Was Arab Power Gang Behind "Fess" Plouffe's Kidnapping and Potential M*rder?
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The recent disappearance of Stéphane Tessier-Plouffe, the vice president of the Montreal Hells Angels, has sparked intense speculation regarding the involvement of Arab Power in this high-profile case. Host Scott Burnstein suggests that while the Hells Angels are known for reckless violence and public displays of force, the specific tactics used against Plouffe—such as the arson attack on his home involving Molotov cocktails and the mysterious abandonment of his vehicle in Saint-Eustache—do not align with traditional gangster methods. Instead, these actions point toward a more calculated operation reminiscent of cartel-style enforcement, where controlling internal networks allows for dominance over external territories. The narrative indicates that Arab Power, led by Big Brother Attaki, has evolved into an independent force that no longer respects the old order held by the Hells Angels or the Sicilian Rizzuto mob, choosing instead to take contracts and eliminate rivals through any means necessary.
A significant piece of evidence emerging from reports by French-language media outlets like La Presse and Journal de Montréal involves a Lebanese national who was last seen meeting with Plouffe at a hotel in Saint-Eustache before vanishing. This individual is described as a heavy hitter with known ties to Arab Power and a reputation for having bodies, raising serious red flags about who orchestrated the event. Law enforcement agencies, including the RCMP and the Sûreté du Québec (SQ), intervened by pulling this suspect off a departing plane, confiscating his phone, and releasing him, an action that suggests he was under surveillance but perhaps not yet fully implicated in a murder charge. Furthermore, investigators have clarified that Plouffe's car was not abandoned by him at the park where he was initially reported to be seen, but rather driven there by someone else after he was last spotted in Camp Kanestake, an area historically controlled by Sharon Simon, a powerful figure connected to Marty Robert's inner circle.
The situation is further complicated by allegations that Plouffe may have been turned into a cooperator or "rat," which could explain the sudden shift in alliances and the violence directed at him. Sources indicate that the arson attack on his residence might have served as leverage, threatening his family while he was potentially held captive or forced into witness protection. The transcript highlights the fluid nature of criminal underworld alliances, noting how Arab Power has recently declared war on the Rizzuto mob after feeling abandoned during Attaki's own legal troubles, and how they have since formed a new partnership with Tupac Anna's group. This shifting landscape suggests that enemies can quickly become allies or vice versa, creating a complex web where the Hells Angels might have contracted Arab Power to handle Plouffe, especially given the latter's potential betrayal of his former gang.
Ultimately, the host concludes that while it is not certain whether Plouffe has been killed, kidnapped for ransom, or successfully disappeared into witness protection, the involvement of Arab Power appears inevitable in this scenario. The organization's fearless approach and willingness to operate outside traditional gang codes make them a prime suspect in an operation that involved both kidnapping and arson. As investigations continue with search warrants issued for DNA evidence on the day Plouffe vanished, the focus remains on understanding how these disparate criminal entities have converged. The case underscores the volatile reality of organized crime in Canada, where alliances are transient and power struggles between groups like the Hells Angels, the Rizzuto family, and Arab Power continue to reshape the underworld hierarchy in real time.

Original Gangsters News with Scott
Burnstein.
Welcome to the Original Gangsters News
Network and Podcast. I'm your host Scott
Burnstein.
We're wall-to-wall
Canada organized crime right now. This
last week, week and a half has been
bonkers and we are here to give you the
most elite uh access to information and
insight all in real time. So, we're
going to go back up to the Great White
North and I'm going to update everybody
on what I found out. I'm going to give a
little bit of uh
uh you know, a shout-out to Dan and
Felix at the La Presse and Journal de
Montréal for some great reporting that
they've done.
And I'm going to color up some of the
information that they've put out either
in uh their stories or or uh their
social media accounts and then I've got
my own
analysis and and some uh breaking news
to put out in regards to what I'm
hearing.
