guitar
great singer great guitarist like good
at all of those things but if you ever
watch him play and he loses a pick the
way or as something happens with a
string the way that he does all of the
stuff in between the big stuff is what's
really [ __ ] cool so he's playing and
like Bing like a [ __ ] pick goes over
there and he'll just like reverse
engineer it not get rushed and it's
because he's done it so yeah 50,000
times yeah and um it's kind of the same
with Warhammer 40K or people that design
gym equipment or you know what like my
lighning guys when it comes to the setup
for the Pod or like my preference for
how I like my notes to be organized like
that's what's really really cool how
your notes look show you cuz it has to
be like you have to be able to like look
at it and reference it you know without
yeah yep I think what you're really good
at is like letting silence be there for
a while well you said uh the ideas have
room to breathe but the conversation
still moves fast yeah there's um more
space between words less space between
ideas yeah
yeah yeah
I remember you saying
uh a while ago maybe like a year year
and a half ago um you and Lea had had a
chat
about um where you going to live for
this I'm good on this one just good you
feel good I got one more I got to go
right where you're going to live for
like this period I think you is it seven
years Sprints what is it season um how
much long is left in that in this season
uh 3 to five but it may be I mean
honestly it may be different when I as I
get older the seasons may be longer
because the stuff that I want to do and
each season gets
bigger where did the seven us season
come from um the amount of time it takes
to create a massive company from
scratch like Microsoft ipoed at seven
years um obviously it's older than that
now but like the amount of time to get
like critical mass in something takes
like seven years 5 to seven
and so I just use that as a backup
napkin definitely not a not a law just a
it'll probably take this long to do
something this
big more medial a row kind of maybe yeah
let's do some rows so this is sweet
because it actually rotates the machine
does yeah yeah I'm all over say no more
so the nice thing too is it's got really
good support cuz like fundamentally with
like all all machine stuff it's like you
want everything I like locked in so that
you just work the muscle this little
handle is nice oh look how it it feels
just right oh
wow yeah that's cool and this is that
new check
yep you get like a charlie horse in your
lats with
these it just feels like right yeah it
feels right would you ever live anywhere
else except for
Vegas I mean not for the foreseeable
yeah so you're I like SC still as a city
one second you're going single arm
single foot yep yep and then in
here oh yeah
right uh Scott yeah like Scottsdale a
lot we put an offer on a place in
Scottdale and Vegas and we just got the
Vegas one and so we just moved there I
like Scottsdale a lot though do you have
any other
houses um houses no I like the
flexibility of
running cuz like it's so much work to
own a second half not it's not actually
work it's just like I don't want to feel
obligated to go somewhere out of like
money guilt a I should use it you know
then you're teed to this [ __ ] place
for I'd rather just consume what I want
pay for the
consumption it's I think it's it's like
the serving two masters like a lot of
people want to make their vacation house
an investment property and it ends up
just being a shitty investment [ __ ] bus
it's a shitty in yeah exactly like the I
have alternatives to Capital that are
superior yeah and if there's ever a time
I don't want to be here there's an
alternative to vacation that's Superior
yep so I'd rather just vacation when I
want to Vacation invest when I want to
invest was it I think it
was Lila that said that story on the
first episode we ever did about you guys
did once have like a big house huh and
then the house manager was crying one
day or something yeah yeah we went
through three house managers and then we
were like this is another business yeah
exactly it's like then you because
you've got like the AV guy the the pool
guy the lawnscape guy the the handyman
the the you know just all of it and then
youve got the maids for cleaning and
just the people who do the stocking and
the cooking and then you're like oh I
have a whole Army
here feels good though right it's lovely
that's really lovely yeah oh god it
feels good
come on pivoted shoes again oh these are
these are these are going to be probably
the ones I stick with for a while that's
every pair every time that I see you and
there's a new pair of shoes yeah these
are better than those ones though yeah
yeah yeah with the other shoes I've
always kept looking I've stopped
looking that's really all it
is because the only thing that these
don't do is they're not waterproof but I
realize that if I'm ever in a place
where there's water I go barefooter I
get in and so I actually don't need
waterproof as a as a checkpoint and so
these are suede so I can wear them with
nice stuff cuz they're leather shoes I
