Video summary

The video begins by celebrating a significant victory for the host and her team, framing the win not as an individual achievement but as a collective success involving their family, studio partners, and audience. The host expresses deep gratitude to her viewers, emphasizing that without them, she could not have been a successful host or achieved this milestone. She describes the feeling of winning as addictive and beautiful, noting that once one tastes victory, there is no going back; instead, it fuels a desire for more success in future competitions. This excitement extends beyond just hosting duties, with plans to continue voting and competing next year while acknowledging the competitive nature of her personality. The conversation then shifts to trending topics, specifically focusing on the introduction of new chapati-making machines in Nairobi that can produce up to 5,000 units per hour. The host discusses the implications of this technological advancement for street food vendors who may lose their livelihoods due to automation, suggesting a need for government support or alternative employment strategies for those displaced by such innovations. She also touches on broader economic indicators, critiquing the notion that increased soda consumption alone signifies a healthy economy, arguing instead that it reflects changing consumer habits and affordability rather than overall prosperity. The segment highlights the tension between embracing technology to improve efficiency and preserving traditional livelihoods in an evolving market landscape. A significant portion of the discussion is dedicated to exploring the distinctions between hobbies, talents, and passions, with examples ranging from singing and drawing to extreme sports like skydiving and shark diving. The host shares personal anecdotes about her own interests, such as watching movies on her phone late at night or listening to music loudly while wearing headphones, illustrating how these activities serve as essential breaks from work responsibilities. She emphasizes that hobbies are often innate talents discovered naturally rather than solely developed through practice, though discipline and patience remain crucial for achieving dreams in one's twenties and thirties. The dialogue also addresses why adults might abandon their youthful interests due to family obligations but encourages couples and friends to find shared activities that strengthen relationships without compromising individual passions. Towards the end of the segment, the host engages with audience comments from various locations across Kenya and Uganda, reading out names like JJ Masani, Brownie, Julius Town, and others who have tuned in live or online. She invites viewers to share their own talents, hobbies, and dreams on social media platforms, reinforcing the community aspect of her podcast series "Y Podcast." The episode concludes with a teaser for upcoming segments featuring sports updates hosted by James and an artist spotlight, maintaining the interactive tone that defines the show's connection with its audience across different demographics and interests.

because I I feel like um what you speak >> comes to pass. Like I never said that at any given point that I wouldn't win. I kept saying again and again and again that I'm going to win. Yes. And finally here we are. We won. Um like I love saying it's not my trophy alone, it is our win. Like we won as 254 family, Cece studio and you who is watching because yes, we did this together. And also um like I wouldn't be a host if you guys were not there. Exactly. Now you have some rights to brag. >> Oh yes. [laughter] August next year. Next year but for 2026 I Oh, by the way, I can still win again. [laughter] >> Yeah. So it's very exciting uh time. Uh and it feels good. Hey, I didn't know that winning is this nice. [laughter] >> I didn't know this is how it feels to be a winner. It's It's beautiful. It's It feels great. It's amazing. And uh you see how what's the water? Hi, producer. The moment >> it's it's addictive. >> It's addictive. So, the moment you get one that one trophy, >> it's addictive. I just feel like I need more and more and more. So yeah, we're going to keep voting, keep looking for more, keep winning because once you taste victory >> Mhm. there's no going back. >> It It tastes so nice that that is the only thing that you want around you. And you should also join us as well. >> Oh yeah. >> The next TV host of next year. Yes. And then we will be here guys to do it >> when I start winning this these things. Trust me, there's no coming back. There's no going back to back. I'm very competitive, >> but it's amazing. It's beautiful and we are excited. Finally, it's home. People were telling me, "Vote for me. Vote for me." Yes. And it was worth it. Here we are with a trophy. The fruits. Yeah. The fruits of everything, which is amazing and beautiful. And in regards to that, we get straight to our uh trending topics. And the first one in the list is about my favorite dishwara [laughter] and you find those people that make chapaties on the road and you're like, "Oh my god, you guys, you're just calling my name. Why don't you