So,
you know, the
meat and potatoes of this pod and I'm
not going to belabor this. It It
shouldn't be a
a long episode. I'm just going to kind
of hit the the uh the bullet points
here. No point uh pun intended. Uh so,
really
my big takeaway from the last couple
days
is that Arab Power
might be playing a role in all of this
and that the Hells Angels may have
contracted Arab Power to deal with
the Tessier Ploof situation. And as we
all know, Stéphane Tessier Ploof, the uh
street boss, vice president of the
Montréal Hells Angels, the right-hand
man and best friend to Montréal Hells
Angels boss Marty Robert, went missing
earlier this month. He was last seen on
August 3rd. We got some information.
Uh we're going to clear some
some confusion up about where he was
last seen.
But
there are some
red flags here
in regards to
who might have been behind the actual
deed.
Uh
and if you're reading the tea leaves
here
and you're talking to people that are in
the know
Arab Power is kind of looming.
And we all know about Arab Power and and
their
ascension,
uh especially in the last handful of
years. They
spring up kind of out of nowhere in the
2010s.
Big Brother Attaki, who's in prison
doing a
lengthy sentence for a a murder back in
the 2010s,
um is the is the mastermind, the
founder, and the
you know, the guy that has taken that
organization from
a non-entity to the very top of the uh
>> [clears throat]
>> Quebec underworld food chain and pecking
order. Arab Power is a major, major
player. Uh and they've
really
taken a page out of the Mexican Mafia in
the United States, where they have
learned that if you control
the inside, you can control the outside.
So,
and we also know that there's a history
of Arab Power working with the Hells
Angels and working with the Hells Angels
in high-priority contract hits.
There are a lot of
uh
rumors and
um
narratives out there that the Greg
Woolley assassination
back in 2023,
the
street gang Godfather who worked closely
with both the Hells Angels and the
Sicilian Rizzuto mob, Picasso Woolley,
was gunned down in the parking lot of a
medical center in front of his wife and
young child.
And there's been a lot of talk
that that contract went from the Hells
Angels
to Tupac
Anna and the and the Rat Pack mob and
then
they middle that Tupac and his guys
middle that over to Arab Power.
Arab Power
was affiliated to the you know with the
Rizzutos and the Hells Angels,
but more recently has gone independent,
has declared war against the Rizzuto
mob. This was back in 2025
and has made an alliance with Tupac and
his guys. Tupac's in a uh in prison
right now fighting extradition to the
United States related to Operation Giant
Slalom and the Ryan wedding scenario. So
again, a lot of moving parts as always.
But based on
talking to Felix and Dan,
um it appears that one of the people
that Fes Puf was last seen meeting with
was a uh Lebanese national.
And this Lebanese national, I'm told, is
a
heavy hitter,
a guy that uh is known to have bodies,
is known to have ties to Arab Power.
This
uh Lebanese national
rendezvoused with
Fes Proof and another
Hells Angel at a hotel in Saint
Eustache.
In the
hours before
Faced Proof vanished
that same evening or the evening
afterwards or the day afterwards this
Lebanese national
was on a plane
leaving Canada got pulled off the plane
by RCMP and the SQ.
They confiscated his phone and then let
him go.
Uh
I think that you can read a lot into
that.
Um
based on again talking to
Felix and Dan
um and I I I don't think they have an
issue with me coming out with this
because all their audience is French
speaking and I handle kind of the the
English
speaking audience for this stuff. So,
I'm just kind of I always want to credit
where
credit is due and it's important.
Um
Felix is reporting that
the car that was abandoned that we've
we've known about since the news started
to break here, Faced Proof's vehicle
which was found
in Saint Eustache in a park
uh wasn't left there by Faced Proof.
That somebody else drove that car and
abandoned it
in Saint Eustache and that
Faced Proof was last seen in Camp
Kanestake.
And you can read into that because that
part of the Montreal area is
always been
uh controlled or at least the cannabis
industry there has always been
controlled by Marty Robaire's
mother-in-law Sharon Simon the queenpin
one of the most powerful crime lords
in Quebec, definitely the most powerful
female crime lord.
The queen of cannabis.
Uh so
I think
if we're to believe that, and I do,
um it it clears some things up. We'd
heard that he had he was last seen
at the park. We had heard that he was
last seen at the hotel. Now it appears
he was last seen in Cancun estate.
Um
I also want to get into
briefly
stuff that I'm hearing regarding
where this all stems from.
