WHAT I EAT IN A DAY ON WW TO LOSE 145 POUNDS - RUN ERRANDS WITH ME & TASTE TEST - WEIGHT WATCHERS!
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The video begins with the creator sharing her morning routine while preparing for a busy day of errands and self-care. She starts with a protein coffee containing only two shots of espresso, explaining that she recently reduced her intake from four shots to avoid stomach issues caused by excessive caffeine. For breakfast, she opts for Premier Protein pancakes, which she warms up quickly due to her morning work schedule, followed by half a packet of tea to manage sweetness and hydration. Her first snack is a zero-sugar meat and cheese pack intended for consumption during her outing, setting the stage for a day focused on convenience and nutritional balance within the Weight Watchers program.
Afterward, she visits Starbucks where she deliberately avoids high-calorie seasonal pumpkin drinks in favor of a new "Cannonball" energy refresher containing freeze-dried fruit pieces, which stays well within her daily drink calorie limit. Her errand run continues at the UPS Store for Amazon returns and a trip to Dollar Tree, where she shops for Halloween decorations and party supplies for her upcoming events. She purchases various items such as spider bowls, magnets, pot holders, and storage baskets, noting that Dollar Tree offers excellent deals on bulk goods essential for her business needs. The day concludes with a pedicure appointment, during which she plans her nail art design featuring a gray-brown base with white polka dots.
For lunch, she prepares a simple half-sandwich with provolone cheese, ham, and light mayonnaise, accompanied by grapes or chips to keep her energy levels stable. Her afternoon snack consists of a Siggi's squeezable yogurt pack and two Alyssa's healthy oatmeal bites, which provide fiber, whole grains, and a satisfying cookie-like flavor without excessive calories. For dinner, she cooks a walking taco casserole using ground beef, onions, chili seasoning, kidney beans, Fritos, and shredded cheese, baking it until golden before topping it with sour cream. This meal is designed to be hearty yet manageable for her weight loss goals, utilizing common ingredients to create a satisfying dish.
The evening concludes with a dessert featuring a new Built Bar called the Cookie Butter Dream, which she enjoys chilled in the fridge to maintain its texture despite the hot weather. While she admits that her favorite bars remain the sour puff variety, she appreciates the unique filling in this new flavor and notes that it offers 15 grams of protein for only 170 calories. Throughout the day, she emphasizes practical choices like portion control, selecting lower-calorie beverages, and utilizing affordable stores to support both her lifestyle and business ventures. The video ends with her winding down after a productive day of running errands, eating balanced meals, and supporting a friend's live stream, leaving viewers with a realistic look at maintaining a healthy diet while staying active.

Well, hello. Good morning. Welcome to
today's what I eat in a day. It is
currently 9:33 a.m.
And I have been up for multiple hours
this morning. Of course, I I spent the
morning getting ready for my week for
Rise. And then of course, I edited and
uploaded my meal prep. I did have my
protein coffee, of course, when I woke
up in the morning. I've been forgetting
to mention to you guys that if you
remember way back, I used to do four
shots of espresso and my pre-made
protein shake. Now I've only, for the
last
four or five months, been doing just two
shots of espresso because I was finding,
and I think I mentioned this in a video
a while ago, but I was finding that the
four shots was really bothering my
stomach. And I couldn't figure out if it
was the protein shake itself. So I was
changing up the protein shake I was
using and that wasn't helping. And I
finally figured out that it was the four
shots of espresso that was the culprit.
And that was what was just really
bothering my stomach. And ever since I
went down to two, no problem. So, I did
have my protein coffee,
did a little bit of work this morning.
Then I had breakfast. I did have my
Premier Protein Pancakes. I wanted
something quick and simple with protein.
And like I said, I was working away, so
that made it really easy if I just
warmed up those pancakes really quick.
So that's what I had for breakfast. I
did have my first loaded tea of the day.
I do have half of a packet per cup. That
way I get in extra water and it's not as
sweet. I prefer just half of a packet.
And I brought one of these old Wisconsin
zero sugar meat and cheese packs. That's
going to be my morning snack. I'm going
to eat that while we're out and about.
And we're going and where we're going is
first stop is Starbucks. I think I'm
going to get a drink, not a coffee but a
Oh, wait, they do have their seasonal
drinks, don't they?
Ooh, they got all their pumpkin. Okay,
I'm going to have to go into the app and
see what's available. I might get a
refresher or I might get a coffee.
Ooh, I'm going to have to see. I know
they brought them out. I just haven't
been to Starbucks in it's been a minute.
