WEEKLY WW WEIGH IN - HUGGEE LIFE UPDATE!!! YOU'LL BE SHOCKED!! WEIGHT WATCHERS
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
Jen, a certified weight loss and nutrition coach who has successfully maintained a 145-pound weight loss, begins her weekly update by sharing various life changes amidst a chaotic few weeks. She reports that the family has sold one of their two golf carts to make room in the garage, though the remaining vehicle is currently being serviced for alignment and new features. While waiting for it to return, they have been spending more time outdoors with their dog, Palmer, and are planning a family day at Dairy Queen. Additionally, she mentions ongoing efforts to find a specific large cactus for their front yard before an expiring permit forces them to remove any unauthorized plants.
The central focus of the video is Jen's significant decision to resign from her direct sales company, Bomb Party, after experiencing a turbulent year filled with drama and ethical misalignment. Although she was a top performer who supported her family financially and earned trips like one to Aruba, the stressful environment and lack of support led her to leave the company two weeks prior. She has since transitioned to Rise Jewelry, a smaller, consultant-focused business that she describes as morally superior and free from the bullying and disciplinary inconsistencies she faced before. This move has restored her peace of mind, improved her happiness, and offers a better compensation plan, allowing her to feel more at ease in her professional life.
Regarding her health journey, Jen explains that despite not tracking her food due to stress and a busy schedule involving quick, pre-made meals, she has actually lost an additional 0.4 pounds over the last two weeks. She attributes this slight fluctuation to maintaining her weight rather than losing more, noting that she feels leaner thanks to returning to regular boot camp workouts and staying hydrated in the heat. Jen emphasizes that for her, a range of four pounds is considered maintenance, and she is content with being close to her goal line without needing to lose or gain further weight. She also shares that stress has reduced her appetite rather than causing overeating, which contrasts with how some people react emotionally to difficult times.
Looking ahead, Jen addresses the impact of these life transitions on her YouTube channel, confirming that she is not leaving the platform but may reduce her output from four videos a week to three if viewers do not specifically request weekly meal prep content. She plans to continue posting her "What I Eat in a Day," weigh-in, and grocery haul videos while deciding whether to keep the time-intensive meal prep series. With her new business requiring less preparation for parties and live streams, she hopes to regain more free time to cook from scratch and track her nutrition again. She concludes by promising a large Costco stockup haul and grocery video for the following day, expressing gratitude to her audience for their patience during this major life adjustment.

Hi friends, welcome back to my channel
and a very special welcome if you're new
here. My name is Jen. I'm a certified
weight loss and nutrition coach who has
lost 145 lbs and maintain that weight
loss for a few years now. And today is
Friday. This is my weigh-in day catchup
day. It has been a couple of weeks since
I filmed a Friday video. A lot has
happened since I've talked to you guys
last. So, I'm going to fill you in on
everything and then of course share my
weighin. So, if you're excited, give it
a thumbs up, subscribe, turn your bell
on. Let's jump in. Let's talk about life
updates and my weigh-in.
Like I said, it has been a pretty
chaotic last couple of weeks. A lot of
things have changed since I saw you
last. I did briefly mention in
Wednesday's what I eat in a day that
there had been some major changes but
didn't go into detail because I wanted
to share that for this video. This video
really is my update life up my life
update what's been going on video as
well as my weigh-in. So, a few things
before we jump into the big news. Number
one, the golf cart is amazing. We ended
up selling our other golf cart. So, that
is huge. So, now we're down to one golf
cart. So, it's not as crammed in our
garage. Now, with that new golf cart,
there's been a couple of issues. It
needs an alignment. There's We ended up
buying a rack for the back for Troy to
put his golf clubs. So, right now, we
don't have our golf cart. It is at the
golf cart place getting the alignment
and getting those extra features put on.
