Video summary

The video begins with a personal update before shifting focus to the volatile state of the broader market following the FOMC meeting. The host notes that while the major indices showed mixed results, the real story lies in the aggressive indecision seen around the 50-day moving average over the last few weeks. He emphasizes a trading philosophy of preparation rather than prediction, comparing it to dressing for the weather based on data rather than guessing the forecast. This approach is crucial because stocks that previously dragged the market down have recently led massive reversals, particularly in the semiconductor and memory sectors, defying earlier bearish expectations regarding support levels. A significant portion of the discussion highlights specific technology names that are poised for major breakouts after failing to drop as anticipated when they dipped below key moving averages. Micron and SanDisk are cited as prime examples of stocks that recovered aggressively from their lows, with Micron nearing September highs and SanDisk approaching August peaks. Similarly, AMD is described as being just a "stone's throw" away from its June highs after closing below the 50-day average. The host stresses that traders must know their specific price levels and wait for confirmation rather than anticipating moves, noting that the market has been dynamic with rapid shifts above and below the 50-day line over the past two weeks. The analysis then expands to include Bitcoin's recent surge and its potential impact on related stocks like MicroStrategy (MSTR) and Coinbase, which are showing setups similar to MSTR's current trajectory. The host also details individual stock strategies for Nvidia, Palantir, SpaceX, and Tesla, pointing out critical technical levels such as Bollinger Bands and specific moving averages that need to be reclaimed for bullish momentum to continue. While acknowledging the frustration of stocks like Tesla coiling near a breakout point, he maintains that eventually, one direction must prevail, either testing new highs or breaking down to lower lows. The segment concludes with observations on smaller semiconductor names like ARM and LRCX, noting liquidity issues but identifying potential setups if volume improves, before wrapping up with an outlook for the upcoming week driven by continued strength in Bitcoin and the tech sector.

Hey guys, good afternoon everybody. Welcome to another edition of the axis oftraday.com nightly wrap-up show weekend update show. Hope everybody is doing well. It's about uh 2:00 on uh Saturday. Uh my son is home for college from college for the next three days. So I am a very very happy camper. And again that's all about life. It's all about the little things, the memories, the loved ones that make you happy, not how good or bad you performed on a trading session. We'll get to that in a second. Um, hopefully everyone is doing well, guys. If you can do me a favor, click that like button, support the channel, and hopefully I will continue to do my best to point you in the right direction. So, let's talk about the market. So, last time we spoke was Wednesday. If you guys remember, uh, Wednesday, we violated, and when I say we, the QQQ's violated a pretty good long-term range that went all the way back to, uh, August lows and, you know, went about $3 from the earnings lows and uh, and hit the, excuse me, not August lows, and hit the bottom of this rising support and had a really nice aggressive stick save up. And what happened the next day was the FOMC meeting and that's the most important part. Um, and we saw prices fluctuate very very aggressively. If you look at the final tally, right? If you look at the final tally of the scoreboard, you're not going to paint a really great picture. You got the Dow Jones down 1.7%. You got the S&P flat and you got the NASDAQ uh, and you got the NASDAQ up a little bit, right? But the point is, you have a market that has been so indecisive teeter tottering off the 50-day moving average that it's impossible, I mean, absolutely impossible to predict uh what's going to happen next. Like I always say in every single video, I'm not trying to guess what happens next. I'm just trying to be prepared. It's like, you know, when you're watching uh the weather forecast, right? You're not trying to predict the weather. You're just trying to dress for it based on data. And I will tell you you it it's amazing how aggressive this market has been especially on the day-to-day. Uh you have one week the market is building uh below the 50-day moving average for four consecutive days. Looked like we were one day away from really started drilling into this 150day support. And then the next day we reclaimed channels and started getting very very aggressive. And the stocks that took us down were the stocks that took us right back up. You had really aggressive meaningful completely meaningful uh reversals in that semi/memory space. Uh Micron that looked literally I mean looked literally like it was about you guys remember on Wednesday we were talking about this thing loses the 50-day moving average. It's going to get hit. Well again never did and the stock recovered very very aggressively and now it's a stone throws away uh from uh September highs. Same thing with SanDisk, right? SanDisk, we had three days in a row. You guys remember that? Three days in a row. I kept on saying, folks, if this thing loses the 50-day moving average, this thing's going to get hit. It never did, right? That's the whole point. You don't anticipate a stock doing it, you wait for the confirmation. And Sam, this now is is so such a big move on Friday that this thing is close to uh the August highs. Again, this thing looks amazing. AMD, same thing. AMD looked like two days