just let me be like are I don't know." Yes. What am I trying to say? Nairobi governor John Son Sakaja says that city's new chapati making machine is now operational producing up to 5,000 chupatis per hour. Finally the machines are operational. >> Yeah I don't know the promise has been there. I think we had about remember I don't know I don't know something big of big restaurant so it'll be making about 5,000 chapatis Another question. The question that's there is what happens to all the guys like where do they go to? >> I don't know you know in this new new generation even this new era it's all about the technology take over what you're doing you have heard about and all that you've heard about robots coming to work in in industries. We should be ready for anything. But yeah, it's so crazy. So I think it's about time we embrace technology. We know some of people some people will suffer because of this new technology. some so many lot but also if if they are able to now give these machines to those people that makes them for example you have a a small hotel and you're making chapatis and then they now bring uh you they take you and they mach you know like that is very impossible that is let's say so I'm They cost a lot of money. Yeah. So they are few. So in order to purchase them that is impossible. So I think >> I don't know the plan. Do you know something about Kenya is we still appreciate the local? >> Yeah. So like we love love love all those street food. >> Yeah, we do. We do. And we appreciate there's a different taste about >> [laughter] >> But they always looking at what would be the price of normally maybe 40 even sometimes 50 20 the most expensive. 50 is the most. Are you [laughter] sure? Are you sure? You know it is expensive. Complaints about it. We hope to see a change even for the name but those developments will keep coming coming the streets the this not really a place to do your business any place that what will happen so it's about >> they should build more markets so that I was saying >> yeah the strategies could be put so I have a better place for you let's go that's the the uh the best way otherwise it's going to be crazy and you're not showing them where to go next. >> But people should be ready for anything. So you should be ready. You should be ready. You should have a backup plan. >> Yeah. True. And in regards to [laughter] blessed imagination is still okay. You remember before I read this story a time that we were dreaming probably I do. I already even predicted what you going to say. [laughter] >> Yeah. So I'm >> [laughter] >> That was really bad by then. >> The dream has finally come to pass. Those two lries fell almost at the same area. [laughter] But that was really a bad dream. But you know your kids sometimes take some imaginations but I think you just imagine what you you you desired that time cuz I remember your time was like don't understand it. Yeah. I'm very sure they don't really get it, but as a school, [laughter] maybe 2500, 3,000. Back then 3,000 was a lot of money. Yeah, true. Like they all those were beautiful and exciting times. So the story I'm talking about is this. The consumption of soda has gone up. Do you know what that tells you? People buy sodas when they have more in their pockets, says Treasury CS John. Anyway, what do you think about this? I'm >> not really trying to criticize it, but I think that's the mentality of the past really. doesn't make sense. 50 even 60 but 60 that means so it's really not a good thing to mean that even you can drink that sort of for Actually, it is the reality most of the time and that's the only thing someone is going to have the rest of the day. But that's not reality. That's not the truth. >> It's not know it's just crazy >> like that. That does not explain >> that the economy is good just because of one thing that people are doing. It's not like the example that I've given was a luxury but right now it is no longer a luxury people. It's it's one of the simplest things anyone can get to have and it's readily available for any common during the Christmas days. Most of the time before you brought that That means black. It was just amazing. So back then, yeah, we can agree it was a luxury something. So people wanted to but that was back then it's very readily available the only company it's readily available whatever these guys is saying this the okay let me not use that word but it's >> not the best way to evaluate a country's economy he should uh like even the comments from people like bro what do you mean what are you even trying to say >> yes as we get to end up on this segment imagine this is this is great and I don't know but it's it's It's crazy. Nice. Yes. So, DJ Mo, the roughest has added a new 2025 BMWS 1K superbike to his collection with the highest performance motorbike estimated to be worth about 3.5 million. This is nice. Like, it looks it looks amazing, >> you know. But really, it's worth that money. But you don't understand, you know. I wish you okay [laughter] BMW motor bike. Come on. Where does he compare those two? There's there's even different levels to it, you know, like even in terms of speed, >> it's way