But, we really like it. It's very
comfortable. It's very smooth. It's a
lot more spacious. It's a lot more
fancy, which we love. And honestly, we
get a lot of use out of our golf cart
because of where we live. We take our
golf cart out multiple times a day. So,
for us, the investment in a new one made
a lot of sense. So, we're hoping to have
it back here in the next couple of days
because Palmer is not happy that the
golf cart's been gone for a few days.
He's very antsy, especially at night,
because he wants his golf cart ride. So,
we've been doing more with him outside,
playing ball a little bit more. I think
tomorrow Saturday we're I think tomorrow
Saturday we're going to have a family
day. Palmer loves ice cream. So I think
we might go to Dairy Queen and Troy and
I'll get ice cream and we'll get Palmer
an ice cream. But we've been trying to
do more with him since we're not able to
take him out in the golf cart right now.
But again, hopefully we get it back here
in the next couple of days. We are still
waiting on our other cactus that we put
a deposit down on. They haven't had very
good ones at the nursery. So our
landscaper is still on the hunt for
that. We are putting a cactus in. We're
putting a cactus in our front yard, a
second big cactus. So, I'll show you
guys that once it actually gets planted.
We put a deposit down, shoot, a month
ago, and we just haven't been able to
find a cactus that we want. We want a
big juicy one, and we want it to be
taller than the one we currently have,
so it kind of offsets. So, that's
something that we've been working on.
And our little permit on my window here
is good through September. So, fingers
crossed a good cactus goes to the
nursery, Jose can get it, and come plant
it before this permit expires. So, let's
jump into some big news. And this is
probably going to come as quite a shock
to you guys because I haven't really
mentioned anything as to what led up to
this. So, like, but there's been a lot
there was a lot that led up to this. And
so, the big news is that I have resigned
from Bomb Party. And I know that I've
shared with you guys that it has been a
really great thing for me financial
wise, supporting my family. It keeps me
very busy. honestly a little bit overly
busy. However, since I signed up with
Bomb Party a year,
a year and 3 months ago, 4 months ago,
it has been a pretty turbulent ride. And
if you follow me on TikTok and you've
been in my Bomb Party lives or you've
ordered from me, you knew a little bit
of what had happened over the last
little bit over a year. But it has been
a bumpy bumpy ride for me. It's been
very challenging both with the person I
signed up with, the company, the people
that I recruited on my team. It's been
it's been rough. And when I went to
Florida in July for the conference, it
was not a good experience. I mean, the
conference was great, but it was very
dramafilled. It was very upsetting. A
lot happened during that conference that
led to the decision that I made to
resign from Bomb Party. And I don't want
to go into a lot of detail because it's
really not going to make sense to you.
But just trust me when I say this
decision was not taken lightly. Number
one, this is what supports my family.
Number two, I earned a trip to Aruba
that I had to sacrifice if I resigned
from the company. And number three, that
basically puts me out of a job. So, a
lot went into my decision. And what it
boiled down to for me, those things
aside, is that I morally, ethically do
not align with Bomb Party. The company
itself is not a company that aligns with
my morals. It's not a company that I
want to support. It's not a company that
supported me. And it's just not a
healthy place for me. I need to protect
my peace. And if you know, I don't have
a lot of drama in my life. My life is
pretty easygoing. I have a pretty
stress-free life. and bomb party gave me
a lot of stress, a lot. And like I said,
I never shared anything. So truly this
is probably a big shock to you, but just
trust me when I say best decision I ever
made was to resign. And I actually
resigned 2 weeks ago. Sunday will be 2
weeks prior. I had resigned from Bomb
Party. Now with that being said, I am
going to a different direct sales
jewelry company called Rise Jewelry. And
let me tell you, I signed up with Rise
Jewelry before I resigned from Bomb
Party, a couple of days before. I
resigned on Sunday and I believe I
signed up on a Thursday with Rise
Jewelry. And I had heard about Rise.
I've never been to a live. I've never
purchased anything obviously because I
sold Bomb Party, but I've heard of it.
It is a much smaller company. It is much
more of a consultant focused company.
