Video summary

The video transcript centers on a chaotic and dramatic scene that unfolded during the trial of Kiwan White, also known as Yella Beezy, regarding the shooting of Mo3. A man identified as Dexter Drake, who claims to be from East or South Dallas, made a significant disturbance in the courtroom by jumping up and shouting that he knew who was responsible for the crime. He insisted that Yella Beezy did not commit the murder, asserting instead that he was incarcerated with an individual named DJ, who has a mohawk. According to Drake's testimony, this accomplice paid Kiwan White to carry out the hit on Mo3 and subsequently shot him seventeen times in the back before dying. The courtroom reaction was immediate and severe; the judge ordered security to remove the disruptive man, noting that his behavior was unacceptable during a serious legal proceeding. The discussion then shifts to the prosecution's strategy, specifically focusing on the testimony of Detective Barnes, who spent eight hours on the stand facing repetitive questioning from the defense attorney. The hosts analyze whether this intense cross-examination was effective or if it amounted to badgering the witness, with one host suggesting the prosecutor failed to make a strong enough case regarding the financial transactions involved. A key point of contention is the $40,000 withdrawn from Yella Beezy's account shortly before the incident; while the defense argues this proves a connection to the cartel or money laundering, the hosts debate whether this specific withdrawal definitively links him to the murder-for-hire plot or if it remains a gray area. They also touch upon other details, such as the purchase of gold chains and the alleged involvement of another individual named Jerry, who is accused of helping burn clothes and being a drug dealer. Ultimately, the hosts conclude that the outburst by Dexter Drake, while disruptive and emotionally charged, did not necessarily damage the prosecution's case against Kiwan White. They argue that even if the jury heard claims about an accomplice named DJ or the specific details of the shooting, it does not automatically exonerate Yella Beezy unless there is concrete proof that he was not involved in the conspiracy. The narrative suggests that the trial remains high-tense with significant unresolved questions about who actually pulled the trigger and who orchestrated the event behind the scenes. The video ends by inviting viewers to discuss the impact of the courtroom incident in the comments and teasing future content, including a wrestling match and an interview, while emphasizing that the legal proceedings are far from over and that the true masterminds behind the crime may still be hidden within the complex web of associates and financial trails being investigated.

He was shot 17 times in his back. He was locked up with him. Um I don't know where all this come from, man. But he just all of a sudden outburst today. I don't know if he was in court before. I I just don't know. I don't know where he come from. He came from East Dallas. >> No, he said he from Dixon, South Dallas. Dixon Circle. >> Okay. Okay. >> So he he he told where he was from, but he he big cripping. He said and but but he said that is a real GD. Free Lar Hoover. He said he said a lot. I agree with the free Lar Hoover part. Um the outburst all of a sudden. Where'd he come from? How did he get in there? We don't know. Was he always in there following the trial? I don't know. You know, this guy right here was very persistent in saying, and I got another angle of it where he jumps up in the middle of court. She said, "Get him out of here." Listen to this. >> Get him out of here trying my hands up, bro. I got evidence. He didn't kill him. I know he didn't kill your son, bro. I know. >> So, it's all, you know, that there throws a clear angle. She said, "Get him out of here." He said, "I know who did it. Why you putting your hands on me?" Uh, Yellow Bees did not do it. He made a stance in front of the jury to say Yellow Bezy did not do it. Um, this here, does this affect the jury? Does this affect the case, OG? >> Not at all. >> You don't think so? Does it help it? It should help. It It would help yell a little bit because now they're confused. >> How How would it help? How would it help him? Some Somebody from Do you know if if you let him kept talking, he met Jesus, baby Jesus, up in that same crazy house he was in. So he didn't met a lot of people. He he met the man that killed uh JFK. So, it's a lot of people he met just like he's a a GD, a neighborhood, a [ __ ] and his daddy's all of that is pro perspective psychotic behavior. Get him out of here. >> That's what Judge said. Get him out of here. We're doing a trial. Get him out of here. You know, and he was very disruptive. Uh he was definitely letting him >> out there. He was he was mad at the brother brother was getting ready to tase and kill. >> Yeah. He calmed down when he seen that taser come out. If you really notice, he been tased before cuz he like, "Heck no, I got heart problems." He stopped real fast. >> Get the Get the paramedics. No sense to know that, huh? >> Cuz I know I'm going to get hit with a bunch of bolts as big as I am. It's not going to be >> It's not going to be easy. >> He didn't hit. >> He done been hit before. Oh, I say this with him jumping up saying, "You yell didn't do it." And this is a key one white trial. But he was there specifically. This was >> y'all jumped up saying he didn't do it. I'm sick of my name. I'M A SUS. >> I KNOW IT. BUT Kiwan White's