Video summary
The capital murder trial for rapper Yella Beezy has been officially delayed by a judge following a request from his legal team, pushing the start date to October 26th. Prosecutors allege that Conway hired gunman Kiwan White to ambush and kill rival rapper Mo3 on a North Texas highway in November 2020, a charge for which White was recently convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life in prison. During the delay, Beezy's attorneys cited the need for additional time to review White's trial transcripts, noting that White is now listed as a potential witness in the upcoming proceedings. This development adds complexity to the case, as the defense aims to leverage new information while the prosecution prepares to present its evidence against Beezy, who has pleaded not guilty and faces a potential life sentence if convicted.
A significant point of contention emerging from the transcripts involves conflicting accounts regarding the events of the night Mo3 was killed, particularly concerning the identity of the driver in White's vehicle. While White has consistently stated in numerous interviews that he drove the car alone and did not receive payment for the hit, prosecutors are focusing on a third party named Devin Brown as a key witness who could potentially exonerate Beezy or shift blame. The defense team is scrutinizing phone records and physical evidence, such as time-lapse footage showing a car parked near the crime scene all night, to challenge the prosecution's narrative. The legal strategy hinges on whether these new details regarding Devin Brown and the specific movements of the suspects can create reasonable doubt about Beezy's involvement in hiring White for the murder.
Beyond the legal intricacies, the video highlights the profound impact this case has had on the Dallas music community and the city itself. The hosts express deep sorrow over the tragedy, noting that such high-profile violence involving respected figures like Mo3, Yella Beezy, and others is abnormal for a city known for its strong sense of community and hospitality. They contrast the supportive nature of Southern culture, where neighbors help one another in times of need, with the perceived isolation and paranoia often found elsewhere. The discussion underscores a desire to heal from this trauma and return to a time when the city was celebrated for its unity and the positive contributions of its artists, emphasizing that while the legal battle will be difficult, the community remains united in its grief and hope for justice.

Yeah, we on Boss Talk TV. Shout out to
E. The reason you see is Conway, better
known by his rap name, Yellowy. And the
judge has delayed his capital murder
trial. Prosecutors say Conway hired
gunman Kiwan White to kill rival rapper
Mo3 in an ambush on a North Texas
highway back in 2020. White was
convicted of capital murder earlier this
month.
>> Wow. Wow. Wow. Guys, hey, look like some
news done coming in, man. And uh I got a
guy who here don't need no introduction.
OG, you there,
>> man? Right here.
>> What's going on? OG, you you I heard you
called me up and and I and and I called
you back now. What's going on?
>> God damn. They they say the jury
selection was supposed to be set for
Yellow Be's trial Monday the 14th.
However, the judge delayed the case
following a request for continuous from
Dallas rappers attorney. The trial has
been scheduled to begin now on October
the 26th. According to court records, B
uh Beasy, born Mirus Conway, is accusing
convicted
killer Kevon White
to paying Kievon White to uh murder Mole
3, a Dallas on the Dallas highway in
November 2020. White was found guilty of
capital murder earlier this month. Uh
Yellow Bezy has been charged with
capital murder by hire. Bezy request to
delay the trial, citing his defense team
need more time to look over White's
transcript and as White now is listed as
a potential witness in a yellow busy
trial. also noted on the key witnesses
are not available at the trial started
this as of the trial started this week.
In an interview done after his
conviction, White, who has been
sentenced to life in prison, insisted
Yellow Bey did not pay him to kill Mo 3.
Watch.
>> All right. All right. All right. Stop
right there. Stop right there. I told
you already what was going on with this.
>> I told you what was going on with this.
And you you oh no, that boy holding it
down. Now he said a few things. He said
at one point about talked about money
being given out allegedly. Now he's
saying no. So these people are not
cooperating. Therefore, Yellow Bezy has
a better chance of not being able to uh
uh not being convicted. I'm telling you
this is going to be a difficult case for
the for for the prosecution. They got to
figure out that's why they need more
time.