different. That's the problem. >> [laughter] >> Do you see the little that's how it operates [laughter] in those convertibles only two seats? you and your significant other. [laughter] But it's a good thing even I was thinking about the best way to navigate this type of traffic. It's way easier for you to get to a job really really easily. >> [laughter] >> Super bike. It's way different than the normal. >> Yeah. Another comment here. Okay. Kenyans are just crazy. It God God won't bless me with this. Cuz he knows I'll come and thank him in person. If you know, you know. [laughter] >> Anyways, but this this is amazing. Yeah. No, there there's real comfortability about No, it's not really one of those compared to you know than the other ones. Then the other one [laughter] sometimes so good at that process. But yeah, it's noisy but it's way faster. It's way even. The outfits that they put on black. [laughter] >> Well, it's it's it's beautiful and uh all these things are for us, you know, all all these beautiful cars, all these amazing mansions, they are for you and me. So this kind of life just decide how you want to live. You know it's very beautiful that I saw a verse in the Bible that uh God says there shall be no poor among you >> that is to show like poverty is not God's will for us. It is not God's plan for us. And when you think of something like 3.5 that means he has enough money to get anything like food and now this is his luxurious life like this is him living in luxury to show you that these things are possible. Imagine the only thing you you need to do is renew your mind and believe that you can also get here and that's it. Like not thinking in the perspective of our think [laughter] >> so your mindset is what matters. Um, your mindset determines where you're going, where you're going to get to. >> And you know, in your 20ies, in your early 20s, late 20s, really, they're the most critical years because they really count much when determining your future. What will you be in the future? In your 20ies is when you start now to want to discover yourself. What do I want to do in the next for for for the remaining part of my who do I want to become? Let's say in your 30s is when you already discovered yourself getting some of these things that you have dreamed for. Even you can get them in your 20ies but achieve those dreams that achieve it but it's really on the mindset certain thing. So in order to get that certain things very disciplined about it okay I want to achieve this effort my work then patience really counts I want to do this I want to earn a millionaire cannot work like that >> so everything is a process put your mindset discipline and patience >> yeah true and at the end of the day everything you desire you see the vision you have Keep at it and you're going to get there. Unless you have a vision, unless you see you, you have somewhere you want to get to. Every time relax, you feel like see okay, everything is working out. But the reality is that you need to have a vision. You need to have somewhere you're going. >> Very very very important. Now we dive into our discussion of the day. Yes. uh our producer topic I think >> he should tell us some of his hobbies probably cuz he wants us to talk about hobbies, talents and passions. Yes. And now um when we we talking about this uh most of the times last time to to describe the differences because sometimes have a junky difference hobbies passions talents nin at times people don't really get to >> know the difference but we discussed that last time but uh let's probably >> look at it in a different perspective >> and we can start with Uh there are things that people love doing >> and you cannot like even without money without anything like anything but you still can do that >> and there are things that you enjoy doing so that you can do it and there are things that you do not for pay not for anything but because you are enjoying you're enjoying doing them and the fact that I love doing it or probably I do it when I'm free or >> it's uh my free time I want to relax like swimming sometimes you do it when you want to relax >> or riding your bike talent is something that is inbuilt >> you're talented like James is talented in singing he's a very good singer By the way, [laughter] that's when I get into charact [laughter] Santa and I hope see I was there not in body but in spirit but in spirit you are there [laughter] in the body we want just do good so that you can appear in the good list [laughter] yeah I will do my best. I will do my best. >> Yeah. So that's the passion that's passion to differentiate let's say I'm talented in singing that means you are doing better than the other personal you have the talent but I have the You're even more creative than me even writing down the songs and all that. That means you have the talent of an artist. But that means yeah, I have the hobby of singing. I like to sing. That's my interest. But yeah, you have the talent, you doing it, but do you have the passion to really persuade? Let's say you like you have the passion of being a singer. Yeah. You like you like their singing but do you have the passion passion connected deeply