Video summary

Vinney Tolman's profound journey began when he passed away at age 25 due to a toxic supplement overdose in a restaurant bathroom, only for his heart to be restarted by a rookie paramedic who broke protocol after forty-seven minutes of clinical death. Upon returning from this experience, Tolman described an immediate cessation of pain and found himself floating in darkness where he underwent a life review that allowed him to view all his actions through the eyes of those affected, fostering forgiveness rather than guilt. He revealed that death is not fearful but beautiful for the soul, which can observe traumatic events while remaining protected, and explained that every person has guides and angels who assist them; during this process, he met a guide named Drake, who was also his great-great-grandfather. Tolman shared significant truths gained from this encounter, including confronting his own prejudice against prejudiced people and realizing that God's love is unconditional like the sun. He discussed how souls often choose difficult lives to expand their capacity for growth through the contrast between good and bad experiences, noting that humanity has reached a point of no return where timelines are converging into one, making individual choices critical for global transformation. Now working as a "soul mechanic," Tolman helps others reach their highest selves by addressing ancestral fears, such as his own hesitation about traveling, through loving energy work while emphasizing that conscious breathing connects us directly to God or consciousness and that every choice affects the collective vibration. The segment concludes with an invitation for viewers to access Tolman's workbook and book available on Amazon or via his website, alongside closing remarks thanking guest Debbie. The host shares an inspirational thought suggesting that discovering light after death may not be necessary; instead, individuals are here to become conscious of it and live courageously from this moment onward. Viewers are encouraged to keep their hearts open, stay curious, trust their souls, and dare to dream big about the possibilities available to them in this life. Looking ahead, a preview introduces Sendion Me as a master mentor and multi-dimensional channeler for Octurians, described as powerful, funny, and irreverent. This introduction sets the stage for future discussions that will likely continue exploring themes of spiritual growth, ancestral healing, and the transformative power of conscious living within our converging timelines.

And then the next thing I knew, I was completely out of pain. And I was sitting here in what felt like just floating in darkness. Uh, but I just I thought, "Wow, I'm I'm out of pain." It is the easiest thing I ever did in my life. All I had to do was let go. I do work with a lot of angels, real angels. They're more real than the shoes on your feet. It wasn't that I wasn't ready for heaven. Heaven wasn't ready for me. They told me specifically since that they've got some work for me to do and that's why I do the work that I do. >> At 25, Vinnie Tolman was found dead in a restaurant bathroom, placed inside a body bag, and taken away until a rookie paramedic risked his career, broke protocol, and followed an inner prompting that helped restart Vinnie's heart. Today, Vinnie Tolman is here and he is revealing what he experienced during more than 30 minutes of death, the life-changing truths he brought back, and how those truths can transform the way you understand God, suffering, human connection, and the very purpose of life. Vinnie also shares his experience in his book, The Light After Death. It also has a workbook that comes with it. Welcome to Dare to Dream, where we explore the extraordinary intersections of consciousness, spirituality, healing, and the mysteries that challenge everything we think we know about being human. And I welcome Vinnie Tolman to Dare to Dream. It's so nice. Literally, it's so nice to have you here after everything you have been through. Welcome. >> Thank you for having me, Debbie. It's a my pleasure to be here. Thank you. >> Yeah. What a story. What a story. What a book. So, let's talk about We're going to go right into it. The moment that changed everything. You and your buddy think you're doing a good thing. You take a swig of something that's supposed to be a supplement. You go to this diner restaurant and boom, everybody's life changes. So, take us into that moment. Here you are, 25 years old. What's the last thing you remember before your body died? >> I remember that it felt like the room was lit literally spinning on me. M >> so I had gone into the the restroom in that bath, you know, in that restaurant and I had locked the door and right as I did that I felt I felt like topsyturvy and I reached over and put my hand on the sink because it was like protruding from the wall >> and [clears throat] as I did it I I heard a really loud crack >> and and you know I did go back later I saw the sink was fine. I think either I had hit my head on the sink um or I'd hit my head on the floor as I fell as I collapsed. Uh but it was just a very very loud pop or crack and then the next thing I knew I was completely out of pain >> and I was sitting here in what felt like just floating in darkness. Uh but I just I thought, "Wow." One of the first things I thought was I I'm I'm out of pain. There's no pain in my body. And for someone at my age, I was 25, amateur bodybuilder, pain was like a daily. Every almost every muscle group