Yella Beezy Kewon White MO3 Trial Just Exposed It All

Video summary

The video discusses the ongoing legal proceedings involving rapper Yella Beezy and Keon White regarding the murder of MO3, highlighting a significant shift in courtroom dynamics as jury selection begins. The hosts note that while Yella Beezy was initially hesitant to enter the courtroom due to his pending case, his legal team insisted he attend to hear the testimony of Keon White. This situation underscores the intense scrutiny surrounding the trial, where both defendants face capital murder charges stemming from a 2020 killing following a long-standing feud. The prosecution plans to draw from a pool of seventy-seven prospective jurors to form a final panel of twelve, a process that has drawn attention from bloggers and media covering the case closely. A major point of contention raised in the discussion is the potential for Keon White to testify against Yella Beezy, which could severely impact the defense's strategy. The hosts explain that if White testifies, it provides the prosecution with ammunition to challenge witnesses or argue inconsistencies, effectively tanking the defense's position. There are rumors that the prosecution has been speaking with White's attorneys to establish a conclusion regarding his testimony, leading to speculation about whether White will hold his ground and claim innocence or eventually fold under pressure. The atmosphere in the courtroom is described as tense, with Yella Beezy appearing eager to ensure White does not lie on him, while the possibility of White denying involvement despite evidence remains a critical uncertainty for the trial's outcome. Beyond the main trial, the video touches on tragic developments involving MO3's family, specifically the arrest of his brother in Collin County for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. This incident adds another layer of sorrow to the situation, as MO3's mother is now dealing with the loss of one son and facing new legal troubles with another. The hosts express deep concern for the family, noting that while Yella Beezy's family appears strong, the community is rallying behind MO3's mother who is seeking justice for her deceased son while her other son faces arrest. The discussion also briefly mentions the banning of bloggers from the courtroom due to concerns about recording jurors, emphasizing the strict measures being taken to control the narrative and prevent outside interference in the trial process. Ultimately, the video concludes by questioning whether the trial will focus on proving Yella Beezy's innocence or simply using Keon White as a pawn to secure a conviction against Beezy. The hosts suggest that the legal system may be building a case primarily against Beezy while navigating through White's testimony, regardless of how long the proceedings take. With the jury selection underway and high stakes involved, including potential death penalties for both parties, the outcome remains uncertain. The segment ends with a call for prayers for MO3's family and a reflection on the chaotic nature of the situation, leaving viewers to ponder the complexities of justice, loyalty, and the human cost of gang-related violence in the spotlight of public media.

