Video summary

The video opens with a warm morning greeting that quickly transitions into a serious discussion about the psychological impact of social media on self-perception. The hosts explore how platforms like Instagram often present curated, idealized versions of life that make viewers feel inadequate or "left behind." They highlight specific examples, such as young women appearing wealthy and married at nineteen, which creates immense pressure on others in their twenties or thirties who are still building their careers or living with their parents. The conversation emphasizes that these online portrayals are often faked realities designed for engagement, leading many to believe they are failing when they are simply on a different timeline. A significant portion of the dialogue addresses the societal pressure regarding age and success, challenging the notion that one must achieve financial stability or marriage by a specific age. The hosts argue that there is no constitutional rule stating that living with one's mother at twenty-five constitutes failure, pointing out that many successful individuals have made their mark in their forties and fifties. They encourage viewers to reject these rigid societal scripts and instead focus on their unique journeys, advising against comparing oneself to others who may have advantages like wealth or connections. The message is clear: success is not a race with a single finish line, but a personal path that should be walked at one's own pace without fear of falling behind. Beyond career and age, the video offers profound advice on self-love and emotional resilience in the face of life's uncertainties. Using anecdotes about dating mishaps and workplace inequalities, the hosts stress the importance of valuing oneself before expecting others to do so. They urge viewers not to let external circumstances or perceived injustices pull them down into despair but to instead work harder and maintain faith in their potential. The discussion also touches on the dangers of chasing milestones at the expense of enjoying the present moment, reminding everyone that no one is coming to save them; they must take responsibility for their own growth while trusting that God's timing is perfect. Ultimately, the video concludes with a call to action for viewers to love themselves, set high standards, and believe in their destiny rather than letting social media dictate their worth.

[laughter] But I didn't know it's this serious now. I didn't know. Hey. Anyways, good morning. >> Good morning. [laughter] How are you doing? >> I am very fine. The African queen representing >> I I I love uh big things especially when it come to hair bulky African woman, African lady. I love just changing hair frequently. Be prepared >> anytime surprised and shocked and ready. Amazing. But you look de you're looking very very nice. I saw it um on the video you had posted and then I was like, "Oh, she looks amazing." Live seeing it live is more beautiful. But I hope it's not heavy. >> No, it's not heavy. We don't want a lot of heavy things, but yeah, you look amazing. How's your morning [gasps] [laughter] weather for today? They they don't expect you to be but get get a what? Get a duvet. People put water in that what's it called? There's a certain bottle of of water and blanket. So I think with that you'll be sorted and drink a lot a lot of porridge. >> I didn't know that. >> Really? >> Yeah, it does. It does. But >> be very ready to go to the L 101 times. Every every other minute, every other second. So, but it does help with cold. But now for those of us who drank a lot of it during school times my guys that as well those are two foods that people really don't want um after school cabbage like I don't want to get back there. Yes, it's a beautiful and amazing morning. Apart from the cold, everything else is great. >> But it was drizzling in the morning actually. >> Even now, >> oh, it's it's still Yeah, we just sit to call >> in a warm place. So, we don't even know what's going on outside. So, it's this is to tell you if you're prepar make sure that you dress up warmly, make sure your shoes accommodate this weather. >> Yes. >> Because That's that's it. The deal for the day. It's It's good to do that, but the weather needs some warm shoes and shoes that also can walk in the mud. >> Unless you have a car. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Unless you're driving. But yes, it's a beautiful and amazing morning to praise the Lord. Yes. And I don't understand why is saying that he does not believe in God and it's very sad because he has been raised by a pastor mom and um when you think about that someone saying that they don't believe in God because and they have been raised in a Christian family >> so many questions come to mind what do you think about this >> so first of all I've done an interview to that manuh you remember >> yeah Yes, he was the top boxer of I did an interview with him and he was like I thank God for the far we are right now we are training well and then don't believe in God I'm like >> yeah why are you contradicting yourself what happened >> yes what happened but what I know there is God. So I let us give him time. >> Yeah. True. But no the the thing is most of the times uh you know there's religion and there's Christianity and most of the times people are in religion and that's why you'll find someone like him. Maybe growing up there are things the mom does or the family does and he sits down and questions are you guys even born again? you're doing this and you're born again, you know, and that contradicts the whole thing about um Christianity and people tend to feel like