hurt daily. And so it it was a so surreal to be sitting there feeling completely free of pain and in this in the midst of what felt like liquid darkness actually. >> Incredible. You know, I think the way that you died also is important to talk about. I'm a big supplement peptide taker and I know very often you'll go to see a doctor and doctors especially western doctors love to warn us where are you getting them from? Where are you purchasing them? Because everything's available everywhere. India, China, all these countries. I do want to talk a little bit about the supplement that your friend bought >> and if you ever found out what was in that or what happened. >> We did. So it it was clean. It was just concentrated. So it was 20 times stronger than the American version of the same supplement. And I guess they were doing that for overseas shipment. And if if we had been able to read the read the the Thai script language, it says it really big on the bottle in Thai. Um extract only must dilute with water, one part one part to 20 part water. So we didn't read that. We just see it, we smell it. It did look a little different in viscosity, but it was a just a liquid supplement. So we took a bottle cap off, poured it poured us each a bottle cap and took it and that was like taking 20 bottle caps of the American stuff which one bottle cap was playing in the American stuff. >> So it was instantaneously uh toxic to our bodies. >> So your friend also had a terrible experience. >> He did. Yeah. >> Did he make it? >> He did. So he was found first. uh the management of the the Dairy Queen where this all happened. They they found him. They called emergency services. They hauled him away. Um he was pulled down to the street to he ended up going to the same hospital that I ended up going to, which is only a few blocks away and he was released the next morning. So, they did keep him overnight. They pumped his stomach. They did some some corrective measures, but he was okay because they caught it soon enough. But um the demise for me was I was uh almost an hour later that they found me and by then um I had started to turn cold. They the the medics when they got there they pronounced death, put put my body in a bag, put it in the back of the ambulance and uh documented from the time they found me and until the heart was started was 47 minutes. So it was a a substantial amount just there >> and and likely an hour on top of that. So >> for sure at least an hour though. That total death time at least an hour. >> I feel like there was so much conspiring for you. >> First of all, there's this man in the restaurant and he keeps So all they know is about your friend and the medics are leaving. Everything everybody thinks is fine in the restaurant. they've cleaned up and so forth, but there's a man who's a patron of the restaurant and he has to use the bathroom and he goes and it's locked and 15 more minutes he waits and [laughter] then he goes again and he tells the people work there thinks something's wrong. So, first there is him who I feel like that's an angelic moment and then of course there's this paramedic who's so new and he's being warned but still he breaks protocol. This feels like an intervention. Like, do you feel like it was a pre-arranged soul agreement with these people? >> It was. It was. I I know it was now. Later, I got to meet with that medic and have lunch with him. And he was getting demoted, but promoted. So he was getting demoted in his current job because of breaking protocol. But because he did what he did, he was able to transfer to the fire department, which is different liabilities, different procedures there, and a little bit more lax on on helping people come back, especially if it looks like they might be gone. Um, so it was it was a step up, even though it felt like a step down to get the step up. Uh, but for sure it it feels like a divine calling on them, on me, even how I found Lynn, my amazing uh co-author slashreal author. He he really the the book wouldn't exist without him and even our publisher, too. So, it's like it's really neat how it feels like all these different parts are divinely appointed to me. >> Yeah. And your poor friend, if you were in the same hospital and he was released, I can only imagine the agony he was going through while you were there. >> Oh yeah. And uh he I feel he got his his life mission out of it too because >> he has stayed in the supplement industry himself. >> My god. >> And now he's a like formulation expert. He's he's somebody that people call to reference like how can I get make this safe? how can I make this good? Where where's the best country to go to for this this product or this, you know, amino acid or whatever? He's he's really good for that. So, um it was a life calling for him, too. >> Incredible. Wow. Lots of soul contracts there. >> Oh, yeah. [laughter] Intersecting each other, >> right? Which is quite beautiful. All these merges, octopus arms going out. And for people who are listening and have I think a lot of people have a great misunderstanding about death. What did you discover on the other side, Vinnie, that most people don't fully understand about dying? >> Uh, well, number one, I don't know why we fear it. It was so awesome. It was such an amazing experience. I mean, I fear for those who survive after we cross because they're the ones that have it hard. They're the ones that have to do the cleaning up, the picking up pieces and figuring out wills and estates and that that kind of thing. But for us who