Good morning, my friends. Welcome to today's what I eat in a day. It is currently 6:57 a.m. I've actually been up for a little bit this morning. I I got up, made my protein coffee, of course, took a shower, and did my morning skin care. And that got me thinking about A'kin. A few of you have reached out and asked me if I still use A'kin skin. Absolutely. This has been an absolute game-changer for my skin. It's great for anti-aging, hydration, natural glow to the skin, fine lines and wrinkles. It's an amazing duo. As someone who has normal to dry skin, the A'kin dual action lifting cream has been amazing. I've noticed lifting invisible results and truly a long-term transformation of my skin, essentially giving me a Botox effect without injection. It's actually powered by Idealift Peptide technology, which improves skin elasticity. It is suitable for all skin types and it is supported by a 90-day money-back guarantee. It helps smooth skin texture, target signs of aging, and creates a beautiful radiant effect. Formula feels lightweight, non-greasy, and with the Idealift Peptide technology, I can feel the improvement in my skin elasticity. After continuous use, I've noticed improved firmness and a reduction in fine lines. And you can take advantage of the subscription and duo offers with savings and additional free shipping. And we love that it is suitable for all skin types. And it's a really simple process, and I'm all about simple, effective skin care. So, you always wash your face thoroughly first, dry it, and then you'll apply the moisturizer, which is absolutely incredible. It makes your skin feel so soft and hydrated. Then, with the dual action lifting cream, you're going to put a small amount in your hand, rub it together to activate it, and then tap it into the skin. And then what I like to do is actually use a fan to dry the dual action lifting cream, and get that really absorbed into the skin. And it is that simple. Then I go in with my daily sunscreen. Really truly a quick simple two-step comprehensive skin care routine. I do have a discount code for A'pieu. I will put it down in the description box for you. If you enjoy a simple yet effective skin care routine, definitely try out A'pieu. I also ate my breakfast this morning and com- pletely forgot to film it for you guys. But what I had is one of the frozen Jimmy Dean egg white bis- muffins, muffins, egg white muffins from Jimmy Dean. Really good, perfectly satisfying. So, it says handcrafted by skilled artisans in India using sustainable mango wood. This scalloped edge mango wood board brings a stylish twist to any table. So, I am really excited to use this. I'm actually going on Friday, my friend Mel from boot camp, well, she doesn't go to boot camp anymore, but she's one of my good friends. She's hosting like a French inspired get-together on Friday night and I have to bring an appetizer, so the appetizer will be going on my new board. This is abs- absolutely beautiful. Okay, then I see, oh yeah, I'm excited for this. I got a lot of home stuff because the holidays. We entertain a lot more during the holidays. So, this is the Cravings Marble Condiment Set. It says transform your dining table from a simple setup into a feature spread with this masterfully crafted crafted condiment set combining rich acacia wood with elegant marble in white and smoky gray. Okay, so it literally matches my entire aesthetic of my kitchen or my house in general. Nice this is. Okay, let me open it all up. Here's what it looks like. This is so beautiful. It has some weight to it. It has that acacia wood similar to that tray. This is going to be beautiful. I'm actually going to just put this on my table. Again, you could do put salt and pepper in here. That would be really good or sugar if you have or any type of sugar. I'm excited. This is beautiful. And again, it matches my whole aesthetic. Oh, and then I'm really excited for this too. The one that I have, I got it Ross and it leaks. This is an oil dispenser. You know, the kind that like the cru- cruet? Is that how you pronounce it? The one I have literally is awful. Every time I go to use it, it leaks out of the top. It was like $5 at TJ Maxx or Ross. My gosh, this is beautiful. This is the pretty cool olive oil cruet and retails for $40. Now, I pay I think $60 for the box. So, it is a fantastic deal. Okay, this is absolutely beautiful. This is gorgeous and it's got the top for your oil. Ooh, I'm excited. I'm going to go transfer my oil from my crummy one to this beautiful one. And then the last household thing that I chose, which I'm excited for, this is the Short Stories salt and pepper grinder set and it retails for $50. And again, I wanted this to put on my table for salt and pepper because all I have right now are the little flip top lids with the spoons, which isn't ideal when you're trying to put salt and pepper on your food, especially when you're entertaining. Ooh, these are going to match my table perfectly. Oh my. These are really nice. Really nice. I typically, full transparency, use conditioner when I shave. I don't really use regular conditioner in my hair. I use a hair mask. So, I have lots of conditioner. So, I typically use that, but I'm really excited to give that a try, especially on my legs, like the legs and the bikini area. And then, from Remedy Skin, this is the cleansing balm for $18. And then the last but not least, only because there was no other option, I really don't need any more lip products. I did get this Summer Fridays Dream Lip Oil in Bare Sand and this retails for $28. Ooh, I like the color. The color is really pretty and I really like the Summer Fridays lip oils. Doesn't really have a scent to it. It's kind of just a neutral. So I'm excited. I'm going to throw it into my lip drawer. I will use it. I have to have something on my lips all the time. Never a moment without. And then it looks like we got, oh, a little sample of greens. 