eh it's not even worth it saying that you are born again or you're a Christian. But the reality is that we don't follow people. We don't follow our pastors because they are human beings like ourselves. We are supposed to follow Jesus. We're supposed to look unto Jesus cuz he's our perfect example. But now when you look at your fellow like we are losing it and we are not where we should be because like um comments everyone is talking about how God is like you just need God like God always everyone is saying about hey God above all because that's the reality. Uh and there's a comment here someone saying probably something happened to you. Yes. Like you've said change but the reality is that God loves him and like you've said he's going to have an encounter with God and realize oh at the end of the day there's God is real and um there's no need for him to think that God does not care or God is not there because situations but the reality is that God is there. God loves us. God cares about us individually and nothing can change that about him. >> True. >> Yeah. So, um God really cares about all of us and he loves us so so so so much. I see. You want you have something? Yeah. God uh God God loves you even if you don't believe in him. He loved you in your mother's womb. He loved uh he love continuously. John 3:16, for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. He is mighty to transform his mercies and great. We give you time and you will experience that. So I feel like we just give him time. >> Yeah, true. with time. Everyone has their own day. And once you encounter God, you will never ever recover from that. Yeah. So, we just keep and pray for him as well. Cuz that's that's when when someone says that it's their heart, their heart is bleeding. There's something that's going on with them that's not okay. Cuz even if you give up on everything else, giving up on God is the last thing you would think about. Cuz life is terrible. things happen but you still stick to God. So when you hear someone saying that they don't believe in God, hey, it's a big it's the problem is as worse than we can even think about. >> Yeah, true. >> Yes. And um there's a sad story here about our very own digital creator Faradosa the Turkana creator. Apparently she is unwell. Um we are told that she is she was hospitalized in Turkana after appearing visibly weak and unwell. Her camp helper Shangazi shared the update and asked fans to keep Faradosa in the prayers as efforts continue to get um to to better her treatment. So uh there's a video here that is showing her being taken to hospital in a wheelchair and it's very sad but we uh we put her in prayers and pray for her. >> Yeah, I remember a video from that beautiful lady Fossa was like I was like it it was really funny. >> Yeah. She was like naturally funny. >> Yeah. And seeing her in that situation, that condition, it breaks my heart. And I feel like my prayer is that she will be fine. Let's pray for her. Certain situation. We just want to see everybody well two. So just stay strong. We pray to God that he grant you healing and I know you'll be healed. Amen. >> Yeah. Yeah. Healing is for today and God is powerful to heal. So we speak that over her. And um also Natalie Natali is also unwell ICU but she's saying that she's still weak mentally physically you know after uh being diagnosed with stage 4 um and endometriosis. Yes. So we we keep praying for them and believe that God has the power to heal them because God you're the only one that [snorts] can deal with it. You're the only one that can handle this situation. Yes. We pray for her and we know that she is going to be well. Do you have any other story from your side? >> Uh before we go to the next story, there's a time Natalie um was just narrating on how people treated especially on blah blah blah. I feel like through that situation. So I I feel like that person NTV the best friend. Take good care of her. Okay. She is funny. She's a little bit funny. I'm like, what are you doing? What are you doing? But I'm so grateful. >> But that's how it should be. Depressed. But now when you're making some funny funny reactions, feel excited and joyful. >> So Laura, keep on being there for your girl Natalie and we wish her quick recovery. I pray that God will heal her. And before we go to the next story, she came to Isaiah 41:10 says, "Do not fear, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you praying for your health and trust in him, you will be healed." I love the way content creators also they acknowledge that God is the healer and uh that the way forward. So Natali, we pray for you, mama, you'll be fine. >> Yes. Um, at the end of the day, God is our everything. God is our healer. He's the only one that can be able to deal with those situations that we feel are too big for us. And healing is for today. God wants us well. He wants us healed. And yes, um, that's that's like all you need to do is believe in him. This is the time to believe and all this time you give yourself faith. You give yourself into believing and uh very soon you see God working miracles. True. Yes. And now as we close up on the side of what's trending we have heard of movers [laughter] by the way. >> We would want to know Anyways, according to the information that we have those guys are content creators and they are they are coming up as movers you know movers companies are those companies that they help you move instead of they come they pack everything they move unpack new house like you don't need to. So these people they are from the ghetto. So how they look, their appearances, how they speaking, they just look and they are now posing as a gang