get to cross, it's it's insanely beautiful. It is the it is the easiest thing I ever did >> in my life. All I had to do was let go of what I thought I was in that process. Now, in the process of letting go, I to let go of my my human life, I did have to see all the bad that I did, but I also got to see all the good that I did. And in in just seeing it all out in front of me like that, it made it easier to let go. I saw that a lot got done, both bad and good, but a lot got done. And it gave me like clarity to say, I can let this go. That's what allowed me to turn around and meet a guide. I had a guide there waiting for me the whole time. Yeah. >> Right. So, two things I want to say and we'll get to Drake in a in a minute. The first thing when you say that so like I'm friends with Danny and Brinkley and I assume you know who he is. He's um had many many many NDEs cannot even imagine. He's an incredible person and every time he brings back more information and through him and a few other folks like yourself when we say what you just were sharing. So to be clear and I think this is such an important point when we pass to the other side people have talked about a life review but in fact we are actually experiencing what we've done from the other po person's point of view. >> Yes. >> So if I lied to somebody, cheated somebody, I mean all the things all the myriad of things people can do to one another. You won't just see oops I did a oopsie there. It's more like you experience it from that person receiving that behavior, conversation, whatever from you and same as the good stuff. How was that? Was it did you feel guilt? Did you feel or was it really that >> it was so crazy? I saw stuff that I did when I was 3 years old that there's there's no place in my mind to have that memory from, you know, some random moment when I was 3 years old. And to see it from uh my baby brother's perspective who was was one at the time and I mean I saw so many things that I felt terrible about, but then I also saw that the the being who was doing it was a little kid, a little child. So I it was easier to give grace there and as I would allow that grace on the child the child would get older and older and older in my perception right and then it would become my age and that's when I still was able to give it grace and then I got to see all the good and there was a lot of really good you know most of us that that care about each other we do a lot of good and um it it was a really cool thing to see that in my life life review. It was kind of an accounting of here's your life, here's the bad, here's the good. And and not to say that that's how you get out of this life, but just so you can see what you did get out of this life. So, it's it's not like a weighing of the scales. It's more of look what you did and they show you your shelf of achievements, both negative and positive. You know, it's pretty amazing. >> You see you see it very real though. You see it from in the eyes of those around you. >> Yeah. >> And you encounter this guy whose name is Drake. >> Do you know fully who this being was? >> I didn't I didn't know then. I do know now. I I found out six months after my experience. I was in a little town in Wyoming watching a historical presentation on the founders of this little town uh called Afton. And one of the original founders, one of the original clergy was this man. And his name was Charles, but his middle name was Drake. And uh if you were family, you'd call him Drake. But if you were someone from his professional life or maybe even his clergy service, you would call him Charles. So, um yeah, he he let me call him by Drake because I am his family and and he goes by Drake to me now still. And he's my great great greatgrandfather. >> Amazing. And you still have contact with him. I know you do sessions. >> Yeah, I do. I I reach to him uh once in a while, but most times I don't need to reach to him. He's just right there uh right within proximity of me. Um but I I do work with a lot of angels, real angels. And I know that's hard for some people to understand, but they are real. And uh they're as real actually they're more real than the shoes on your feet. And those those angels help all of us >> and I I help enroll them in helping us even better. >> Yeah. >> And does everyone have a Drake? Meaning does every soul >> Yes. >> find that they're accompanied after death? Even if someone dies suddenly or violently or maybe they don't have spiritual beliefs. >> Yeah. Um, one one thing I noticed right away after I came back is I could see teams of souls around everyone and I could see a team that stood on the family side like the the ancestral side and I could see a team that would stand on the the godappointed side or uh source appointed and then above those two teams sometimes there would be angels too but everybody does Everybody has guides. Everyone in in Christianity, we call it Holy Spirit. In uh different religions, they may even call it jin. It's it's it's just the energy of guidance that comes through love. And you know, it's it it comes and makes its its face known when we're about to do something and we get a little nudge. Hey, let's not do that today. And then later we find out, wow, if we'd been doing what we normally do, we would have received some kind of harm or loss or maybe have met somebody we shouldn't have met. Um, but it's it's a it's one of those things where in after thought or after it's happened, we look back, we can see where our angels, where our guides have been working