can work out in them they're Barefoot so
they're all leather so they don't smell
ever um which is awesome and they're
just like super comfy so yeah I have
eight pairs of these you've been a Vans
guy for you vaning Crocs right that's it
two karage yeah two car garage dude I
did I have a one car that's true but I'm
yet to find something that you can't do
in that dude so these are the comfy I
told you about these comfy cush insoles
they discontinued them why uh I don't
know politic they always take the good
stuff yeah I blame Kamal yeah me too
[ __ ] Biden's America am I right stop
making comfy cush [ __ ] Vans um so I
immediately went on to all of the non
vanan websites and purchased as many
pairs as I could
so I now have hopefully at least a
couple of years of runway on comfy Kush
fans sure tell me about drinking or not
um stop
drinking
actually no
longer mostly because um I mean it's
probably you're probably the there as
well like lately when I went to
California for a
vacation and everyone knew who we were
cuz we don't go on public I realized we
don't actually goow in public that
much and every like the bartender the
waiters the people around us and I was
like man I am one video from someone's
phone away from something bad happening
yeah and I thought about it
as what
what increases or decreases the
likelihood that I achieve my goals you
what how does drinking increase the
likelihood that I achieve my goals and I
was like it doesn't and putting it as
plainly as that and then increasing the
stakes by
thinking this is an asymmetric downside
if I everything that I have and everyone
who works for me and depends on me all
of it relies on one thing which is my
reputation
yeah and so why would I increase the
risk that
something puts everyone else at risk too
and so then it kind of shifted to more
of a responsibility and since then it's
just it hasn't even been the thing I was
like okay I just won't drink anymore
what do you like as a drunk Oh I'm
great I mean some people like I'm not an
angry drunk I'm like a I love everybody
didy drunk yeah I'm good on this yep um
I kind of want to do some vertical
yeah I can't remember the last time that
I got drunk I did 6 months the start of
this year no
booze and then kept it going I had a
couple of beers on 4th of
July some tall boys some some crispy
boys yeah I mean got to celebrate the
freedom you
know from us oddly enough actually could
to celebrate freedom with you good but
yeah it's just my capacity to recover is
so so [ __ ] oh yeah you're what 35 how
old are you 36 yeah
right I'm 35 now or in a week that feel
nice oh yeah it's
lovely do you have a dog
I make a good case for getting one
though you do I can make a great case
for getting one you got to cut into the
Vlog him being like the number one
decision everybody should have I need to
get my bedtime first yeah I just
remember I was like picking up this
little dog's poop for like the third
walk and I was like trying to take sales
calls I was like [ __ ] this I like I was
like this dog is cos me 10 grand a day I
was like [ __ ] this thing expensive dog
yeah
um shouting for the waiter and him
not yeah yeah yeah excuse me and then
him turning away so been accumulating a
list of things that a [ __ ] that you
don't know a [ __ ] uh like picking up a
moving ping pong
ball starting a stop
bicycle uh turning around ever um
drinking one of his drinking a coffee
cup with both hands um sleeping inside
of a blanket with both arms in that were
just accumulating and uh one on the
fourth of July it's like excuse me like
you're behind a ball waiting for someone
and and they just nope so
[ __ ] pick up anything you
drop uh bending down to tie your shoes
at the waist oh yeah at the waist that's
the at the waist starting a stopped
bicycle
bro cuz you just see them in the wild
and you're like
oh you look like you put on some weight
yeah I've trained a good bit this year
I've eaten like a total dick you train
hard to managed to out Trin it I manag
to out Trin my bad diet yeah which is
every Bros belief yeah and still like I
just gained some muscle yeah these guys
do it uh you know these are like I I'm
in a bul you're like I'm just eating
like an ass oh what happened with didn't
you bet a ton of your staff that they
couldn't gain
20 uh yes how did that go they both hit
it no way yeah how long they have I
think I gave them 90 days you can do it
a 90 nice this is so smooth oh that's
weird so it's following me it's little
Droid
guy all right some Star Wars [ __ ]
everywhere that was what we were going
to do for the point of view but we you
can work some pav all right sweet no I'm
going to I'm doing two on though my back
feels pretty good let's do um have you
ever done air machines uh no you showed
me them when we first came in though
yeah let's do
these [ __ ] H really locked in here
right feels totally different there you
go so you can you can uh take the okay
this guy that's up oh no yeah you're
good that's
down okay more on that one
yeah here you
go
nice
nice this rets killing me for the
[ __ ] non lowed eccentric well just
did a 4-Hour podcast I'm tired okay