And
we're still
heavily monitoring what's going on in
the United States and in South Florida,
and this very mysterious murder
investigation tied to Hells Angels both
in New York City and Montreal with a uh
connection into Marty Robear's camp,
as well as connections into La Cosa
Nostra, the the mafia in the United
States, groups in the Bronx and groups
in South Philly.
Uh this nightclub owner who might have
had ties to the cartel end up ends up in
the trunk
of his car left at the airport
less than 2 years ago, and at some point
in late July that investigation caught
fire.
There were
cooperators that have
flipped, you know, guys that were
allegedly involved in what what was
going on down in in uh South Florida. At
least one person I'm told is
cooperating, and search warrants went
out for DNA swabs
on August 3rd, the same day that that
Fest Ploof
vanished.
Now,
we've broken down
what we view as the most likely
scenarios for this.
And we kind of doubled down on our last
pod
that Fest Ploof is dead because of
the arson fire at his house this past
week, Tuesday night into Wednesday
morning where
two assailants, two masked assailants
are caught on security footage
throwing 10 Molotov cocktails into Fest
Ploof's
home. His son and his son's girlfriend
were there. Luckily, they got out of
there before they were hurt. But, this
was
uh some type of message. And we took it
to mean
that Fest Ploof
was dead.
Um
some of what I'm
getting
from my sources, both guys on the
street, guys connected to the Hells
Angels, guys connected to Aryan Power,
as well as law enforcement,
it might not be that simple. I'm still,
if I'm a betting man here, I'm still
betting
that Fest Ploof is dead, but
I'm also hearing that
he was possibly outed as a polecat. Fest
Ploof was possibly outed as a cooperator
at some point recently
and that
the allegations of him being a rat
play directly into this.
Now, does that mean that
he's been killed?
Does that mean
he's being held somewhere
uh against his will
and that
the the fire at his residence with his
son in there was some type of
leverage play
uh
saying that in unless you give us what
you know, what you have or what you've
done
um we're going to we're going to kill
your family.
Uh or
is it possible that Fess Pool has
disappeared into some type of witness
protection program, whether it be
uh in Canada or in the United States?
I don't know. I I talked to somebody
that is very plugged in
and
he speculated that he's tied up in a
basement somewhere right now.
Um now that doesn't mean that he's going
to be walking out of that basement alive
but it was presented to me as if
he's not dead, crow.
I uh
I don't know what to make of it but
I I do know that I I trust some of the
sourcing
in terms of
the the cooperation allegations that's
coming from
you know, really
high quality
places. Some of it has been confirmed by
legacy media outlets.
I'm not sure when they're going to go
out with it but I know from talking to
their uh reporters that that they're
getting that as well.
Um and you know, the Arab power thing
it makes sense. I mean, I said on the
last pod that the burning of the house
and the disappearing
act that Fess has done doesn't really
fit with the way that Hells Angels carry
out violence, you know, Hells Angels
have really embraced, you know, since
they're
uh you know, since they've they've came
on the scene,
uh
reckless violence. The the [snorts] kind
of stuff that you see in the movies,
cowboy stuff. We even bodies
laid out in a parking lot, like you saw
with with Tony McWhilkin last year
uh in Ontario.
Like you saw with Greg Woolley
in 2023 in Montreal.
Uh the the real
you know, action movie inspired stuff
that you saw with with Leo Rizzuto, the
Sicilian Mafia Don who survived an
assassination on on expressway.
His rival, Chet D'Alfonso, who had been
a member of the the Sicilian mob and
then had been kicked out and joined
forces with Marty Robert and the Hells
Angels,
was given the contract for Leo Rizzuto,
[ __ ] up the contract, and then
he's killed,
laid out
in a parking lot outside of a uh a gym
on the West Island
back in the summer of of '23,
uh
leaving a meeting with the Hells Angels.
And Marty Robert in Fasteau.
So,
making people
disappear
doesn't really
fit their MO, and attacking
victims' houses and families doesn't
really fit their MO. I
speculated that there could be some
cartel
angle to this, but the Arab Power angle
is kind of
a cousin to the cartel angle
in that as much as the Hells Angels
give zero [ __ ]
you know, Arab power has been
fearless and
unapologetic in everything they've done
in the last year and a half.
