Video summary
The video chronicles a chaotic and eventful journey through the first round of the Wheel of College playoffs, where the host's team advances to face the Georgia Bulldogs in the next round. The host begins by expressing frustration with the unpredictable nature of the previous round, noting a lack of game planning but celebrating their victory. Before the match, he utilizes his playoff wheel spins to upgrade his roster significantly, acquiring high-rated players like Javon Curse and Trent Mosley through training packs. He strategically sacrifices lower-rated backups to secure an 88 overall strong safety in Jamal Johnson, aiming to improve his defensive coverage against Georgia's potent offense. Despite feeling greedy with his current depth, he remains focused on the ultimate goal of reaching the national championship.
The playoff challenge against Georgia turns into a thrilling back-and-forth battle filled with dramatic moments and strategic adjustments. The host's team initially struggles with turnovers, including a fumble that is recovered by the opponent, but they quickly find their rhythm through efficient plays involving Jeremiah Smith and Le'Veon Tomlinson. A pivotal moment occurs when a potential touchdown for Georgia is overturned after an official review, giving the host's team a crucial advantage. The game sees both teams trading big plays, with the host utilizing his speed option and RPOs to gain significant yardage while Georgia relies on their quarterback to make deep throws. Despite Georgia's efforts to score in the red zone, the host's defense holds strong, preventing them from converting third-and-goal situations.
As the game heads into overtime, the stakes are raised with both teams needing a two-point conversion to win. The host's team manages to score first, but Georgia responds with their own touchdown, setting up a tense final sequence where the outcome hangs in the balance. In a dramatic finish, the host's quarterback attempts a long pass that is intercepted, leading to a Georgia touchdown and a potential loss. However, the host's team manages to recover and secure a victory in overtime, advancing to the national championship round. The episode concludes with the host reflecting on the intense gameplay, expressing satisfaction with his upgraded roster, and preparing for the final showdown where he hopes to claim the ultimate title.

The will of God.
>> The first round of the playoffs was
shenanigans, bro. It was shenanigans.
Nothing made sense. There was zero ball
knowledge, game planning, playbooking.
IT WAS 10 SETS of hooting and hollering.
But guess what, baby? We won that game.
So, for the first round of our Wheel of
College playoffs, we advance. That means
today we are two games away from the
national championship. And if you take a
look at my top five, my team is nasty.
We used our regular season jackpot on
that beautiful Shawn Taylor right there.
And our team is sitting at an 87
overall. Now remember, we've only got
two wheel spins today, but they are
juiced because it's the playoffs wheel.
So hopefully we can make some big
additions. My wide receivers have gotten
a lot better. We got two USC guys,
Terrell Anderson and Trent Mosley. Both
really, really solid. The offensive line
looks great with two Kentucky guys in
the interior. Notre Dame, David Sanders,
Elijah Paige, Ethan Davis at tight end.
On defense, my whole team looks great
here, too. Dline, corners, safeties,
everybody's a dog. If there's one thing
I need on this team, though, I need one
player from the University of Michigan.
That way, if we lose this game with zero
seconds, we just get an extra play. Can
University of Michigan's frauds
beating Western so stupid. Tel
Aviv called Michigan answered. [snorts]
Okay, actually there is a really good
kicker that we can get. Colin Rogers is
not the best kicker. I don't have a
punter. I probably won't use that. The
saddest thing is that halfback could get
upgraded. Like if I could get a 90 or 91
overall halfback. That would probably be
the move. But overall, the team is ready
for the playoffs, and we're just being
greedy at this point. You know the
rules, gentlemen. It's been win or go
home for like five straight games. So,
let's keep it rolling with one training
pack. DAMN. WELL, IF YOU'VE WATCHED ANY
OF THIS SERIES, you know that the
training packs in college football are
ridiculous. This is not the same in
Madden. A guaranteed 89 overall or
better player. Legends is definitely the
move here. I don't have any 89 plus
legends on this team, so we're
guaranteed to not get a dupe. And
there's a 90 overall limited champ
Bailey in packs. That would be an absurd
upgrade on the defense. Hopefully, no
matter what we get as an upgrade, one
training pack, I'm going 89 plus legend.