It's not It's more of an affiliated
program than a multi-level marketing.
There's a lot of differences between
Rise Jewelry and Bomb Party. And like I
said, I signed up right before I
resigned. And let me tell you, straight
out of the gate, this has been a much
better experience. I feel really good
about my decision. I actually had a call
with the CEO of the company. She kind of
knew what I had been through with Bomb
Party and wanted to make sure that I
moved over comfortably and that my
questions were answered. And when I was
with Bomb Party, I was a top seller. I
was number three in the entire company.
I think there's over 10,000 reps and I
was number three in the company. I was a
top recruiter, a top trip earner. So, me
leaving the company doesn't look good.
It doesn't look good for the company.
And it also kind of gives you a bad
taste in your mouth, a little PTSD of
going to another direct sales company.
So, Rise wanted to make sure that I felt
comfortable. And let me tell you, so far
the experience has been phenomenal. I'm
very at peace. I don't have any stress.
Actually, today is my launch party for
Rise. I'm all set up over here.
There's all my jewelry all set up for my
launch today. So, once I get done
filming this video in a couple hours
here, I'm going to launch. And it's been
really great. The jewelry is
exceptional. Solid sterling silver. I'm
actually wearing wearing the jewelry.
Just better quality, just a better
company morally, ethically, and that was
the main reason that I resigned from
Bomb Party. So quite a shock I'm sure to
all of you, but definitely a good
decision on my part. Even Troy yesterday
said, "Oh my gosh, you seem so much
happier and so much more at peace." And
that is 100% accurate. And I'm sure
there'll be issues that will arise.
There's always issues that arise in a
woman focused setting, a woman focused
business. But I can assure you that the
big difference will be how it is handled
by the company. Rise doesn't tolerate
bullying, defamation, any of those
things where Bomb Party just picks and
chooses what they're going to address
and who they're going to acknowledge and
who they're going to put through the
disciplinary process. So, Rise has been
an amazing decision and my customers are
loving it. It's been a really good move
for me and again, it's going to be my
full-time job supporting my family. The
compensation plan is so much better.
There's trips you can earn. I will be
making more money with Rise than I would
ever make with Fawn Party. And just
overall just my piece, the business
itself, the compensation plan, the the
model of the company just aligns better
with me. So that was a decision that I
made and again I don't regret it. I am
completely at peace with that decision.
So these last couple of weeks, I've been
having to sell off all of my Bomb Party
inventory, which I have 99% of it gone.
I have a big box right here that I'm
actually sending back to Bomb Party.
They do charge you a restocking fee, but
they're going to take this back. So,
I'll get my thousands of dollars of
inventory back. So, that's what I've
been focused on the last couple of weeks
is getting rid of all the Bomb Party so
that I can move over to Rise. And now
I'm in a position to do that. So, again,
today is my launch party. I am so
stinking excited. It's going to be on
TikTok just like Bomb Party. Nothing
will change. I'll be live the same day,
same times. It's just going to be a
whole different jewelry company, a
better overall jewelry company. So, it
is very exciting. It's just been very
busy and very stressful. Truly, the few
days leading up to my decision to resign
were very stressful. I hardly slept. I
cried. It was It was hard. It was
definitely not a decision I took lightly
because again, it sacrifices
how I support my family and that's a big
decision that somebody has to make. But
we are moving up. We are rising up. We
are becoming we are growing with a
bigger comp with a better company
overall. And I'm just excited to
genuinely see what the future holds. And
with all of the craziness these last
couple of weeks, your girl hasn't
tracked a single thing. I've been trying
to focus on protein, but to be fully
honest with you, it has been a lot of
quick, easy meals. And if you when you
see my grocery haul tomorrow, we got
quick easy meals because it's just been
so busy. I haven't had a lot of time to
cook. The chicken pot pie I made in
Wednesday's what I eat in a day was
delicious. But other than that, you
guys, it's truly been quick things like
pre-made meals that I just warm up.