>> Okay, I'm piping down. Can you and he
said, "Y'all uh" Now this is uh White
speaking. He says, "Y'all want me to be
something so bad that it's not." White
told Mr.
Lton, "Y'all want that man to go down so
bad." Like, "That's not the case, bro. I
got my time. I don't give a uh about
nothing.
>> Wow.
>> But it's not the case, bro. I'm I'm
being honest with y'all. I got life
without a possibility. I'm a grown man
becoming a better man and I made my
choices and I have to own up to the
things that I do.
>> I didn't get paid to do nothing. Bro,
said white. Yellow. Bezy has pleaded not
guilty and faces life in prison if
convicted.
>> Wow. You have said a mouthful today. I
want to tell you, thank you for reading
it and and where it double XXL. Now,
wait a minute. You heard what the man
said. He's been consistently saying
that, but it's conflicting because of
some of the other things he said. So, it
it bounce off each other in the wrong
way. It's like a magnet trying to stick
them together and they won't line up
correctly. I just don't know uh what to
believe from Kiwan White right now. But
>> wait, why are you trying to mix the
Kool-Aid with the key? The man said that
he's never contradicted any of that in
his any of his statements, everything
when you when it started off. Now, the
only thing that you could ascertain
is where did Kevon White come up on the
premise where this man was.
So, it wasn't his girlfriend he was
having sex with. It was somebody else,
Mr. Brown.
>> Right.
>> But Kevon White is keeping it such a
hund. In his last interview, you sent me
the interview.
>> And when you sent me the interview, I
dissected the interview.
>> Okay. And from from dissecting the
interview out of Kon White's smile said
what they call it broke ass what?
>> Broke ass benzo bling. [laughter]
>> BLING YOUNG BLING said that when he went
to the apartments he went back to the
apartment. He left the apartments and
drove to the gas station. He said I
drove to the gas station.
>> Right. He didn't he didn't say Devin
Brown drove to the gas station. Then he
said when he came back he said he saw
him walking and he said that's him right
there and I followed him to the freeway
and as I was driving I let the window
down and I started shooting and I shot
his tire out.
>> Oh gee, that sounds real good. But that
but that negates the fact of
>> that's what he said. THAT'S WHAT HE
>> WHAT THE camera say though?
>> The camera say The camera
>> So he said his ass out there all night.
>> What? Wait a minute. The camera shows
him jumping out of the passenger side.
It
>> No, he didn't he didn't he jump I
thought he jumped out the No, he jumped
out the driver's side.
>> Incorrect. Incorrect.
>> Man, you better go look at that.
>> When the camera when he first jumped
out, he jumped out on THE DRIVER'S SIDE,
RAN around and started shooting and then
jumped back in on the driver's side. He
never got out on the passenger side.
>> That's right. I agree with that. That's
exactly right.
>> So, what was he sitting on on a Divine
White lap or something?
>> No. No, he he definitely was not. But
there are phone records this show.
>> Are you going to go by what you think or
what was what what we got?
>> No. What did I tell you before earlier?
We said out of the words of Christopher
Dart, do you believe me or your own
eyes?
>> Correct.
OG. Okay. So, we can talk. WE CAN TALK
ALL DAY, BUT WHAT DOES THE CAMERA SHOW?
>> He his car sitting out there behind
Mo3's car for like all night.
They got a time lapse on that.
>> Okay. So, whatever it said out there, it
does not show two people in the car,
bro.
>> Well, and then what? Why would they be
charging Devin Brown? Devin Brown is
going to bust this case wide wide open.
I'm saying everything leads to Deon
Brown because Deon Brown's children
called him and told him he up in there
in the bed with mama and they making
some strange noises.