If we see limited, it's Champ Bailey. No
limited. It's a guaranteed 89. LEGEND
PLAYER IS DAMN. I didn't know what to
expect. I didn't do my research. Javon
Curse. He is better than Dylan Stewart,
but Dylan Stewart's been amazing. I
think I know exactly what we're going to
do with Javon Kur. Florida Gator. Dude,
for an edge rusher, Javon Kur is always
so fast. 85 speed, 86 XL. Finesse moves
are great. He's just good at everything,
honestly. So, here's the thing. My edge
rushers all season long have been really
good. Dylan Stewart and Tatum Tu2 have
been nasty. Landino is great at DTackle.
I've been running Chris Long at DTackle.
It's really good. I'm putting Javon
Curse here as a big upgrade on Chris
Long. Better at pretty much everything.
He's got one less block shed and that's
it. But he's literally better at
everything else. Now, it may look like
he's DTackle, too, but I run four down
linemen almost every single play, which
means that Dylan Stewart, Landino,
Curse, and Tatum are pretty much in
always. Also, quick MM Dementia story. I
got a DM from Nick Dero. He said I was
pronouncing his name wrong. And I said,
"HOW DO I PRONOUNCE IT?" And he goes,
"Dude, my name is Nick, not Ethan." Why
the did I call this dude Ethan for
an entire episode? Where did I pull that
from? I like to think when God was done
creating me, you he got to the end of
the potion and he was like, "Oh my god,
wait. I made this guy hung like a horse,
65, 245, jacked, handsome, wealthy. I
maxed out his stats. WHAT HAVE I DONE?"
AND then he just gave me dementia and he
called it a day. I won't make that
mistake again. Okay, our first wheel
spin lands us an addition to the Dline.
I will never complain about that. Our
second and final wheel spin for a
playoff episode. At this point, I will
take anything. I didn't expect to go
deline, so I'll take But I can get here
and I'm going to have a choice.
SACRIFICE.
SACRIFICE. Did you know that in ancient
Greek times, if a baby was born and it
had some sort of defect, like a mental
or a physical defect, they just chuck it
off a cliff? I like to imagine that's
what they would have done with a lot of
you. Be very grateful you were born in
this era. This is kind of like that.
We're [music] going to sacrifice two
lower overall players and get our choice
of an 86 to 88. And I've got a lot of
depth on this team. First one to go is
going to be Simeon Coleman. Thank you
for your service. Don't really need a
backup center, so I'll ye Matteo Guava
Vera. That wheel spin sucks early on,
but it's really good this late when I
basically have a backup at most
positions. We're taking a look at every
88 overall in the game. Brian Dawkins,
Brandon Marweather, we could get
Megatron. One addition I did want to
make was getting a bigger strong safety.
Like here's Ryan Nolan headtohead with
Jamal Johnson. Jamal Johnson is two
inches taller. He's 15 pounds heavier.
He's got more zone and man coverage,
better change of direction. Play rack.
Doesn't hit as hard though. You kind of
got to respect since Ryan Nolan is
smaller. I'm going to go with Jamal
Johnson. Get a little more size at
strong safety. So, it looks like today's
episode is all defense. 88 overall Javon
Kers. He's really an 89, but an 88 at
tackle and 88 overall supercharged Jamal
Johnson. I really like this team. You
know what? No matter what I keep saying
about halfback, I'm still rocking with
Leenian Tomlinson and Bo Jackson in that
backfield. I don't think I can play the
way I played last game. I think that was
just miraculous and bizarre, but it's
not a good strategy to make the national
championship. So, let's go have an
awesome game. Let's win one here and
let's advance. Your top five gets a
brand new addition with Javon Curse. And
all that is left now is a good old
playoff challenge wheel, which would
give me one of any pack in the store,
including those insane training packs.
