WHAT I EAT IN A DAY ON WW TO LOSE 145 POUNDS - LET'S DECORATE FOR HALLOWEEN!! WEIGHT WATCHERS
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The video begins with the creator documenting her Tuesday morning routine while following a Weight Watchers diet plan that helped her lose 145 pounds. She starts her day at 7:57 a.m. by drinking her usual protein coffee and heading to Starbucks for breakfast, where she orders a turkey bacon, egg white, and cheese sandwich along with a Cannonball energy drink refresher. Although she typically shops at Duncan for affordability, she chose Starbucks this time due to her craving for the specific sandwich and the new energy drink she recently tried. She notes that this meal serves as both her breakfast and morning snack given the early hour, setting the stage for an early lunch later in the day since she has Halloween decorations to hang.
After grabbing her food, she visits Walmart to purchase groceries, specifically iced tea for her partner Troy, and to browse for Halloween supplies and new clothing ahead of upcoming trips and a cruise. She finds a few items on clearance, including a swimsuit and an emerald maxi dress, before moving on to Ross where she buys dog treats, Halloween-themed towels, and various party favors like straw toppers and tumbler giveaways. Her shopping trip totals around $59, which she considers a good deal. Upon returning home, she immediately begins the process of clearing out storage bins in the garage to access decorations, marking the transition from September into full Halloween mode before eventually moving on to Thanksgiving and Christmas themes later in the year.
The main focus of the video then shifts to decorating the house, starting with cleaning out old decor and organizing items in a spare room used for storage to keep the garage clear. She plans to decorate the kitchen counters, table, TV stand, and living areas using a mix of existing items like spider webs, cheesecloth runners, and Dollar Tree lights, supplemented by new purchases from Amazon to fill larger gaps in her office background. The creator expresses excitement about transforming her home's vibe while acknowledging the emotional difficulty of approaching the one-year anniversary of losing her dog, Lola, whom she misses deeply but channels her love into caring for her other dog, Palmer.
For dinner, she prepares a Cracker Barrel-style meatloaf with mashed potatoes using ground beef, Ritz crackers, cheddar cheese, and various seasonings, baking it in the oven before letting it rest. To complete her Weight Watchers-compliant meal, she enjoys the pumpkin pie yogurt from Walmart as dessert, topped with Catalina Crunch for extra protein. The video concludes with her enjoying the festive atmosphere of her decorated home, ready to host trick-or-treaters and celebrate Halloween with her family and friends while maintaining her healthy lifestyle goals.

Good morning. [clears throat] Good
morning, my friends. It is 7:57.
Oh my gosh, my hair is stuck in my seat
belt. 7:57 a.m.
on Tuesday. You see this video on
Wednesday. We meet in the car quite
regularly on Tuesdays. Tuesday is my one
day a week to really run some errands.
Monday is a shipping day for me and then
it's kind of counting my inventory,
getting ready. And then Tuesday morning,
I typically get everything ready for the
week and then I'm able to go out and run
some errands. So, here we are. We got a
couple things that we're going to go out
and do together. I did have my protein
coffee this morning as always. Always
always have my protein coffee. I am
starving. So, we are going to Starbucks.
It has been a minute since I've been to
Starbucks. I typically go to Duncan
because it's more affordable, but
I really liked that Cannonball
energy drink with the freeze-dried fruit
on top that I got a couple weeks ago.
And I've been craving their turkey bacon
English muffin breakfast sandwich with
the egg whites. Oh my gosh, it's so
good. And I've just been craving that.
So, that's what I ordered on my app. So,
we're going to get the sandwich, the
turkey, bacon, egg white, and a venti of
the Cannonball refresher. I'll put all
the information here on the screen for
you. That's going to be my breakfast.
