The UNLIMITED Pack We’ve ALL Been Waiting For!

Hey guys, it's Nate aka The Foot Accountant. Welcome back to the channel. The moment that we have been waiting for happens today. A little bit earlier than expected, I may add, but hey, we're not complaining. Our signature Footies pack grind, the one that we look forward to every single year, is about to begin. And today, I want to help us get prepared for it because hopefully, the pack grind is about to get a lot simpler. Also today, yes, today we have official FC 27 ratings that EA is going to be releasing. EA's not letting the leakers get all the clicks this year. They're dropping the ratings early themselves. And also, we have the first promo of this upcoming year of FC 27 that has been leaked as well. And with the ratings that are coming out, we get to choose some of the players in this promo. It's kind of a spin on ones to watch and also ratings reloads. So, there's some discussion about that because that's coming out today. And of course, everything with the unlimited repeatable grind of the 85 10. Let's get into it, guys. Let's look over yesterday's Footies Friday content, the last Friday of Footies, by the way, where we have the first preseason tokens finally available in objectives. 300 total tokens were dropped yesterday between the Footies token collector number four and the new Footies daily knockout tournament. Of course, after the daily knockout tournaments that we used to have in older FIFAs, EA has named this objective and this new tournament. Again, there's a lot of objectives in here with some picks to give you the Footies fifth place objectives. You've got the tokens, you've got packs, and of course, you do have the 97 Berbatov. So, get in that mode if you would like to get it done. You need to use six Footies players in your starting 11. And I believe it's 12 entries per day into that DKT tournament. So, maybe worth doing especially if you're trying to get all the tokens, but definitely not one that you would have to get done. We also have fifth place style plus evolutions in objectives once again to add more fifth place style plus boost to your footies cards. We got power shot plus. These are a bit different than some that we had last week. At least low driven's not different, but power shot was. Tiki-taka plus is in there along with rapid plus. So, that is nice in objectives. Now, talking about tokens, I want to take a quick look at the token store because that refreshed yesterday for foot champs and also updated for the first time for the preseason tokens. And like I said, I have no preseason tokens right now, but yesterday we got the first ones in the game. It doesn't seem like It's kind of confirmed now. It does not seem like EA is releasing more tokens because they've increased the weekly token limit to 3,000. It seems like everything's on the same level. Like we have 300 available right now. You know, the rewards in rivals that we can see for this upcoming week give the exact same amount of tokens that we had during footies. It just seems like they're increasing the weekly limit that we can get to. It doesn't even seem like the rewards now are increased in price as well. Like 100 tokens for Blind and Becker, 200 for Salma Paralluelo. The evos are 100 and 200 tokens as well. So, it just looks like they're increasing the number of weekly tokens that we can get and obtain. We just don't have more tokens required of us to spend or also given out. We'll see if that changes throughout this first week of preseason if they do end up giving us more tokens, but at least it is nice that nothing in here has changed in terms of the price of the rewards. Now, what updated in the foot champs yesterday was three new players, all transferred footies cards, and pretty much the same exact footies packs and player picks that we have seen so far during the first three weeks of this promo. I actually am going to play foot champs this weekend, guys. I haven't played for the past couple of weeks, but I I am going to get that one done because hey, it's an extra chance from those Footies picks at a 99 Harry Kane. I'm going to be chasing that card for sure. Now, let's go to Evos where we had a really nice one yesterday, guys. It is paid, but it's worth it. 50,000 coins for the 97 times evolution, which as you take a look at the stat boost, it kind of makes sense why it's called that because it boosts all your stats up to 97 if they're already high enough, and it boosts up to 98 passing. I am absolutely putting Christian Eriksen into this for 50,000 coins because that card looks absolutely busted, and all he needs is maybe a couple of stat boosts to go full 99, and that is a nice card. Very, very good Evo. It's only one time repeatable, but the only requirement is max 97. You can have five play style pluses. You can have zero. That is a very good Evo there. And the other Evo we had was a free one called passing focus, which is also max 96, no other requirements, and it gives you a passing boost up to 98 rated. So, that's also very nice. You get a plus one overall uh boost to your card there. Actually, let me double-check that. Is it a plus one overall, or is it take you to 97? If it's a plus one, that's cool. If it's taking a 95 to a 97, I don't necessarily love that, and