Video summary
The podcast opens with a discussion surrounding Nikocado Avocado's recent and shocking weight loss transformation, which has garnered approximately 40 million views on YouTube. The host expresses disbelief at how much of this change occurred within just seven months prior to the video release, noting that despite wearing t-shirts, there was no visible loose skin around his face or body. This rapid shift from a state where he weighed roughly 411 pounds down to approximately 160–170 pounds is described as "outright insane" and comparable in magnitude to MrBeast dropping a Lamborghini into a car crusher. The conversation highlights the mystery of whether Avocado utilized liposuction or simply underwent an extreme lifestyle change, with many viewers questioning if he was secretly filming months in advance while still obese before revealing his new physique. The dialogue delves deeper into the physiological difficulty of losing such massive amounts of weight, emphasizing that reaching 411 pounds requires a level of caloric intake and metabolic adaptation that makes maintenance nearly impossible for most people. The host reflects on how individuals often plateau around 250 pounds because their bodies cannot sustain further fat accumulation without drastically altering eating habits to the point where they are essentially "having IVs of cheese." Consequently, dropping from such an extreme weight necessitates a complete overhaul of one's life and diet. While impressive, this feat is also viewed as concerning given how it captivated audiences, prompting even writer Ginda to call it a wild twist on his previous analysis of Avocado as a subject for audience capture studies. Shifting focus to the host Will Tennyson's own experiences with extreme physical challenges, he recounts a recent trip to Denver where he filmed at North America's highest gym located in Alma, Colorado, situated at an altitude of 10,361 feet. During this video production, which was also his first there, Tennyson completed ten progressively harder fitness challenges that culminated on the Jacobs Ladder for the final challenge. The extreme conditions caused his blood oxygen levels to drop to around 80%, leading to a moment where he felt his body shutting down and eventually blacked out mid-exercise. Despite these dangerous symptoms, driven by an intense desire to finish the video regardless of safety risks, he completed the workout only to collapse afterward, unable to walk or control his emotions until weeks later when he finally recovered from what felt like a traumatic experience. The narrative concludes with personal reflections on the consequences of pushing physical limits and the reactions received from loved ones. Tennyson shares that upon returning home, his wife expressed significant concern about him attempting such dangerous stunts while they were trying to start a family, fearing for their future children if he sustained heart damage or other health issues. This incident serves as a stark contrast to the public spectacle of Nikocado Avocado's transformation; whereas Avocado left fans wondering how it was achieved and whether it involved medical intervention or secret filming, Tennyson faced immediate physical collapse due to altitude sickness. Both stories underscore the extreme lengths people go to for content creation, yet they highlight different facets: one a mysterious biological feat that baffles observers, and the other a harrowing personal ordeal where safety took a backseat to completing a production goal.

have you seen nikocado avocado's recent
R transformation give me your thoughts
on
that that's insane and it's I'm just
like what what was going on like because
they said he posted a video seven months
before that one so how much was he
shooting in advance like what was like
like was he doing it the right way did
he get lipos suction it looks like he
has no loose skin at least around the
face yeah I mean even when you see him
like kind of with the t-shirt on
t-shirt's quite snuggin it's like you
don't see any um blose skin so it's it's
pretty crazy I'm almost like a loss of
words cuz you don't really know I'd love
to know like did he do it did he work
out like for the people that don't know
what we're talking about nicard avocado
was a mukbang eating video on YouTube
influencer who got how heavy do you
think he got I think it was 411 pounds
okay 400 lb at not that high of not that
tall of a a height and uh then released
a video the other day the most Luke I am
your
father semi sociopathic like semi semi
staring down like saying that it was you
have all been part of the biggest social
experiment in
history so I mean like one of the best
YouTube videos I've seen in a long time
like awesome like
really oh this isn't Mr Beast dropping a
Lamborghini into a car crusher that's
kind of unique or whatever this is
outright insane yeah it's like 40
million views too yeah and uh no one
knows really how it's happened I mean I