Michael
taking weights off anything say what is
it taking weights off anything putting
your hair up in a
ponytail like every time I put my hair
up I like go in a back room yeah yeah
yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah and don't do it
on your knees looking
up you can even adjust mid set so you
can be the top and take it off yeah or
do it the other way push up and do Force
negative no it's I mean there's a bunch
of like it's a very cool machine it
feels very different mhm they tested it
though uh just total time it still
creates the same hypertrophy effect
strength yeah but it's less joint stress
cuz there's no
momentum sweet
you train with seom right I'm with him
in a month oh yeah y go to Florida and
see him again that'll be fine how did
you find your session with Chris good we
just worked out yeah yeah yeah we just
hung out and for him going to the gym is
stressful [ __ ] especially when you're
like trying to actually train to be in
the gym he's like like Kim Kardashian
going down in the street like going into
[ __ ] Arana in this isolated little
like he's dude I'm fascinated by Niche
Fame like Niche Fame is one of the most
interesting
things did you get run to reading that
article any you I didn't get a chance to
read it yet it talks about Niche fing
that feel like it's the best
Fame you get a lot of the upsides and
few of the downsides yeah because what
you don't want is generalized
Fame with people who like you don't
really mind or care about all that much
I went to Walmart with
Jim and who Mr
okay so I went into Walmart with him
and I mean it was [ __ ] Zer right but
if I go to Walmart no one recognized me
if I go to a really high-end Resort yeah
if I go to a high or yeah sure anything
Mark related but like I go to a high-end
Resort like it's it's like that at
Walmart so it's like business owners who
are there entrepreneurs high-end like
Executives went to this allinclusive
gated community to be locked in with all
of the people that [ __ ] yeah I'll say
that most of the people who follow me
are very they're yeah well we I talk you
about that idea of subprime audience
right sounds horrible I not told you
this it's [ __ ] it's one of George's best
ones it's an audience that from the
outside looks like it's made up of uh
A's and Double A's but when you get in
there it's C's and double
C's come
on
man different shorts too no more Caro
Pockets
yep so these were actually my favorites
but they had only 6 in they were like a
little too short and then they came I I
messaged the the CEO it does it once and
then you're good I messaged the CEO and
I was like hey man can you come out with
these 8 in and uh they came out with 8
in you're kidding me whether it was
because of me who knows but I did
message them and they did come out with
it like shortly
thereafter here you go
nice you have siblings only child really
tell explain can you tell I can you say
that's every explains a lot yep yep
center of attention permanently needs
time on his
own again
[Music]
I see so you can change the force curve
by putting the plate very
clever very clever so this is harder
when stretched which is where you get
the most temper
for is your maxing according to Dr Mike
there you
go if you were to have kids M have you
thought about whether you'd want boy
girl one two I don't have a lot if I was
if I'm going to do it I'm going to do it
and then have a lot of kids oh you going
full Elon mode yeah I would do that
I think one's the hardest one changes
your life permanently you don't cover
population it still
loses well yeah it's kind of like
setting up the manufacturing line but
then only producing one model one yeah
one unit so these are tow straps I
bought on Amazon tow straps like
Towing oh for cars yeah or anything but
yeah presumably this comes discounted
with your [ __ ] workman's gym bag yep
you get such a full range uhhuh and your
elbows can move independently and you
don't get to stabilize one arm with the
other this just feels so
good nice so like one of my my little
indicators is like there's some
exercises where you get stronger on it
and you get stronger on everything so
there's way you just get strong on it
yeah yeah and so I feel like this one
like when I add 2 and a half pounds or
whatever everything on all my other lips
goes up that's tricep related that's the
[ __ ] The Perennial question is am I
getting stronger or bigger or is it just
neural drive I'm getting better at the
and the answer is yes correct correct
yes one of
[Music]
those come on
so what's
the you wrote book three mhm then one
and two then one and two but that was
your six-hour writing block on the
morning so given that you are now
completed on one and two and drafting
done on three what are you writing in
the morning other things come on [ __ ]
give me a little so we'll cut this out
all right so um
what have you been surprised by for turn
with school with regards to insights
from data more just that you've got so
many clients or members or whatever yeah
well one is we were able to reduce term
by eliminating things more than adding
things so it's like people come on and