And honestly, most likely my morning
snack since it is already 8:00 a.m. And
I will just have an early lunch today
because
we are decorating for Halloween today. I
am so excited. I have been chomping at
the bit to put up my Halloween
decorations. I actually asked Troy, I
actually told Troy a week ago, I said,
"Hey, in the next week or so, I need you
to get all the bins down from the racks
in our garage. I want to decorate my
office and the house." So, he said,
"It's only September." I said, "Well, by
the time we decorate, it'll be
midepptember. It'll be the middle of
September. That's fair." So, he told me
when he got up this morning that we
would uh that we'd get all the bins
down. So, when I come home from running
my errands, I'm just going to park my
car in the driveway because we have to
pull it out in order to access the bins
because those racks sit right above
where my car is parked. So, I typically
will do Halloween and then I will
transition to Thanksgiving or fall and
then of course Christmas. And we always
have my in-laws over for Thanksgiving.
So, I do like to decorate. give it a
little bit of a Thanksgiving vibe in my
house for the month of November. And
then obviously after Thanksgiving, it is
full-on Christmas mode. And this will be
our second year with our new tree that
we bought last year. So, I'm excited for
the holidays. Last year, they were
tainted because, as you know, we lost
Lola the day before Thanksgiving, and
I'm actually dreading
the one-year anniversary of her death
that's coming up here pretty soon. I
know that's going to be a really hard
day. And what's even crazier is I can't
believe it's already been a year. It
doesn't even feel like it.
Doesn't even feel like it's been a year.
It's kind of crazy. I miss her so much.
Like every single day. Every day. And
I've just poured my love into Palmer,
which is great, but I just I miss her.
It's just she's my best friend. And it's
just it's it's something I'm probably
never going to get fully over. But
anyways, on a brighter note, we don't
need to be emotional today. We are going
to Starby's. I'm going to go to Walmart.
Troy needs iced tea. And I shop for
groceries tomorrow, Wednesday, the day
you see this video. And when I shop at
Fries, you guys know they very rarely
have his iced tea. So, I'm going to be
proactive and get it when I'm at
Walmart. And I'm going to Walmart to
specifically look at Halloween stuff.
Not only decorations, but stuff for my
Rise parties in the month of October.
And I also want to look at the clothes.
It has been a long time since I bought
some new clothes. And I'm going to
Hawaii in November and I'm going to on a
cruise that I earned with Rise in
January. So, I'm just going to peek
around. I like I said, it's been a long
time since I really purchased any
clothes.
And then after that, I think I'm going
to go to Ross
and look around there again for
Halloween stuff and clothes. And then if
I have time, I'll run over to TJ Maxx.
It's right across the street from Ross.
But basically, that's what I'm on the
hunt for this morning. I just feel like
doing a little shopping. It's been a
while. I even thought about going to
Hobby Lobby, but that is quite a drive
and it's not really worth it. And I'd
like to be home around 10:00 uh when
Troy gets up so we can pull those
decorations down and I can get started
on that. So, let's grab breakfast. Our
energy drink, Walmart, Ross, maybe TJ
Maxx.
Starbucks secured.
Cannonball refresher.
Love. Got some energy. And then my
turkey,
cheese, and egg white.
M I've been craving that. I'm going to
eat my sandwich. And Walmart is
literally across the street. I was
eyeing this dress. This is so cute. But
they don't have my size. Extra small and
then 2XL. Dang it. That is so cute. So,
I got this swimsuit on clearance for
eight and then this dress, like this
green kind of emerald maxi dress for 10
and the swimsuit for eight. And with all
my trips coming up, that's perfect. And
now I'm in the Halloween section. Let's
see what we can find. First of all,
adorable. Also adorable. Oh my gosh,
look at the mug stack.
That is so cute. Ooh, I might be in
trouble. So, I came out unscathed. I did
get four of Troy's tees
for $10. The swimsuit was actually $10,
not eight or whatever, but still a
really good deal. I did grab some of the
pumpkin light and fit. And then I got
these cute cups. Look how cute these
are. For giveaways, they were $4 a
piece, I think. I got the ghost and the
little skeleton. That's all they had.