or anything what comes to your mind is man these are gangsters. So how they dressed, how they look, they look like gangsters. And then now they're saying that they're helping you move and now they have some ultimatums. >> [laughter] >> So they're very funny and when you see some of the videos that they have done >> like so many of them and they're looking so um >> like their faces are very serious and then they have their slogan that they are saying so they're just scary people. >> Yeah. >> So I saw a video the day with groupy and >> [laughter] >> It's not changing your mind. Yeah. And I love the way comment section you know I first saw that on people's statuses like who are people until you you come to look for them and they're like ah okay that's creative. Yeah. >> Yeah. It's something that is there moving and all that. But now the kind of way they have come about with it it's a fun kind of content. Yeah. And it's amazing. Well, people are being creative and it's beautiful when you see people exploring into different kinds of creativity. But please and copy copy cuts. Someone comes up with a content, the other one wants to come and do the same and outshine the person who was doing it. But at the end of the day, that's amazing. So what's going on with them? Then there you have your information. And that is what they are doing. And so we get straight to the discussion of the day like everything is online like every people are accessing everything online and um >> there are it's it's good but it it still has its own disadvantages at the end of the day. But um when when you look at advantages and disadvantages of being online and um social media, we find that the advantages because uh you're going to have conversations with people like the whole world is now a global village. You can talk to anyone anywhere and um it's amazing and beautiful. But now um we are having an amazing discussion here and um this question at some point touches on the online aspect because uh like we are saying very many people are online and we are asking um because now most of the times you what we see online ladies uh there's a lady I don't know if you came across her she was preparing for her show she's 19 years old and she shopping and all that create content um around her doing her shopping for and we were like >> Rash at 19 first that is the first question and the second question is >> where like because she was saying she's getting married to a very rich man >> so you're like okay at 19 years old >> you you you're very young to be even thinking about marriage okay me I don't know maybe after 18 you're free to think about But at 19 for me was very young and that's there around ages. I am 20. Come and see my house. And you look at that house and you're like, >> what did you say? How old are you again? >> And most of the times you might ask yourself, hey, what am I doing in this life? Am I am I? you see someone at 20 having so much money and you you're in your 30s and you're still in your mom's house and you're like hey what is not happening? So that's the question that we are having today. The pressure to have it all figured out because um >> that is something that's real. People think it's not real or it's not there but it's there and it's real. People have a like people people struggle so so so so much with feeling like they they left behind like um why why not me and you see they doing so well something and you're like so we asking feel behind in life are you feeling that you're behind in life because most of the times people create content, you look at them and you're like the same, what's wrong with me? What am I doing with my life? I can see >> and it's real. The pressure is real. Cuz you're going to hear someone is earning a six figure salary and you're like, Repeat again. And you're trying to do the math and it's not adding up according to you. And you feel like you're you're losing it. You feel like you're you are a loser in life. Like you're you you're not doing enough. You know, and most of the times people beat themselves up thinking, "Hey man, I am a failure. I am not doing the right thing. I'm not doing what I should do." But at the end of the day, uh that's not how it is. And that's why we want us to discuss this uh this topic today. Are you feeling like you are behind in life or uh is it social media? Because the reality is that social media is not reality. What we show you online is what we want you to see. >> Yeah. Like what the content creators what those people post is what they want you to see. True. You might not even know them. Yeah. And they showed you the life that they wanted you to see. But in reality, that is not who they are. >> True. >> They always feel like, yeah, they always feel like, hey, this person is is not faking it. How can you fake it for all this while? How can you fake it for all this period? But the reality is that people fake it [music] out here. Believe in fake it till you make it. I am not one of them. But >> at some point there are people who are living a fake life. Totally fake. And when you even think about it, it it scares you cuz people are going all out taking loans for example >> sustain that life >> a certain kind of lifestyle and it's not worth it at all. So yes, that's the discussion we're going to be having today. And if you have a question for us, make sure that or a comment to me. Let me let me repeat again. Okay. feel behind in life social media. So you'd like to know are you really feeling behind you know it's social media. Yes. And we are on all social media platforms at 254 channel and #isy in the morning. So make sure that you comment tell us um are you feeling