You know, the second that
the Sicilian mob underboss Pete Biadomo
gets locked up and he had been kind of
the straw that stirs the drink on the
street for everybody.
The second he gets locked up, Arab power
starts attacking
Sicilian mob businesses.
Shootings, firebombings.
Then Leo Rizzuto and
a lot of other uh administrators in the
Rizzuto mob get locked up a couple
months after Pete Biadomo does and the
violence
starts to erupt behind bars and Big
Brother attackee's number two is
underboss Salvatore Cazzola
gets killed in prison. Beaten to death,
stabbed to death uh in in in in prison
just
less than a month after Leo Rizzuto and
his guys
uh get
uh incarcerated as they wait to go to
trial later this year in Project
Alliance, the biggest
prosecution uh from the crown against
the mafia in Canada in history.
And Arab power is
you know, they're the new order and they
don't
have any
need or really respect for the old
order.
They come from the same schools, the the
Blood Family Mafia and Nicolo Rizzuto
where they're just like
who cares
that the Hells Angels or
the the Rizzuto mob
have had a a vice grip
on this country or this province
for 40 50 years.
That's yesterday. This is today and
we're taking our
piece of the pie by any means necessary.
Um
Big Brother Attiki
I'm told decided to turn against at
least the Rizzuto mob
because he felt that they left that the
Rizzutos left him high and dry
uh fighting his own murder case murdered
a a Greek gangster.
Um and that
he he was expecting them to pay for
legal expenses and take care of his
family that never happened.
And then, you know, he waited for just
the right time
kind of bided his time until the
Rizzutos were at their weakest and then
he springs on them.
Uh
you know, your
your enemy's enemy is sometime your
friend.
A real power has
real no you know, has no allegiances.
They seem to be taking work wherever
they can get it.
Uh
whether or not it's with people that
they've been allied with in the past or
not.
You know, they they don't uh
they don't seem to care.
So, they've worked with the Hells Angels
in the past.
And now we have this Lebanese guy that
was at the last meeting
or one of the last meetings that Fest
Flouf was seen at.
We know that law enforcement
had this Lebanese guy under some type of
surveillance
and has his phone now even though he's
out of the country.
Talking to some other people about how
the arson was
carried out.
They
These people that I'm that I'm talking
to
believe this this has
Air Power written all over it and in
regards to who did it, how it was done.
Um
I don't know if
the people that did it knew that Fest
Proulx had kind of a I don't know
bulletproof glass or you know, something
in his in in the front of his house that
prevented
you know, maximum damage here.
But they speculated me the people that
I'm talking about was that this this
arson fire came from Air Power.
Now, does it does Air Power
carry out the murder or carry out the
kidnapping?
I don't know, but I don't think it's
I don't think it's out of line to to do
that to do that math.
So, we could have a whole new angle on
this
and there's just there's so many
you know, alliances and
you know, it be it becomes such a
cliche. I I keep on saying this, but
it's true, you know, the guy that
you're in the foxhole with on Monday
could be on the opposite sides
of the battle lines on Tuesday trying to
kill you after you were with him 2 days
before trying to kill your common enemy.
I mean, these allegiances and alliances
are shifting in real time very very fast
and it's confusing and it's fluid and
you got to have a you know, you got to
keep a scorecard to quote a great movie
The Town, you got to have a you know, a
Venn diagram to keep all this straight.
But I think it is
likely now that Air Power
played some role in what happened to
Stefano Pirove, whether he's dead now,
whether he's
you know, been kidnapped and they're
trying to get money out of him or get
information out of him,
or whether he's
you know, he went on the run
because of whatever he felt was going on
in in his last
couple meetings. And we know that he met
with
uh
a Hells Angel that is a money guy and
this Lebanese guy at the same time at
this hotel that Fes was known to take
meetings at. Um
and we know based on my reporting that
at some point that same day, he meets
with
the Canadian Hells Angel Godfather, the
shadowy
Walter Nugent Stadnick,
who is like a uh a 1% samurai or ninja.
You never know where this guy is going
to show up. There's going to be no uh
announcement of him going there. There's
going to be no announcement of him
leaving. He's going to get there
quietly, do his business, and then
disappear.
And not disappear like
being killed, like disappear back to his
lair, back to the the
the Nugent cave
in Hamilton.
