Top 10 Claude AI Side Hustles That Can Pay A Full-Time Income (Ranked)
Watch on YouTubeVideo summary
The video presents a ranked list of the top ten side hustles leveraging AI tools, specifically highlighting Claude, as viable paths to generating a full-time income. The speaker emphasizes that while AI skills command a significant salary premium, the real opportunity lies in using these tools to create independent businesses rather than just relying on employment. At the bottom of the list is "AI slop content," which involves mass-producing low-effort videos hoping for viral luck; this approach is heavily discouraged due to high risks of platform bans and lack of sustainable value, though rare exceptions exist where niche-specific AI content succeeds. Moving up the ranks, the speaker suggests building apps and selling digital products like books or templates as more reliable income streams, noting that while these have low barriers to entry, intense competition means success requires strong differentiation and marketing strategies rather than just automated production.
Further up the list are opportunities such as corporate training, grant writing, and creating specialized courses on niche skills, which the speaker terms "teacher money," "boring money," and "knowledge money" respectively. These ventures capitalize on specific market needs where companies struggle to utilize new AI tools or where businesses need help with tedious paperwork like grant applications. The speaker argues that the most lucrative path involves integrating AI into existing businesses to drastically reduce labor costs, effectively acting as a digital forklift to increase output tenfold. This approach allows individuals to solve repetitive problems in their specific industry, turning them into high-value consultants who can charge premium rates for delivering results that were previously time-consuming or impossible to scale.
The highest-ranked opportunities focus on becoming a specialist through hyper-specific service offerings and building a personal YouTube brand. The speaker advocates against chasing vague trends and instead encourages leveraging one's own past experiences and expertise to teach others, creating a hybrid model of coaching and productized services. This strategy avoids the "shiny object" trap of starting from scratch in unfamiliar fields. Ultimately, the number one side hustle identified is building a YouTube personal brand that positions the creator as the go-to AI expert for a specific profession or industry. This creates an asymmetric bet where even if direct monetization fluctuates, the creator establishes authority that leads to high-paying job offers, consulting gigs, and affiliate revenue, effectively owning the "road" upon which other businesses operate. The video concludes by stressing that all these ventures require traffic, which is best secured through a dedicated personal brand, making it the foundational asset for long-term financial success in the AI economy.

Today I'm going to be ranking the top 10
cloud AI side hustles that can pay a
full-time income from worst to best. And
if you're wondering whether this AI
stuff can actually make you real money,
well, PWC studied close to a billion job
ads. And people with AI skills get paid
56% more than people without them. But
you don't have to rely on just making
money from a job. And the market isn't
being subtle. It's literally paying you
to learn AI. And Claude is by far the
most sought-after tool. And I would
know. I started as a pharmacist making
six figures while sitting in six figures
of student loan debt. And I was
basically spending all of my money on my
cost of living and paying off my student
loan debt. And I was completely burnt
out from my job. So, I started a side
hustle and it hit $10,000 a month. And
that side hustle became my full-time
business. And that business has made
over $10 million. And I was one of the
AI early adopters. In fact, I was making
videos on it all the way back in 2022.
And Claude Aai is now a massive part of
my business. And my community members
ran the same play. And some of them were
starting over from nothing and they're
now making 5,000 a month, 10,000 a
month, and some a whole lot more. And
I'll put additional Claude resources in
the description in the pin comment
below. Should be the third link down
there so you can copy it and run it
today. Every number has a source on the
screen with real receipts and real
examples from real people. And my
personal pick is sitting at number one,
and it's not the one that you'd guess.
Now, if you appreciate me making this
type of content, you want to see me make
more of it in the future, then let me
know by gently cheersing that like
button, and let's go ahead and jump in
right now. All right, starting the
countdown at number 10, I have to say
it's got to be AI slop content, and I
really, really hate to say this, but it
does actually work in certain cases.
Now, I call this one lottery ticket
money. And the premise is very simple.
You crank out 100 videos with some AI
app and there are like 50 of these
different apps out there now. And you
post all of them and you pray that one
of them blows up. Volume, luck, and a
robot. That's the whole business model.
