The Stupidity In The IWC Episode 9...The Zilla Hate Makes NO SENSE

What's good y'all? It's your boy Ross back at again with another video and we got some more stupidity in the IWC. When do we never have stupid comments and post? Um, we recently seen Zilifat 2 debut in NXT and I talked about this on my video of his initial debut. I want to say yesterday that I had seen some posts of people showing love and support for the homie and obviously you're going to see some posts of people already being negative and and feeling like he doesn't deserve this opportunity. Well, since yesterday, I've seen so many more posts of people just coming out the woodworks bringing all type of negativity and hate to his debut. and he hasn't even had a full full match in WWE yet. And one of the the posts I seen was just pretty egregious and I had to make a video about this. Um it's unfortunate but at the end of the day it's the IWC. When do they not complain? When do we because I'm part of the IWC so I have to give you know my own self some uh fair criticism you know. When do we not give out complaints and and be fickle and and not even wait for some things to play out? But this one, it's pretty egregious. Let's check this out. Y'all will see exactly what I'm talking about here. So, this is from someone called Mo Punk on X. This is their post. My respect for the guys and girls that aren't from royal families in wrestling who made it just goes over the roof. It's too easy for some of these guys you have fought to in your name and automatically make the PC explode. Now, with that comment alone, I'm going be honest with you, bro. Having a wrestling last name or royal family does not automatically mean that you're going to be successful. We've seen other wrestlers who have that royal family name get brought into the business and it just doesn't work out for them. Not every royal family will be successful like their offsprings being successful in getting into the business and making a name for themselves. Now, because you're born into a wrestling family, you shouldn't also be shunned away. If anything, it adds a lot more pressure. It does because now your name is synonymous with somebody else that's great. So guess what? Guess what you have to be able to do or people are going to expect you to live up to? They're going to expect you to live up to break uh your your family's name, the you know people earlier in your generation. Prime example, The Rock, one of the biggest wrestling stars ever of all time. his daughter get into NXT. Now, we know the reason why she was, you know, given that opportunity. She's The Rock's daughter, so we're not going to sit up here and act like that's not the case. But she still had to be good. And unfortunately, when it came to the in ring work, she wasn't that good. It wasn't connecting. So, guess what they end up doing? They made her NXT general manager. I'm not going to lie to you. Was that a move that was probably facilitated by The Rock or had some play into it? Of course. But once again, she was born into the family. At least they realized that at least the wrestling aspect wasn't going to work. And she had big shoes, damn near impossible shoes to fill cuz no matter what she did, she would have had to been a uh a charismatic individual on a microphone just like her dad at one point. She would have had to been pretty good in the ring. People would her people's expectations of her would have been damn near impossible. But this just proves that not be every time you have someone's last name or in some royal family does not automatically mean you are going to flourish within the same business they were in. But I had to respond to this because when I saw this I saw I thought this was pretty disingenuous. So I responded with this this uh oh no this is not even a post because we had a back and forth. Um, saying stuff like this discredits the hard work people like Jacob and Zilla put into the indies. They didn't just start wrestling yesterday and got called up because of their name alone. I've seen wrestlers who came from wrestling royalty and it still didn't work out for them. So, he responds with, "I didn't say they didn't put the work. They re they re they're ready like Jacob and not ready. Zilla is simply nowhere near ready. And it's obvious why he got the job. The Bloodline, he will be like the other Bloodline 2.0 guys who got released in less than a year. But I'm happy to be proven wrong. Now, this comment alone was absolutely stupid. I'm going be honest with you. It's dumb, bro. For you to sit up there and say he obviously got the job for the bloodline. They're not even including them in the bloodline even right now. I don't think they're even worried about that. How would you know? Were you there during contract negotiations or you just saying some [ __ ] out your ass because you think you know? They haven't even included him in that. You may have a point if they brought him in and instantly moved him to the main roster. They didn't even do that. He's on NXT. He's over at NXT. And if you really want to be honest, if you really want to be honest here, probably the biggest reason why he ultimately ended up going getting that opportunity is obviously some people felt his work ethic was good enough to get into that situation. I know there was some other stuff he was dealing with legally that you probably wouldn't know of that he was dealing with legally that I'm sure they were waiting for that to get cleared up too as well. He's been a part of reality of wrestling for a p the past few years. And if you don't know, that's a pipeline from uh Booker T school all the way to NXT and WWE. You want to know how I know? Cuz we've actually been up there. And if you go to reality of wrestling, they show all the people that's, you know, kind of graduated from the school. Roxanne Perez came from there. Jimmy and Jay came from there. Azilla came from there. Other wrestlers have graduated from reality wrestling and went to WWE even before the WWE ID stuff. So if you want to sit up there and try to make it seem as if, oh, it's just bloodline related because his last name. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. That's not the whole truth. It's because of his relationship with Booker T more than anything else and the work he's done with that um with that promotion. But you wouldn't [ __ ] know that because you don't know that. You just going off of what you think is probably what's going on here. I would know because we've actually been there. We've actually seen his relationship with Booker T. I would know because I've actually talked to Zilla and we didn't even talk so much about him even coming to WWE. He's just been focusing on grinding and and and perfecting his craft. Simple as that. Like, we got to stop this. Yes, people know he's uh Umaga's son, but they weren't just going to give him no hand, no free handout. No, that's that's simply not what happened here. But of course, people online think they know what the [ __ ] they're do talking about, and they actually don't. So when he said this, this is when I knew, okay, we got uh we got a special one right here. So I responded, this comes off as hate. How do you at the beginning saying he's not ready as if you are the one giving out contracts to then back door and say I hope he proves me wrong. Who are you for him to prove you wrong? And this is and this is my point right here. This is my point. I don't like when people sit up here and make it seem as if, oh, they they have to do all these amazing things to even validate them coming up in the ranks. This goes for anybody, not just anyone that has the bloodline flowing through their veins or whatever the case may be. Somebody can see a clip of someone and automatically deem, "Oh, they're trash." Like, there's a clip, and I can show y'all this right here, and this is not by the same person, but I made a post about this as well. This clip right here where, and I've seen this, I think last week when uh he had the match um um at House of Glory, there was this was a botch. This was a botch. There was, you know, some miscommunication here. And obviously people go, you know, and and they use this clip as validation to make their point. Oh, why? Oh, why why is he coming up to NXT? Why does he get a chance? WWE asked the new D Sheamus to take a cut to sign this guy, by the way. And I responded, I hate when y'all make posts like this to fit your narrative when all wrestlers have had botches before in a match. We got to stop this. We got to stop this. Just because a wrestler has had a botch, does not mean, oh, it invalidates everything that he's done, everything that he's worked for, everything that he strived for. Oh, but you botched. How many times do we see people botch weekly on WWE and AEW television? Stop it. Cut it out. Some of your favorites have botched. It happens. It's part of the show sometimes. It's okay. I can understand if it's a consistent thing, but a lot of y'all are just bringing out prime hate and saying [ __ ] because, oh, it's going to it's another Bloodline Nepo, baby. Cut it out, bro. And we got to stop acting like Samoans have just got into the WWE recently. No, they've been in WWE for a very long time. What are we talking about? Even when Vince would have some some of y'all weren't even born to know how many other Samoan family members have been involved in wrestling. Cut this [ __ ] out, bro. I get it. If you don't feel like he's talented or whatever the case may be, that's fine. Whatever. But to sit up here and say he doesn't deserve that because his last name, the whole point in this life is to build up a legacy so that your children are able to benefit from it. I'm just being honest. If you have an opportunity to leave a legacy for your child to somewhat be able to benefit from it, why wouldn't you do that? And we got to stop sitting up here and act like, oh, WWE is uh, you know, known for making the right choices all the time when it comes to who they recruit. Cuz sometimes it just don't work out no matter who's in their family. It just don't. Sometimes they'll pick somebody that's not from a royalty family, shove them down our throats, and it still don't [ __ ] work. So, hey, I'll say this. I know Zilla don't care. Do your thing. I'm hoping he's able to prove a lot of these people wrong. Granted, a lot of these people are still going to find reasons to hate. Oh, you know, this whole bloodline thing. Cool. It is what it is. But some of you guys, I just find it very funny that [ __ ] will come out here on social media and make it seem like he's the worst wrestler ever when we've seen some pretty bad ones where he doesn't deserve that opportunity. But I'm willing to bet if you guys had an opportunity to do something or get to a certain spot and your name had a little bit more weight and you knew the right people, I'm pretty sure y'all would take that opportunity. And guess what? There'll be somebody like you, like some of you guys out here, guys and girls, sitting up there doing the same thing y'all doing. What are you talking about? They don't deserve that. They only got that because blasé blas. We got to stop that, bro. But it's IWC. when will they ever stop? But comment down below.