ago when it closed below the 50-day moving average. This thing was about to come all the way back down to the September lows and yada yada yada. We are stone throws away from the June high. So, you're you're getting really really aggressive moves in this market. Um, what we discussed always in the in the webinar, you you better know your you really better know your levels. You you really do. This isn't a market that you can just say, well, I think it's going to happen. Let me see if it does play out that way. you're going to get run over and run over very aggressively because the amount of over and under 50-day moving average we've seen the last two weeks has been pretty dynamic. And the one point we keep on reiterating is don't anticipate that we're going it's just going to be a one or two days below or above that average because this is how quickly things are moving. You got treasuries uh rising for a potential uh another raise, right? Another raise in the October meeting again. Uh last Wednesday we saw the first rise in uh interest rates at about three years, 25 basis points. Now there's more than a 50% chance that another uh rise is going to happen in the October meeting. Uh you know, again, conflation concerns are still there, but again, you really have to be very impressed of what technology is doing. And now folks, we're in September. We are in the midst of the start of a traditional, right? They always say, "Well, September sucks. September suck." Nothing is traditional, right? You know, be people all say all the time, "Well, the summertime sucks." Why? Why does the summer time suck? The market is as good as it it is, right? The market's as good as somebody's willing to pay a higher or lower premium for it. So, there's nothing usually that's in the cards that's definitive. But having said that, if we don't die out in the next couple of days, this is a traditional very strong time for the year. Again, we got uh you got the Thanksgiving holiday uh which is not that far away anymore. Thanksgiving holiday uh that is traditionally very very bullish spills over into uh the Santa Claus rally into the small cap January effect and hopefully the bulls could continue that momentum first quarter of 2026. So where do we start? Right? Where do we start the week? We start the week a stone throws away from the top of the range here of the August 28 highs. The August 28 highs are 724. Everybody see it? 724 is the August 28 highs. If we can get back above 724 on the QQQ's, then you have this whole gap to fill all the way up to 734, which were the highs on 817. So, the next big level on the cues 1720 724 to the upside. Obviously, the longer we stay now above 710, which becomes the 50-day support, the higher probability more stocks will get pulled up. Bitcoin, right? There's a reason why we're talking about Bitcoin. Bitcoin is uh having a big uh couple of day run. Uh as of right now, we're about 81, uh500 on Friday. I think it was up up about 5% on Friday. And that really brought in a lot of the speculation money. Um, notable names, right? Notable names that really had the effect. I don't want to talk about the riots of the world and the marrows of the world. Let's talk about MSTR, right? If you guys remember, we talked about this on 911, right? On 911, September 11th video, we talked about this thing is getting very, very close. Well, this thing finally surged. I know a lot of you guys are swinging this thing from the 145 level. 145 was the September 3rd highs. This thing has a chance. If if Bitcoin can continue its surge over the weekend, right? Continue it surge in the weekend. There's a shot, man. There's a shot this thing sees 163 uh which is its next, you know, next uh daily supply. That's the 200 day EMA. So, if Bitcoin can get to that 82 83,000 area by like Sunday night, you know, there's a shot, guys. There's a shot MSTR uh sees the 60s. I'm going to give you a setup that's the carbon copy of MSTR. Again, it's not really a big secret. It is Coinbase. It looks exactly like MSTR, right? You got this massive, massive range setting up here. You got the top of the channel here that hit its linear regression line. Again, if Bitcoin is strong and this thing gets back above uh this linear regression line, this thing, just like MSTR, has room all the way up to 206. So, if this thing could reclaim back Friday's channel on Monday, this thing could really see a push into this 206 level. So, keep an eye on that as well. Let's talk about some individual names that I like for uh this week. Nvidia, okay, we know Nvidia is very, very finicky, right? We know that, right? Uh this when the stock goes, it usually goes on a two, three day run and when the stock is kind of just like gasses out, it just does nothing. You're kind of ripping out your hair. Well, this is now the first close above the 10day moving average, right? You see the high here on September 11th, right? Seems like a lot of price action happened on September 11th. If it could just get back above the September 11 channel, guys, this thing does have room uh all the way up into the 230s. Is it possible it doesn't get there? Of course. Again, we are just trading on that. Again, I'm not trying to predict the weather. I'm just trying to dress for a potential storm or potential uh day at the beach. So, right now it looks uh pretty strong. Just needs to get back above uh the 9/11 highs and this thing can wake up. PLTR, right? PLTR is getting tight, right? It's getting tight here. Uh it withto a couple of uh it withtood a couple of body blows in the middle of the week of the market. Kind of held up really really well. It's very tight here. It's sitting here on top of the 20-day supply. If it could get back above the 20-day supply and we got rejected backtoback days, I think