Yeah, we on Boss Talk TV. Shout out to E. The reason you see Well, y'all, there it is, man. Uh, Yellow Bezy, uh, of course, yesterday, uh, they went to court and he'd been back in there today. Um, I don't understand. I from now what I'm hearing is that the judge none of them ain't making him go. He just want to be in there to hear what's being said. So evidently his legal team has told him you need to be sitting in there to hear what this guy going to say. So hey listen guys I I think it's all everybody's led to do what they need to do. OG you there? >> Yeah. I I didn't think he would be allowed to come in the courtroom with a case pending on him also because you know it's just like >> Wait, wait a minute. You don't have you don't have the grandmama he got. >> I sure ain't got granny got that wig on like that. But I in in the court alone. If we're crime partners and you got a case and you potentially can say something against me, I'm that's just like a witness. You can't come in and you haven't testified yet that you can't come in the courtroom. >> Let Let me call Chris Co. Hold on. Let me see if Chris is down there cuz he was down there. They put they ass out yesterday. They put him out and Chris Chris then was banned by the judge. Hold on. Yeah, he's uh they they were banning the bloggers yesterday. They said that they was trying to uh record the jurors is what they were saying. >> They said they said that the bloggers was trying to record that they caught one recording and uh they put all of them out yesterday. >> Um that the the M3 sector, the people that blog for both sides are in there. These bloggers are serious about this. They've been covering this more than anybody else. They need to And I was surprised they didn't let the cameras in there. >> I told you what the sirens say. Didn't I just tell you that? >> They ain't let the tech You said that. You damn sure said that. >> All that stuff that went on in Atlanta and that shenanigans that's going in California, the sovereign state of Texas is not being under ridiculed like that. No ser. >> They don't play that. And you've been knock not the siren state of Texas [ __ ] talking about uh just you going to try to get an appeal because we wouldn't let the the audience in. The audience ain't controlling nothing in Texas. >> So OG, do you think that he'll be able to be be be able to uh what does this do now? It look like they ain't that they what they said earlier when I was listening said that it it's a good good chance that somebody was going to fold a roll. That's why they was pretty much telling Yella, you need to be ready cuz you could be coming any any second. But then nobody p the roll. Nobody >> not not today. Not today. But there like I was listening to a report yesterday that the prosecution was still talking to is it Kon White? >> Yeah. Yeah. Keon White. Yeah. Kon White to Kievon's attorneys trying to establish a conclusion. That's what they were saying yesterday after they had supposedly uh brought the jury out and was talking about that the the prosecution has 10 preemptry challenges and the uh defense has 10 pimpy challenges. And with them having people go out for cars, they got 77 people. So if everything went the way it went that they would have at least 50 people that they would put out, not for those just put on calls. So could they do it? Like would it be possible for them to sequester a jury? So that was the main topic yesterday. So, out of this morning, I understand that they went back in and they're picking the jury. >> Yeah, they picking the jury and Yella went back in with them. >> And like I said, that's to me, I've never heard of you a case where it's a conspiracy or a challenges because that gives you and the defense enough ammunition to, you know, to to to do something to a witness. There's so many challenges with that. So if you're if you're a witness or a part of that while another case is going on, you can't be in there because it it tanks your part of the case. >> Wow. It it it seemed like it's it's not it's not letting up. It's it's not letting up at all. Um this thing >> granny went up in there full force. She was in a hurry to get in that courtroom. >> Oh yeah. Yellow was kind of dragging behind the granny said, "Come on. Come on, y'all. Let's go get up in here right now." Like going to church. >> She wasn't playing with him. She got on up in there. She um um Yeah, she definitely says right here, "Jury selection begins in the trial of a man accused of killing Mo 3 for Yellow Beey." Uh it says um jury selection is underway for the man who prosecutors alleged Yellow Bezy paid to murder Mo 3 in 2020. On Monday, August the 24th, Bezy appeared in court as jury selection began for Kiwan White murder for the murder for high trial. Uh it says on Fox 4 News reports that they have to pull 77 prospective jurors and plan to narrow it down to a panel of 12. Both Beasy and White are facing capital murder charges uh for the matter with uh Beasy accused of orchestrating the 2020 2020 killing uh following a longstanding feud. And you know uh as you hear about this, they talk about everything. You hear about the $40,000 that was taken out of his bank account. You hear about all the different people that was uh so-called involved. You you hearing everybody name being brought up. I heard him bringing up Joseé Bodega's name, one of his partners. There's been a lot of people saying a lot of things, but where the rubber meets the road is if they're going on with this trial, that means somebody's not talking. We do know that. Me and OG can vouch for that. OG, you watched the many cases like I have. And if he's going in there and he's turning the motor up cuz the motor already running, [ __ ] that mean he ain't talking. That mean he holding him down. So will Kiwan White hold him down. hold him all the way down to the end and say, "I ain't telling you nothing. I don't know nothing and don't ask me nothing." Or was Yellow Bezy innocent? What's the whole deal here? We don't know. All we know is what we hear. Or will Kiwan White said that wasn't even me under that mask. Couldn't have been me. No, not me. or what what do we have here to look forward to when it come down to this case? I will tell you this, Kiwan White's case, this trial he's going through, it won't last long whether they go through with it or not. I don't think they'll spend a lot of time on Kiwan White. I think they building a case for yellow. What you think, OG? Hey, >> they build, like you said, they building a case >> and they got to go through this to get to that, >> right? >> Yes, sir. >> They got to go through this to get to that, y'all. But hey, Yellow Bezy, I'm I'm telling you now, man. Uh um I seen his family. They looking strong, man. I I didn't see uh the other side uh Mo 3's mom or or their family, but I will tell you this. It just came through my phone. Uh Mo 3 brother uh was arrested. It showed a mug shot of him. Uh I hope this ain't true. >> For what? >> Um I'll send it to you cuz somebody sent it to me. Let me see what he was arrested for. Um somebody sent it to I don't know. Why don't you stop holl? You just want to holler out something. He's going to the Peru >> if he don't stay but the what? >> A minute. >> He already he just got out not too long ago. I just interviewed him the other day. >> He he smoked the joint today. So you >> he told me you know I just interviewed him. >> What's the old saying? Here today gone tomorrow. >> Oh come on OG. Don't do it like that. There he is. OG. You tell me what it say. I ain't I can't read that good. What it say? Tell me what it say. I'm tell you in just a minute come up. >> Yeah, >> that's that's Mr. Kotti himself right there. >> Possession of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. >> Uhoh. Uh oh. That's >> arrest when stop and possession possession of a firearm as a felon. Um >> yeah, it's >> it's pretty crazy, man. And guess where he was at? OG >> in in in Colin County. >> Yeah, right there. Where? Where? Where? Big X and Carmelo Anthony. Everybody going to Colin County, man. That's >> a that's a sundown state, man. And that that Colin County ain't trying to hear it, is they? So they got him for having a gun and being a felon is what they saying, man. Anyway, y'all keep him in your prayers, man. That might be automatic violation. Keep him in your prayers. That's all. >> Keep him keep him in your prayers cuz he now his brother is his brother's case is being uh you know, they're running that trial on that. His mother is up there. She up there trying to seek justice for one of her sons that's not uh here any longer and her other son is in trouble again. So um I'm just praying for uh Miss Noble I believe it is Mo 3's mother and Co got his mother. Like come on man y'all she got to be strong to deal with this stuff right now man. Y'all get in the comments. Let me know what y'all think man. Um it's crazy man. Kon White seem like he turning the motor up cuz the motor already running. He turning the motor up, man. And Yellow Bees is in court sitting looking like, "Man, you go, "Boy, listen. Boy, don't lie on me, man." Man, y'all check this out, man. This is crazy crazy work, man. I I I can't believe it.