I'm still in my 96 rated. What about Pogba? Dang, Pogba goes to 97 rated. So, I'm not entirely sure how big of a stats boost I guess we could check really that really, really quick on Futbin. Passing focus, overall is plus seven. Yeah, I don't love that. So, probably best to use this on somebody who's 96 rated who is just in need of a passing boost before making their card like perfect, or else that may not be worth it. At least 97 rated are evolvable now through a lot of other evolutions. Now, let's keep it moving and talk through the SBCs that we had yesterday cuz, guys, we actually got two good player SBCs. The first of which is Fabio Cannavaro, the ladder climber, if you guys remember the old FIFA nicknames for him. Bruiser, anticipate, quick step, and intercept plus with his card. Perfect play style pluses, great base play styles, and honestly, a great card for a price that is very completable. 240, 250,000 coins, I believe it is for this Cannavaro. Seven squads, you guys know it right now with the grind that we have, with the fodder that we can get that is virtually free. The thing is, he's not super tall, and maybe that's not a meta center back for a lot of people, but he's always sneaky good. And this is going to be a fun card to try. Pair him up with a Jaap Stam, with a VVD type of center back card, and you'll have a blast with him. I might even get this one done just to try him out. 99 defending, you love to see it. Now, also yesterday we had the 99 rated Vitinha SBC, which of course we were looking forward to, and without even batting an eye, or really putting any sweat into it, I've got 11 of 14 squads done for Vitinha. I could delete the rest of this SBC in seconds. I'm sure a lot of you guys have already done the same thing as well. He is 14 squads, but again, with all the fodder that we have, it is very, very easy to complete. What a card he is. Of course, you're going to be able to put him to five play style pluses, maxed out passing, maxed out dribbling. This is the 99 SBC for the midfield. 100% go and get that one done. 88% upvoted on Futbin. Crazy. And the Cannavaro is 83% upvoted as I added to that tally right there. Just goes to show you, we can have some good SBCs, you know? SBCs have been nerfed, they say, but finally, feels like the lid is kind of being lifted off of these end game player SBCs. So, two very good ones yesterday in terms of the players. Also, I'm a fan of this 95 plus player pick because it does not require any special cards. Just an 88 and an 89 rated squad there. If you're chasing 99 rateds like I am, that is very good. Unlimited, repeatable, and now does include team three Footies cards. Also yesterday we had the 87 plus player pick, and we have the big one, the unlimited repeatable update to the 84 by 10. Now, this is good, but don't worry about doing too many of these guys because the pack weight on these 84 by 10s compared to the 85 by 10 is not even close. I think what we should be doing right now is preparing our clubs for what's about to come out today instead of putting a bunch of cards into this. Now, if you're looking to do a little bit of a pack grind before the content drop today, what I would recommend you do is do the same grind that we have been doing with the 85 plus picks, with the 80 plus by fives. The same grind is basically the best grind right now until we get the 85 by 10 unlimited today at content. Then it is going to change up a little bit. I will say I did a set of 85 plus player picks yesterday and with the amount of special cards that are in packs, holy moly, are they fire right now. Like I had 25 player picks and I think I had four golds. I had 21 special cards. It was pretty crazy. Now, not all the picks are going to be that good, but this tweet from Kem Xprt, if you're wanting to grind a little bit today, I would say reference that and that'll help you get some stuff done. Now, I want to reference this as well because this just happened a couple of hours ago. A lot of people were tweeting out that EA banned them. Now, this is different from like a market ban or an SBC ban, right? This is like Rick's tweet here, which is what has happened to a lot of people. This is a your account has been banned. You can't access your account at all from like some sort of gameplay glitch or you are cheating. And a lot of people were saying, "Oh my gosh, this is because people are using third-party tools like Foot Genie, like PAL tools, and FC Enhancer to build SBCs." That is not the case. Guys, this is definitely an EA mistake because so many people have been banned for doing different things. People have reported being banned under this tweet thread for some of you guys that have contacted me for just playing the game, like normally playing the game, like they don't use any extensions, they don't use any tools, they don't even use a web app, and they got a ban like this. So, that honestly makes me worry about this a lot less. It's super crazy annoying, and I even tweeted about this. This is one of the biggest problems in the game. EA do need to wake up and realize how big of a problem this is. But, probably the outcome of this, what's going to happen is EA is just going to unban everybody. We've seen mass ban waves like this before, and usually it just ends up being