Video summary
The video introduces a transformative daily routine designed to cultivate health, wealth, and financial freedom through consistent micro-actions that compound over time. The core philosophy emphasizes that success is boring but repeatable, requiring strict discipline in habits such as making the bed immediately upon waking to set a positive tone, drinking two glasses of warm water for hydration, and exercising for thirty minutes using slow jogging to improve circulation. Following physical activity, the routine includes meditation and visualization to align with future goals, followed by journaling that involves writing three things one is grateful for, three affirmations, three amazing things expected for the day, and lessons learned. The speaker also advocates for eating real foods like eggs and pumpkin instead of processed breads, taking maca berry extract supplements to combat dry eyes caused by screen use, and sleeping before 11:30 PM to ensure adequate rest.
A significant portion of the discussion focuses on eye health, explaining the mechanics of vision where ciliary muscles control the lens shape to focus light on the retina; these muscles squeeze the lens for near vision and relax it for far vision. Nearsightedness is caused by eyeballs that are too long or muscles that cannot fully relax, while farsightedness results from eyeballs that are too short or overly loose muscles. The speaker offers three non-surgical methods to improve nearsightedness: periodically looking away from screens to focus on distant points to maintain muscle elasticity, using specific 3D images like infinity symbols to force the eyes to focus behind the screen, and massaging six pressure points around the eyes. Additionally, the video addresses Age-Related Macular Degeneration as damage to the macula caused by blue light exposure over time, which can be mitigated by avoiding screens, eating nutrient-rich foods like carrots and scallops, and consuming lutein and zeaxanthin found in corn and vegetables to strengthen the macula against blue light damage.
The conversation further details that dry eye results from a reduction in lacrimal gland cells due to aging, trauma, or disease, leading to decreased tear production, though supplements like Maca Berry and Lutein are recommended to boost natural tear production and protect the cornea. The speaker advises using preservative-free artificial tears and suggests taking Maca after meals for better absorption, while also noting that LASIK surgery permanently thins the cornea's water layer but causes chronic dry eyes because the tissue does not regenerate. Other conditions discussed include floaters, which can be reduced by Lutein acting as a potent antioxidant, and eye bags often caused by fat herniation or lack of sleep, for which non-surgical options like heat massage exist though surgery remains most effective. The segment concludes with a promotional offer for a specific supplement containing high-dose Maca Berry, Lutein, and Zeaxanthin, detailing a dosage regimen starting at three pills daily and tapering down for maintenance.
The session wraps up by addressing international inquiries from viewers in Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Indonesia, noting that patients from these regions have become friends through the clinic's services. For those wishing to visit Dr. Go for an eye checkup or needing product information, attendees are directed to contact Ken via Telegram once a one-time physical meetup is arranged in town, as this specific arrangement will occur only before the speaker departs overseas for an extended period. The event ends with the speaker emphasizing that health is paramount to enjoying accumulated wealth and longevity, encouraging the audience to prioritize eye care through exercise, nutrition, and supplements as they age, followed by logistical instructions for attendees to provide full names to facilitate product delivery and final thanks to Dr. Paul Lou and the audience.

Everybody can see right?
Okay. Awesome. Okay, I'm now sharing the
full screen. So, uh congratulations for
coming into the Zoom room. We have
actually slightly over 300 people
registered for this. So, like I
mentioned, uh the Zoom capacity is
always kept at 300. So, if you want to
make sure you don't miss out any single
thing that I'm going to share with you,
the daily routines and in fact Ken
coming in later on to come come and
share with you more additional things as
well. So uh stay to the end so that you
won't miss out additional things that we
are going to share throughout. All
right. So in the meantime I'm going to
get started. So I can see that a lot of
you guys are very very very committed to
come and learn about the routines
because how many of you agree that when
it comes to investing right the strategy
is just one of it but it's your daily
cultivation to become a better person or
a better investor that will difference.
Okay.
Sorry, someone accident.
Hold on. Let me see who. Hey, sorry
guys. Who unmuted yourself?
>> Mute the control.
>> If you unmuted yourself, please uh go to
mute. Okay. Oh, okay. Let me Okay, I
just muted uh everyone. Okay, good. All
right, got the mute. Yes. Okay, mute.
Oh, yeah. I thought I did. I don't know
why. Okay, let me make Ken, you are the
co-host. Let me make Ken the co-host
first so that in case anyone uh
accidentally unmuted themsel, Ken can
help. Thank you. All right. Okay. So now
um uh yeah. All right. So let's get
started. So now how many of you agree
when it comes to investing, right? Like
investing strategy is just one part of
it. But there are so many important
things like daily habits that you can
cultivate to become a better investor.
If you agree, can type a in the chat.
Okay. A sense or agree?