Because with AI, you can make stuff
insanely fast. Unfortunately, for the AI
slot merchants out there, platforms like
YouTube are banning this stuff left and
right. And thank God they are. Just as
an example, YouTube wiped out 35 million
subscribers and 4.7 billion views on
their AI slot purge. And I wouldn't be
surprised if YouTube does another run.
And by the way, there's actually a
website that shows you all the different
channels that YouTube has terminated.
It's algrow.online. And you basically
scroll through it and surprise surprise,
a whole lot of these bands are AI slop
channels. Now, to be fair, if you add in
a little more effort and try to make the
content actually good or in very
specific niches where fully automated AI
content actually does add value, which
is very rare. Usually, it's just
complete AI slop that wastes everybody's
time. Or you just get lucky and you
don't get banned. You can make some
money with this, but you need a ton of
views for it to pay anything and you're
gambling the entire channel to get them.
So, it's kind of like buying a 100
lottery tickets from a machine that
prints them for free except the casino
started burning the tickets and
sometimes the guy holding them. So,
yeah, not ideal. With that being said,
there are documented cases of AI
channels that actually make it. So, I
think a really good example of a channel
that is AI generated, like pretty much
completely AI generated, but does
actually still give value is Sleepless
Historian. Okay, so basically this is a
channel that tells stories about history
and they're designed to help you go to
sleep. And according to Vid IQ, this
channel is making about $9.1,000 a
month. And I've watched the content and
I think it's legitimately good for
helping people fall asleep. And there's
also the story of this completely madeup
AI influencer who's apparently a very
attractive girl with pink hair from
Spain who has gotten over 400,000
followers and has made a ton of money as
well. Although most of their money was
likely made literally just teaching
other people how to do AI. So, it's kind
of like a borderline pyramid scheme.
Basically, they wouldn't be making money
if they weren't just teaching other
people how to make money. But that's
okay. So, yeah. Unfortunately, there are
a few examples of AI slop channels or
fully automated AI channels that do
actually work and do actually make
money, but the vast majority of them are
just polluting the internet, give
absolutely zero value, they're a
complete waste of time for the person
making the content, and a complete waste
of time for anyone unfortunate enough to
have clicked on the video. And if in the
very rare case, the channel actually
works out, you're probably going to get
banned. And in the very rare case that
you don't get banned and the channel
actually works out, it's going to be
incredibly easy for everyone else to
copy you. For instance, with the
Sleepless Historian, there are literally
hundreds of channels that started doing
the exact same content. And some of them
are almost like carbon copies of the
original channel. For instance, this one
right here, Sleeping History. Some of
these channels are literally using the
same exact voice and the same exact
style of art. And they can do that. And
there's really nothing you can do about
it because if you can automatically make
content, people can automatically copy
you. So yeah, not ideal. And if you're
still absolutely convinced this is your
path, just tell Claude, "Write me 100
scripts about a husband cheating on his
wife." Or maybe tell it to find already
written scripts on Reddit, which were
probably also fake scripts generated
from Claude and then feed them into some
AI video generator and you're probably
going to get a lot of views. And that's
if you really want to waste your damn
time and your money on AI slop. You
know, on every single other one that I
give you on this list, I'm going to tell
you how to do it. But for this one,
instead of giving you a how-to, I'm
going to give you a please don't. But
there's going to be way better options
down this list if you do still want to
make content. And we'll go over those
here in a moment. And I'm going to show
you how you can actually make good
content with AI helping you make the
content good. So, it's not AI slop, it's
actually good content, but AI does most
of the heavy lifting for you. We'll go
into exactly how to do that here in a
bit, but that brings us to number nine,
which is making an app. And this is
builder's money. So, a good example of
this is a guy named Mark Lou. So, Mark
got fired from his software engineering
job and instead of finding another one,
he started building tiny apps and
selling them. And he literally posted a
video called I made these 23 websites
and earned $562,000.
23 little websites over a half a
million. Not bad. In 2021, I was fired
from a software engineer job and I
decided to go solo and build my own
websites. And honestly, it's pretty cool
because he's doing all of this from
Bali. No office, no boss. He builds
stuff on a tropical island living his
dream life and he gets paid to do it.