60 ingredients including 21 vitamins and minerals and 6 g of fiber. Those are actually good. They don't smell good, but they taste good. So for lunch today, I'm going to do my meal prep. I have two of the lettuce wraps. These are really good with the turkey and the cheese and the bacon. Really good. I am going to slice up some avocado and then we have just the tiniest bit of grapes left. So So going to eat that. Let me plate this up and I'll show you lunch. So here's my lunch. So I added some avocado to that half and then I'll fold it over. Those will be my lettuce wraps and then just a few grapes. So we're going to the UP the UPS store. I have to return some inventory to Bomb Party. They're actually buying some of my inventory back from when I resigned and then I've got to mail some Amazon returns and I think we're going to go get some ice cream at Dairy Queen. Palmer loves ice cream. So I think that's our plan. So we're at UPS store and then oh, and we're going by the Humane Society or the dog rescue. We're going to drop off some of Palmer's old balls that he doesn't that he doesn't need. He needs to donate to the less fortunate. Yes, you need to donate. Here we are at the Dairy Queen. Oh. Palmer's getting a a pup cup. Oh, buddy. Oh, that's your ice cream. Can you open the lid for him? Troy got a small blizzard and I got a medium orange Julius. Ooh, yay. Thank you. There's my orange Julius. All right, buddy. Daddy's going to get you some ice creams. Look at the little pup cup. It has whipped cream. Okay, we're going to go pull off to the side over here at by the gas station so Palmer can have his ice cream. >> [laughter] >> HE JUST LICKED AT HIS BLIZZARD. PALMER, let's get yours. Here. Hang on, let's get his. Here. Daddy's going to hold your pup cup. So you can have some. Okay. All right, boo boo. Daddy's getting you some pup cup, buddy. >> Oh. >> Yay. He's so excited. Get the whipped cream first. Yeah, get your little face in your ice cream, buddy. Aw, he's so happy. He's been such a good boy in the car. He donated his balls to the less fortunate dogs at the shelter. >> Give her some brain freeze. >> It is time for a quick afternoon snack. I'm actually heading out the door here in just a few minutes to go get my eyebrows waxed. So, I'm going to do the Chobani vanilla zero added sugar yogurt. Love these 20 g of protein. And then I'm going to do the apple, pretzel, and cheese pack. That'll give me some good carbs, some fat, some protein, and tide me over until dinner. I'm really excited for dinner. I have a really good recipe for tonight. So, afternoon snack and then we'll head out the door to get our brows waxed. For dinner tonight, I'm making a ravioli lasagna. This is going to be a super quick and easy busy night meal. You'll need some frozen ravioli, mozzarella cheese, an egg, marinara, ricotta, Italian seasoning, and some Parmesan. So, into a bowl we're adding our ricotta cheese. One egg. Oh, and I have my oven preheating to 350. And then some Italian seasoning. And then we're just going to stir this together. Go ahead and spray your baking dish with some nonstick cooking spray. And then we're going to take about a half of a cup ish of our marinara and we're going to spread that in the bottom. And then you're going to put one of your package or half of your large package of ravioli in the bottom of your baking dish. Then we're going to add a little bit more marinara on top. Kind of spread that over the ravioli. Troy's giving Palmer a treat and making him shake. He lived his best life today with his ice cream and >> [laughter] >> He pooped twice. >> Did he? >> I think he pooped again after >> Yeah. He's He's been busy. We're going to add our mozzarella and Parmesan. And then we're going to put on our ricotta cheese and try to spread it out as evenly as possible. Hey there, buddy. And then repeat. So, we're going to do another layer of sauce, ravioli, I'm going to add the mozzarella and then I'm going to put the ricotta and then the Parmesan. Hang on. And then go ahead and sprinkle with with Parmesan and then you're going to spray your foil with a little nonstick cooking spray so it doesn't stick and we're going to put this in a 350° oven for about 30 minutes. We just want everything to get warmed through. Oh my goodness. Here is dinner. This looks so good. I'll go ahead and plate it up and show you what it looks like. So, here is dinner for tonight. This smells really, really, really good. I'll have the original recipe down below for you. I am going I'm going my jewelry off, get my pajamas on, and relax for the night. I'm going to do some Drizzlicious for dessert. I'm not really feeling a protein bar. I want something a little bit lighter, kind of on the sweet side. I love these. These are a perfect snack. It's 120 calories. They've got some fiber. It's like a little rice cake drizzled with frosting. I mean, what could be better? So, this is going to be my dessert, and that wraps up today's what I eat in a day. Thank you so much for spending the day with me, and I will see you in Friday's weigh-in. Bye, friends. >> [music]