THIS man crazy. I'm telling you right
now, if they already have said in them
in them damn uh in in the first trial
with Kiwan White uh Banzo Bling that he
had no issue with Mo 3 whatsoever. They
already established that. So if he had
no issue, why is he out here just
running him down? That's the thing that
they're looking at. Secondly, you also
got to understand that they they when
you look at the car and they sit out
there all night and they track these
phones, they also track the phones to a
car lot where yellow bezy trap Freddy
and so-cal banzo blings uh met at some
car lot. We don't know what's going to
come out in this trial. I think the
prosecutors have some stuff that they
gonna bring out, but I also think that
that that Toby guy, the attorney for
Yella, gonna be ready for him and he's
going to be dangerous in this trial.
It's going to be a hell of a trial.
>> That's the same that's the same uh
attorney's office that got
>> Don't say it, man.
>> That was a different He was just a
backup attorney in that.
>> Okay.
>> But you want what you want to be be
watching for is October the 26th. And
that's that's so that's that's that's
that's so sad. That's so sad when you
try to you try to give a defense or try
to have a alibi and you have to say but.
SO WHAT [laughter] IS THIS BUT IT'S OKAY
BUT WHENEVER somebody says but it shows
the agency.
>> No, it's turning and going the other
way. It's saying hey you got to
understand this part too. If you look at
the way that this whole thing playing
out, when you look at Kiwan White, he's
trying to hold steady, but they still
got conflicting stories. He's did about
a 100 damn podcast, man. He ain't just
He's just talking now after he found
guilty. But he's done a 100 podcasts,
man. He if he did a just like they said
if he did a hundred and it wasn't for 99
at no time has he ever done a podcast
and said that Devin Brown was driving
the car.
>> No, he haven't. That ain't what he said.
But
>> he's [clears throat] never said that uh
Devin Brown was with me when I did the
shooting.
>> And I don't I don't I never se I never
said that either.
>> Never ain't no ain't no butts about it.
He never said at one time.
>> I agree.
>> One time.
>> I agree.
>> He never said he's taking this on the
chin. Even though he said got in there
paddlet tailing.
>> Yeah, but here's what you got. Well, who
was Why was Devin Brown burning the
clothes with him? Why was Deon Brown?
What the Come on, OG. Why was Devin
Brown Why was Deon Brown's phone over
there and he the one dropped his
location? I mean, some things Ray
Charles can see when Stephen wanted to
point at it, man.
>> First of all, it's no law in Texas
against burning clothes. Y'ALL BURN
STUFF.
>> OH, G. NO, YOU NOT. Them little blue
draws we got. Well, he dead. That's why
they count him guilty.
>> You ain't got You ain't got no trash uh
dumpster. You bury everything in the
back.
>> Oh, y'all burning stuff out there, too.
And you don't want to talk about all
that day, man. Have you looked at
downtown LA lately? Have you ever looked
at it?
>> I was down there today,
>> man. If you go down there and look at
that, man, and and see how Man, that's
horrible, man. Some of that stuff, man.
I mean, don't get me wrong, Texas Dallas
got it situation, but I think LA's got a
little bit more of a a situation than we
do.
>> I I I bet you a dollar [ __ ] of this.
It's more people in downtown LA from the
south.
>> Oh, no. Don't try that crap. Don't try
>> I guarantee we going to make a survey.
The next time I come,
>> I'm going out there and I'mma talk to
them people.
>> Wait a minute. The next time I come out
to Dallas and I'mma go down wherever
y'all homeless is, I'mma I bet you a
dollar of dog [ __ ] I can't find 20
people from California.
>> Oh, they down there. OG, you out of your
damn mind.
>> But now I can show you half of the
population.
>> Oh, don't try to Don't try to make like
we coming to LA and laying it down.
