Hey guys, we are on a local island
Ukulhas in the Maldives and we have
walking lady there.
So, I'm just going to show you
a local store which is called Local Plus
and we're just going to go inside and
look at some of the stuff.
So, here we have a refrigerator and
they're like you know various drinks.
And we bought the mango drinks for 7
rupees each.
Which we have which is right
right here.

it's like uh
>> this mango juice.
And then you can see there like you know
chips here
and there
snacks
and
they have some stuff like you know
battery, blade razor blades here and
there.
And there's some like you know uh candy
and this looks like 14 rupee which is
like uh $1.50
Canadian and then I see there's some
dates
here then other stuff and then here I
think these are like you know
uh spices for Maldivian
and other
and other uh
curry or that type of thing and then
there
I see some like you know frozen
vegetables and like frozen meat.
This what it looks like and then chili
flakes.
Then we got potato, we got
uh
garlic, onions
and fresh eggs.
So, we got like you know they have looks
like everything. Uh
They have everything here and then like
you know shampoo, soap, soap and then
some of them have no prices. Let me see
how much is the shampoo here. Okay.
See, looks like these have no prices.
But so far prices have been reasonable
and these are cleaning stuff.
And then here we have toothbrush,
toothpaste,
and Coke,
toilet paper,
potato chips. These look like local.
Then we have
yogurt, banana milk,
and marigold cookie. Oh, I we might get
some cookie here.
Okay, so cookie
and
here we have more drinks and I think
these are like, you know, processed meat
because there's no
uh it's not refrigerated.
Then we have bananas
and vegetables, apples.
I can see bitter melon. Looks like very
fresh.
And then beans.
And then we have some more grocery items
here.
So looks like you can find most of the
stuff in here. It's very like in a
small, but it has a lot of stuff. And
the prices are fairly reasonable.