with us. >> That's really interesting. You know, I have Clare sentience and Clare cognizance. And I've been asked before, like when I'm interviewed, how do you know, though? How do you know what you know? And it's an interesting question. It's a little hard to explain when a knowing comes into me. It's solid. I don't even question it. It's so It's like this. This is what I like to say. Go to your favorite restaurant, get your favorite dish, take a bite, and someone ask you, "How do you know that's good?" I know it's good. I just know. But here's another second question. How do you know there's a chef? You can't see the chef. How do you know there's a chef? But the food is your guides. The chef, God. >> Beautiful. I love that example. And it reminds me of an amazing book by um oh my gosh, one of my favorite authors, John. It's eluding me. It's but I'll tell you the name of the book because it's so powerful and this is a very famous author. A prayer for Owen Meanie. So this character, he's quite a character. Owen Meanie completely believes in God. His best friend John and the author John often names the main characters after himself. Completely doesn't believe. Complete atheist. But they play basketball in a church where there's a hoop and there's also statues. all the beautiful statues of the saints and the saints and the mother Mary and because he can't get through to John and John is confused about why Owen would believe in God. One day they're playing hoops and the sun's going down and Owen yells, "John, can you see the statue?" And he looks off and there's the statue in the near the parking lot and near the basketball court and he says, "Yes." They keep doing this as the sun is setting. Can you see the statue? Can you see the statue? Well, they play hoops after the sun goes down and it's dark except for the light on the basketball court. And he yells out to John, "Can you see the statue?" "No, but do you know it's there?" And John says, "Yes." "How do you know it's there?" And John says, "I know. I just know." [laughter] And he says, "Well, that's how it is with God. Always there. >> And I know. I just know. And I've always thought, o, that book for me is so special. >> I love that. >> Many reasons. Yes, >> I'm going to check that out. I love that. I I have people ask me, "How do you know what you're working with is good?" [clears throat] >> And I ask them, "Do you know what it feels like to love your child?" And anyone who's had a child and loves them knows what that feels like. And that's how I know is because it comes from a loving parent-like energy. All of these guides do. And um yeah, so I listen to the loving side. I'm sure there's there's lower vibrations that people could listen to. I don't listen to those myself, but um I love I love their influence. I love their help. There's been many times even with big companies, big corporations, big decisions to be made. um they've helped the CEO himself or herself come up with a an understanding that they couldn't even pay a PI to go and get or a forensic accountant to go and get. And sure enough later they find out that what was coming through in session was was there. It's the statue. The statue with the lights up. Yeah. >> That's so beautiful. And I guess you know my thought earlier was well I have these gifts and I just always accepted these gifts but I never assumed it could be angels behind it or some higher source or my soul whatever it is just saying just like this beautiful paramedic who saved your life saying do this >> despite protocol >> and it's almost like you're the you're the Bluetooth speaker and You sometimes wonder, should I look back and look at the device I'm connected to? Because you're as as the me the conduit, you're you're the conduit of of source in many different forms. >> Oh, yeah. That is powerful. And by the way, John Irving, that's the author, John Irving, A Prayer for Owen Meanie. Gorgeous book. Yes, >> that's cool. I'm definitely going to read that book. >> Okay. It's right up your alley. Yes. >> Sweet. All right. So, you've been shown all this stuff, any were you shown why souls enter lives that involve so much trauma or addiction, illness, betrayal, all these tremendous losses that some people go through almost for a lifetime >> if there is soul-le purpose um or how that pain can be worked with. So for me, um, I I was one of those that came into a life full of abuse. And, you know, I had a little bit of a bone to pick with God and I was ready to to kind of pick that bone by the time I got up to that that realm that we call heaven. And when I got there, just the process to get there, it really cleansed me of what I felt needed to be settled. And what I found is when I needed to see the responsible party who damned me to the the hell of a life that I had, I could only see me. I had done it. I had chosen it. And in fact, in my work with spirit, I found I had chosen even a harder life. And it was my source team or God team that kind of whittleled that down a little bit. So, it wasn't near as bad as what I was pitching. And um I even had someone who was my volunteer villain who was going to be my abuser and and come in and be uh uh some somewhat of an anvil or a hammer to help make me into the sword that I have become. And I didn't like it. I hated it. I thought it was torturous. But I also found that in my most torturous moments, my soul was pulled out of my body for my body to go through the trauma and I would watch it like secondhand or third hand. And when it was done, I would then be