it's very emotional passion is something it's not really associated with money most of these things even more that means money has to be but some of these so you have to put your work there okay this will pay me one Cuz that that cuz you have the passion, you want to do it. So that's the main difference. >> Yeah. And as we dive into these discussions, we have a question here. Do you need a hobby outside work or is having a job you enjoy enough? [clears throat] [laughter] No. No. That's why we have the weekends Monday to Sunday. Monday to Sunday. Nah, you know, just by the end of the day, you love doing what you what you you love your profession. That's what you're doing. At the end of the day, you need some break cuz obies are there for to give you a break after a long tough love you love being here, but that doesn't mean like sometimes you just want to be off cuz at the end of the day, this is work. and work without play makes works every everywhere you'll be doing the work from maybe 9 to 5 9 to 5 daily yeah you love doing it but then you need something something else to clear your mind something else to relax that way bring like swimming maybe going out just to clear your mind and get to get your maybe into another different different Something about you must began. I need I need I'm needed to do this and this and this and this and this. So something I I want to go and watch something. Okay. and watch something at the end of the day. I want to go swimming for how many hours feel like now I'm relaxed. >> Yeah, now I'm relaxed. But >> what are some of your hobbies? I really would like to know some of your hobbies because like you look like someone cuz now for me watching is something I do anytime cuz I have my phone. I can download the movies, Netflix and all that on my phone. So probably I do it when I'm bored and I'm like let me watch something. Yeah. do some read this connect with nature. So different it depends what you are interested in cuz for me let's say playing football is what I'm interested in even late night that's what interest me mostly watching even listen to music I think that's shared but it depends on what you really like same as movies. It depends on what you really like about that. But the end of the day watching and listening to music of late I love just putting on my headphones and singing along the song loudly shouting. So you just cool down. But that is something I really want to do. I realiz your mind when I'm in my house cuz that what really gets me in the mood. Maybe I'm want to get new ideas. Okay. That's that's a hobby really. That's a hobby. We have different personalities. So yeah, it's very different for different people. >> True. Uh what's okay are talents discovered naturally or developed through practice? I think naturally yeah you can you can practice to be a footballer but doesn't mean that you play better than better than person who is talented in in that. So it's all about discovering naturally something like drawing parts of the body that guy just does it naturally. It flows in their mind. Even the map of Africa I remember I remember there's a time primary school. So I remember to part of the same I took the Wow. Bigger than what you have used in your textbooks naturally. Yeah. memory from what he saw to the drawing book. So that's how talent is discovered naturally. Everybody has a talent but different from the other. That means you have a talent. 100 seconds [laughter] of the things we used to do in school special meals. I don't eat beans. >> I don't eat this and that. So I don't really eat my then [laughter] trade but it was really I used to say I don't eat like so in >> [clears throat] >> in the school I was in. So yeah, you >> so like we used to enjoy especially I think class for your time. So it was so enjoyable until one day I was a scout and then so everyone in my school knows I don't eat for a whole day. I am hungry. We didn't even get a chance to buy snacks. So I had to have another option. So I slept like that was one day that I felt like something and all that food by the time It was really painful. >> And also please if we go out with you [laughter] so please. Do you know we had 30 minutes of serving, eating and cleaning your plates and going back to class 30 minutes. So before That's like 15 minutes. Special meals next time. So before 10 minutes before lunch to uniformly about 1500 students before that was in form one from one and from four from twos and form three but before that the whole school I remember I remember there's a time next 58 >> [laughter] >> I remember maybe even 15 Wow. Wow. Wow. And that was crazy. Yeah. I remember in high school relate but the experience was crazy. of salted [laughter] because [snorts] >> [laughter] >> New Zeal. So meaning what is this then you feel the loss even buy a new place was about 300 shillings those are very expensive I remembered That's how we survived. But at the end of the day, it taught you a lot of lessons, you know, like it's not really Yes. But as a student from one and from go to the second shift then from the kicking in your teenage years from then from one from But before that, it was so crazy. Thenul it was