behind or is it social media that is making you feel that way? And we have some discussion questions that are going to lead this amazing conversation as we get to dive in and see um what it what what is really happening. Is it social media or are we really behind in life? [music] Yes. Uh so our first question is why do people feel like they are falling behind in life? I feel like feeling like you're afraid after one year. [laughter] What's not happening? Where did [clears throat] I did I miss out on something? What is that detail that I missed out on? >> Yes. Show me your ways. Show me your ways anymore. But I I feel like >> you see those ways and you like I don't want to see them anymore. [laughter] >> I I know I said show me your ways, but I didn't I didn't think it's this. And I feel like 20 work amazing because at the end of the day like you're saying everyone is walking their own journey. Everyone is I was talking to a friend of mine and he was telling me um he's in campus. He's doing a different course from what he had done. So he's still in campus. And then he was telling me that most of his friends are married. Most of them so like he feels like they have families. So I told him everyone has their own pace. how they they are married and uh it's their choice. Yeah, >> that's what they've decided to do. Where you've decided to first study and then you'll get married later and you're going to find out that your lives will never be the same at some point. Those guys by the time and is precious where you're building your businesses, you're making money and you're you're building yourself and you're building up world for your kids and for your family. By the time they coming, they find you, you're going to be stable. But as a man let me look for money and then there's another man who will think like [laughter] so people are totally different >> we add yours and mine we grow together yeah which is crazy but yes people have their own aspects and their own ways of doing life but the reality is that You are walking your own journey. Do not let society, do not let nobody come and control what you think. Because now what we feed our mind, yeah, I'm left behind. You will not even do what you're supposed to be doing cuz all the time you're left behind. Things are not working out. You're not doing what you're supposed to be doing. And that is you wasting yourself. That is you wasting your time thinking about and focusing on the wrong things. So like we very very important to no matter how long it takes, no matter which path I take, we are going to arrive and that is what we should like that's what should drive us. >> But now uh another question is what age should someone be successful? At what age should somebody be successful? Because that is something that very many people have an issue with. come to your 20 and you're doing so well and then they're 30 they're like wow 20 what was I doing is it about age and that also trickles down to getting married there are people who feel like um as a lady when you're 30 you can no longer be married you're already old you're not you're not good for marriage and all that but is it true is it true that um a certain age limits you from success or limits you from making it in life is it just people thinking about it. >> I think it's about uh it's about people thinking about it. A lot of many people have made it in their 40s, in their 50s. So seeing someone a lady who was just doing shopping for a wedding. I'm like you're being getting married to um a rich man. Why are you doing this alone? Rich people, they just leave things for other people to do for them. Like shopping just make calls hey I need this and that and that and that can it be delivered hey like >> yeah and that's the pressure we are giving ourselves and again I really discourage okay I'm not married [laughter] but but make sure that before we get into marriages financially stable especially we ladies a very successful man in a certain way of But if you have your own money, you can just do your own hair, you can do your own nails, you can yourself, you can just go out without asking him for the money. And that the way to go, you'll feel like first of all, take care of yourself before you allow someone to take care of you. Yeah. someone who is really big. But can you can you do those things for yourself? Yes. And I feel like age so many people made it in 40s and I will start by entertainment ages free. Okay. I've watched this man movies so I can attest. Aladded is major breakout film role and achieved a global stardom at his 50s. Another lady uh another person and it Stanley coated the modern Marvel comic universe starting with the fantasy 4 just before turning 40. C anal developed the street receip and launched KFC as a Frances operation when he was 65 years. >> 65 and he was still dreaming. His dream was still alive. >> Yes, you're 25 and you 23. >> What's stopping you? You cannot make it. >> Now what's who are you following or who are you looking up to? Because if we have such kinds of people, we even have um some Nigerian actor, he's called Leonard or something like that. Yes. He he alumaku 40 >> and he he got married after >> 40 something years old and he was doing so well and there's someone who's 30 and they've already given up and feeling like they will never get married. They will never get this job. They will never make it. Why are you limiting yourself? Who said where is it written on which constitution? Where is it written that when you get to 25 years old and you're still in your mom's house you are a failure? Who said that? >> Because those are are things that >> you know >> and and that was the life