Süreç devam ederken öğrencilerin acil durum bilgileri sayfasını doldurmaları, iki adet acil durum temas kişisi belirtmeleri ve varsa tıbbi durumlarını bildirmeleri istenmektedir. Ayrıca kişisel profil sayfasında tamamlanması gereken bilgiler, ilerideki odadaş arama sürecinde eşleşme sağlanmasına yardımcı olacak şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Odadaş arama anlaşması sayfasında ise öğrencilerin odadaş seçimine katılma isteği durumunda ilgili kutucuk işaretlenmeli; yaşam öğrenme topluluğu üyeleri yalnızca aynı topluluğun üyelerini aramalı ve tercih edilen odadaşı varsa bu iki kişinin da kutucuğu işaretlemesi gerekir.
Konaklama sürecinin son aşaması, yemek planı seçimi ile tamamlanırken, Duncan Avenue Apartmanı dışında kalan tüm kampüs konaklayan öğrencilerin bir dönemlik yemek planına sahip olması zorunluluğu hatırlatılmaktadır. Öğrenciler, her dönem için sunulan seçeneklerden birini açılır menüden seçerek bu kısmı tamamlayabilir ve böylece konaklama sözleşmesi sürecinin ikinci evresini başarıyla bitirmiş olur. Hi, I'm Lily Wineer and I'm a marketing
intern with the University [music] of
Arkansas housing. We're outside of the
newly renovated David W. Mullins Library
[music] and we're here to help you
through the second phase of the housing
contracting process.
[music] Log in with the York username
and university password.
Select residence hall contract/live
[music] withparent form and continue the
application.
On the living learning community
selection page, select the LLC that
you'd like to apply for or select that
you are not interested in an LLC.

If you selected an LLC, fill out the
agreement and check any applicable
[music] boxes.
[music]

>> On the emergency info page, fill out
your two emergency contacts and indicate
any applicable medical conditions.

>> On your personal profile page, please
complete your profile. This information
can later be used during the roommate
search process to help with roommate
selection.
On the roommate search agreement page,
leave the display in roommate search
results [music] checked if you wish to
be a part of the roommate selection.
Students who are members of the living
learning communities may only search for
roommates who are also [music] a part of
the living learning community. If you
know your roommate choice, you and your
roommate must leave this box checked to
[music] complete the selection of your
roommate. Once you have confirmed your
roommate, revisit this page and opt out
of the roommate [music] selection
process. On the resident reserved
parking waiting list page, simply read
the information about resident reserved
parking. As a reminder, your name will
be added to the resident reserved
parking waiting list. It does not
guarantee resident reserved parking. Now
you can complete the meal plan
selection. [music] Select your meal plan
from each semester by choosing from one
of the options available on the drop-
down [music] menu. Except for residents
of the Duncan Avenue Apartments, all
students living on campus in a residence
hall must have a meal plan. You now have
completed phase two of the housing
contracting process.