>> Don't don't don't try don't try to do
that, OG. We we ain't coming out there
and laying it down that you can forget
about that. But let's get back to let's
get back to the subject at hand. You got
to un no yellow bezy and and uh Kiwan
White
>> and Trap Boy Freddy and all these guys
that they keep talking about. They they
like a magnet. They they can't put it
together unless Now here's here's
another thing and I've been seeing this
in the comments. I hear them talking
about it. Banz Banzo Bling broke ass had
$9,000 when them laws stopped him and a
new GRC chain and he had a he was
partying. He had he had it going on. He
was in a a different car. He the black
he was he was something happened and you
got to think about that now if these if
money has serial numbers on them. I've
heard all kind of people saying this and
saying that. Um, if the GRC movement,
what was said over there, the jeweler,
who who who had already ordered this GRC
chain that he picked up, there's a lot
of more stuff that can come out that we
haven't heard, hadn't had to be
challenged yet. But in order to make
this thing stick on yellow, they'd have
to come out with some very specific
strategic things that we didn't hear in
Kiwan White's trial. Your whole thing
about Kiwan's gonna talk, I don't think
Kiwan's gonna talk. I think K1's not
going to talk. I think he don't give a
dang to talk. You just read it.
>> DEON DEON BROWN IS THE STAR WITNESS.
>> We ain't heard from Devin Brown. You
keep holling by Deon Brown. We ain't
heard from
>> here from me.
>> He gonna sing like Al Jose saying mommy.
[laughter]
>> OG. So we know the date is October the
26. Now do we think
>> No.
>> I don't know. I don't know. OG. You
might be wrong with that.
>> No trial is going to start October when
when they start October the 26th. If
they start anything, they will have a
discovery hearing. They will find out
what they're going to do, what they're
allowed to do and then they'll set it
off for trial. They're not going to
start no trial October.
>> And I agree with that. I was just about
to say that cuz I'm always on top of it.
Everybody know I tell the truth on this
channel. Everybody know I nail it. I
nails it every time. I told you already
that on October 26th, I said it'd be 30
days out for them to look at that
transcript. I said that earlier when we
was talking. 30 days out. Cuz I'm I'm
going to be real with you. When you when
you I'm a big fan of MO3. I'm a big fan
of Yellow and and and and so this this
here case when you look at it, man, down
the middle, it's going to be it's going
to be a it's going to be a tough a tough
trial. I I feel bad for all the parties
that are involved. Um, I mean, uh, I I I
hate it because
>> nobody suffers but the children and it's
it's like this is not good. It's already
been a situation. Somebody said in the
comments um earlier that this has to go
through this way because justice had to
be served. I don't know nothing about
it. I just know there will be a
prosecution. That would be a trial that
it might not be. Oh, let me I'm glad I
said that. OG, do you think within the
next 60 I mean 30 days we we you think a
somebody going to cop a plea? You think
this thing could stop?
>> No.
Is yellow going to cop a plea?
>> That what I'm saying. Do you think he
would even do something like that? Do
they?
>> I don't know. He better he better take
his bucket.
So you feel like he's going to fight it
all the way through to the end?
>> He that's he a bigger fool than me. I
sure I wouldn't.
>> Well, the motor already running when
they done convicted Kiwan White when
they got this boy Devin Brown as a damn
star witnesses. You calling the motor
already running.
They got this thing turned up. And if
you going to set 12 seat,
>> you going to set 12 people in a box,
it's not going to be no this thing going
to be crazy as ever, man. Like I said,
it's been 6 years, man. A lot of
families have been I've talked to both
parties. I got a new interview coming
out uh by uh Kotti Mo 3's uh brother.
Um a younger brother.
Um I've talked to both camps. I've I've
had interactions with both camps. I feel
bad for this situation. I've told both
parties how they know how much I ride
for both of them. Man, I hate this
happened in the city. This here is
something we This ain't like us. Dallas
ain't known for doing nothing like this.
