Yeah, we on Boss Talk TV. Shout out to E. The reason you see the prosecution in the MO3 murder trial is now connecting how the alleged murder for higher payments were made. This is the sixth day of testimony of the trial of Kiwan White. He's the accused hitman charged with murdering Mo 3, also known as Melvin Noble, in an ambush on I35 in 2020. Prosecutors say White was paid by another rapper, Yellow Beey, and for the first time, they presented details of those payments. Fox 4 Steven D's in the newsroom with an update from court. Stephen, >> Eden, the prosecution just dropped a bombshell discovery showing a withdrawal slip from Chase Bank in the amount of $40,000 from the account of rapper Yellowy, whose legal name Maris Conway. They say this was 2 days before an alleged money exchange at a car dealership in Irving. Detective Eric Barnes is the lead detective of this murder case for Melvin Noble, who went by the rap name Mo3. This entire trial, the prosecution has claimed that Dallas rapper Yellowy and Trap Boy Freddy allegedly paid to have Mo 3 murdered. In court, Barnes said that a payment meetup happened in Irving, then Yellowy's home in Fris, and finally at the trap house in Dallas, where Kiwan White was seen on video. The detective also testified Maris Conway withdrew a large sum of money from a bank near his Frisco home before meeting up with trap boy Freddy in Irving. >> You talked a lot about money and the payment uh for this murder. What information did you have at that point? What evidence and information did you have that this was a murder prior? >> The only thing that I had was the the jail calls. >> And when you say the jail calls, which jail calls were those? the one that occurred several hours after the murder with Darius Fields and then the second call that occurred after he was arrested in Mount Pleasant when he said I got paid 20,000 you look at them babies you look to daddy >> you took your baby's daddy away from you know what how much $50,000 >> $50,000 do a GRC child >> I didn't do it 10,000. >> Wow.
