So, what do you think about the uh program? Tell us a little bit more about your name and where you come from today to the program. >> Thank you. So, I am Hondas. I come from Oslo, Norway and I currently work as a director in Nordscale operations and I'm also part of the talent in digital infrastructure. So very excited to be here. >> Wonderful. And tell us a little bit more about how you actually get started in this uh industry. Um what motivate you and uh what inspire you that uh you join us? >> Well, that's a great question. I think what inspired me, if I had to sum it up in one word, it would be growth. Growth because if you look at the amount of capital that's being poured into this industry at the pace and the scale that we're seeing right now, I think it's very hard not to be inspired and you see this across the whole value chain that the companies are actually struggling in a good way to keep up with this growth and I think that is really inspiring to see. >> Fantastic. So given you have been here now uh in the program for a couple days and attended a lot of sessions and workshop that's uniquely tied to the talent. Um what advice would you give kind of the audience in terms of what skilled uh for the next generation that they need to be prepared? >> Oh I think that's also a very good question. Um I think for the next generation I think being curious >> uh and eager to learn more because everything now is happening so fast and changing day dayto day. I think uh the most important skill that you can have is being curious and eager to learn. I think will uh will take you a long way. >> That's great. Well, this may be the most important question. Are you having fun? >> Very much. >> Have you met a lot of new people? >> A lot of new people. >> Great. Well, tell us more about why do you think you're having fun? >> Well, I think for me as a quite new into this industry, I think it's uh a lot of fun getting to talk with people who has been in this industry for 20 maybe even 30 years. Uh and to hear from their perspective firsthand the change that we're seeing now in this industry where everything is just seems to be exploding. Uh I think that's a good confirmation to me that this is the right place uh or the right industry to be at this time. >> Well, first of all, I want to thank you for being here traveling all the way from Oslo, one of my favorite country.