Agree. Yeah. So, uh that's why today I
want to share with you guys all the
simple things that you can get started
to build better health, better wealth
and most importantly at the end of the
day right that will also give you the
financial freedom way faster because you
discipline yourself to do all these
simple things that you can do every
single day. So, uh, to me, all right,
for me it's, uh, a lot of times because
a lot of, uh, people like to ask me, oh,
what Chloe, what ETF do you buy? Uh, how
do you generate options income, right?
How do you build a million dollar
portfolio? I think these are the surface
level kind of question because if you
are able to become a better investor
like deeper level, you will naturally be
able to uh, apply uh, and become better
in your own investing journey as well.
So I think that every single day as I
continue to cultivate my own habit, I
felt that all these little habits really
helped me to become where I am today.
And I really want to share with you guys
what are the things that you can
actually start doing right away. In
fact, from tomorrow morning onwards,
okay, so can everybody type TM in the
chat. Okay, TM sense or tomorrow
morning, you can start implementing
things I'm going to share with you
tonight to become better in every aspect
of your life. All right, TM. Okay, now
let's get started. Now every single
thing that we we have doing right now
right like regardless whether is it your
portfolio it's b basically just you
taking micro actions repeated every
single day and all these things will
compound right so we all know the power
of compounding when it comes to wealth
if you start investing earlier and you
give yourself a longer investing horizon
then all your profits right your
portfolio will definitely compound but
apart from money right there are so many
things that we can compound in our day
as well, right? For what? For example,
guys, can you tell me what else can be
compounded apart from money? Can you put
it in the chat? What else can be
compounded apart from money? Knowledge.
All right, BK say knowledge. What else?
What else can be compounded?
Absolutely agree. Oh, I love that. Love
can be compounded as well. Okay, if you
always, you know, put in like the right
deposit to your love bank, then your
love bank is going to be compounded too.
Habit is going to be compounded.
Relationship. [laughter]
Yeah. See, weight can be compounded too.
That is why we need to make sure we do
daily things to make sure our weight is
under control. Okay? If not, it's going
to compound as well. So, uh like I said,
right, that's why every single one of
you also agree, health can be
compounded. Uh just like how you control
your weight, you can also control your
health, right? And energy. If you
practice daily things to improve your
energy, you will naturally become more
energetic over time, right? And how many
of you agree I am more energetic than
like maybe like you think that I'm
energetic, right? Can you type E in the
chat? Okay, e sense of energetic. How
many of you think that whenever you see
me out or even true online like this you
can really feel my energy because I
really have the energy inside me and I
felt like all this energy right was not
like it's not like I'm born with it. I
think that my routines help me to become
more energetic and you can start doing
that as well right and thirdly right
focus can be compounded and because you
are focusing to improve you will
definitely compound your knowledge. So
every single thing that I'm going to
share with you, right, will be
interconnected because as long as you're
disciplined enough to go and practice
whatever things I'm going to share with
you, you will definitely be able to make
better decisions. And when you make
better decisions, be it a in your
investing, in your relationship, in your
career. That's how actually you are able
to have better results. Okay? So that's
why the joy of compounding can be
happening in every aspect of our life.
And that's why I'm going to share with
you the simple things that you can do.
And once you realize that success is
actually pretty boring. It's very
repeatable. All you need to do is to
take action. So can everybody type a in
the chat? Okay. A sense or action.
Awesome.
Okay. So what are the different things
that I do every single day? Right. So
let's start with the uh the difficult
part first. The difficult part is maybe
the the e the actually the easy thing is
whatever things I'm going to share with
you is very easy. The difficult part is
doing it consistently. So that is why
when you take action make sure tomorrow
you take it. Maybe you don't have to do
every single thing but you just choose
maybe one or two actions and you repeat
them over time. You will start to see
transformation and changes and
improvement in your life. All right. So
maybe at the end of this webinar you
will also let me know which action would
you like to take tomorrow and then I
hold you to be accountable to actually
take this action consistently. All
right. How many of you understand the
power of consistency? If you understand,
can you type C in the chat? Okay. C of
consistency. Yeah. So make sure you
choose one action or two action to get
started. Now number one is for me I
generally wake up early and I think it's
already set in my body clock that
regardless how late I sleep right I just
usually wake up at about 7 plus how many
of you are like me that uh you are a
early riser that means you wake up early
in the morning if that's you can type E
in the chat okay E stands for early
awesome okay so many of you are like me
all right so now the very important
thing is after you wake up Right guys, I
want to ask you, do you make your bed?
If you make your bed, can you type M in
the chat? That means do you tidy up your
bed? If you do so, can you type M? If
you always skip it, can you type S in
the chat? Okay, if you make or you skip
make or skip.