Maybe we could get Champ Bailey. Ooh, it
looks like I can't be a Leenian
Tomlinson merchant today. Three separate
players need 50 plus yards. It doesn't
matter if it's rushing or receiving, but
quarterback passing yards do not count.
Quarterback rushing yards do. So, I
could scramble for 50 with Lagway, but
Lagway's passing yards don't count for
this challenge. Adam, Ethan, Sha T. What
do you got on your top three? Georgia,
Nate Frasier, Ashlock. Interesting.
Round two of the College Football
Playoffs. We're taking on the Georgia
Bulldogs as Jeremiah Smith will get us
first and 10 on the 18. You know,
Jeremiah Smith is very happy we didn't
get Nick Carver because Jeremiah Smith
was about to get benched, which is kind
of crazy to say out loud, but it's just
crazy in Ultimate Team. Every single
episode that goes by that prestige
players don't get a new card, they
continue to get outdated. In fact, all
of my prestige players at this point are
outdated. There's just so many teams, so
many players in college football. We're
going to start this game out in the
past. Guntight has been an excellent
formation for us. And I'm going to feed
Jeremiah Smith. We're happy to still
have you, Jeremiah. You're a dog and you
know it.
>> Great throw lag way. Great blocking up
front. You know, I am very excited to
start up Wheel of Mut, but I want a
natty before we start that up. And I'm
not leaving this series by the wayside.
So, let's do our best to close this out
strong. There's an easy one for
Jeremiah. DOES HE SWITCH ON? HE DOES.
You know, I always respect when people
switch on because honestly, the computer
does make some darn good tackles. The
computer is really good at finding out,
but when they switch on, it's just so
much easier to hit them with it. Wow. We
are moving the rock right now in the
pass game.
Oh, Ethan Davis. I just sold, bro.
Ethan Davis had a touchdown. He had
outside release on that corner. That's
my bad. Hey, we still picked up some
nice yards. Lagway dumps it off to
Leenian Tomlinson. Second and two, but
I'm a little mad at myself. Ethan Davis
really did have that. Okay, second and
two. Let's see if it's available again.
It's not.
I'm just going to get rid of this one
again. I could have dumped that off to
could have dumped that off again. All
right, I'm going to my best play of the
year. Crazy enough, this has been the
best play this season. Halfback swing
out of GoGo. It's been better than speed
option. Speed option's great, too. My
opponent is very ready for this, though.
I'm going to go inside zone. Look at how
hard he's floating down on that left
side. Completely overloaded. Just
brought the safety, too. We just go
inside zone and go take THIS FOR FREE.
JEREMIAH SMITH, PANCAKE, you
dog. Jeremiah Smith. He might have
guessed. He might have guessed the left
side there. Jeremiah Smith with that DB
on his ass. Hey, that's the other beauty
of this play call is like people are so
scared of it. Makes him act
irrationally. Look at that. That's
money. Leenian Tomlinson's in. There's
that back swing. Bang. Leenian
Tomlinson's in the end zone. I'm not
sure what our yards are looking like.
Jeremiah's got good yards. Leenian
Tomlinson has rushing and receiving
right now. We certainly don't have 50
with anybody. I don't think anybody has
50 at the moment. Very efficient
offense. I'm very happy with how we
played that. All right, third and three.
Marcel Reed at quarterback. He's trying
to run the ball. Oh, good play action.
I just got a roughing the passer, too.
Holy That was a money. He's going
to score.
That was such a good play. AND I ROUGHED
THE PASSER. OH, HE'S NOT GOING TO GET
THERE. HE'S GASSED. HOLY SO, THAT
actually adds roughing the passer adds
10 onto the spot. So he gets to the 19
on the sprint back screen and he gets 10
on top of that. Holy what a play
call. I didn't see that coming at all. I
thought that was a boot out to the
right. But you know what? If he keeps
running the ball, we can stop this. He's
got Owen Allen in. Oh yeah, actually.
Wow. I thought that was play action
again. Got one huge play down there.
Listen, goal line normal. This has got
to be a pitch. Maybe play action.
There's the dive.
Damn. got really good yards, but he met
Shawn Taylor, so we get a good hit.