back in my body. You know, in psychology, they call that disassociate, but it's it's a very real thing where your soul is in a protected state while your body is going through the trauma. And that happens with traumatic deaths. It happens with all sorts of physical traumas on our body. But it is us that we we contract these deals. And uh what we can get done in a single life with a lot of issues is quite a bit of growth in our soul. And it's because the good is so good and the bad is so bad. the the drastic difference between the two. It really expands the soul. And if we had an easy life, the good is good, but the the bad almost doesn't exist. And there's very little stretching to the soul there. And so, some of us opt for an easier life, some of us opt for a harder life, but it's it's more about what we walk away with is why we do it. Mhm. [clears throat] >> And in your book and in your workbook, The Light After Death, you share these wonderful principles that you learned with Drake. Was there one truth of all of them that would you found the most difficult to bring back once you were healthy and resumed a normal life-ish? [laughter] >> Yeah. >> And one that also has the greatest power to transform. >> Yes. Prejudice. I did not think I had at all. I truly felt that I was, you know, I was raised in a biracial family. Thought for sure there was no prejudice whatsoever in my heart, in my body, in my mind. And I got to that point when Drake said, "I'm so grateful that you don't have prejudice, but how do you feel about [snorts] prejudice people?" And oh, I I I lit in to Drake. I was like, "Let me tell you. I'm going to tell you about prejudice people. And he he lifted me up off of the unprejudiced side. And as I I carried my energy that direction, he put me on the side of prejudice. That it was it it's insane to think, but it was my prejudice for prejudice that was making me that. and that I needed to understand that even prejudice itself has a journey and a story and that it's not my place to have prejudice towards them and in fact I can be the solution to prejudice by helping walking and loving a person out of their prejudice. That was the hardest one by far. That was the hardest cuz you know I I grew up very staunch Christian and I I believed this story that God loves all of us so much that God throws away 99.9% of us and keeps 0.001% of us. And for some reason I believe that. And uh that was that was the biggest uh shoe to fall for me to go to heaven is I had to release that last part of me and realize that God and God's love for us is like the sun outside. There's nothing we can do to deserve it, but there's also almost nothing we can do to stop it. Were you always this calm? >> No, I used to be really high stones. [laughter] >> Wow. Oh, you're not anymore. It's amazing. Well, thank you so much for all you shared so far. We're going to take a very quick call to action break and then we're going to have an experience with you since you came back from this near-death experience with so many gifts and then a little more chat. And we've got 12 extraordinary speakers, channelers, presenters, highly gifted people coming from all around the world. And you're welcome to join us there as well. All right, I'm going to bring back Vinnie now. And I'm excited to see, I guess, some of what it is that you do. So, let's preface this by saying, what do you do? What do you offer people? >> So, I help people uh reach into their their highest version of them. I help someone take where they're at and and transform. So, a lot of people call me a transformational specialist. I don't call myself that. I call myself a soul mechanic. >> Um, I like to help us get in and to the nitty-gritty of what's really going on and what's keeping us from our greatest self. Because really, it's not me doing it, it's me seeing it and then the person stepping out of it. So, it's them doing it. I just help them do it. Yeah. >> So, this is like a vulnerable process >> if we want it to be. Yeah. That's where the that's the that's where the biggest growth is. Where we where we feel vulnerable, that's where we're we've got the spot to work on. >> Beautiful. Well, I'll be your person. Um I don't know where we start or what we do. So, guide me through this if you will. So, um, in vulnerability or in authenticity, um, what's something that you feel, uh, you hesitate on or something that you wish you didn't? What's something that kind of holds you back from your own best life? >> Yeah. Okay, that's super easy. Well, I um, there's so much wonderful I just [laughter] want to acknowledge and with gratitude so much wonderful in what I do and who I be. The one thought I have is around doing retreats, which means traveling to places around the world and bringing people and doing my my shamanic galactic offerings, we'll call it. And I get real hesitant about the whole idea of going to another country and like what would I know about that country or that spot and how would I offer and and sustain people. There's just so much that comes up around that. But I'll also throw in there I and I do feel it energetically. It's the next iteration of myself because I've succeeded in many things and in a lot of visibility, but there feels like there's a next iteration of me and that I'm not sure of or knowing what it is. >> Well, I'll give you a little explanation of what your guides are telling me. This is a this is a uh intuitive to an intuitive. >> [laughter] >> Okay. That this for sure 100% is coming from a u an experience as a child