for that time. But right now we are in a very different society. Yes. A very different uh season. So it's very funny >> that [clears throat] your mom lives in uh let's say where let me let me speak about you find your mom lives in and then >> those are very close areas just because you feel like >> I I I should and you are neighbors with your mom. >> You go eat supper in your mom's house and then go sleep in the house that you're paying rent. I don't because society expects you to do something does not mean that it is reality. Because society has put some standards. >> Are you sure that that is the script we should follow? Because at the end of the day and I feel like discouraged. Just start just do what you have to do. Believe in yourself and let's go make money and make our lives better. a certain event with so many journalist. So they feel people by the way. You have to listen to him. 21 22 and you want to be successful journalist [clears throat] you have a point. It's a process. You learn things. 21. I don't want you tomorrow. Pack your things and go. >> Yes. Where are you at? you're asking your employees like that and you know like you're saying I was with a friend of mine and then we see this man on the road he's he's a young man he's having a suitcase so he was crying what's going on and he says that he has just beenazi abruptly and he was really crying so he was saying how um he was really trying his best to just hold on to his job. But and you think about it, most of the times these people in authority, they don't think about these other people's lives. And maybe it's because they've never had an experience of that like you're saying. You know, there are people who have been given everything. You remember when we were being given stories, you know, and you're trying to compare yourself with such a person and that is reality. There are people who are like that. But then what happens? We don't sit down and start crying and start thinking that we are left behind. You work hard. You you do better. Let's say you want to go to a fancy hotel and trust you they will attend to them before you because of the color of their skin they are ahead of like attention more than they even should anywhere any office you go and then what do you do you don't go bleaching yourself you don't go crying that they don't like Africans, you do your best. You you you you increase if if that person is working once one hour, you you double your hours. Work two hours to get to the level of that person. But you don't sit down saying that all these people are very unfair. Racism, but what do you do? You don't allow that to pull you down because that's the mistake most of us make. We we we we allow it to pull us down. We allow it to make us feel like we are nothing, like we don't deserve to be anywhere in life. And that's why we we we make the worst mistakes. You've not gotten that opportunity. But then what do you do? You don't sit down and cry. You think of, okay, why did that person qualify and I was disqualified? What can I do to make sure that the next time an opportunity like that opens up, I don't lose it. I actually disqualified or you're told you're not enough and now you hate yourself. You will never you never meant to do anything. You will never try again. >> That's a mistake most of us make. >> Yeah. And the point is if you are young CEO make sure that you respect your elders but make sure that you respect them. They are your elders. Um and when you you are just giving them direction [laughter] people maybe but in next maybe five or six months tables do and just let be so conscious when we dealing with the people who are older than us especially learned so many things on how to deal with this life and how to um maybe talk to people um deal with people and no pressure. Yeah, true. That is a question we having. who said that you need to do this at this specific time and if you don't do it at this time you're done for. Amma you don't you're not important anymore in life. Do not allow such kinds of lies to occupy your mind. Yes, we are asking do you feel behind in life or is it social media that has made us see it in that way? That is the question that we are having and we are on all social media platforms at 254 channel. So, make sure that you drop your comment and we're going to be reading it as we get to wind up on this discussion. Yes. To me, are you feeling behind in life or is it social media that is putting or rather setting those standards? Yes. And now, um, we get to ask this. Uh, how do you know whether you're genuinely behind or simply on a different path? I I feel like afraid of I'm like I'm ready. I don't want to rush. I feel like blessing is not serving me. Let me get someone else. What about me? What next for me? Does your life stop? Yes. I'm looking for a rich husband. Remember when you are rich, when someone is rich? What about you? What next for you? ever. So I feel like you have left behind. Please get money, get rich first. Okay. But be stable first before you even try to get married or even relationship. Dust is constant. [laughter] Dust delayed and not dust denied. [laughter] >> Equal to at some point you're going to either now or later. >> Yeah. Or later. But at the end of the day, make sure that your trust in God, please. Yes. >> And you know, you're advising ladies and even guys through the same. >> Yeah. >> Yes. That I hope you don't find this [laughter] video. >> I will make sure that you and I hope you're not watching. Okay. a friend of mine. Um, I don't know if I should say he's a friend of mine, but he's someone that looks up to me so much so if he needs me to ad. And he tells me he had told