[music] >> Welcome to another week of what's for dinner. My name is Andrea and in my household there's me, my husband, and our handsome little boy. On our channel I make simple meals using convenient pantry and freezer staples. Hey guys, so for dinner tonight we are having baby back ribs that I grilled on our charcoal grill. So, I used this seasoning to season the ribs with and I actually seasoned these and let them sit in the fridge overnight. And then the glaze that I have on them is this Frank's um red hot wing sauce and of course I used it for my pork ribs and they're delicious. >> [music] >> Stinging stinging honey teriyaki and it's very good. And then on the side I am just serving some sauteed green beans. And I had these mashed potatoes in my freezer. I wanted to try them. They are Kroger brand and as you can see they were a dollar 18 and they're loaded mashed potatoes and they're pretty good. I added a little bit of heavy whipping cream because I didn't feel like they were very rich. So, after I made them in the microwave I added about a quarter cup of heavy whipping cream and then reheated them again to give them a little bit more creaminess. But this is what we are having for dinner tonight and we will see y'all next time. Hey guys, so for dinner tonight we are having hamburgers. And for the very first time on our channel I am showing you Harrison's plate. He is our 6-year-old and he is so picky [music] that he rarely eats the same things that we eat, but he has discovered that he likes hamburgers and so he is having a hamburger tonight. So, he has a plain hamburger, there's nothing on there, and some cheese puffs. I am having a cheeseburger with mustard and barbecue sauce and bacon, [music] and I am having some jalapeno chips, and this is Howard's plate. He has some spicy Doritos, and he has bacon, cheese, avocado, tomato, anything else on this and that is it. So, this is what we are having for dinner tonight, and we will see y'all next time. Hey guys, so for dinner tonight, Howard made grilled pork belly. [music] So, let me show you what he used. He used some of this um Walker's Wood Jamaican jerk seasoning, which of course you have seen before, and he also used some of this honey jerk seasoning. So, it's milder and sweeter, so it's a combo of the two, so it's not super duper spicy. And then, I made some rice and peas. I've got a video on our channel showing how I make rice and peas, and then since he had the grill going, he decided to throw some cabbage on the grill, too. So, it's just chopped cabbage with some um grape seed oil because grape seed has a high smoke point, and it's not going to burn it up. And then, we used some of this Grill Mates garden vegetable seasoning. So, this is what we are having for dinner tonight, and we will see y'all next time. Hey guys, so for dinner tonight, I decided to make this Cajun's Choice [music] shrimp. It is really very good. I used to make it all the time and have not made it in a while. And let me show you. It you can either use shrimp with it, or you can also use chicken, oyster, scallops, you name it, you can use it. But, to the shrimp mix, you add onion, Worcestershire sauce, butter, and lemon, and it is so very good. I've got it in my cast iron skillet. You can either sauté it, or you can broil it in the oven, and that is what I am going to do. We have the leftover rice and peas that I wanted to use, so I decided to make the shrimp to go with it. And even though it says Cajun, the last time Howard had this, we said it really tasted more like jerk shrimp. It has a [music] really good flavor. Okay, so here is everything all plated up, serving the shrimp with the leftover rice and peas that I mentioned to you, and also some corn on the cob. And then here is the shrimp. I have never made the shrimp in the oven before. I always sauté it, and I think I prefer it sautéed. Um, I think it tastes a little bit better, plus you get the the brownness on the shrimp, too, and the caramelization of the butter. So, even though it is still good, it has a good flavor, it's much better sautéed, so just FYI. But, this is what we are having for dinner tonight, and we will see y'all next time. Hey guys, so for dinner tonight, I decided to make this cream of tomato soup. [music] And I'll make sure to link the recipe in the description box, but it is very, very easy. [music] Just canned chicken broth, butter, sugar, onions, baking soda, and heavy whipping cream. And it doesn't call for you to do this, but I did use an immersion mixer to make the tomatoes smoother. And then we are having some Aldi Take & Bake cheesy breadsticks on the side. I really like these a lot. I don't buy them as often as I used to, but this is what the box looks like, and I think these were I think they were $3.99 and I think that's a really good deal. They're very good. Sometimes I make them and we dunk them in our tomato soup and then sometimes I use marinara sauce as well, [music] but there are 18 sticks in here. But this is what we are having for dinner tonight and we will see y'all next time. >> [music] [music]