They didn't have much in the way of
Halloween decoration. So, let's go to
Ross and see what they have. All right,
Ross already has way more stuff. I
literally just walked in the door. They
have some of the cutest things. I'm
going to look around, see what I can
find. Oh my gosh, the pink pumpkin bowl.
Stop it.
Oo, I almost knocked over this fence
thing. What is this?
garland. That is so cute. $12.99. Oh my
gosh, adorable. Okay, let's go see what
we can find. All right, Little Ross
haul. So, they actually had some pretty
decent things. Not really any
decorations that I had to have, but I
did get quite a few good things. So,
first up, we hit up the dog section. Got
the squeaky ball, squeaky bone, uh
$4.99.
And then Palmer loves these duck jerky.
These are only $9.99 and I want to say I
pay like 12 on Amazon. So I got him a
bag of those. And then they also had the
chicken coins that are just one
ingredient made with real chicken. And
those were $4.99.
And then look at how cute
these Halloween towels are. It's a set
of two for $6.99, which is a really good
deal. And they're nice and soft. So, I
grab those. I do put a towel down when I
do my parties just to like so my it's
not a brown desk, you know, when I'm
showing the jewelry. And then speaking
of parties, whenever I have chip clips
as a giveaway, they are pretty popular.
And these are little dog chip clips.
Look how cute they were. Look how cute.
$3.99 for six of them. That's a good
deal. So, I grabbed the two packs I
could find. And then also, I want to do
a Halloween straw topper advent
calendar. And I did get some straw
toppers on Amazon, but I found these.
It's a set of six and they were $4.99.
So, there's little bears and then this
one is pumpkins,
ghosts, cats. So, really
six for $4.99. That's less than a dollar
a piece. So, those are really cute. And
then lastly, for an end of live
giveaway, look how cute this is. It even
has a little pumpkin charm and the
straw. It was $9.99.
M tumbler, 30 oz. And I just thought
that would be really fun as an end of
live, something we can give away during
Halloween. So, I think my total was
right around $59
for everything. Not bad.
And then we'll make some lunch around 11
or so. I don't know what I want to have.
Ate all of the meal prep pin wheels, the
ham and cheese things that I made for
breakfast. Those were really good, by
the way. We already ate all of those.
Troy's been eating the pasta salad that
I made. I don't even know how much is
left. So, I have to think about it. I
have to think about what I want for
lunch today. But, let's go ahead and
head home, get this stuff put away, and
then I'm so excited to decorate. So,
here is my lunch. I have a half a
sandwich. Troy and I split a sandwich
and then I'm going to do a couple of the
mandarins. It's already 1:00 and I'm
going to make dinner here in 3 hours.
So, we're just going to do a light
lunch. All right, the hair is up for the
Halloween decorations. I'm already
sweaty. We were in the garage. We got
everything down. I'll flip you guys
around. I started pulling a few things
out. Put a couple things outside.
Yeah, I'm really excited. My office will
be second. We'll work on the main part
of the house first. Oh, I already did.
We have like holiday pillows. If you
remember in our old house, we had that
other seating area, like that second
living room. So, we have all these
pillows. So, I put one of them here, the
little boo pillow,
and then one over here. And that's the
only pillows we have for Halloween. You
ready to put the decorations up?
>> Can you move your balls for me? Yeah.
Look at your smooshed one. Smooshed.
Okay. So,
there's one Halloween bin. That looks
like towels. More kitchen.
>> I already cleaned that one out. That was
the outdoor. And then it has the
costumes in there.
>> And then this one is empty. So, that's
where I put the home decor after we take
it down. So, what I typically do is I
take all my home decor down
because I go from Halloween to
Thanksgiving to Christmas, put all the
home decor in an empty bin, put it in
the garage, and that way it just stays
in that bin until the holidays are over.
So, this is the main Halloween bin. I'm
going to start cleaning that out. You
want to help?
>> All right, we got everything pulled out.