Third and goal from the five. This is
big. Oh, he stays in goal line. This
guy's a psycho. All right, I'm going on
Sha T. That's the Oh, it's a fumble.
It's a fumble. How is that a fumble?
Siobhan Curse gets it. What? DON'T SHOOT
A GIFT HORSE IN THE MOUTH. I DON'T THINK
THAT'S the saying. I don't know if
that's the saying. When life give you
lemons, shut the up and take your
lemons. That's what the University of
Michigan said when they got the most
criminal bailout of the 21st century. Is
it the 21st century? That never made any
sense. Wait a minute. That never made
any sense either. Well, actually, MMG, I
have a PhD in being a loser. I'm
going to tell you why in the Shut the
up.
I'm throwing a dot. Oh my god. Why is
everything working right now? 7 to zero.
I got to keep getting 50 plus to
multiple players. I mean, Tomlinson
feels like a lock. I almost feel like I
shouldn't go to him, but I'm going to
I'm going to bring out the speed option
here. Oh, take a good angle. Good down.
Never mind. I was going to glaze him for
the downfield blocking, but he's no
Jeremiah Smith. LT picks up a ton on the
speed option. And I'm going to go stick
a wheel here. Trent Mosley. Let's go
Anderson up Texas in an out route. Wow,
that's disgusting. Let's go with the
post. This is gross.
Playmaker.
Oh. Oh, he lost the playmaker. LT, spit
his ass. Oh, I'VE ONLY SUCCESS. I
HAD A STROKE. I've only
successfully spun one time this whole
series. I swear to you, bro. I
got one good spin move. I've never
broke. I got to stop clicking that
button. LET IT BE KNOWN WHEN I'm done
clicking that button. Nasty playmaker,
DJ Lagway. Absolutely nasty. I thought
that defender was going to follow and it
was going to be contested. He did not
follow. So, we're in a really, really,
really good spot here. LT's got the
yards. So, we're going to lay off LT
here. I'm going to go Trent Mosley on
this. We're going sprint whip, but I can
just wait patiently. Oh, yikes. This is
Somebody lock me up. [snorts]
It had a good chance. I just didn't get
my greeny beany lagway shuffling real
nice in that pocket. So, I know Jeremiah
has a little bit of yards already. I
don't know if Ethan Davis has caught
any. I think the best strategy is just
going to be like play as fast as we can.
Oh my god, that got in front of the
user. I just risked a pick six. It ended
up in a touchdown. That was scary. Ethan
Davis big touchdown. Let's go for two.
We're playing great right now. What
worked really well last time was that
Jeremiah quick out. They didn't have any
answer to that. Let's see if that's
still the case. Ooh, that's well
guarded.
Excuse me. What on earth just happened?
Can we watch that back? Look at his
defender. Honest to God, I'm just kind
of getting lucky right now. He fumbled.
I don't know how that was a fumble. We
are We are on the winning end of a lot
of 50/50s, and that is not a good
strategy. So, we got to start playing a
little smarter. Let's get a stop here.
>> Seven first downs, 238, 166.
>> We're going to have to check our yards,
too. All right, let's get aggressive.
I'm sending a blitz. There's the handle.
Why am I on this camera angle? Why are
we missing that tackle?
Okay, way to catch him, dude. He has
these two huge plays. I have no idea how
I whiffed that. I got stuck on the wrong
camera angle, though. It's so much
harder to tackle on those angles. Good
ball to Nate Frasier. This guy's like
three plays that took him like 90 yards.
We stalled him right here. Let's see if
we can do it again. Javon Ken, his first
game has a fumble recovery. It's very
exciting for him. Everything is well
defended. Marcel, if you throw this
ball, you're out of your mind.
Look alive, kid. Helen Keller down
there. The ball's coming at your face.
Go get a pick six, son. All right, we're
sending a blitz. Here we go. Clay
Matthews in the middle. I got Dylan and
Tatum off the edges. Javon Kur in the
middle. Good ball. Big hit. No. First
and goal down to the eight. He's going
no huddle. We're going to switch to
Tampa 2. I don't care if he runs it. I'm
ready to stop it.