me about a certain lady. Um, and so he went to the lady and told the lady he likes her and all that. And the lady was like, "Give me some time. I'll I'll respond to you." So um at some point the lady comes back and she's like showing interest. >> So the guy feels like oh and then >> suddenly the guy is attacked by some people >> and they take take away his phone and so he doesn't understand what is going on. Yeah, the lady was dating all along. You see how people want everything for themselves but still and I hold on to this other side. So the guy was telling me about what if those guys did worse? What if they they beat you up or something terrible and he was telling me know they I got my phone backani authorities or something. So I told him, bro, why are you why are you playing with your life? Because one thing the person that is putting you on hold already shows they don't care about you. Yeah. So advice madame advice >> love yourself. Oh my goodness. I don't know how many times I'm going to tell you that love yourself. Be the first person you care so much about. I know that that contradicts the Bible kido. I am a very very staunch Christian. Yes. And the Bible tells us to love our neighbor. that as you love yourself, you first love yourself so that you can have a template of how you're supposed to love your neighbor. So before you start thinking about the other person at a change, >> who told you they're going to change constant, the fact that it is delayed does not mean it is denied. [laughter] So the reality of life is someone that is treating you as an option is not the person for you. And it's very crazy that there are people around you who love you genuinely, who want to be there for you genuinely, but you don't see them. Open your eyes. >> Open your eyes and see the the love that is around you that you are you can't even see. Yes, that was a a little um trail. Love yourself. And uh at the end of the day, so I told the guy, I I I don't like making decisions for people. So I told him, "What do you think? what do you think you should have done? And then I told him, that's it. You already have the answer. Then go ahead and do what you what you should have done. So he was like, I am blocking her right now because you're going to block her and a week later you're going to unblock her and that's not that's not it. That's why I can't make the decision for you. You decide for yourself. At the end of the day, you matter and you are enough and you are important. Oh my goodness. And we love you so much. So so so so much. So yes. I love you so so much. And probably as you wind up, there's a question here that I feel we should discuss. Can constantly chasing milestones make us miss the present? >> Cuz most of the times we focus on hey deadlines, I need to get this. I need to get my first million. I need to get this. I need to and you even forget to see the good things that are actually happening around you. And how does that affect us? And I feel sometimes let me start with ladies first, young ladies first. Sometimes I feel like you need to make it a loted is pocket money. Yeah. But the same same things happened to Vana7. So what do I do? We are trying to chase this life process. We need to to take failed and failed and failed and failed until this is what I did. of the problem that nearly encounter onita but at the end of the day make sure that as you are chasing the things that you are chasing make sure that you are taking good care of yourself don't try to affect your future negatively things happens about what you post And in that time I feel like yes we need to chase whatever we are chasing but we be so vigilant. Yes. >> Yeah. Amazing. I think that's a very good uh way to end things because at the end of the day >> we we we we we are not supposed to dream small. >> Yeah. Have a big dream that scares you. My pastor tells us have a big dream that scares you that you can't even sleep at night. You have to wake up and pray. So have a big dream that you're really looking up to and um that drives you into doing what you ought to do. Like you can't settle for less because you know and you can see and you can feel that aana like I I should not settle. I need to do more. I need to do better and that's it. Like have a big dream that but the fact that you're dreaming big how to certain level but the hotel that you can afford to go to. Do you treat yourself? Do you take yourself out? blessing was saying do things for yourself without expecting other people to do them for you. You love flowers, you love chocolate, do you get it for yourself? No. Start bringing yourself buying yourself those flowers so that you already set a standard even the person that is coming knows even if I don't get her the flowers, she'll still get them herself. Yeah. And that that shows how much uh you value yourself. And the more you you value yourself, the more this other person will value you. Like Like you need to to to have self love. You you you need to care about yourself so much to and treat yourself well. >> Nobody is coming to do it for you. Nobody is coming to give you that life that you always say you want. That life that you always desire. Nobody is go is coming to give it to you. It's upon yourself to work yourself up, to work smart, to do everything you ought to do to get to that level. Help us. We believe in destiny helpers and we believe in God sending people to help you. But the reality is that Nisawa, he's going to send those people, but you also you have a part to play. You have something that you ought to do. Yes. So, let's get to hear from blessing your final advice to my amazing people. feel like 9 to 5 in this life.