It's definitely been a minute. It's so
expensive. I try not to go there very
often and when I do treat myself, I
typically go to Duncan because it's less
expensive and I typically get a
refresher rather than a coffee. So,
we'll see. Let's see what Starbies what
Starbies has on the menu and then I have
some Amazon returns that I desperately
need to do. So, I'm going to run to the
UPS store, do those Amazon returns and
then I have a pedicure appointment at
11:00. So, in about an hour and a half.
If we have time
after Starbucks, after the UPS store, I
would like to go to the Dollar Tree and
look at what they have for Halloween
because I will be decorating for
Halloween here pretty soon and
I was thinking that I might get some
stuff for my Rise parties because I'm
going to be doing Halloween themed the
entire month of October. So, I may, if I
have time, make a quick run to the
Dollar Store which is actually right by
Starbucks. So, I am going to eat my
little meat and cheese pack on my way to
the UPS store. It is in the whole
opposite direction of Starbucks, the
Dollar Tree, my nail appointment, my
pedicure appointment and then we'll see
what time how much time we have and we
may, like I said, hit up the Dollar Tree
but I'm definitely getting some
Starbucks and I desperately need a
pedicure.
Desperately. So, let's go have a little
a little me day, a little self-care day.
All right.
UPS store, check. I'm going to order my
Starbucks coffee
drink. I haven't even decided what I
wanted yet. We're going to grab that and
it is 9:55.
So, I have an hour. So, I think we are
going to hit up the Dollar Tree.
All righty, Starbucks is secured. So, I
did not get any of the pumpkin drinks.
Holy moly, the calories are
a absurd. Anywhere from
low end like 250 to 450. I was like, no.
So, I skipped on the pumpkin.
But, I did get a new refresher that I've
never tried before. This is about 200
calories, which is like my max for a
drink. I really don't like to spend more
than two to 250 on a drink. So, this is
the Cannonball energy drink and it's
hard to see, but there's some little
freeze-dried dragon fruit and
strawberries on there.
Never had this one before.
Oh my gosh, that's good.
Wow.
Mhm.
Okay, that is fab.
It isn't super sweet. It tastes really
fruity. Pulled the lid off so I could
eat the freeze-dried.
Mhm.
The Dollar Tree is across the street.
So, let's go. It's about 12 minutes
after 10:00.
All right, let's see what we've got at
the Dollar Tree. Like I said, I'm mainly
looking for Halloween things, but you
know how it is here. You always find all
these things that you didn't know that
you needed,
wanted,
needed.
So, I'm back in the car from the Dollar
Tree. I'll show you what I got. Man,
they had some cute stuff, but not really
what I wanted. They had like a lot of
decorations and I was looking for more
kind of bulk things.
I did get
this spider bowl. This is adorable. This
way I can put like goodies and stuff in
there for my parties. You know, the
little treats and things that I give
away. It'll just be kind of festive.
And then
I got these little six-pack of magnets.
I think these are really cute. There's
this checker pattern and where's the
other one?
Oh, right here.
And these smiley face ones. So, what I'm
going to do is put these in a little
like mesh bag and we'll use these for
giveaways for Rise. I thought that would
be cute like a six-pack of magnets. I
did get some Whoppers and some little
mini Reese's. Troy loves both of those.
I'm going to have to take them into my
appointment because they will melt in
the car. I also got the creepy cloth.
I like these. I put these on my counter
when I decorate for
Halloween and they were only a buck. So,
that's not bad. I did get a couple pot
holders. Uh fun fact, the Dollar Tree
pot holders are my absolute favorites. I
love them. They're thin enough that I
can fold them over the pot and these say
pause and enjoy the little things. So, I
got that. I also got these cute
pumpkin napkins. We always have my
in-laws over for Thanksgiving. More
magnets.
Chip clips because I don't know what
happened to all of mine. I had a ton and
now I have zero. I was actually eating
chips the other day and went to seal the
bag and didn't have a chip clip. So, I
got chip clips.
I got Palmer a ball. This Nerf extra
bounce ball, but he really likes these
kind of rubbery ones. For a buck 25 or
buck 50, that's a great deal. And then I
got these little mini lights. These are
a killer deal. 20 purple and then I got
two packs of the candy corn colored. And
what I like to do with those is put them
on my counter behind my Halloween
decorations and it adds a nice light to
the counter to the background. Last but
not least, I got two of these baskets.
Two baskets. I am running out of storage
bins for rise. I have a lot of inventory
and it's very different than when I sold
Bomb Party. You actually need to put the
rings and things in baskets because they
come in little boxes and I am every
single storage basket bucket I have is
being used. So, I got two more and I
figured that way at least I have some
options if I need another place for even
temporary storage or to use it for the
giveaways for the live. Right now, I
have nothing to put those in when I'm
live. Like if someone buys three, I give
them a goodie. So, those are going to
come in handy and I figured the Dollar
Tree is really a great place to go for
those. So,
I've got 17 minutes to get to my pedi
appointment. So, I'm going to go with
this color. It's like a funky kind of
gray brown and then we're going to do
some white polka dots on my big toe
because I'm going to do brown and white
polka dot nails when I get my nails done
on Friday.