I always feel like I have less than I
thought that I had. So, we're going to
start decorating. I'll kind of give you
a rundown of what my plan is. I have a
lot of towels, which is good. And then
I've got all my table runners, my little
cheesecloth, spiderw webs. I kind of
like to lay these all around. They just
add like a little spooky vibe. So, I'll
do this counter over here because I do
that for Christmas as well. Oh, and I
have these lights from the Dollar Tree.
We'll do this counter over here. And of
course, this counter over here. I've got
stuff that goes on my kitchen table.
We'll do the kitchen table and then the
TV stand over there. Counters are
cleared off, wiped down. I always do
that. It's actually a really good time
to just do some extra cleaning. I've
been packing away the home decor. And
like I said, we just keep this I
actually might put this in the office.
We just keep all our home decor in here
till after Christmas. Makes it really
easy. just an empty bin. Actually, I am
going to put this in the office. And
then this counter is clean as well. And
then I typically store, we don't really
use this room. You can see I have my
envelopes for rice and some shipping
supplies. So, I usually keep a lot of
the bigger home decor stuff in here just
for storage. And you don't want to put
candles in your garage in Arizona cuz
it's hot and they'll melt. So, this
space comes in really handy just for
storage. Like I said, no one uses this
room unless we have a guest staying with
us. It's cute. It's nice in here. So, it
actually works out good. I have my rice
stuff in those cabinets. So, yeah, works
really good for some extra storage
space. So, the first thing I want to do
is table runners,
cheese claws, lights, some bat lights.
Kind of do that. Change out my plugins.
Start there and then [clears throat]
move to decor. All right, we are
decorated the main part of the house.
I'll be working my way into my office
next, but here's what's on my table.
Absolutely love this. This lights up in
the middle. So, it's just perfect with
that table runner. And then I did
replace our nightlight with this kind of
spooky
skull from Bath & Body Works. And then
here is my one counter. I actually These
are those lights I bought from the
Dollar Tree. I'm telling you guys, they
are the best lights. And if they die,
big deal. They were a dollar. So, that
is one of my counters,
my stove, and then over here, I don't do
as much because I need my knives and my
cooking utensils, but I think that is
absolutely perfect. Just enough. Just
enough Halloween. And then over here, I
love how this turned out. Our ghosts.
And then that metal boo was an outdoor
sign, but the metal stakes that put it
in the ground broke, so I used it as a
decoration and I quite like it. And then
my little ghost. And then over here is
the happy Halloween I painted last year.
And then I put my coffee beans in the
boo container for Halloween. And I think
that looks really nice. Just again the
perfect touch. On my island, I always do
like a little display. I've got my
Halloween towel. I use my little
Frankenstein and we always put candy
corn in there for the season. And then I
just put a couple little cute things.
There's some spiders on there and that's
just something fun on my kitchen island.
And this area is our butler area in our
living room off of our living room. So I
have my lantern, my glow-in-the-dark
skelly sweet haunted home candle boo.
Did kind of the black and white vibe.
And then I did this cute little table
runner that, by the way, you guys, table
runners are fantastic for counters. And
then you saw that I did the Halloween
pillows. And then the only other area I
decorate is over here. So I have my
little trick-or- treat gnome. And then I
just place a table runner. It just adds
a perfect touch. My little garland. And
then my haunted house. And then this is
our TV stand. And then again, the butler
area is right there. So, it all is
Halloween everything. I have two of
these. I put one here in my hallway by
my front door. And then I swapped the
other one out in my powder room. But I
did this counter as well. So, we come in
the garage right there. And this is our
powder room. So, I have this pumpkin. By
the way, that was a welcome sign. So, it
has a piece of wood. I'll show you.
Has the welcome. I just flipped it up
cuz I never use it as a welcome sign.
And I think it's adorable. with my home
sweet haunted home and my just a bunch
of hocus pocus. And again, just adding
this material, table runners, spiderw
webs. It just makes it just finishes it.
And then our powder room off of the main
area. I just have this cute little
lantern.