And I and and so this right here was a
big big, you know, a big deal for
Dallas, man. You got some real good guys
here. Let me finish. Don't cut me off
cuz I'm on one right now. You got some
real good guys here before before this
happened. Before this happened, we had
we you know, we had like you got to
think about it. The road music come from
here, man. You got to think about it,
man. Big Tuck, man. We got people who
don't. These people are solid people,
man. I'm talking about who basically you
got Don Chief, man. All of these guys
from Dallas, man. Do man. You got some
solid individual. We never seen nothing
like this happen before. That drill rap,
they kind of rode us into something we
wasn't even familiar with. I think these
guys just got off on the wrong court. If
we could turn back the heads of time, I
I just really think it would be uh it it
it would be a different different way
that we seated it out if if we could go
back and even look at it and try to
figure it out in a different way.
>> I'm just,
>> you know, I'm just I'm just amazed.
>> Thank you. Thank you, OG. Thank you.
>> How easily how easily [clears throat] we
forget
>> Kennedy. O that is a damn president.
That has nothing to do with no damn
young brothers and walking up and down
the street hand in hand. This has never
happened. Hip hop never had a step like
this to happen, man. This was a big This
here, this was crazy. But it never
happened before to see the crime rate go
up like No, we wasn't into that. Not the
rappers. You had So, you had Luchi Solo
Luchi. You had uh uh uh Luch Luchi and
Pooky, Mr. Pooky, Mr. Luchi. You had uh
Nas. All these people here, we've never
had this kind of situation, man. Damn D,
all of these guys, man. Cotton Mouth,
all of these guys, man. Dope dudes, man.
Puka, Leroy, we never had this type of
interaction, man. Great guys come out of
this city, man. And I want to see it get
back to that in New Dallas with Big X,
you know, we had a little hiccup there
with with Zet the Wizard, you know, what
happened with him at the Pink House.
But, man, I think we can pull it back
together, man. To see the city come back
together, man, and grow. We gonna have
our ups and downs, man. But you and I
both know that ain't the way Dallas
usually was. Uh OG, you know that being
one, you ran to Houston. You didn't come
to Dallas with that mess. You didn't
come to Dallas with that miss. You went
to Houston in the 70s.
>> Let me let me tell you this.
>> Yeah. Thank you.
>> In the seven. That's why I stationed up
in Houston because Dallas always been
the worst.
>> What?
>> The worst.
>> Oh, you don't want to talk about the
worst in Compton. You know already who
come out of Compton. How y'all move.
So we kick for tat.
>> NO, I'M JUST SAYING YOU and I both know
Compton in LA. How much what that them
colors did for us down here messed If if
we having issues because we were acting
like y'all.
>> Well, since you SO INDEPENDENT, WHAT YOU
ACTING LIKE US FOR?
>> Y'ALL brought them damn colors down
here. You got everybody representing the
street that they ain't never heard of?
>> No. So you So you So Dallas is monkey
SEE MONKEY DO. NO, WE SHOULDN'T even It
was a lot of uh people that that that
that got got on the bandwagon.
>> Don't start studying now. Mo, [laughter]
>> we got some great people in in in the
South, man. And uh
>> great people,
>> great people. And and these people have
we stick it out for each other, man. We
the type that let our neighbors borrow
sugar. We the type that that'll help,
you know, help a person who on side of
the road push a car up into the gas
station. I just did it the other day. So
we we don't leave we don't leave nobody
hanging down here, man.
>> Nobody gonna do none of that in
California.
>> Okay. [laughter]
>> You're stuck like a truck. Wish you
would have somebody to help you push a
car.
>> You Y'all don't help nobody.
>> Nobody. Girl, man, woman or child.
>> I just seen a guy. I was coming from
Houston. He was stuck on side of the
road. Well, at the gas station and I
seen a brother over there and his his
tire were leaking. And I went over there
and asked him and he gonna know because
he watched boss talk now because he
linked up with me after that. And I
said, "Man, uh, you all right, man?"