And this is more possible than ever
because Claude Code basically deleted
the build barrier. So, let me give you a
real example from my own team. My
creative director talks to Claude all
day. And back then there was no voice
mode. So, he was paying $20 a month for
a tool called Whisper Flow. Great tool,
by the way. And that turns your voice
into text. So, he told Claude to build
him his own version. And it took about
20 minutes. And the thing worked. It was
janky as hell. It was buggy, but it
worked. but it just wasn't as good as
the real product. And that right there
is the entire lesson. Anyone can build
an app now, but people only pay for a
great one. Quick and dirty doesn't sell.
Now, the cool thing about software is
the ceiling is ridiculous. And I've
personally seen people build $10 million
oneperson businesses with AI. And in
software, you can go as far as you want.
Now, you might be thinking, Shane, I
can't code. You don't need to. Claude
Code writes the code. You just supply
the problem worth solving, and then you
go back and forth with it until it
actually works. and all you got to do is
literally talk to it. So, you might be
asking, "Well, Shane, why is this only
number nine?" Because it can be a side
hustle, but if you really want it to
work, it's a full-time job. And
actually, it's more like two full-time
jobs, or more than that. Building the
product is one, but marketing the
product is the other. A great app with
no marketing is a perfect vending
machine in the middle of the desert. The
machine works fine, there's just nobody
around to put money in it. So, here's
how to start. Open Cloud Code and pick
one annoying problem that you personally
have and then build the simplest version
that somebody would pay for. Put a
Stripe link on it and charge from day
one. And the total cost here is a Claude
subscription and a weekend. So, here's
the Cloud prompt that you can put in. By
the way, I'll put it on the screen. And
again, I do recommend that you download
the resources in the description, the
pin comment below, as these prompts will
work even better with those. All right,
section three is selling digital
products. And I like to call this cozy
sleepy money. This is sleep money. You
make the thing once and it pays you
while you're unconscious. And the best
example I know is my community member
Shawn Doit. So Shawn's in the Amazon KDP
world and that's Kindle Direct
Publishing, which is basically
self-publishing books. And at his peak,
he made millions doing this. And here's
the part that I love. At one point,
Shawn knew absolutely nothing about KDP.
And today, he's made millions in digital
products. And he teaches other people
how to do the same thing on his channel.
And it's not just books. There's a
26-year-old named Danvven Sharam making
$4,000 a month and doubling selling AI
prompts. Yes, prompts on a $5 to$20
subscription. Then there's Thomas Frank
who sold over $2.1 million worth of
notion templates in just 2 years. And
the interesting thing about Thomas, that
money came from his second YouTube
channel, not his main one. Right? There
was so much demand for people buying
these notion templates that he started a
second channel that was all about
notion. And the reason this all works is
simple. A digital product has no
inventory, no shipping, and it costs
absolutely nothing to copy. So, it's
kind of like planting an orchard. You
dig it once, and every season after
that, the tree just hands you the fruit.
And Claude kills the production
bottleneck. The research, the outline,
the draft, the sales page, the writing
part is basically free. Now, your job is
taste and niche selection. That's it.
Now, this one is not all butterflies and
rainbows, right? It sounds really good
in theory. You just build a digital
product one time and you sell it forever
after that and you never have to do
anything. But there's a reason this is
number eight on the list and not number
one. Anything that is incredibly easy to
do, where there's a low barrier to entry
or it's very easy to do or you can do it
all with AI or somebody in India or
Nigeria could do it. That means there's
going to be a massive amount of
competition, right? So this kind of
applies to number 10, the AI slop
channels as well. You know, making like
a faceless YouTube automation channel.
Sure, there are people that do it and
there are people make money doing it,
but the truth is what's stopping
somebody from India from competing with
you as an American? Pretty much nothing.
And that means you have billions of
extra competitors. And so if you're
going to sell something like this,
you're going to need traffic. And you
need a way to differentiate yourself.