so painful but at the end of the the stories come from high school man through much know it was a great experience at the end of the day time cautious was a very big factor at that time >> I remember when we came to shift then 50 minutes the last 10 random biology then [laughter] the chemistry and the biology then 40 40 minutes that means 40 20 minutes even less than 20 20 minutes then you have to line that means maybe about 700 of you. Then you have to come from different. So the same was crazy. You had to stick together. >> Amazing. Uh we have another guys about high school that was by the way good and beautiful stories as you remember times. But this is why in the morning this is the why podcast. Yes. And we're speaking about talents, passions, and hobbies. Yes. And now there's another uh question that is uh quite interesting. [snorts] Why do adults uh forget or let go of the hobbies they used to love or the talents they used to have? What is what happens? >> Uh I believe like when you you're getting older, a lot of you have a lot of responsibilities. Maybe you liked even going out swimming, but now you have a family responsibilities. Even the responsibil for you for you to do those sort of fun things by the end of the day when you become an adult even some of those going out for drives the late night that means you have to go to a a lot of responsibil what the family wants not really what you what you want mostly for the men. Okay. Sometimes we can excuse you for you as a man, you're not doing anything for yourself. Okay, I love doing this, but I don't have the time for it. I don't have the budget for it. So, keep aside. >> There's a couple friends of mine. They are newly they did their wedding in April this year and um I love I admire their life. They ride bikes. >> So most of the time they are in those outfits. So uh seeing motorbikes the other ones bicycles. Yes. So they love riding and I always feel like that is beautiful because they used to do it when dating now until they married they still do it cuz most of the times mentality Africans that when now you're married you're grownups you don't do some things you're not supposed to start a new life and all that but for them they right now they they sometimes a whole weekend how many kilometers and all those things which is fun. So I feel like at times the talent or the hobby that you have you can still keep doing it even when you have the right partner. Ah, exactly. It comes down to by that's a good point cuz it come back to to a pattern that you have the the things that you're sharing together cuz let's say maybe I'm dating you le then we both loving we both love to go out for those of sort of that means we share certain okay but do you know what do you have in common together then we start a family. So this generation is way different before getting to a good relation that you love riding and your spouse doesn't like riding. either you or it's not going to work for you. watch you see like and this is due [clears throat] to some people who love doing what they're doing together. >> Yeah. The same the same obvious maybe maybe even the same interest that I have. That means share the same thing that you have start building a connection with with them. That's how people start even getting out of marriage. But I'm not really giving it an excuse. But before >> before you start dating someone or getting into a relationship with someone, get to know them. What do they love doing? Is it something that I would really want to do as well? Because get you know each other well the good side and even the bad side of of your partner not only the good side meaning even the interest that she or he has like doing something else but I'm not sure if you're you're comfortable with it so if I open up even I come to share with you what I like doing it take a while so When you get a partner, before even getting to that stage of marriage, get to know each other and down your camera. Now, your guy hates trends. He hates content creation. So, how you going to do it together? Maybe that type of thing, social media, even to talk, speak your mind, even to do the lip sync, even to create content, any general content, but You're wasting time as much as it's your interest. Put the blame on him. Even the interest of the same vibe, share the same interest. I think that's how you live peacefully cuz come on you like doing some even childish stuff it's going to be fun I will feel judged me personally any this is wrong so we sh we'll be sharing different things then we'll be the weird one. >> Am I the problem? what's what's what's going on here cuz at the end of the day I I feel like uh the conclusion of the point we are trying to make is hobbies talents they also matter when it comes to relationship because now if you want to date someone that you will never enjoy together cuz probably you love going out on hikes and all that mountain ride and all that. So you you will be going alone. >> Let's say something like skydiving which I cannot try. I can go for zipline very secure but [laughter] they had to pull so that they do have a thrilling I feel like that's you're not alone. You have someone that