where we didn't have the greatest time traveling. Uh add to that that's where the that's the where the tip of the rose thorn is. But you follow that rose thorn out towards the outside skin and there's a second experience for sure of a retreat that went ary like it was just it we thought it was going to be great and it was actually quite miserable. I think it was because of weather. Um the third thing is we are a little afraid of what it's going to be next and it's not an afraid bad it's an afraid big. Mhm. >> It's like we're afraid of how big this is going to get and and the your guides say that that we don't want to get too big for our britches, but that's not them saying that. That's us saying it's it's a like the egoic voice trying to keep us small. So, here's how we find out real quick the experience that's in there. So, um, we'll do a little exercise if you're if you're okay to close your eyes, take a big deep breath, clear your mind, clear your consciousness, tell me the first thing you think about when I say, "I don't like to travel." >> Yeah. >> What do you see? >> Well, I already know. I mean, that's interesting. I wouldn't have said this without closing my eyes, but I have had a thing about this being a woman alone out in the world traveling to other countries without having somebody there with me. >> So, what this is is this is programming from her grandmother and it feels like your mom's mom. >> I Yes, it is. I got it, too. >> Okay. Wow. >> So, let's go to the next level. Take a big deep breath. I don't like to travel. And you're asking what I get. >> Yeah. What do you see? What do you think? You know, I have a lot of family in the Middle East and um yeah, I think about countries like that and the war that goes on and or the shows I watch and you see people taken at airports and >> the violence and >> and some of the horrible things done to women. >> This one comes from in genetics. So in our genes, >> we actually carry the fears and and the courages of our grandparents and our all of our ancestors. But this one comes up as one of those um limiting fears to try to keep us safe, but safe and small. Okay? So take a big deep breath. We're going to send loving energy towards that ancestral ancestral attachment. Okay? And love actually breaks it. Now tell me the next thing you think of when I say I don't like to travel. >> Oh, it's such a pain in the ass. >> There's the truth. There's the truth. There's the truth. The third is always the truth. It really is because I'm traveling so much and I'm speaking all around the world and the packing and the airports and the wait and the planes and sitting crunch between people and recently coming back from Canada when the plane was landing 20 minutes before the plane landed. This is the second time this has happened. I felt like somebody put an ice pick through my left eyebrow into my temple into my skull. It was searing pain for 20 minutes and it became a whole thing this past week of an ocular migraine that lasted five days. Uh floaters in my eyes like all sorts of stuff. It >> it was a difficult painful week. >> And so there's trepidation like wow now what's going on? >> Let's look uh real quick at the the uh pain above the left eye. So close keep your eyes closed. Take a big deep breath. Tell me the first thought in your mind when I say pain above the left eye. >> You know, it feels like another lifetime of something happening to me. >> It's something you saw. It's something you saw whether in body or spirit. You saw something that you see it's going to happen again. like you see the earth in a cycle and you see it heading back towards that cycle. >> But if you want to release this, you can just say, I remove my attachment to what I've seen. >> So just say that out loud. >> Okay. I remove my attachment to what I've seen. Actually feel like I have to cut the cord. >> Yep. There you go. And again, cutting the cord with love is the greatest power for us. And that next time we want to retreat from retreats, plan on two ways of traveling. The old way and the new way. The new way is we we limit, okay? We limit what we bring. We limit what we're going to do. And we and we make sure we put controls around rest. And if you do that, you will love traveling again. That's what I do. >> That was amazing. Actually, >> you know what's really neat is just by letting your body tell its story, you could go take a trip tomorrow and feel wonderful about it. >> No problem. >> And I am. I'm leaving on a red eye. [laughter] I'm leaving for the airport in a few hours. >> This is perfect timing. Perfect timing, right? Yeah. >> My angel. >> This is what they call kissment, right? >> It is. >> It's kissment. >> It's kissment. It really is. You're my angel in this moment because I feel good right now. I really feel good about doing this. And thank you for clearing that. And thank you for allowing me. It was it was very um powerful to send love to my ancestry because I'm Jewish and although I don't practice what the Jewish people have been through since the beginning of time being persecuted and having to run away with no belongings and the genocide. I mean many different people have been through this but it just so happens that's in my bloodline. and my father was a Holocaust survivor and my grandfather died in the Holocaust and and so there's a lot of stuff there and to be able to send that level of love and healing about going to another country. I really feel the potency of that >> was extraordinary. >> But what's neat too is now you get to love