And that's something we'll talk about a
little bit later on. But let's talk
about how to start this one. Pick one
product type like a KDP book, a template
pack, a niche guide, and pick one
platform, for instance, Amazon KDP or
Gumroad, and then ship one product in 7
days with Claude doing the drafting, and
then make the next one better. Now,
here's a Claude prompt you can put up on
the screen, and you can screenshot this
and put it into Claude, and this will
get you started in the right direction.
With that being said, I would recommend
checking out my interview that I did
with Sean where he talks about how he
was able to make so much money with
digital products. And it'll probably pop
up like right here or something. And
with that being said, as well, I'm going
to be doing a live training this week
where I talk about exactly how I grew
this YouTube channel and how Sean grew
his YouTube channel and his side hustle
completely from scratch for complete
beginners. And you can click the link in
the description and the pin comment
below to check that out because all
these side hustles work, but you need
one thing, which is traffic in order to
sell to people. And that's exactly what
I'm going to help you do in this live
training is generate traffic. Now, I'm
also going to be giving away an AI that
we've been working on. We spent
thousands of hours on this AI and it's
going to help you pick your niche or if
you already have a niche, it's going to
help you dial it in and make it 10 times
better. And I'm giving away this AI
completely free during this live
training and I'm going to show you how
to use it. Plus, before, during, and
after the live training, I will answer
any questions that you have. So, click
that link in the description, the pin
comment below, and I look forward to
seeing you there. All right. Now, let's
talk about number seven, which is
corporate training. So, I like to call
this one teachers money. So, there's a
guy named Connor Grin, and he was at
NYU's business school, and he started
teaching teams how to actually use AI.
And the demand got so big that he
actually quit his NYU professorship to
do this full-time. Now, that's the whole
angle right there, right? The training
demand was bigger than an NYU career.
Then, you've got Jeff Sue. He teaches AI
for office productivity. And according
to a case study he did, he said he made
over $800,000 in a single year, which is
just really cool. And here's why this
market exists. Companies bought the AI
subscriptions and their teams have no
clue what to do with them. So, it's the
corporate version of buying a gym
membership and then never going. We've
all been there. So, the tool sits there
and the confusion compounds and you can
come in and get paid to be the personal
trainer. So, you build one workshop for
your industry and that is key. It needs
to be industry specific and then you
teach it, you leave and you get paid.
And corporate workshops run at about $3
to $15,000 per session. And unlike
agency work, a workshop ends when it
ends. No scope creep, no forever client.
The catch is bookings are lumpy and
getting booked takes standing. People
hire the trainer that they've already
seen teach. So here's how to start.
Build one three-hour clawed for your
industry workshop and then pitch one
company that you already know, your
employer, your old employer, a vendor,
and charge $1,500 for the first one to
get a testimonial. then raise the price
for every booking. And here's a Cloud
prompt that can get you started with
this. You can screenshot it, put it into
Claude if you're interested in this side
hustle. All right, number six is going
to be what I like to call boring money.
So, I'm going to use grant writing as a
specific example here, but basically
this is where you use AI to do things
that are typically extremely boring,
tedious, and take a long time. So, my
community member Darcy helps people
start their businesses and get funding
with grants. And her channel got to $235
a day in AdSense alone. And when that
happened, she quit her full-time job,
put in her two-week notice, and also
landed a $4,500 client. So, she's making
a lot of money every month, way more
than she was making from her job. And
here's the thing about grants.
Businesses and nonprofits are desperate
for this money. The applications are
long, structured, and deadline driven,
and there's a lot of documents you have
to submit, which happens to be the exact
kind of writing that Claude is best at
in the world. And almost nobody on staff
knows how to write them. And freelance
grant writers charge $1,500 to $5,000
per application. And the clients come
back every single year. And the highest
paid writing work isn't creative, it's
institutional. So being a grant writer
is like being the only locksmith in a
town full of locked doors. Everyone
knows the money is on the other side and
they just can't get the door open and
you hold the key. So one rule if you do
this claude drafts, but you have to
verify every single number before it
goes out. The slop grant writers get
blacklisted by funders. The careful ones
inherit the whole market. Now, by the
way, I used to work for a 501c3
nonprofit, and I help them write grants.