EA saying, "Oh, this is a wrongful ban," which it definitely is. Most of these people have probably not broken the rules that are below this tweet that are getting this message. If any of you guys got this as well, I would maybe find some peace in that that there are going to be unbans, I would believe. Uh but, also it's still super annoying to have something happen like this. And EA, I mean, please open up the communication between whoever is in charge of the market bans and the banning system security team, whoever it is, please open up that communication. Let some of us like explain to you how this is happening cuz I feel like I know just as much about this this banning system as the people who are monitoring it at EA at this point. It doesn't feel like it gets monitored at all, and then we have situations like this, and we have the huge problem of market bans that we have had this year and for the previous number of years. So, I wanted to address that because that is all over the Twitter sphere right now. For good measure, it deserves to get a lot of press because we need that to be fixed, especially ahead of FC 27. Do I have high hopes for market bans to be fixed for 20 seven? No, because they've put out no communication or no conversation about that, and it's been even worse this year than it was in 25 and 24. So, I'm going to keep working as all as like as much as I can on that front because I want that to get resolved, and it's so, as I said in that tweet, so demotivating if you do get a market ban. Hopefully, none of you guys though had any issues with that. Now, the last thing from yesterday's content that I do want to cover is, of course, the Footies cards in packs, starting with Mr. 99 Harry Kane. These cards are pretty expensive and you know, they're going to fall in price like they normally do. Other cards, I mean, dude, Isak being 2.5 mil is crazy. He was max price 1.9 mil and then went extinct and got a price range update, but 2.3, 2.4, it's a pretty crazy pretty crazy price for a card like that. I think Barcola is really expensive, too. A lot of this team is just a little bit overpriced for me, but it is a nice team. I would expect their prices to fall down, but of course you guys know these Footies cards have a lot of demand cuz you can take them to five play style pluses. And there are a lot of really good cards in here. Same thing with the icons. Look at R9. Bro was extinct at 15 mil, which is nuts. This can't last for long, but this is the typical R9 situation. Extinct at 15 mil in August. Yes, what a game. He will probably drop down for sure in the next couple of days. Same thing with Alex Morgan, Gareth Bale, Cantona, all these cards that are pretty expensive. If you hit a 99 rated icon though this week, you're guaranteed a banger. Morgan, Ronaldo, Bale, or Iniesta. What a set of 99 rated icons there. This icon team is looking pretty crazy. Now, really quick, a little bit of a message on the market as well. These prices are doing okay from our big investment into team three of Footies. Some cards are down like the Ketelaere is down. The center mids got cooked. If you looked at all of at least the semi meta center mids yesterday, because of the Vitinha SBC, there were some crazy price drop offs, but some of them have rebounded like Patri Guijarro. She was 770 down to 584, now back up to 740. I was also looking at the Pedri 99 rated Summer Stars card. He's back up. We talked about buying him on stream for like 920 or 930. That was just a huge drop off that this card had because of the Vitinha in particular, but overall, I'm still holding on to my Footies cards that I invested in. I picked up Geroudes for 300k. He was 350, 360 at one point yesterday. I'm still holding. I bought two Cherkis at 1.3 and 1.35. He's up to 1.6 mil, so we're absolutely cooking there. And then hopefully the De Ketelaere and the other cards from this team can continue to move up as well. But overall, I do want to put this word of warning out again. With the content kind of leveling up and fully feeling like end game content, I don't think that's going to bode well for the market. Here's Here's one of the Pedris yesterday from the stream at 925, right? Now he's 1.1 million coins. I just don't think prices are going to do that great with the unlimited 85 by 10 that's coming out today, all of the crazy cards that we can create. So, you know, it's the end game. Do what you want. If you want to trade, again, my biggest advice is get on bids. We had so many people winning incredible incredible bids yesterday on stream making a bunch of coins. And also, lazy selling is going to be a really easy way to make coins as well, particularly on the cards that we turn into SBCs. And we're going to talk about that next because as we've already alluded to a couple of times and as the big news was posted yesterday, today our end game SBC grind that we look forward to every year is happening. The 84 10 went unlimited repeatable yesterday, but the 85 10 is going unlimited repeatable today. This is earlier than I was thinking. Like last year around this time, I don't even think we had the 85 10 unlimited repeatable. It was another like week or so or at least close to that before we had this pack go unlimited. The 84 10 was earlier than this last