And, uh, he said, "Yeah, this tie league
I'm gonna try to fix it, man." I went to
the truck to get in the truck. Someone
said, "Go back over there, man." I went
back over there. I said, "You going to
Dallas?" He said, "Yeah, I'm going to,
uh, do the stood." I said, "Man, come
hop in there. You can hop in Escalade,
man. Leave your car here and then go get
you some help so you don't be left here,
you and your old lady." He said, "No,
man. I'm going to go on and I'm going to
go and try to fix I think I can fix it,
man." I said, "Boy, I couldn't leave you
here, man. No, I couldn't leave you here
like that and not and know I'm going the
same way as you. I get down about I
mean, man, I didn't get down about 30
minutes out, man. He called me cuz I
gave him my card and my number. He said,
"Hey, E boss talk. I got that thing
fixed, man. It's going to hold, man. I I
I found me some whale up in there. Some
JB whale up in there. I don't know where
they had it in there, man." And I sat
here for a minute, man. It ain't
leaking, man. I'm coming down that
highway, man. I said, "Man, gone, man.
Gone, man." He was in a bins, man.
That's right.
>> So, we ain't going to leave you behind.
Now,
>> that's the Now, that's the difference
from Babylon and y'all still. And I love
that that uh southern mentality, that
southern not mentality, hospitality.
Every woman in in the South, every woman
that you say hello to, don't think you
trying to have sex with them. All of
these callous ass women in California,
they give you a screw face if you just
look at them. So, I don't know how much
brain damage they got out here, but
yeah, you're exactly right that somebody
will put a man, you pull over to the
side and my my car, I'm pulling a gun
out cuz I'm thinking you trying to jack
me. [laughter]
We paranoid out here in in in Solomon
Gomorrah, bro.
>> No, man. It's all love, man. I I just I
I hate this happen uh with Mo three
passing and Yella going through this,
man. We talk about it because to talk
about it is to heal. Can't get no
healing done if you just sitting around
quiet acting like you're hard still.
This is the uh man, ain't no way you
could look at them kids' face, man, and
not feel a way about this, man. This
war, it was tough, man. And like I said,
it's just not it's abnormal for for for
for the city, man. That's all I was
saying. But at any rate, guys, I hope
you guys enjoy this, man. Um uh the the
date's been set. October 26th. And me
and OG agree on one thing. I think it'll
be the first of the year. I think that's
too close to the holidays. I could be
wrong, but I don't think they gonna run
that trial up into no Thanksgiving. They
might because on the 26, you still got
three what? 3 weeks. If they do, if they
they might do it, they could do it. They
got game. They could do it. We just
going to see how it play out. If if it's
it's people that's above our pay grade
that's basically saying if it's going to
happen or not. And if it's somebody
driving that home that's in a position
over there at that courthouse, it's
going to happen. But if it's not, you'll
deal with it the first of the year.
Y'all get in the comments and let me
know what y'all think about the yellow
beey trial, the kickoff starting October
the 26th. Let me know what y'all think.
That just end. I've been waiting to hear
the date to see when this thing will
kick back in. Um OG,
>> yes, sir.
>> Appreciate you, man. And I know already
what's going down here in about another
hour or so.
>> I got it going on. Uh, what you smoking
podcast 7 o'clock West Coast time.
>> Okay. So that's a couple hours from now.
Okay.
>> Couple of hours we getting ready to go
in.
>> Wow.
>> Like you go in like you win,
>> man. Y'all, if y'all don't follow his
channel, y'all better follow his channel
because I'm telling you now, all the
ones that was saying they wanted to see
him get down on his get down, he got his
channel and he's ready for y'all to come
over there and watch it. Let's see what
y'all got. He going he going to give you
some news you can use, man. It's going
down.
>> Hey, man. Going to take you through
that. Take you through that, man. Boss
Talk 101, man. And if you're still
watching, man, Boo and Blad, they back
at it again, man. Uh Blad is saying this
and saying that. Booya not playing. He
You better watch this clip right here. I
had to check OG about Booya cuz Booya
from the south, man. It's going down.
Boss Talk 101 review.
[music]
>> Yeah, we on Boss Talk TV. Shout out to
Ehe, the reason you