So, I know exactly how this works, and
there is a lot of opportunity here, and
we've had several community members that
do this professionally. So, here's how
to start. Pick a cause that you actually
care about. Offer the first grant at a
discount to build the whole portfolio
piece, and then move $2,000 plus dollars
per application. Say the $2,000 as an
estimate, and then one or two nonprofit
clients on repeat can make some serious
monthly income. So, here's a Cloud
prompt. You can screenshot it and put it
in claude if you're interested in
starting with this one. Now, this is
grant writing. There's obviously a lot
of other opportunities that you can do.
There are so many different processes
that take a massive amount of paperwork.
That's a massive headache. And you can
help people do those things faster with
AI. So, the next side hustle is going to
be number five, selling a course on your
niche skill. And this could also be
called knowledge money. So, a great
example of this one is our community
member Steven. Steven is an engineer who
spent a long time learning a very
specific type of CAD software called
Seammens NX. Now, you have probably
never heard of this CAD software before,
but to people that are in his
engineering profession, it is very
important to be exceptionally skilled
with this software. And he started a
course about how to use this software
for other engineers. And he did over
$12,000 in course sales in just a couple
months with almost all the purchases
coming from YouTube. And one of the
orders, which was about $1,100, was from
a meta engineer that Steven had never
spoken to in his entire life. So, these
are the absolute best of the best
engineers in the world. And they paid
for his software. So, you don't need to
be famous. You just need to be findable
and you need to solve a specific problem
that certain people have. And in this
particular case, the problem was this
software is really hard to use. And he
made a course that makes it easy, right?
And you don't even need a big channel
either. He had a tiny channel promoting
this. And there's also a guy named Evban
Shawn with a tiny YouTube channel. We're
talking small, but he runs a paid
community with his course inside and it
has 249 members at roughly $26 a month.
That's over $6,000 a month from a small
channel. And here's the principle. The
more boring and specific your skill is,
the better the course is going to sell.
And in Evan Sha's case, he's literally
teaching people how to make money on the
video game Grand Theft Auto. Now, you
might be thinking, Shane, nobody's
paying to learn my weird thing. Well, a
meta engineer paid $1,100 to learn a CAD
software from a total stranger. So, yes,
they damn well are. So, here's how to
start. Take the skill people already ask
you about at work. Then get five
pre-sales before you build anything. If
five people won't prepay you, pick a
different angle. Then build it on
something like Thinkic or Gumroad or
School with Claude drafting the modules.
And here's a prompt. If you're
interested in getting started with this
one, you can screenshot it, put it into
Claude. And one other thing I'll say
about this is if you're wondering what
the heck you should make your course
about, definitely attend my live
training. Click the link in the
description, the pin comment below, cuz
that's exactly what I'm going to help
you do. That's like the main thing we're
going to go over at the live training.
All right, next. Number four is helping
businesses integrate AI. And I like to
call this fixer money. And I need to
yell about this one for a second because
everyone in their mom is selling, I'll
help you with AI, bro. And most of them
are terrible at it, right? And business
owners are burned. They're frustrated.
And the market is flooded with slop
sellers. And the days of cold DMing
strangers as a total no-name and getting
service jobs where you install AI in
someone's company and you know exactly
the DMs I mean and getting paid for
that. Well, those days are dead. Okay,
it's not that easy to get clients
anymore because businesses have gotten
burned so many times by people who have
no idea what they're doing and they just
waste their time. But, and this is the
tension, the money is very real. Chad
Vavra makes $10,000 a month just
installing AI systems inside of other
people's businesses. And here's how you
know this market prints. Daniel Fazio,
another one of my community members,
makes over 500,000 a month and he
actually pivoted to doing AI assisted
agencies. And here's how you know this
market prints. Daniel went allin on this
offer. And a business owner does not
pivot a working offer unless the new one
is really, really good. And the pivot
itself is the proof. Now, the going rate
for AI consultants is $100 to $300 an
hour. But think about post hurricane
roofing for a second. Right after the
storm, every guy with a hammer calls
himself a roofer. Homeowners get burned
and they only hire the one their
neighbor vouches for. And that's this
market flooded with hammers starving for
trust. And let me be real with you, a
full AI agency is not a side hustle. The
outreach alone is a full-time job. And
once you land the client, guess what?
