[music] >> This session was very informative and very very useful for all the society in general. Like it was like coming together of the uh whole community, you know. Our doctors, they taught us how to take care of others also along with your own elders and your own family members. We are so thankful. >> Good afternoon. I am very very very lucky to stay in Malleshwaram, especially near Manipal. >> [music] >> I am 78 years old. Yes, this all of these people are making excellent programs talking about the doctors' issues. Many things we cannot be going talking to everybody. What all we cannot be expressed >> [music] >> can be expressed here. They answered us so well, especially about the cancer. Everybody scared of cancer. They don't know what it is actually. They spoke so well and five [music] doctors in different different subject, they have taken initial stage, later stage getting into the problem and getting it solved and the last stage and about the blood count how much we must have in the body. >> [music] >> I am really very thankful to Manipal Hospital. >> Thank you very much for arranging this program. We interacted with quite a few [music] senior people from the community of Malleshwaram. It was a very interactive crowd and we discussed not only about prevention and advances in the treatment, but also common myths surrounding the treatment of cancer and common issues like anemia. The best part of the crowd was they were very interactive. They asked lot of queries and we had a real good time sorting I mean answering all those queries. I think we should have more such programs to learn from each other. Thank you. >> Namaskara. The session went very well. The senior citizens particularly were very very interested. They wanted to know what can they do to prevent cancer and in case if unfortunately some of them gets cancer, what are the advances in that? And they also cleared some of the myths about the treatment of cancer, about the newer advances of immunotherapy, of targeted therapy. And lastly, regarding the general health related problem in elderly like anemia. >> [music] >> The people were very very enthusiastic. Quite of them were very knowledgeable also.