Yesterday, we had sliders that we just
threw in the oven. So, it's been a lot
of pre-made meals, but again, I'm
focused on protein and probably haven't
been eating at maintenance. I feel I've
been feeling a little bit lighter, a
little bit smaller. I've been noticing
it in my clothes a little bit. I have
been working out. I'm back to boot camp.
I've been really focused on water cuz
it's hot as you know what here. So,
that's been good, but I haven't tracked.
So, I don't know where my calories are
or what my protein has been. But, I
continue to always be focused on
protein. So, that is something that's
just who I am now and ingrained in my
brain. So, I'm always choosing a protein
first. But again, I don't I couldn't
tell you I couldn't tell you what I've
been been eating over the last couple of
weeks calorie-wise because of all the
stress. And I've mentioned this before.
I am not a stress eater at all. I'm
quite the opposite. If I'm stressed, if
I'm sad, I don't have an appetite. I
lost I think seven or eight pounds when
Lola passed away and have maintained
that loss this last 10 months since
Lola's been gone. And so for me, it's
the opposite. So, I kind of lose my
appetite and then when I am hungry, it's
just I need something quick. So, with
that being said, that being said, I just
wrapped up my cycle, so that's good. I'm
in the last day of ovulation. You know
that typically I my weight does go up
during ovulation. And again, I'm in the
very last day of it right now. So, when
I got on the scale today, this morning
before I went to boot camp, I am
actually down.4 lb. So over the last 2
weeks, I've maintained my weight.4 lbs
down is a maintenance for me. I honestly
thought it might even be more. Maybe I
just feel a little bit leaner because
I'm back to working out regularly. But
listen, I'm in maintenance. So for me to
maintain is the goal. I don't need to
lose weight. I don't need to gain
weight. I'd like to be as close to that
that even line as possible. So for me 4
lb is considered maintenance. That
little bit of fluctuation to me is just
a maintenance because it is a range, not
a number. So, I will go ahead and put up
here on the screen how much I lost this
week, my point4 lbs, my total amount of
weight loss, as well as my current
weight. And like I said, this is
maintenance for me. I'm going to take it
as a win. And now that things are
getting back to normal and with Rise, I
will be less busy. It's less time
consuming than bomb party, like
preparing for the parties and the lives
and things. So, I will actually have a
little bit more free time, which is
huge, which is great. And another
benefit of moving over there. So, I'm
hoping that I can get back to cooking
more meals, preparing more meals,
tracking my food a few days a week,
continuing to work out regularly. So,
hopefully life gets back to normal now
that this this big adjustment has
happened. So, that is the update. That's
what's been going on the last couple of
weeks. That's why you haven't seen me. I
am doing my best to maintain my YouTube
schedule. I know a lot of you have asked
if I'm leaving YouTube. I am not. I am
doing my best to maintain my schedule.
Now, meal prep is still something that
is up in the air for me. It just does
not get the views and the time that it
takes me to film the meal prep, edit the
meal prep, upload the meal prep, do the
description box, make the thumbnail
isn't really paying off dollar-wise from
what I'm getting from YouTube. So, that
video may go away. So, if you don't want
meal prep to go away, if you like having
those recipes every week, make sure
you're watching my video on Tuesday
because that is going to be determined
in the next few weeks what's going to
happen with that. I will have a what I
eat in a day. I will have a weigh-in and
I will have a grocery haul, but meal
prep right now is is up in the air. We
may jump down to three videos per week.
So, again, watch it. Watch it if you
like having those recipes every single
week. And then let me know down below
how things have been for you. I
appreciate your patience. I appreciate
your understanding while I transitioned
my life over. And like I said, I'm
hoping to be back to much more regular
content moving forward. And I hope you
guys have an amazing Friday and stay
tuned tomorrow for a huge haul. We have
a Costco stockup haul and a regular
grocery haul. It's going to be a big
one. So stay tuned for that. Have a
wonderful Friday and I will see you
tomorrow. Bye friends.