They expect actual work. They expect you
to actually deliver. And that's why this
caps at number four instead of being
number one. I do think it's a really
good opportunity. But the marketing side
turns into a full-time job if you don't
have a way to reliably get clients. So,
here's how to start. Pick one vertical
that you already understand and one
deliverable. For instance, I set up
Claude for law firms or maybe even more
specific than that, but that's a good
place to start. Not I do AI. Then
document one build publicly so people
can find and verify for you. Then let
them come to you. Don't cold DM as a
no-name. And more on that here in a bit.
And here's the Claude prompt. Again,
screenshot it, put it into Claude if
you're interested in this one. All
right. Number three is taking a normal
business and putting Claude inside of
it. Now, I like to call this forklift
money. Now, my own AI guy, Matt,
recently did the work of about 10 people
in a recruiting operation. Not an
exaggeration, 10. The sourcing, the
screening, the outreach, the summaries,
etc. And he's honestly pretty goated at
it. Shout out to Matt. Or my client
Carla. She integrated AI into her
recruiting business. And her videos
average about 200 views, and she landed
a contract that's worth over $100,000
from a tiny YouTube channel and videos
that get 200 views max. Right? So, if
you do YouTube the right way, you don't
need viral views. You just need the
right 200 people watching. So, every
normal business has a department that
secretly is just reading and writing,
right? Resumes in, summaries out, emails
at volume, reports that nobody wants to
type. Claude eats that work up. It's
like a warehouse guy who's carried boxes
by hand his old career, and someone
finally handed him a forklift. Same
warehouse, same boxes, but 10 times the
output. So, this one is top three
because the customers already exist.
You're not starting from zero. You're
deleting labor costs inside of machine
that already prints money. The only
catch is you need a business or a job
inside of a business to start or you
need to just start that business from
scratch. But I do think this one is very
underrated because there's so many
traditional boring businesses out there
that make a massive amount of money and
they have absolutely no idea how to use
AI. And if you figure out how to use AI,
you have a competitive advantage because
you can do the same amount of work 10
times faster. So here's how to start.
List the three most repetitive writing
tasks in your business or your job.
Build one cloud project for each.
Measure the hours saved in week one.
That number is either your raise, your
margin, or your pitch. And here's a
cloud prompt. I'll put it on the screen.
You can screenshot it if you're
interested in this one. All right.
Number two is going to be hyper specific
service or coaching hybrid. And I like
to call this specialist money. And this
is the business model that I have seen
the most people make a full-time income
from. And I've also seen the most people
make not just a living, but a killing
from. And that's where you basically
sell high ticket coaching or a high
ticket product. Now, here's the law.
I'll help you with AI, bro. Is the new
I'll do your marketing bro, right? Vague
offers get bad outcomes. Specific offers
get premium prices. So, for instance, my
client Davis helps people get into
management consulting roles, and he has
a fullervice offer to help them do that.
Now, with some of it, it's coaching. For
instance, he can't do the interviews for
them, but he can coach them how to do
the interviews better. For some of it,
it's just a course, so it's basically
just a digital product that they can go
through themselves. And then for some of
it, he literally does the work for them,
right? So, it's kind of like a hybrid
offer, but it is a productized service
where it's scalable. But it's not just
career coaching, right? It's full
service like resumes, LinkedIn,
portfolio, etc. for people trying to
break into management consulting roles
specifically. But the hybrid part is the
magic. You do the documents for them and
you coach the parts that you can't do
for them. So, you can't sit in the
interview for somebody, but you can
drill them until they're dangerously
good at answering interview questions.