year for when it went unlimited repeatable. And of course, that happened, that came true. The 87 plus pick came true as well. So, we believe that this 85 10 leak is going to be true as well, that that is going to be happening today. Now, I will say it does feel just a smidge early, but I'm not complaining. It just kind of feels like EA's finally, as I said, lifting the lid off of the end game of this game and allowing us to truly have fun. Now, the 85 by 10 shouldn't change requirements. And as I said, what I think we need to do before this goes unlimited repeatable day is to prepare our clubs and to get ready to do this SBC in a limited amount of times because the pack grind is going to look a lot different. I was trying to even start to do some of the math yesterday on the stream because an 84 rated squad with an inform is what this should be and it shouldn't change in terms of when this SBC goes unlimited repeatable today, I think in like hopefully what we will need to get this unlimited 85 10 grind going is some repeatable Footies Provisions packs because that's going to give you cards up to 88 rated. It's going to give you a lot of 80 to 84s, which can go back into the 84 rated squad and then from the 85 by 10s, hopefully you're packing Team of the Seasons, Festival of Footballs, and Footies cards that you could put back into an 85 by 10. So, what I look for as a part of the grind today being the unlimited 85 by 10 and feed the unlimited 85 by 10 with the repeatable Footies Provisions Players Pack aka the exchange pack, I think it's good to have a set of these ready to go today and I think that'll help you get a really good start on this unlimited 85 by 10. Now, of course, the problem and the stress point with getting the 85 by 10 done over and over and over again is going to be getting the special card requirement. I think it's going to be necessary to do some 84 plus Team of the Week upgrades and probably to do some 80 plus by fives like with your commons that are low rated, right? Because when you're opening those exchange packs, you're going to get low rated commons. I still think rinsing your like 79 rated and below common golds into this will be worth it. Um but hopefully the grind is a lot more simple today. Just the repeatable Footies Provisions and then the 85 by 10 and then a couple of Team of the Week packs and a couple of 80 plus by fives. And then everything else you should be able to craft, right? Because all the 87 to 89s, maybe even up to 90s, can go back into this provisions upgrade which will keep giving you golds to hopefully put into and maybe some specials to put back into the 85 by 10. So, we're going to go over the new pack grind after it does come out today. We'll be discussing that tomorrow and maybe even put out some other content on that. We'll be streaming today as well so we'll figure it out live on a rare Saturday stream on the channel. I'm super excited for that. But it's a big day today. Not just because the 85 by 10 is incoming, but because of some of the other news that is coming out as well and some of the other content. But, last thing that I want to mention, I mentioned a lazy selling. I think even though you don't need to buy Team of the Season, Team of the Week, or any of these Festival Footballer Footies cards off the market to make an 85 by 10 unlimited repeatable grind work, people are still going to do so. Guys, Team of the Week is still on the market for 30, 000 coins. It is crazy, but it is true. I think that one of the ways you're going to be able to make coins today as a lazy listing method is by purchasing Team of the Season cards at 11, 12,000 coins, like as close to minimum price as you can get them, and list them up for like 15 to 17k because I think over the course of the next few days these Tots cards probably are going to continue to rise a little bit because people are going to be doing this 85 by 10 at such a high clip needing so many informs or Team of the Season cards to do that unlimited repeatable that people are going to be going and buying those more. So, I think buying those Tots cards at 11 to 12k is a good way to go about it. Nate, would you buy Footies? I would not. I would just buy the Team of the Seasons because most people think of Team of the Weeks and Team of the Seasons as the cards to put into that type of SBC. So, get your club ready today for the unlimited 85 by 10. It should be a good time. Now, let's look at the other content here before we talk about FC 24 content that will be on the interwebs today, not necessarily in this game. Of course, we had Vitinha and Cannavaro. How are we going to go like back off of that? How are we going to piggyback off of that? Well, we've got Gravenberch, Neuer, Di Lorenzo, Ali Watkins, Cascarino, and some other old FIFA legends that are leaked. I would have to guess it would be one of these two, either Gravenberch or Manuel Neuer today as a Footies SBC player. So, keep an eye out for that as we should be getting one of those player SBCs, and then we should be getting a new evolution as well because you guys know the drill. Player SBCs and evolutions are daily during this Footies promo. Let me double-check. Yeah, okay. So, I think the training camp I don't think we get a new one today, but I do believe our