week for rapper Yella Beezy, who is

courtroom right now with the very
latest. Hi Alana.
>> Good morning. Now, these pre-trial
hearings kicked off last week and has
really drawn national attention as both
the attorneys and the judge sort through
which evidence will be heard by jurors
when that trial kicks off next month.
Now, just to provide some background on
this case, you may remember how shocking
it was back in November 2020 when rapper
Mo3, Melvin Noble, was shot and killed
in broad daylight in the middle of
Interstate 35 in South Dallas. Rapper
Yella Beezy, whose legal name is Mark
Eas Conway, is charged with capital
murder while remuneration in connection
to the shooting. That's the legal term
for murder

supposed to Yella Beezy was supposed to
go to trial first and now they flipped
it and let him go to trial first. The
prosecution already got it in that he
going to make a deal with him
and give him this time, 15, 16 years for
him to testify against Yella Beezy.

going to be that courtroom going to be
packed, man. They going to be bringing
people in and out of there. They are
very busy down there, man. As you start
to look at this man, that day Mo 3 jumps
out his car, the gunmen runs that run
him down on the freeway.
Um this is a heck of a time. Now, we
hadn't seen Key Juan White until here
lately. He's gained a lot of weight. He
been locked up. Uh he's got the Dallas
cut now with the with the booty on the
back. He's going He's He's basically in
court getting ready to prepare for the
pre-trial when we see him. And now the
first Last time we seen him, we seen him
on a couple of podcasts. He's done a lot
of different podcasting. So, I think
those things also come up in his trial.
You'll get to see certain podcasts. He
done spoke and said things. If at the
least you going to hear them refer back
to some of the statements that was made
during the prior podcast.

Yeah, yeah, they It looked like they got
two guys. They got Devin Brown and they
got Key Juan White who's allegedly the
guys that supposed to been the ones that
was outside of the young lady's house
that night. There's so many different
stories, so many different things that

looking at this, you know.
So, it's not going to be a easy win.
That I think they I think to me, I think
you got action with them adding 70 more
people. I think it makes them look like,
"Okay, why are y'all adding people when
y'all already had him? Y'all already
Y'all had 194. Y'all brought these
people back. We seen them bring these
people back."

evidence because now that means
uh Yella Beezy's attorney and the
investigators, they got to do background
checks and they they Now, you got to do
all this investigation, it doesn't
prepare you for trial.
So, you go all through all of these
frivolous names trying to find out what
did they have to do because they have to
give an evidentiary hearing on who's
relevant and who's not.

people to find out what did they really
say. So, he's just uh uh
hours that you have your investigator
that you can't build your case right
now.