trial. This guy didn't say Kiwan was innocent. I know. Yeah, I guess he did when he said he know who paid for it. He was automatically saying somebody else paid for it. He didn't say that Kiwan White didn't do it, but he was locked up with the dude who did it. Who paid for it? He said the dude that did it got shot in the back seven times. >> 17 times. >> He a bad man. >> If you got 17 times shot in the back and you still went out and uh killed Mo three on and paid somebody is crazy work. I think I agree with you OG. I don't even really like to agree with you but he has some mental issues and and it is very obvious uh that something's not right right there for him. He jumped up and said that. or is it an act? Did he do it just to try to throw things off? That's the question because when you look at this trial, it's very high tense. When you look at Borne, Detective Bourne today been going back and forth with this uh defense attorney back and forth. She she steadly asking the questions over and over again. He has spent the whole day on trial today uh on the stand. He spent yesterday, most of the day on the on the prosecuting side. And I believe the prosecutor is going to cross-examine him, go back and ask a few more questions because of the way that she's asking the same question over and over again. I think that could happen tomorrow. That's just me. I don't think they'll just let him off the stand with the way she questioned him. And she wanted to uh pretty much uh keep him from going back cuz he said something very significant at one point. She was asking him about Jerry and he said Jerry, she say, "Is Jerry this the guy who did uh uh basically you're talking about in this text?" He said, "Yeah, Jerry is the guy that picked up Kiwan White that helped him burn the clothes. Jerry is a not only drug dealer, Jerry is a murderer. She made it a He made it." And she say, "Strike that." Y don't let them say that, Yiana. And but but then then she didn't strike it. She said she let it go through. So, I think uh the woman is doing a hell of a job trying to figure out where all this money was. And they still have to me have not connected the money to Yellow Beey. I I don't think they've connected it yet. It hasn't happened. OG uh they haven't shown me enough for me to say the money um was handed off to somebody and had It's still a gray area there for anybody that's watching this. Do you agree? Huh? >> I was in a gray area when they have a transaction from the bank that he took $40,000. >> BUT HE TOOK A LOT OF money out. >> He took $40,000 in that in in that 72 hours. >> Within that 72 hours, he took money out, but he had been taking money out. He had been buying GRC chains. The same thing we talked about earlier about the phone conversation and trace tracing phones and how these different phones are being traced and how people use phones and it goes back to a router. Whenever you take money out of the bank, there's a there's a paper trail. Correct. But he's been taking a lot of money out and it showed his account to have a million dollars in it within that >> but he took out 40,000. >> He took out 40,000 but he's taken out money over the months. That's what they're trying to push on the defense side. And I and and and I got to ask you this. >> I don't care what you took out, but the significance is you took out $40,000. >> Well, yeah, that's gray area. Did he take out a lot of money? If he took out, did he take out more that month before that happened? We we're trying. Well, how can you dot the lines to say that he gave that to this other young this other person? You know, >> no matter what you took out last month, what you took out today is significant to me. What you took out in these last 24 hours is I don't care what unless you took out the same amount of money consistently every month. Now, you may took out $100,000 last month. Last week, you may took out $50,000, but you have never taken out $40,000 consistently every month. >> So, we're I Oh, gee, they got to give me more on this if I don't see it. I I can't see it. >> I don't see it. I can't see it. They hadn't make the money link to that man yet. >> They They text messages to me is just text messages. First of all, sir, the judicial system don't care what you see. You blind as Stevie Wonder trying to film on some stuff. We don't You're not no part of the jury. NOBODY. YOU'RE NOT. >> YOU'RE NOT EITHER, MAN. WHY THE hell would you just come AT ME LIKE THAT? You're >> You're a plus one in the whole equation of this. You're just I What we're establishing is facts here, not premonitions. >> Okay. Okay. your facts and your premonitions or whatever is all mixed up in the fact that they did not prove who where's the handoff guy who hand the money off is it Jerry that had the money off the key white is that what they're saying who got it from yellow they got it clear these gray areas up they're they're still gray >> it's no gray it's everybody that's associated with that case is associated with the cartel uh >> GRC uh uh Cedric Cedric set that set the record straight on that >> of Of course, Cedric said what he said. >> Ain't ain't nothing gray about that. That's black and white. >> Oh, gee. Something else. Oh, that's black and white. Well, do you believe that DJ uh with the Mohawk uh that got shot 17 times in the back uh was the one that uh paid uh Kiwan White to put the hit out on Mo three or do you think that's all the way in left field? Cuz that's what this big fella is saying. and and and and and I I believe Popeye sailed a a spaceship, too. >> So, OG, okay, tomorrow