All right, I'm almost home and I'm
hungry. We're going to have some lunch.
I think I'm going to do a half of a
sandwich
and maybe some grapes or some chips, but
I don't know. I'm ready for some lunch.
So, here is my lunch. I made a half a
sandwich, provolone cheese, light
mayonnaise, ham and some grapes.
It is time for my afternoon snack and
I've got one of these left and it
expires in 2 days. So, we're going to
have that. That's the Siggi's little
protein pack. It's basically a
squeezable yogurt, 110 calories, 11 g of
protein. Love them. Honestly, I'd rather
eat my yogurt like this
than with a spoon out of a little cup.
So, I love these. That is my last one.
Sam's Club, I believe. And then, if you
were know, you know, I love the Alyssa's
healthy oatmeal bites. These are
fantastic. Fiber,
whole grains, absolutely delicious. Two
of the cookies are 90 calories, and I'm
telling you, they taste like a little
oatmeal cookie, but they are a healthy
version. So, that's going to give me
some fiber, some carbs, a little bit of
fat, and some protein. Oh, I'll link Oh,
I will link Alyssa's down below for you.
For dinner tonight, I am making a
walking taco casserole. So, like the
little bags of Fritos that you put the
taco meat in, we're going to make it
casserole style. So, you're going to
need a pound of ground beef, onion,
chili seasoning packet, broth. It calls
for beef broth. I have chicken open, so
I'm going to use that. Kidney beans,
Fritos, and some shredded cheese. I'm
going to brown the ground beef and the
onions, and then we'll start putting
together the casserole. Once your ground
beef is cooked, you're going to add in
your drained kidney beans,
half of a cup of broth,
the chili seasoning,
and I'm going to give that a quick stir,
and then we're going to add in 1 cup of
shredded cheese. And then, add in the 1
cup of cheese, and then stir that in,
and we're ready to put this in the
casserole dish. Then, you're going to
add your meat mixture to the bottom of
your baking dish,
and spread that out nice and even in the
bottom.
Then, we're going to add about a half a
bag of the tortilla Fritos, I should
say, on top.
And then, we're going to add the
remaining shredded cheese right on top.
Then, we're putting it into our 350°
oven for about 10 or 15 minutes. I just
took dinner out of the oven. You can top
this with whatever you would like. It
had tomato, sour cream, guacamole,
queso, whatever you would like. So, let
me go ahead and plate it up, and I'll be
back to show you dinner. So, here is
dinner. Just topped it with a little bit
of Daisy sour cream. I'll have the
original recipe down below for you. It's
the end of the night. I am going to wash
my face,
get my pajamas on,
and hang out. My friend Claire goes live
on TikTok for Rise in about an hour. So,
I'm going to go watch her, support her.
I am And for dessert tonight, we're
trying something new. I actually just
got these in the mail from Built Bar.
This is the Built Dream Which cookie
butter protein bar. 15 g of protein, 170
calories. They literally just came in
the mail
uh yesterday. I immediately put them in
the fridge, so they've been in the
fridge. And honestly, that's my favorite
way to eat a Built Bar. And because it's
hot here, they come a little bit melted.
So, this is going to be our dessert.
Let's try this out together, see what we
think.
I love the Built Puffs. They're my
favorite. And this is Cookie Butter
Dream Which. And I do still have a
discount code with Built Bar. It's 10%
off. I'll put it down below for you, but
let's try this out, see if it's good. I
am kind of picky. And like I said, I
really My favorite are the Built sour
puffs, and I prefer the puff texture
over the
Built Bar texture. And I have no idea
what we're getting in these. Okay, they
definitely got a little melted, which
I'm not surprised.
Mhm. That's what it looks like. So,
there's the cookie butter on the inside.
It's definitely the Built Puff texture.
I definitely taste chocolate, the nut
butter or the cookie butter on the
inside. And it definitely gives like a
nut butter flavor. I mean, it's good.
Is it my favorite Built Bar? No, I
prefer the puffs. The sour puffs are my
favorite.
I like that they did something different
though with the filling. And really, 15
g of protein, 170 calories,
not a bad deal. This is going to round
out my night and honestly, it's a good
way to get in protein, a little sweet
treat. I will link it Built Bar down
below for you. Thank you guys so much
for hanging out with me today, spending
the day with me and I will see you I
will see you in the next one. Bye.