they get overwhelmed and if that's the
number one reason for cancellation
people are like oh I should add more
stuff everyone says they're overwhelmed
it's like she'll remove stuff and so
that's just like a an obvious but
counterintuitive thing um more features
is not answer no like better features
making the features your thing more
better different yeah more better new
yeah um making the few that you have
better gets you better returns it's
harder to make things better than it is
to make new things and that's why people
don't do it it's that little
testical oh it's uh it's like if you
grab it like this for tricep extensions
little nut little Natty yeah no it's
good if you hold it like this like an
okay what is the weirdest
like Niche but uh community that you
really oh God so there's so many I mean
there's one guy who has an entire
community on just gifts just like it's
like a dollar a month and people just
share funny gifts and he's got like
hundreds of members just on gifts um you
know there's somebody who teaches how to
watercolor you know there's people who
teach how to like edit sound there's
people who flip phones and teach people
to flip phon like there's just a lot of
different there's so
many there you
go all right so now we got to do
something leg
oriented oh my God I bet this gas
powered belt squat is [ __ ] awful
handles yep that'll automatically it'll
unlock it oh one of the little features
that's
sexy
rip
boy starting to get to the stage where
some of the salaries
that I need to pay in order to get the
next level
of people I need to is getting makes my
bum hole do this it's like
scary paying big
salaries that's a [ __ ] good list good
lesson if you start gaslighting people
into believing that they should accept
Meek salaries that would help me
um
but no players play we're just yeah
crossing a threshold and a level
of Delegation now I remember my
first 100K a year employee my two first
250 my first 500 my first million dollar
year employee like it just but never
ends though like Tim Cooks what you mean
my first I remember from my first 10
million year I haven't got ver $100
million year employee
like wow it's a good point
yeah the interesting thing is that it's
always about like the trade it's just
it's return on investment yeah
exactly it's such an odd kind
of payment because you're paying for a
thing you don't actually know what
you're going to get kind of yet oh it's
a bit set criteria but
nice there you
go I'll tell you a little
um lism that sticks with me like a good
one the old
one someone asked her I think
about why she doesn't train as much as
she used used to or maybe it was that
she wasn't as muscly or as thin or
whatever like something condition and
she says uh uh I'm no longer insecure to
care that much sufficiently insecure to
care enough yeah I thought that was like
fa calls out the
underlying sense of what's actually
going on truth right like the what do I
really want to say
well when I was more insecure I was
thinner or whatever you know yeah but my
Pursuit for
physique Perfection yeah wasn't driven
by a holistic desire to yeah well if you
want to be healthy then you you should
stop at basically just regular
exercise cuz almost everything in the
fitness industry takes at the hardcore
levels just takes time off your
life that was your reason for losing
size right
yeah I would prefer to live longer
what's the difference
should we do five should we do five for
the for the fans five what plates uh you
can do whatever the [ __ ] you want I'm
going
to try not to pass out thank you it does
catch up to you right what said this
catches up to you right it's deceptive
yeah dude after a 3 and 1 half hour
podcast was it three and a half yeah was
it really wow girthy how much do you um
thick boy how much do you edit nothing
ever oh really the only
like like bathroom break and then if
there's like a what was I going to say
there you just like that really not even
that oh not even that I've always like
had a bad taste in my mouth with shows
that edit aggressively even if it's for
retention or even if it's for the
audience's betterment I just that's fine
and maybe the audience will be even
better off yeah but the show was always
for me my show was always for me
interesting and I never wanted to give
myself to get out of jail free card that
if I messed up vocally I always knew
that I could just pull the ejector seat
button and run it back yeah so it made
me do the Highwire act from the very
beginning and now that I've got the
skill I don't mind and here's my insight
on human nature
that podcasters are Just Vibe
architect and if the vibe is who's that
[ __ ] who was that guy who was that
who was that guy like they want that as
well like what happened where was your
mind at during that moment were you
agitated were you tired were you
forgetful were you energized were you
swear swear were you whatever like
that's what they're there for they're
not there for a live three-hour version
of blinkist like they're there for the
vibe not the sterile
prefabricated setup so fun
intentionally you know where I'm going
