Video summary
Diane E. Barnard Gerbracht introduces herself as the daughter of Harvey F. Barnard, the author of the original National Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act, commonly known as NESARA. For a significant period, she chose to remain out of public discussions regarding her father's work, operating under the belief that facts would eventually clarify the situation on their own. However, this passive approach allowed misconceptions to take root, causing the term NESARA to become inextricably linked with internet myths, conspiracy theories, and secret government narratives that Harvey Barnard never endorsed. Consequently, while these distorted versions gained traction, the actual legislation and its creator were largely forgotten by the public.
Recognizing this disconnect between reality and perception, Diane decided several years ago to actively correct the record through her new mission via the NESARA Institute. Her primary goal is not to promote fantasy or make miraculous predictions about the future, but rather to preserve Harvey Barnard's legacy by separating established facts from fiction. She aims to encourage individuals to examine the original proposal directly and honestly, ensuring that his life story and the history of the real bill are understood within their proper context without the interference of misinformation.
The video outlines a forthcoming interview where these critical topics will be explored in depth, covering how the genuine economic ideas presented by Harvey Barnard became entangled with falsehoods over time. Despite whether viewers ultimately agree with or disagree with his specific proposals, Diane argues that they deserve to be discussed on their actual merits rather than being dismissed due to association with conspiracy theories. By providing a platform for this honest conversation, she hopes to restore the integrity of her father's work and offer clarity to those interested in understanding the true history behind NESARA.
To further support this educational mission, Diane highlights that Harvey Barnard's 2005 book, Draining the Swamp: The NESARA Story, is now available for public reading. She suggests that readers may find themselves surprised by what they learn from his direct account of events and intentions. Through her efforts to share these resources and facilitate open dialogue, she invites everyone to join in a meaningful discussion about economic history and policy without relying on unverified claims or sensationalized narratives that have dominated the conversation for too long.

Hello, I'm Diane E. Barnard Gerbracht. I
am the daughter of Harvey F. Barnard,
the man who wrote the original National
Economic Stabilization and Recovery Act,
better known as NESARA. For many years,
I stayed out of the public conversation
surrounding my father's work. Like many
people, I assumed the facts would
eventually speak for themselves.
Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Over
time, the term NESARA became connected
to internet myths, conspiracy theories,
secret government stories, and promises
my father never made. Meanwhile, the
actual legislation and the man who wrote
it were largely forgotten. A few years
ago, I decided it was time to change
that. Today, through the NESARA
Institute, my mission is simple:
to preserve Harvey Barnard's legacy,
separate fact from fiction, and
encourage people to examine the original
proposal for themselves.
I'm not here to promote fantasy, make
predictions, or promise miracles.
I'm here to tell the true story of
Harvey Barnard and the original NESARA
proposal.
In my upcoming interview, I'll share my
father's story, the history of the real
NESARA bill, how it became entangled
with misinformation, and why many of its
economic ideas remain relevant today.
Whether you ultimately agree with those
ideas or not, I believe they deserve to
be discussed honestly and judged on
their actual merits.
I hope you'll join us for the
conversation. Please visit our website
and learn more.
Harvey's 2005 book, Draining the Swamp:
The NESARA Story, is now available. You
may be surprised by what you learn.
Thank you.