And notice he's just teaching what he
already learned in his own past. To
Davis, this stuff is simple, but to
someone who's never had the job, that
advice is gold. And consultants make a
lot of money, and the people will gladly
pay to get in the door. So, your obvious
can be somebody else's expensive. So, a
general practitioner bills a fraction of
what a surgeon bills. Same medical
degree, but different specificity. And I
want to go back to the point about this
being obvious, right? So many people
will try to sell something that they
just aren't familiar with because the
grass always looks greener on the other
side. And that's like starting a
marathon from the starting line and
thinking that you're going to win
against like a thousand other people.
Chances are, unless you're a worldclass
athlete, you are not going to win a
marathon against a thousand other
people. But what if you started 90% of
the way in and everyone else was
starting at the starting line? In that
case, you would probably win almost
every single time. And that's exactly
what teaching what you already know does
for you. You've already spent thousands
of hours doing the thing, right? In
Steven's case, it was the CAD software.
He already spent thousands of hours
mastering it. In Davis's case, it was
getting into management consulting. He
already spent thousands of hours getting
into management consulting. In Shawn's
case, it was Amazon KDP. He already
spent thousands of hours getting really
good at Amazon KDP. And I can go on and
on and on here. But if you try to do
something that you aren't familiar with,
I know it probably looks really shiny.
It's a shiny object. It's super sexy.
The grass is always greener on the other
side, but you're going to be starting
from square one, and you're gonna have
to figure out everything that you don't
already know. Or you could just teach
the younger version of yourself how to
solve the problem that you already
solved. And that's probably the smarter
way to do it in 99% of cases. And that's
one thing we're going to be helping you
do when we help you select your niche in
the live training this week. So do not
miss out on that. Click that link in the
description in the pen comment below.
Should be the first link down there. But
here's how to start a specialist
service. Take a transition that you
personally made like a career, a skill,
a certification, a side hustle that you
made money from, a problem that you were
able to overcome in your life, a rare
accomplishment that you were able to
make, etc. Anything. then do the
documents for them, coach the
performative parts, bundle it at $1,000,
and then to get 10 clients and do a
1-hour coaching session with them once
per week. And so you can get this done
in 10 hours a week. And that is the
whole model. Now, here's the cloud code
prompt if you're interested in this one.
You can screenshot it, put it into
Claude if you're interested in this one.
And one other thing I'll say about this
is you can do coaching and you can also
do the service or you can do like a
hybrid of both of them. And honestly, it
really depends on the niche that you're
in which one you should start with.
Davis, for instance, started off with a
service. He was literally just helping
people do their resumes at first. And
then eventually he added on coaching and
other things to basically fully take
care of the problem instead of just
taking care of part of it. And this is
basically what I've done as well with my
program. So I basically help people grow
a YouTube channel and monetize it from
scratch and basically treat YouTube like
a business. And we have a course
component, but we also have a group
coaching component because a lot of
people like to be in groups. We have a
one-on-one coaching component, literally
one-on-one calls, also one-on-one chat
support with the same coach that you do
the one-on-one calls with, as well as
any of our other specialist coaches. And
we have a community of people that are
basically sharing their wins. Plus, we
have lots of different AIs and tools
that basically solve every possible
problem that you can encounter when it
comes to YouTube. And that's why we have
such an insanely high success rate in
our community is because it's a
fullervice solution. Anything that we
can do for them, but the stuff that we
can't do for them, we have resources for
that or one-on-one coaching, etc., etc.
And that's something that we'll talk
about in the live training that I'm
doing this week. Click the link in the
description in the pin comment below.
But that brings us to number one, which
is building a YouTube personal brand.
So, this is what I like to call magnet
money. And it's the entire reason that
this list is ranked the way that it's
ranked. Every single hustle on this list
works, and every single one of them
needs the exact same thing, which is
traffic. No traffic means you spent
full-time hours hunting customers, which
means you don't have a side hustle, you
have a second damn job. So, solve the
traffic problem once in under four hours
a week and every single other side
hustle on this list works and it gets
easy. So, the play is becoming the go-to
AI for whatever your world is person.
So, AI for recruiters or AI for lawyers
or AI for accountants or AI for nurses
or AI for real estate agents, etc., etc.