there's a shot. The key with PLTR is it needs option flow, right? The one thing that it keeps on igniting these names with a lot of aggression is the ability that shortterm buyers are coming in with out of the money calls on repeat. It would be nice to see like 180 185 calls come in an individual session especially in the morning uh to kind of ignite this uh Apple right it had its event it had its event um you know introduced the iPhone 8600 whatever the hell it was I think it was the 18 um it is just kind of it had a nice big move on Thursday put in an inside day on Friday just resting as long as it keeps on resting above the 5day you know they were coming with 340s uh 340 calls coming in for this week. Uh watch this thing cuz if this thing could start taking out Thursday's highs, this thing could really start getting going. You know, looks looks, you know, pretty damn good. SpaceX, right? SpaceX, um I believe their flight is scheduled now, I think they said as early as September the 28th. Okay, you could see how tight this thing is getting. You see that guys? You see this Ballinger band, right? You see this Ballinger band here? if this thing could just get it back above this Ballinger band because remember we did see some really aggressive call buying coming in. We saw some short-term October and November 170, 180 and 200 calls. I think the key for SpaceX if you see how the stock is kind of playing out here every single time it's below the a linear regression line or Ballinger band like again you even going back to uh July the 6th. You see this line here? It's a linear regression line. it got rejected and never saw it again. It keeps on getting rejected off this whole area. That's why this Ballinger band is so important. If SpaceX could get back above this Ballinger band, this thing could look looks actually really really good. So, keep an eye on that as well. Uh the the biggest momentum names are definitely Micron, right? Micron looks like if it could just start attacking uh Friday's channel, you could get a move to 1040s. 1040s uh were the recent highs. Uh Sandis, look at Sandis. Sandis looks like it's poised uh to challenge these uh you know uh August the 17 highs of uh 1830s guys. All again just like uh SpaceX all it needs to do you see how it keeps on hitting this Ballinger banding band rejected Ballinger band rejected. Friday it hit the Ballinger band but didn't get rejected. If it could just get back above the Ballinger band, I do believe there's a really good chance uh this thing could see uh this thing could see the August uh 17 highs. Some names that are just doing absolute buckus is Tesla. Tesla spent one day, one day out of everything that's going on here, it spent one day above a previous day's range. Very frustrating. Yes. The big picture is something has to give here, guys. I know I say that every single video, but we have to be prepared for it. That's the whole point. You can't be like, "Well, you know, I forgot about it." 3 days later, the stock puts up a $10 move. Look, it's either going to get back above this 150day supply and go bust out and test these 384 highs, or this damn thing is going to lose the 50-day moving average, which is 350, and start attacking uh start attacking the July lows. Again, we just have to be patient for it. It's not something imminent. Might not happen today. Well, definitely not going to happen today. Uh, it might not happen this week, it might not happen next week, but eventually something has to give. Guys, this is Tesla, right? And I know for investors it sucks. For traders, it's good some days, but this thing is getting coiled and coiled and coiled. The question is, which way does it break? Does it get back above the 150day moving average and retest the 384 level or does it lose the 50-day moving average at 350 and hell's going to start breaking over again? We shall see uh very very soon. Uh AMD continues to be really really strong. You have to assume if the market continues uh the June 30 highs of uh 684 eventually will get tested. Stock looks uh really really good. Uh you got Amazon uh you got Amazon still, you know, fighting, right? Still fighting. Still below the 50-day moving average. This is definitely one to watch if it gets back above the 50-day. If it gets back above the 50-day then obviously we have a lot of room uh and have different something different to talk about. Some other uh smaller well not smaller some other uh less followed but still uh still important names in the semigroup that are looking interesting. ARM if this thing had more val if this thing had more volume guys I this is a great setup. This is now uh first close above the 50-day moving average. If this thing could just get back above uh today's channel next week, this thing could really rip. The problem is it traded 7 million shares the whole day. Right? By the time I logged off at around 2:00, 2:15 on Friday, the thing was trading 2 million shares. Again, what are we going to do? Split 100 shares 3,000 different ways. There's just no liquidity. But this thing looks great. Same thing with uh LRCX, right? LRCX is below the 50-day, but a buyer came in short-term expiration with the 300 calls. The stock still looks like crap, but you can see how the money flow is starting to go into other various areas. So, Bitcoin, let's see what it does. Let's see if the continuation uh sparks these um um uh Bitcoin, MSTR, Coinbase names. Uh you got the semis trying to wake up very very aggressively. You got the memory names/ semiames trying to attack their previous channels and this lifetime or the next maybe Tesla finally gets out of its own base as well. Guys, have a great weekend. God bless. Hope everybody's doing well. And with God's help, I'll see you all in the field on Monday. Take care.