He doesn't run it. He's passing. MARCEL
REED'S IN A lot of trouble. Just barely
gets rid of the football. Great defense,
dude. I tell you what, red zone offense
is difficult in this game. I'm really
grateful that I have the go- go offense
cuz when you put a lot of zones out
there, it's tough to find somebody open.
Goes with a little light screen here. He
gets three, but it's third and goal from
the five. I'm I don't think he can
score. I'm not kidding. He needs to run
the ball. If he doesn't run the ball,
we're stopping this. I'm dropping triple
QB spot. He's passing. I'm going to go
on Javon Curse. I'm going to use Javon
Kur. I'm telling you, he can do it.
Third and goal.
Look at that. There's going to be nobody
open.
He doesn't have a chance. Hey, let's go.
I'm telling you, Chris Long QB spots
fourth and goal from the six. He has to
go for this. I'm running the exact same
defense. We're zoning up everybody.
Fourth and goal. Three, two, one. He's
not going to get the snap off. He'll let
it go to the two-minute warning. This is
ball game. If he doesn't get this,
absolutely ball game. Same defense. I'm
spying up everybody. I'll send two off
the edge.
>> [laughter]
>> He didn't get a flip down. There's
nobody on him. Why does he even jump
there? [laughter]
My god. Tell me you're challenging it
right. I think he might have quit. Oh,
the booth IS REVIEWING IT. WE GOT A
UNIVERSITY of Michigan official review.
He's getting that Western Michigan
treatment right now. So, they reviewed
it. It's not a touchdown. Now, he is
impressed, man. And I think we might
have a bomb to throw. WE MIGHT HAVE A
BOMB TO THROW. Terrell Anderson.
Gone.
Come on, Ken.
Come on, Houston.
Oh, I didn't fumble. How the
did I not fumble? I'm not even being a
conspiracy theorist. I love making these
videos. I swear they like predetermine
the outcomes of games. Sometimes it
feels like you literally cannot do
anything wrong. I just showed FOR 8
SECONDS, GOT DRILLED in the face.
That was a pass. I passed that. That
might be receiving yards right there.
Hey, let's just be grateful. We are on
the good end of this. If I switch this
to a pass and send Mosley across, I
think we score.
Oh, B was wide open.
LT was way more wide open. I goofed
that, too. Okay, maybe I can do wrong.
We just got to come out in a better
play. We need triple option. If we run
triple option, we'll be just fine. The
decoy motion. I need the user to follow
it. Follow it. Follow it. Follow it.
Yeah, he shifted his line. Late pitch
inside.
Now I'm looking real stupid because I
didn't take my touchdown on Tur
Anderson. That would have been a four
bomb.
Oh, this is brutal. If I get this,
I'm so sorry. I'M SO SORRY, GEORGIA.
[laughter] I'M so sorry.
>> Holy dot out of the kicker and
he's going to quit. I mean, WHAT ELSE?
YOU HAVE TO, DUDE. I'm sorry. Genuinely,
you got I mean, oh my god, this
is a tough one. HONESTLY, IT WAS SUCH AN
electric game. I'm going to count it.
I'm going to take my rage quit spin and
then we'll play one game of college
overtime to determine the fate of the
challenge wheel. I was actually pretty
close to that challenge wheel, though,
cuz Terrell Anderson for sure had it.
Leian Tomlinson for sure had it. And I
have another guy with 50 plus. I'm not
entirely sure that we earned that rage
quit. That was um just literally
everything that could possibly go right
went right. Ooh, special team jackpot.
So, I think I got this last time and
that's how I got the kicker. Maybe I'm
remembering that wrong. I'm pretty sure
there's a better kicker than Colin
Rogers in the game right now. I thought
they dropped a new 88 overall. Oh, they
did. There's an 87 overall kicker.