you're hugging them and then you go together >> like they cannot go to that extent but you know how crazy it is anything that then you have to to depend on your parachute talking survive. So watch if it doesn't doesn't pop out. That means you're done for the day. Say that it's called bungee jumping. But you're secure. Like the good thing is I've never tried but I think I would try and if I am afraid I'll try it with >> before I try that. Maybe he promised something good because of the vision, but it's not really something that I like doing. Yeah, I can go for the bikes. That's okay. That's okay. >> Because but at least we need some something that is intriguing, something that is not out of the ordinary. Then that guy sort of no I cannot do this. I can never but I think if a lion is sedated I can hold the lion I can hold my okay yeah watching them watching animals okay that's good >> watching them watching them the fans are It is like you [snorts] cannot risk it. But maybe are intriguing and they they are beautiful. What about um illusions like you there are things that sometimes people go to. Guys, we're talking about passion talents and hobbies. Yes. [clears throat] And by the way, we would like to know what your hobby is. Yeah. So you can tell us. We are on all social media platforms. So try to find our channel. Make sure that you go Facebook and comment. We are going to be reading your comments in a few. Yes, I was saying I was speaking about um the illusions. >> At times you see all these things most of the times videos. Yeah. You see a video of uh an ocean. So you see yourself in the ocean and then there are fish sharks. >> I feel like they're always nice. >> Yeah. At times there are those stairs that looks look like they give you the illusion of breaking the staircases like the the looks like it's breaking all those things. That's for for they can do that. Okay. >> [laughter] >> Like there's a way to save yourself. But your hobby is going for shark diving. That means yeah, bro. >> [laughter] >> Go. I will record you. I will be your camera person. >> Well, do you know how crazy it is? So, let's say the maintainers that was not that good. What can happen? What will happen to me? I'll be lunch for some fish. So, I don't want that. >> That reminds me, there's some videos I used to see. I think it's a it's a game that people play. >> So, you are in a box that animals >> probably. [snorts] >> Oh, yeah. I saw that. Caterpillars disgusting things even But then the roach [laughter] is still painful. the same I think it's the same but now you're walking and then every box has different types of snakes so that you go and move to the next one. So you can imagine mama you see the snakes in a cycle around your legs and everything but you have to wait for them to count on the seconds 90 seconds [clears throat] and then you go to the next to the next to the first one I can't even start I can't even dare reptile anything reptile yeah I can I can touch it but let's say a snake I can really even try people who are trying for to do those sort of things but I'm not come even though you're three. You see, >> yeah, we're very different. >> First know the hobies of this person. There's a game I want us to go and play. I want to take you somewhere. I won't I will die before even I get that money. Why should I even dare to try? Ah man, I don't think okay for the thrillions [clears throat] you know can imagine and all those kinds of things. But these are things that drill people. >> So we are very different. It depends on who you are. [laughter] Crazy crazy. Oh, we can do the sky diving. We can do the skiing. We can do the zipline weekend though. Once in a while. >> Well, every time every weekend you can die. >> Why? Then I have to swing swing swing swing. For me, I always feel like it's something I would want to try. It doesn't look like it's so much of a big deal. Okay. My first group of friends of course come on this easy thing. Yeah, easy thing. I can do this. >> Then I remember already. But the thing good thing about me, oh my what am I doing? What am I doing? I remember. Okay. >> [snorts] [clears throat] [laughter] >> But it was fun. I can try it again after after that type of okay so it's all about maybe find out okay so I I can do this that's how you realize maybe even I have a different hobby cuz I've never tried it doesn't mean that okay I can do this as a >> amazing yeah we're talking about talents hobbies and passions and Facebook what's your passion? What is your talent? What is your hobby? We would like to know. So make sure that you tell us and we are on all social media platforms to try to f channel. So make sure that you make comment and you're going to be reading your comments as we get to wind up on this beautiful segment. Yes. Now let's go to um the things that we do >> for fun. Okay. So for you, this is a question directed. Mhm. >> to you. What's the most unusual hobby you've ever heard of? >> Unusual. I don't know. Unusual someone is something unusual. Maybe to you cuz you don't like it, but the person that is doing it maybe something normal to them. That's unusual for a lot of people. But for me what I really love