we're going to The federal guy hadn't got on stage yet cuz they kept uh Mr. Barnes on that stand today all day. He did eight hours on that baby. Eight hours on the stand for that defense had him up there. She went back and forth with him almost as to say, "I'm going to break you. I'm gonna make you understand. I'm gonna go back and forth with these questions over and over again, over and over again till I can get what I want out of this. That's what the defense done. She got objected a lot of times by that uh prosecuting attorney. She also was getting objected, but at the same time, the judge was upset. Judge say you asking the same questions over and over and over again. >> That whole eight hours was repetitive and she didn't get [ __ ] out of it. She set her black ass down somewhere. >> OG. So you don't think she got YOU DON'T THINK SHE WON? I thought she was doing her thing today. >> She did nothing at all. You just said eight hours and the judge was even tired of her being repetitive. >> The judge was pissed. I could tell she wasn't happy with that. >> Yeah. Ask and answer. You keep on going over this brow beating and that's called badgering the witness. He's already told you one thing in his expert opinion and you're trying to get something outside in a lame position. You're trying to do this. It's not with no finesse. >> Why do you think she done that? It sound real dry to me. Really? I I mean I understood what she was trying to do, but it just it didn't sound technical at all for me. >> She's pretty and got some nice back pockets, but she >> back What the hell IS A BACK POCKET GOT to do it? What the hell wrong with you, OG? That's why she said you she instead of getting up there and and talking to and getting with the witnesses, she sits on her back pockets and talk from a distance. That's not associating anything. That's a bad look to the jury. >> So when you this woman and her the other lady that's with her, they they didn't want to go first. Um, I don't know why they didn't want to go first because it actually is a thing where I think they go first. I think uh that's just the way they was going to do it, but they definitely trying to uh cut this money part out. Um, do you see them uh prosecuting Kiwan White and then turn around and after they prosecute Kiwan White, find him guilty, if they kick the money part out and say that it's not a murder for hire, yellowy walks away from this thing. uh everything moves forward. Could you see that happening? >> It's it's no one it's nowhere in hell they're not going to convict him of a money for hire. He has no connection to yet for to to for mo three to have anything because his cousin just said that he wasn't part of the cartel. >> He went and bought a GRC after he got his money. He went and got him a GRC chain real fast. >> Went and bought him one. They didn't give him one. They wasn't going to take it from him. Not after that workout there on 35. You had to worry about that part. You know what I'm saying? That's one thing you have to worry about. They wasn't going to take his chain. You he could have wor GRC chain the rest of the damn day. You know >> said that he didn't join him. If they pay him the rest of his money, it was going to be some more celebrities laid out on 35. Somebody got somebody somebody patted his pockets cuz when they caught him, he was in Mount Pleasant running over 100 miles an hour going straight toward Arkansas somewhere. >> Man, >> that man was on his way out of town. They stopped and me run 100 and they had guns and everything. Brand new gun. He done went bottoms to new. They couldn't find them other ones. They couldn't find the gun. Them guns was gone. Uh >> yeah. >> Um but but but he definitely was on his way out of town. So this outburst today, again, I'mma ask you one more time. The outburst the this young man did in there, did it help or hurt this case for Kiwan White, for uh Yellow Beey, or did it did it hurt the MO3 side of it? Which one did it hurt? The outburst >> didn't hurt nobody. It didn't hurt nobody. Just gave everybody a little something to laugh at. >> He was upset. He had a huge Hey, he he had about them brothers was on it, too. It was a bunch of brothers on that, man. You hear? >> A bunch of them. >> Oh, they was on it, man. And I don't know. Like I said, he from Dixon, man. I got to find out who this brother is, man. This brother from Dixon, man. He made a hell of a show up there. >> When he got on, just like how you going to do me black, man. And he told the white man, "Thank you so much for how kind you are to me." >> Oh, Lord. No. Is that what happened? OG I can't >> a real he told him he told them Yankees thank you so much white man it was one one Hispanic guy on him and the rest was that brother pulled that tas out he was going to rat tat tat tat he pulled it out and pointed that old boy said okay okay >> you too big papa for me to be ringing with >> yeah we fa tas you was a big boy he didn't have him before so when he seen that that dot on his stomach Oh, no sir. No sir. I'm down. >> Y'all get in the comments. Let me know what the hell was this outburst today in court. Just then, a outburst. Uh uh a man totally jumped up, went radical, shout it out. He was a [ __ ] and a GD and his daddy was a GD. And Yellow Bees didn't do this. DJ uh with the Mohawk, he locked up with him, paid and got him done. Got the hit put out on him. He didn't say Kiwan White didn't do it. He just kept saying yellow bees. Was this a plot? What was this? Explain to me guys in the comments all the bosses cuz that's what's in the comment.