Payton Woodring, Georgia Bulldogs 88
kick bar 84. That's a huge upgrade. But
he's not on the auction house. I'm not
going to lie. When I see nothing on the
auction house, it kind of makes me happy
cuz it makes me know that people are not
giving their money to EA. So, it's a
blessing and a curse. doesn't work out
great for Wheel of College, but
him. I can't get Payton right now, but
I'll make sure to get him before next
episode. More importantly is earning the
challenge wheel. Since our opportunity
was robbed, we get one chance to redeem
ourselves by winning a game of college
overtime. Last time I did this, I lost.
Brian Shazir, AJ Green, Isaac Brown,
utter god Squad, Auburn, Colorado. Why
can't I play this guy in the playoffs?
Who am I kidding? If I play this guy in
the playoffs, I'd be bitching. All
right, let's start out the game the
exact same way. This is a monster team
we're facing, but it's college overtime.
>> So, all you got to do is go get that
score in. Oh, good Jeremiah. Good
Jeremiah. Oh my god. And he ate a hit.
Jeremiah Smith, you're a freak. All
right, we get down to the four on our
first play, but I'm telling you, dude,
red zone offense is not easy. We're
going load option to left. He doesn't
see it at all. I don't have the wheels.
Damn. That's what I mean. That should be
a touchdown, but we don't got the
wheels. I'm going to look like I'm
coming out the same thing and I'm just
going to run inside zone here. I kind of
want to scare him off of it. And that's
exactly what we do. Leanian Tomlinson's
in the end zone. The go- go is so juicy.
I made this problem last time. I started
with the ball. I scored. I kicked the
PAT. But I'd rather stop them for a
two-point conversion than outright lose.
Okay, seven to zero. If Auburn scores,
they're going to have the option here.
They can go for two like our last game's
fate.
That's RPO. Floats it. Damn, that was a
money ball. Holy that was a money
ball. I thought for sure we were going
to stop that. He's instantly down to the
seven. Let's see how he plays this. Arch
Manning to Tony G. So, he started on
RPO. I'm going to go on Jamal Johnson,
TCU. He's running the rock. Wow. You
know, that play's actually so good just
cuz everyone gets all piled up like
idiots. We had the angles, but we just
piled up like dumb asses right there.
He's going to go for two. It's the same
as last time. It's the exact same as
last time. I'm thinking this is another
RPO.
It is. HE HANDS IT OFF AND I'm on it.
Come on, buddy. HE RPO CHEESED HIS WAY
INTO A LOSS. THAT FEELS SO GOOD. Best
way to stop those RPOs is man coverage
cuz then your DBs like play that screen
fast as hell and it's just my
responsibility to tackle the running
back. And we did it. Player of the game.
They sim the game. So your player of the
game is random. But it's just so funny
that it's still Leanian Tomlinson and it
always is. We get a college OT win.
Damn, that one felt good. That was a
damn good team we just fought. And this
time my my PAT was the right call. All
right, boys. I say run it back. Legends
89 plus. Worst case scenario is Javon
Curse again. Best case scenario is
limited champ Bailey. 14,000 training
and 89 plus legend. And one of these
days I'm going to get that limited. I
tell YOU WHAT OUR LEGEND PLAYER IS. Oh
That's who that is. Dude, I faced
this Titan a few games ago and he was
cooking. I didn't know who he was. He's
a legend. He's a Missou legend. Chase
Kaufman. 6'6, 250 with 87 speed, 89
catching. Excellent route running.
Pretty good blocker, too. Allaround
monster tight end. Ethan Davis will
still be the starter, but damn, we just
got a unit in the backup. Shout out
Trees Green though who made a little
appearance, you know, shadow appearance
from his LSU season, but he was he was
kind of awesome for us. There's so many
monsters on this lineup now. We really
are in a position where it's hard to
upgrade anything. I could get a true
fullback. I mean, a true fullback would
actually be nice for some of the plays
we run to have a real lead blocker and
not Bo Jackson. Tight ends are
disgusting. O line is nasty. That's it,
gentlemen. We made it. Next episode is
the national championship. Let's get
after it. I love you boys. I'll see you
in the next one. Peace.