the ancestors and what they saw, but it's not yours. It's not yours anymore. M >> you're letting that go because you're you're creating a new story for your ancestry. >> And instead instead of you being one horse with thousands of wagons hooked up to you, you cut all those wagons off and it gives you a whole new freedom, a whole new autonomy. And autonomy is the word for 2027 is autonomy because we all are going to need to have autonomy. the ability to go and do where and what we want to. >> That's very cool. Um I was just reading about 2027 because I get I teach um an also animal spirit medicine. So through shamanism. >> Oh, cool. >> And I thought, well, what is the I mean, we're in the year of the horse, but we had a big energy change and I could feel that the last half of the year >> and I was like, what is 2027? And I saw it's going to be the year of the fire goat or sheep. >> And what's amazing, this is the first time I've seen these words in regards to the energy of a year. Calm, >> teamwork. >> I mean, y'all, serenity. [laughter] How beautiful. We did the work. >> No. >> Yes. Well, thank you for that divine guidance and that experience. Powerful. Powerful. I know people seek your guidance for all sorts of things including trauma, relationships, purpose, healing. And what happens is it do you work one-on-one? Do you do groups? How does that manifest? >> I do mostly one-on-one. Um I will be transitioning to doing groups and more of your conference style presentation. Um so I'm looking forward to that. I'm I'm not building the wagon before the horse though. So I'm I'm letting the horse kind of take that. But yeah, I primarily do one-on ones. Uh but I do uh occasionally do small groups or I do a ton of retreats. So I've I've been doing retreats for a long time. Yeah. More I'm I think I hit my uh my hundred mark a little while ago. So yeah. >> Oh my god, that's incredible. I think that's also amazing you do that. That's so inspiring to me. It really is. And um yeah, I I'm very So I told you before we started this offline, I had such a powerful feeling about you. It's not like I've been doing this 19 years. I started on radio and I don't get that extraordinary feeling. But before you came on, before I even read your book, I'm like, this is a good soul. Like I can't wait to meet this guy. I already know in advance how much I like him. So, you held true to the feeling that I received about you way before I met you through Zoom. And I want to know how you feel. So, looking back, Vinnie, >> why do you believe you were sent back? If you had one message about why here, why now, why you get the second chance? What is it? >> Well, number one, um it wasn't that I wasn't ready for heaven. heaven wasn't ready for me. [laughter] And [clears throat] they they told they told me specifically since that they've got some work for me to do and that's why I do the work that I do. Um I ran away from it for years. Uh becoming greatly successful in another career. And it it finally dawned on me, I I need to stop running from my own shadow and and engage in what heaven taught me to engage in. And so that's what I've been doing. And I I absolutely love it. There's no better job for me in this world other than working with people. I I cry with those who cry, mourn with those who mourn, and I cheer with those who we can get in a different place. And I I get tremendous um amount of success and happiness from feeling uh heaven's gratitude in helping others and myself included reach their best self. Yeah. And that's so cool because as you're saying that I'm thinking, "Oh, goody for you because you know in 50, 90 years, 200 years, whatever it is, when you do pass and go to the other side, you're going to have such a great life review." >> Oh, yeah. I'm gonna have a lot more. That long portion is going to be go overtime, I think. I hope. That's what I'm hoping for. Yeah. Oh, I like that we can orchestrate that mindfully. And your experience, Vinnie, leaves us with this very powerful possibility because be the greatest lesson of death is that every moment of this life counts. It really matters. The love we offer, the wounds we heal, the people we truly see, and the choices we choose and we make, they're really far beyond what is visible to us. Tell us about that. What are your thoughts around that? >> Well, every every choice has an effect on us. Every choice that we make from what we eat, what we listen to, what we watch, uh where we go and what we do, every choice has a vibrational lift or has a vibrational drop. And if we understand that process that even the littlest things like walking I'm in a hotel right now. I could walk out of this hotel room rushed and busy and doing things like I want to because I always am. I'm always rushed. I'm busy doing things. But I can do it with a smile on my face, greeting people, and being kind. Something so simple as as what our grandparents used to all do for each other is just be kind to each other. I can change the vibration of four or five people >> just by going out in the lobby, grabbing breakfast, whatever, right? Or I can be what mo a lot of us are and that we're we're too much inside our own story. We're not realizing the ripples on the pond. But if we realize the ripples, we can time them and we can condition them to be assistants instead of asses, [laughter] >> so to speak. >> Yeah. I I I love it, though. I love that every every action, every choice can either help or hurt the quantum field. >> That was >> lift or lower. Lift or lower. Yeah. >> Tell us