And then again, the other pumpkin. So,
moving into my office,
I need to remove everything
off of my background cuz that's where
the majority of the Halloween
decorations are going to go. I did pull
a bunch of stuff out of the den that was
in those cabinets from last year and
then my bin for my office. And that's
where we're going to start pulling all
the goods. You ready to do the office?
Okay. So, we're 95%
done. As I started decorating, I
realized that I just don't have enough
bigger things to fill some of these
spaces. So, we love Amazon. I just
Amazon myself an extension cord for my
lights and a couple of bigger pieces of
decor. So, I'll show you guys those in
another video because they won't show up
until tomorrow. But what I did is I put
the little plate here, Melo's skull
plate that I used to use with the with
Bomb Party for fizzing, which we don't
fizz, thank the Lord. And then I just
added some fun Halloween decorations. My
spider lights I love, but I need an
extension cord. And then those will be
up a little bit higher. But basically
just took down all my decorations
and added some fun Halloween. I went
ahead and cut that little garland in
half and put one on each side. And then
of course Lola never goes away. She'll
stay up all the time. And then this
center area you're not going to see when
I'm live cuz I cover it. But this is the
area right here where I need just some
bigger things. I just have a lot of
these small things like this. And that's
just not big enough for this space. So
hopefully what I got on Amazon will
work. And then over here my light up boo
sign. One of my favorites. And then I do
have the other half of that garland. And
then I just kept my greenery at the
bottom. I don't typically move that even
for the other holidays. So, I think it
looks really good. And then, oh, these
over here, I got these on Tik Tok shop.
Those light up. So, that'll light up and
the boo sign will light up. So, there'll
be like a little light on each side of
the shelving. So, feeling good. Feeling
festive. Oh, and in the bathroom,
I just added this little boo sign on the
counter. Oh, these are our new counters
that we got when they shipped the other
ones. They actually upgraded us. And
then this lights up. So, I thought I
could turn that on, too. The little
trickor treat tree, but real simple,
really easy. So, for dinner tonight, I
am making Cracker Barrel meatloaf. I'm
so excited. And mashed potatoes. So,
you're going to need salt and pepper, 2
lbs of ground beef, brown sugar, half
and half, ketchup, worshesure sauce,
mustard. I'm doing the Bob Evans easy
breezy mashed potatoes, a green bell
pepper, two eggs, Ritz crackers, an
onion, and sharp cheddar. So, for the
meatloaf, in a big bowl, I have two lbs
of ground beef, one and a/4 cups or a
sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers, a cup
of sharp cheddar, green pepper, onion,
and a half of a cup of half and half.
I'm going to add some salt and pepper,
and then we're going to mix this
together. All right, here's our massive
meatloaf. It's going into a 350° oven
for 30 minutes. We're going to make up
the glaze while it's in the oven. For
the glaze, I have 3/4 of a cup of
ketchup, 2 and 1/2 tbsps packed brown
sugar, 2 tsps yellow mustard, and
worsher sauce. I'm going to mix this
together and just pop it in the fridge
till the meatloaf is ready. The meatloaf
is out of the oven after 30 minutes. I'm
going to go ahead and glaze it, put it
back in the oven for another 40 or until
it's cooked all the way through. Going
back in for 40 minutes. The meatloaf is
out of the oven. It smells amazing.
We're going to let it sit for about 10
minutes. I have the mashed potatoes
warming up. So, here is dinner. It
smells so good. Meatloaf and mashed
potatoes. I'll have the original recipe
down below for you. So, for dessert
tonight, we're going to have one of the
Light and Fit pumpkin pie yogurts that
we grabbed at Walmart this morning.
These are one of my very favorite. And
then just to get a crunch up the
protein, I have Catalina Crunch. So, I'm
going to put a full serving so that I
get the 11 gram of protein on top of the
pumpkin yogurt. And that's going to be
my dessert. Thank you guys so much for
hanging out with us, shopping,
decorating for Halloween, and I'll see
you in the next one. Bye.