Now, you might be thinking, Shane,
YouTube saturated. Saturated with what?
AI slop. YouTube just deleted 35 million
subscribers worth of channels. So, the
lane for real humans with real
experience has never been more open. And
look at how many people are already
running this exact play. Richard Walls
was working 60 to 80 hours a week when
he first started, and we still helped
him get to over $12,000 in a single
month from YouTube. So, even if you're
very busy, you can do this. College
Hacked helps people graduate from
college faster by stacking online
college credits. So, it's not even about
jobs. It could be about the education
for the job. And he got to multiple six
figures a year from this. And they're
not special. They're just using the same
playbook. Now, here's the part that
makes this an asymmetric bet. Meaning
that when you win, you win. And if you
lose, you still win. Even if the channel
money stalls, even if the business that
you launch from the channel doesn't work
out, you still win. Think about Josh for
instance. He started making very useful
YouTube videos about cyber security and
IT, you know, telling people which
certifications to get or what degrees
they need to get or maybe they don't
need to get degrees or how to get into
certain jobs. Just very useful content.
And his YouTube channel was making less
than $1,000 a month when we first
started working with me. But he still
ended up getting offers from fang
companies and Fortune50 companies
because of how useful his content was
and because of the fact that he
established himself as an authority. But
then he started making 5,000 a month,
then 10,000 a month, then 30,000 a
month. And by that point, he hadn't even
launched any other products. He was just
recommending other people's products and
services. And then eventually his
channel got all the way up to $180,000 a
month. Right? But even if his channel
stalled at $1,000 a month, he was still
recognized as an authority in his
industry. And he was getting job offers
and all kinds of other different
opportunities that he never would have
gotten if he didn't start the channel.
And at scale, a channel like this, the
floor is honestly around a million
dollars a year from AdSense and
sponsorships as well as affiliate
marketing alone. Because everyone, and I
mean everyone, is buying AI stuff right
now. And everyone is still buying stuff
that solves their problems. So every
business on this list is a shop and a
personal brand is owning the road the
shop sits on. Whatever gets built next,
the road is going to get paid. So, the
way to get started with this is to
attend my live training this week. Click
that link in the description, the pin
comment below. And I know that 99% of
you are going to watch my videos, get a
ton of value out of them. I see the
comments. I see the DMs. I see the
emails from people saying how much they
appreciate all the free stuff that I put
out. So, you're going to watch my
content, you're going to download my
free resources, you're going to come to
my live trainings and get a massive
amount of value out of that. But, we are
never going to end up working together.
And that's totally okay. I always want
to give 10 or even a hundred times more
value than what I receive. With that
being said, I know there's 1% of you out
there, maybe 0.1% of you out there that
want a one-on-one mentorship, one-on-one
handholding experience, or you want us
to literally just do the work for you.
But the thing is, we can only work with
a very limited amount of people in that
capacity, right? One-on-one coaching or
one-on-one service work is very limited.
We can only work with five people, for
instance, right now. But if you're in
that category, then go ahead and book a
call by clicking the link in the
description in the pin comment below. It
should be the second link down there.
And on this call, we'll figure out where
you are right now, where you want to be.
We'll make a plan to get there, and
we'll see if we're a good fit to work
together or not. We only accept about
18% of people who apply because we want
to make sure that you're the type of
person that we can get results for. With
that being said, the types of people we
typically work with are professionals
with at least 10 years of experience or
people who are overachievers in
something that they have done and they
want to help other people by teaching
the thing that they've already done. We
also work with businesses that want to
get more views, get more subscribers,
make more money, and grow their brand.
We also work with YouTubers who are
getting a lot of views, but they're
struggling with monetization. We work
with YouTubers who are crushing it, but
they want to crush it even harder. And
we work with people who have big
followings on other platforms or they
have a big audience because of a book
they wrote, but they want to bring that
audience over to YouTube because they
know that YouTube is the best. So, if
that sounds like you, click the link in
the description, the pin comment below
to book a call, and we look forward to
talking with you. With that being said,
check out this video right here to see
exactly how we helped Shawn get to over
$500,000 in a single month on YouTube.