doing is similar to playing football even going out even driving. You see but something something unique that I like to do. I I like driving as going to those sort of long driving. That's okay. That's very interesting to me. Okay. cruising then of course I think when shared obies like when a hobby is shared between a group of friends even between your partner is way interesting than doing it alone even shared between two people or even a group of friends it's a way of encouragement even like for If I was alone cuz I remember even there's a friend of mine up and down and I remember in case anything was she was almost going to faint because of your stuff but it was thrilling at the end of the day. I felt good but but it's all about the fun but the end of the day it's all about the fun. It doesn't matter how unusual it is how weird you think it is. Okay. No, you love doing this. You love going. That's unusual for me. But another group of friends share the same sort of hobby. So when you're doing it together, it's way fun than doing it alone. Even it's a way a good a good way connect between even making the bond stronger if we share something then continue doing it. Okay, this weekend I'm free. Last time okay I'm free. Let's let's plan something. Of course, anytime anytime that's that's how our friendship grow like doing this together. So, anytime you're free any means with time maybe developed something even greater. Okay. But I wanted the means. So let's come let's come together something like a party maybe a watch party. So it's a way it's a good way of connecting maybe even as much as connect different profession. So when we come together that means we share the same ideas cuz we are connecting on something that we love. So we'll be we'll be sharing ideas by the end of the day in the next coming years. >> Yeah that's that's amazing. At the end of the day as much Exactly. >> Yeah. It won't even intrigue me. I'll be like sure. >> So it won't even make sense. But let's say let's say I have a group of friends even not only footballing also gaming. you like the gaming maybe doing the mobile type of gaming even the console type of gaming. So if we are like that means >> then we will be organizing sort of tournaments. It's a way of having fun at the end of the day. >> Yeah, true. Now there are people who say that they they don't want to do anything. There's a question here. Can doing absolutely nothing be a recreational activity? Are we becoming uncomfortable with simply relaxing? like you just decide no phone, no TV, no nothing. You're just lying to yourself. I don't think No, you cannot even without touching a phone. >> Yes, >> even without touching a book. >> Yes, me I can I can decide. probably I I I have breakfast and then I go back to bed and then I I sleep like it's and it's fun. Okay. And actually lights off like the house. >> Maybe for the ladies, but for a man, I don't I don't think there's a man who can just like that. >> For a man that's being lazy though being lazy, do you know Mimi? I used I I would really but I would turn down any let's go where let's go where just to stay in the house switch off my phone probably no screen no nothing just in the house the whole day like actually when I'm home when I'm not at work I'm just in the house they even come to my room and you're here the whole day >> that's so hard for Good. It's hard for you. >> My brain is not active. >> I don't know. >> When you're not at work, what do you do? Watch something. or something. So, it's a way a good way for me to to get my my my mind off some just I'm not watching. I'm not reading. I am not writing. I'm not doing anything. I'm just seated. >> I'm just there. >> That's a superpower. [laughter] >> I'm I'm sleeping. I could be sleeping or I'm just >> having relate what you're saying cuz I have I have something I'm doing. I like like just doing something. You're resting. Why rest? >> Because you need to rest. Your body needs to rest. >> Yeah. >> Anyways, by the way, if you like to sound like I am the only one in this world, please comment and tell us. I'm a mean [laughter] problem. But you know, there's >> something going on. >> Yeah. Do you know like for for maybe for the for women even for the ladies that think that's normal for you cuz I've had a lot You can have other things that you do. Yeah. 4 3 4 even 5 a.m. That means 3 a.m. in the morning. 11 that means so I have to force myself another 2 hours do you know if I sleep whatever 6 a.m. 10 11 minutes sleep the whole day and the whole night and the whole day tomorrow and the whole night. Sleeping is a hobby. [laughter] >> Actually me I think I can write that as one of my hobbies cuz I can really have achieved. What have I achieved that I want to go and sleep [laughter] for for girls is very different compared to a man. Come on. It's okay. >> Yeah, it's okay. But come on, that's too much. Hey, okay. Maybe for other people, but for me for menual sleeping for men. >> Okay. What if he was tired? What if night shift in the morning? Okay. Are you serious? >> How many hours should a person sleep? >> What? Yeah. more than seven hours 7 already 11 p.m. Yeah. Anyway. Yeah. [clears throat] Myala.