about your retreats. >> So, um I used to do in-person retreats um for my group which is called Living God's Light once a year. Now, we've gone to a conference method. Um we do that for uh three days, three days each year. Um it's usually sometime in the spring. Um I also work through IANS, the International Association of Near-Death Studies. And then I've I've worked quite a bit with a group called One Community Rising out of Las Vegas. I lived out in Nevada for 22 years. Um and then I also work uh with uh Richard Paul Evans and his retreats and he he holds quite a few retreats every year at his time piece ranch. So just always going out and and also I do a bunch of stuff in Sedona now and then too. Yeah, >> of course. Yeah. So many centers now in Sedona which is beautiful. It's a sacred place. >> Okay. Your website is livinggodsllight.org, >> correct? Yes. >> How can people find you? >> So, they can find me there. All of my contact is there. I'm I'm going to be putting up kind of a a blast page uh at vinnytolman.com, too, so that people can kind of track events. I've I've had an outpouring of people wanting to be able to kind of catch me at one of the events. So I am going to start putting a calendar there so so people can come and join like like right now in uh the end of August in about a month head out to Seattle at the Ions conference come come let's go grab lunch let's go have fun it's a it's one of the best times of the year uh a bunch of people who have died in a conference that's a conference that feels vibrationally probably the highest you're going to find around Yeah. Well, that's amazing. I know so many people who speak there, go there, has a huge following. That's beautiful. And then I'm thinking about everything you shared about how you came back so different. So I can imagine an Ian's retreat or workshop or I think their conferences are a couple of days actually with all that kindness in one room with all those people remembering what we're really here to do and to exchange love and be love must be very powerful. >> It is. I I I will never miss one if I if I have the ability. I will never miss one. Yeah. Vinnie, this is Dare to Dream. What do you next dare to dream? What are your future dreams and goals? >> I dare to dream that our best days as a humanity, as species, are in front of us. Um, the rearview mirror on my metaphorical life is much smaller than my front windshield. I choose to look to the front, look to the forward, and I choose to be the change that I want to see in the world. I choose to be a representation of the love that I want to see in the world. And if if only a small percentage of us is able to do this, the world changes. It is changing. I don't even want to say does change. It is changing. It is we as of July 26th we are at a point of no return now. All the different timelines that had expanded are now coming back on themselves into one timeline. And why that's important? It means there's less variable for chaos. That means singular timelines means that what one decision does it affects everybody, all of us. And that point of no return was July 26. And and so it's one of the explanations of why we're seeing things like the Mandela effect is we're seeing all of these timelines that do exist. They're all being tied back into one. And it's it's going to be an amazing thing to be a part of. And whether we like it or not, we did volunteer to be here now. So, uh, learn how to enjoy it, but start with your breath. If you can enjoy your breath, you can enjoy everything. And if you're not in a state of joy, slow down, take a few deep breaths, and watch your cortisol go down. Watch your o blood oxygen go up, and watch your endorphins flow. You become a happier person when you when you breathe. That's why the word for God and consciousness in some of the oldest languages is the same thing >> which is what? >> Consciousness. >> Consciousness. The word for God. >> Yeah. >> God, consciousness and breath in many languages is the same word. >> Especially indigenous Wow, that's quite beautiful. >> It's like if we hold our breath or if we shut out God, if we shut out our breath, we lose consciousness. But when we take in more breath, we take in more God, we raise consciousness, we increase consciousness. But it starts with our breath. Our breath is very powerful. And I like that because consciousness is euphemistic. It includes the all which is another word for God. >> Yes. Yes. >> Vinnie. >> Yun. >> I have so enjoyed getting to know you and your beautiful story. I want folks to take a second look at your workbook and your amazing book. Lots of lessons in here, folks. And they can get this on Amazon. >> Yes, Amazon. They can also get it through our website, too. Yeah. >> Thank you so much for coming on the show today. >> Thank you, Debbie. Thank you for what you do. >> I I sincerely appreciate what you do to this world. >> Well, folks, I end with this thought. Perhaps we do not have to die to discover the light after death. Perhaps we're here to become conscious of the light and courageous enough to live it. To live it from right now. Until next time, keep your heart open, stay curious, and trust what your soul already knows. And as always, dare to dream. Next week on the show, Sendion me master and mentor, is going to be here. This woman's incredible. She's a multi-dimensional channeler of the Octurians. She is so powerful, so funny, so irreverent. You will really enjoy her and the channeling she'll be doing. Thanks for joining us today on the show.
