Thursday on charges and murder in
connection with Melvin Noble's death
November the 11th, 2020.
>> That's right. A second person has been
indicted on the murder charges in the
death of Dallas rapper known as Mo 3.
According to Dallas County uh court
records, Devin Brown, 28, was indicted
on Thursday on a charge of murder in
connection with Melvin Nobles on
November 11, 2020. Now, we've heard
about Kiwan White, but we're not hearing
nothing
from Mr. Brown.
You can't hear a peep.

in the Kiwan White trial? Will he be

happened, it said Dallas police said in
December that Kiwan Dentrell White, 22,
was the main was a man suspected in the
fatal shooting of the high on the
highway. White was charged with murder
and indicted on the charges on February.
According to the court records, uh,
White was also indicted Thursday on a
charge of aggravated assault with a
deadly weapon in connection with the
shooting in November. A bystander who
was sitting in the vehicle who was also
wounded when the gunman opened fire, the
police said. Now, that's another guy we
forgetting. There was another guy shot
in the truck when this shooting was
going on when the day Mo three was
killed. He's going to be pulling up to
court.
>> Mhm. because he got shot and he was in
that 18 wheel I believe where we could
see the camera so good on the car when
the guy he the one had the camera set up
that they went by and he I one somebody
got shot and I was thinking it was him I
could be wrong allegedly now an arrest
warrant affidated for Brown stated a
witness reported Brown was upset over
relationship
with uh that involved Noble and the
witness and that Brown had contracted Ed
contacted another witness multiple times
before Noble's death to ask if he was at
a specific location. An interview in the
police detective, Brown said he had
recently learned that Noble had been
dating a known witness and that he was
upset over a Facebook video that
involved Noble, but denied any
involvement in slaying the a the
affidavit stated. So he said, "I didn't
do it, but the [ __ ] been messing with
my own lady is what that's what that's
about." And and that's the way they was
talking about it up front. When asked
about the phone record, White told
officials that numbers might be his, but
said he could not remember his numbers.
The affidavit stated White also denied
that he knew Brown and had associated
with him. So they were trying to get out
of it. They were trying to say, "I don't
know about no phone. I don't know my
number. I don't know that other number
either. But the you know already that
them satellites linking these numbers
together and where they sitting at y'all
in the car together is showing y'all in
the car. So we got y'all but we know
y'all didn't do this by yourself cuz we
got another call right here. And that's
how they playing them like that. And now
you've been in jail three years and
ain't nobody sending you money for your
books.

the middle of the stretch. You know,
they can play games with this. Two
years, two years, then in two years.
Think about what happened in 3 years if
you ain't got nobody on our side. OG,
it's lonely in there. And Kiwan White
came out and even said, he say like,

lately.

what he could do when he go to court.
This what he said almost seven, eight
months ago. So, and then he started
saying he he was the one that shot Booy.
So he been talking recklessly before he
got back to Dallas.

kill him, but he was 18 years old at the

the FBI and the CIA, they finally ran
down on him last month. Right.

too much and he's been in the community

take him back and putting him in a cage
for a murder he committed at 18 years
old.

got as much as they you think they might
have. But the only thing that scared me
is the Kiwan White uh situation and what
is he going to say? And what is the
brown boy done and the other guys that
them in the jail? So everybody a part of
that camp been to jail. Trap boy. Freddy
been to federal prison. uh Jose Bodega,
a lot of those people names that's on
that list. Uh been to prison. Uh Reigns
on that list. Uh but he's basically not
going to he's going to be for Mo 3 cuz
that he was his manager. But a lot of
people named this on these lists, man.
Uh uh or people who have been locked up
during this six years and got out. Does
that weigh any way different on this
case just because they've been to feds
and got out already? OG, we don't know
what they done.