I wish he would share that I think
that'd be super cool I think he he has
to how you can't just leave that Loop
open surely I mean based off what we saw
I think he might he just seems like that
type of guy he just likes the mystery of
it all how hard would you have to work
to get from £411 down
to 160 170 something like that that
would be life-c consuming like You' have
to change every aspect of your life like
it would
be like cuz I feel like 411 pounds like
not many people can do that because I
like I think for a lot of people like
people don't really realize how hard it
is to get that fat like we get to like a
lot of people get to 250 and you you
you're stuffing your face but then you
just you can't possibly maintain the
increase so I think to get to that level
of like fat like like you are doing like
serious man like it's like you're
you're like having IV of freaking like
like cheese and your go your sleep like
like so everything that he does has to
has to be completely changed so I I
can't imagine how hard that would be
yeah you've lost a person you've lost a
person in a bit yeah all you
yeah couple people I would say yeah yeah
uh yeah I mean it's very
impressive uh and also
kind of concerning that everybody was
sort of drawn into this same thing one
of my favorite writers ginda wrote The
Definitive audience capture article
about nicardo and he's a smart guy Gund
is really really smart guy and I sent
him the video and he said oh I saw the
most recent mukbang he did I was like no
no no no did you see the video he
dropped yesterday and he went on and was
like oh my God like this is the most
wild incredible twist to the story I
really don't know man I mean it's quite
remarkable that if if this was all
planned and he's like I'm going to get
to this and then I'm going to go down
the guy has balls if he's got uh
definitive proof you know holding the
newspaper up so to speak uh that's wild
yeah because that's what I'm also
thinking like this is this like way in
the past like you know I don't know oh
that he could have released the video it
could have been a video that was
recorded I mean even that so there's
only two ways that this has happened
right either he recorded that before he
got fat and is now releasing it but I
think he's got different hair
uh so he recorded it before he got fat
to then release it now he is secretly
fat but hasn't told anybody or he
actually did get fat and has now lost
all of the weight and he's talking about
that I don't know which one's more
incredible I don't actually know which
one's more they're both
crazy wild nicardo if you want to come
and talk about it on the show you know
where I am um they just
so so fascinating but yeah to see a
normal dude relatively normal dude go
through that I'm going back to your
videos what's the hardest challenge that
you've done oh I did one recently I went
to Denver I got just going to Denver was
hard yeah but uh man um I went to the
the um North America's highest gym okay
and it was it was in Alma like an hour
and a half out of Colorado and um or
Denver I don't know what's the yeah but
um I did this challenge where I would I
had 10 challenges and to get
progressively harder and then at the
altitude it was also my first video so I
landed and we went and uh I had to do
like I like maxed out on squats then I
maxed out on overhead press maxed it on
bench did like um all this cardio and by
the end I was on this thing called the
Jacobs Ladder yep for like the for the
10th Challenge and I'm on it and this is
the first time ever where I thought my
body was like shutting my body was
shutting down on me and I couldn't
control it and I was like I was going
and then I'm I'm pretty sure like a lot
of it I kind of don't remember to be
honest cuz I I kind of I blacked out I I
blacked out and I kind of came back up
CU I wanted to finish it so bad and then
once the once that was done I I almost
couldn't walk and then I just started
profusely crying once the once it was
done and I couldn't control like my
emotion I just started crying and the
guy was like holy like are you okay and
I'm like I don't know know like I I just
I I don't know if I'm okay like I just
it felt like such a traumatic experience
for some reason and it took me like a
long time like couple weeks to actually
feel okay again wow and then a lot of
the comments are like dude like that was
dangerous like because I I got
like my um blood oxygen level testing
was like 80 not good not good yeah I
didn't really know at the time so I was
like okay whatever like I'm making a
video like it's going be cool the worse
it is the better kind of like that's my
thing and then everyone's like dude like
that's really D you could have had a
heart attack how high is it do you know
um 10,361 ft that's really high yeah
yeah so like I got home it's a gym on a
mountain yeah yeah my uh my wife yelled
at me what if we want to have kids and
you go do these stupid videos you won't
be here I'm not doing it again don't
worry yeah in other news this episode is