Footies cosmetic Evo expires today at content. If you haven't used that, it is 100,000 coins still, a bit expensive. We might get a new Footies cosmetic today, which be nice, nice, nice for creating more Evo chains. So, definitely keep an eye out for that. That could be a nice piece of content today. Now, the second biggest part of content besides the 85 by 10 going unlimited repeatable has got to be this. And this came out of nowhere yesterday. There was a few leaked tweets, but then EA themselves just said, "We're releasing the ratings this year. The world's debate starts here. Ratings reveal kicks off soon today with the biggest names in world football dropping. And when the dust settles, ratings and PlayStyles get another look in September." Okay, let's talk about this for a quick second. We're going to be talking about it on the stream today for sure. If you haven't seen this post that we talked about it on Instagram and TikTok as well with a bit of short-form content, but instead of the leakers, like it is every year, posting all these ratings for weeks ahead of time, building their own databases before EA finally drop their own database, what EA is doing today is releasing ratings every day this week up until next Friday, so the 21st of August, and then they're dropping the full database. So, EA is not messing around with these ratings, and I absolutely love it because that's one of the most confusing parts as we head into an a new FC every year. The ratings get leaked, but then some of them are right, some of them are wrong, you don't know what's true or not, and there's no real easy place to look them up. This year, EA is just going boom, here are the ratings. And they said they're going to start dropping them today on the 15th of August, Saturday. They said, "Including the 27 highest rated men's and women's players, uh club star ratings, players in the biggest league in the world football, and more. At the end of the week, explore the full ratings database to see stats for every player in FC 27." Now, we're not going to know play styles for any of the players because EA said that when the dust settles in September, after the uh international transfer window has closed and squads for the new season are confirmed, look out for the final update to this database where they will be showing all the play styles as well. This is the FC 26 player ratings reveal, and it's going to be this same link that will update over the course of this week and on next weekend to give us these FC 27 ratings with all the details for the numbers at least inside of them. Now, the last part of this that was confirmed on this website is EA told us the first promo of FC 27 is basically a rebrand of Ones to Watch. Kind of. It's called Destined for Glory, and they said that with the full database that comes out next Friday, we can head to the database and vote for the players you believe are set to define the season by making the biggest impact on the pitch, and our votes will help decide the first Destined for Glory squad featuring player items that will receive live upgrades based on real-world performance. And And why a lot of people are drawing the comparison back to the ones to watch promo of the old FIFA years, which let's be honest, the ones to watch promo is definitely a nostalgic thing for a lot of us. But I have to say, guys, the the ones to watch promo was was bad at the time. Like it was good for a while and then it got bad and that's why EA stopped it, I think, to start off the new FC. But I don't mind it coming back because there is something fun about, especially the early stages of a new season, having a card in your club, whether it's from an objective as PC or a lucky pack pull, that upgrades over the course of time based on how they play in real life. Now, we don't know if it's going to upgrade the exact same way as it did during ones to watch. That stuff we don't know yet. But we get to vote on team one of this promo starting on the Friday, August 21st. So, keep an eye on that. There's going to be a vote button beside the chosen player. The votes are unlimited, I guess, and they do say, "Does my vote matter?" Yes. We will see and we'll see who people vote for. But that's pretty cool and this is the card design as well for the destined to glory promo. It looks kind of ones to watch-esque, if I'm being honest, and I don't mind that one bit. Again, remember, there can be like the new signature cards in there and there can be holographic cards of this as well. That's going to be a new piece when we look at card designs that are leaked for a new promo, kind of imagining that on top of that as well. So, the big news is today FC 27 ratings are going to drop, the 85 by 10 unlimited repeatable is going to drop and we are going to have a blast. So, make sure you come by the stream today cuz we'll be checking all this stuff out, opening some packs. Guys, I still have a packs Zlatan. There's another 93-rated version of Zlatan in packs along with the 95 and I still haven't packed the bro. I got trolled by a foot birthday animation yesterday. I've gotten trolled by the team of the year animation so many times. It's crazy, man. It is crazy. But we are going to pack him and the 85 by 10 is going to be the SBC that lets us get that done.