to what I'm going to ask
so Define Vibe what do you mean by that
by what vibe Vibe it's like defining
terms I would say it is the flow and
energy of a conversation at least in
this context the flow and energy of a
conversation uhhuh including everything
unmolested pauses ws and all but then
everything would just be what it is MHM
so
so specifically specifically within that
it would be the energy okay so I'd be
like what's that I don't I don't mean it
but like that's how to get down to
operation how would you uh Define Vibe
guessing helping me out of this [ __ ]
quagmi so it has to be down to what
someone does so if we say like a good
vibe or a bad Vibe right then it has to
exist in some Continuum right and so
then it would
be so if I wanted to create a good
vibe it would probably be something to
do like this it takes me like a while
it's very Emeral as well Vibe is like
one of the most wooly things that you
could have chosen totally well I mean
this is why so I try I spend an
inordinate amount of time trying not to
say or catching myself when I say words
that I don't know how to define and I'm
like if I can't Define it how can I
expect them to understand what the [ __ ]
I'm saying I'm just assuming what you
think Vibe means is what I think Vibe
means you can also use that so
uh if you're a little bit tired or you
don't have it in the tank you can
actually lean into the more woly wordss
because who's going to disagree with VI
of course you know what I mean I'm only
me yeah correct correct cyber truck
cyber truck is it here yeah it's here oh
[ __ ] yeah it's co it's the one I got it
white you got it wrapped in white yeah
Stormtrooper I got to see this oh yeah
got [ __ ] car reveal dude it's 0 to 60 in
2 and A2 seconds it's Beast version so
that's like the ludic yeah the ludicrous
it's unreal I I drive it to work even
though I have a driver and he just
drives behind me cuz I just love driving
Kidd I'm not kidding that's obscene you
drive your car to work and your driver
drives behind you my God that's
hilarious come on then dig
in come
on yep
come on it's a D Lo week got to keep it
light
week the likelihood of an extended
conversation five so if you have bad
Vibe it would decrease the likel of an
extended conversation if you have a good
vibe it would increase the likel of an
extended
conversation there you
go easy
pumpy you can just like [ __ ] nice set so
um problem with that definition of vibe
yeah is that in a debate they can often
last longer than a cordial conversation
but the vibe is not necessarily good
okay so so then we add to it you know I
mean so it's like Baseline what's wrong
with it and then it's like okay so it
has to be things that are observable
right in order to make it so that you
can say because someone else should be
able to look at look at a check and say
this has right I mean this is why it
takes so long otherwise I would just be
like let me go Define all the work you
mean like it takes time to figure out
like what is it
really how did you
uh prioritize the words that you defined
just most most commonly used need I need
all right Cals and hams cobs and
HS cobs and Hamza
should we supet with cops boomy what
that should we superpet with cops we can
right there so talk about things that
built my calves I've had this machine
for 5 years how the [ __ ] does this work
just now just stand up there you go oh I
see it's a donkey calf y never used one
of these before that's that's what
Arnold uh that was like Arnold's
favorite uh calf race
have I told you my theory about the two
types of breakfast that you can get in
America
no so I have a hypothesis there's only
two types of breakfast racist breakfast
and gay breakfast okay like a cable gay
breakfast so yep chicken and biscuits no
chicken and biscuits is going to be
racist racist Denny's Cracker Barrel
IHOP uh [ __ ] Waffle House racist
breakfast I'm definitely racist then
but you can you can move between the
others but like oh so I can I can I can
be fluid I can used to identify used to
identify as
racist uh
mimosas and like pancakes that have got
don't cook the moment where I say I'm a
racist uh yeah I think I'm yet to find a
type of American breakfast that doesn't
fall easily into the category of racist
or gay
uh which why do you see scrambled eggs
how do you see what do you see a
scrambled eggs or an omelet as well it
depends what's around it because no one
if you're ordering that alak cart then
it can be either so it is so it is fluid
an omelet is fluid an omelet is yeah it
is that's correct it's it's uh how do
you say like if your omelet at an omelet
station it's breakfast breakfast
neutral cuz I was trying to think of
something you
know like multigrain toast that oh yeah
yeah that's interesting
so I think the key with the breakfast
well actually multigrain toasts kind of
a little bit like the Subaru of the
breakfast world you know it's a plaid
shirt tied around its waist you know
where I'm going with
this training done three and a half hour
podcast done might be up by now might
not be are we bringing that
up yeah cuz I'm going to pop this close
to the AC's
nut see you later