Ah, okay. So, I can see that many of you
like me make your bed as well, but some
of you skipped it. So now there's no
right or wrong answer but to me I felt
that it's important to make my bed
because it really set your energy state
to be different that means you are neat
you are tidy and you are ready to start
your day just by making your bed so I
think that will subconsciously set your
mind to be saying that okay I am an
organized person I am someone that
discipline myself to make these micro
action to at least tidy up my bed. And
when you tidy up, right, all these
little things over time will also make
you actually tidying up your life as
well. How many of you understand where
I'm coming from? If you understand, can
you type you in the chat? Right. So yes,
that's first completed for the day.
Awesome. Yes. Yeah. So yeah, mini
action, micro action, very simple,
right? So make sure you make your bed
and it takes what 30 seconds and you are
like I am already done with the first
thing that you need to do that set your
tonality to be the right energy the
first thing in the morning okay that's
very important now after that right
after I make my bed of course right uh I
will actually drink two glasses of warm
water I'm not sure about you guys okay
how many of you drink water in the
morning if you drink water can you type
D in the chat okay D stands for drink
and very importantly ly is I felt like
when you drink water, please do not go
and drink those water coming up from the
fridge because if you drink something
that cold in the morning, your body
haven't even warm up yet and you are
just already like giving yourself like
cold water to drink. That is just not
good for health. Okay, that is like
under the the Chinese medicine way of
thinking. So that is why as our body is
warming up you use similar temperature
to also warm up your body and as you
drink water because firstly you will you
will actually lose uh like certain
amount of water when you sleep right
because you during your sleeping time
you didn't take any sleep of water at
all. So that's why there will be some
dehydration. So that's why when you
drink it in the morning actually you are
kickstarting your body and actually that
also helps to tell your body that my day
has started now it's time for me to uh
work on my body. Okay. So what kind of
work is actually when you drink water
right generally it will it will be start
to give you the fluid that you need to
go to do go toilet. Okay. So every
single day uh for some reasons right I
always go toilet in the morning and I
already finish my business from the
early morning because I drink two
glasses of water. Okay. How many of you
have difficulty going to the toilet and
do do your big business in the morning?
If that is you can type B in the chat.
Okay. How many of you have that
difficulty? Okay. So don't be shy. I
just want but if you feel shy also you
don't need to type. Okay. W So everybody
very Okay. So some of you have trouble
right? So for me, I don't have trouble
at all. I think this really helps. So if
you haven't uh practiced drinking warm
water in the morning, try that tomorrow
and see whether does your stomach
actually feel better and uh able to uh
do whatever things that it needs to do
early in the morning. Right? And I think
it's very good for health because when
you do that in morning, the rest of the
day, you don't have to think about oh
when I go out the toilet is very dirty,
there I cannot do my big business,
right? So you you already settled
everything at home and then you're ready
to get go get going, right? So that is a
another very uh good plus point, right?
So drink water de uh uh hydrate yourself
and then also helps to detox. Okay?
Because as you wake up, you have a lot
of toxin that needs to be released right
through water. I think generally it help
to detox uh over time as well. Okay, so
that is the second thing. Okay, how many
of you find that this is also easy?
Okay, this is easy. Can you type two in
the chat? Okay. So the first thing make
your bed. Second thing drink water and
then actually naturally you will start
going toilet. As simple as that. Right
now the third thing guys okay what I
like to do are right now is um how many
of you actually exercise? Okay if that
is you can type E in the chat. Okay. E
stands for exercise.
Awesome. Okay. Exercising is super
important and I think you should
continue to keep your exercising
routine. I'm just going to share with
you one of the exercise that I
personally found very helpful and I've
been doing that for close to almost a
month right since I came back from
Taiwan. So I discovered this when I was
in Taiwan because this teacher he's
actually very popular. So what he does
every single day is on his YouTube
channel which everyone can find. You
just need to follow his uh exercise
which is called Chiao Pa. So now what is
Chiao Pow? Now let me show you guys when
it says slow jogging right technically
there is no need to jog because maybe
some of you might be thinking Chloe I
have certain issues with my knees I um I
haven't been exercising too long I have
knee injury right so uh I cannot do
vigorous exercise so let me show you
even if you can't do vigorous exercise
this exercise is still suitable for you
now how does that work now let me show
you this okay this is just one of the
YouTube that you can find called right I
can send you guys a link inside the zoom
chat as well and you can consider doing
that tomorrow morning right so but
before that let me just play it for you
how simple it is okay just like this
okay guys so when you see this exercise
right you will feel like huh so Simple.
What is there to do? But guys, the whole
idea is when you do this, you need to do
for 30 minutes. Can everybody type three
in the chat? And surprisingly, at first
I thought that such a simple exercise.
What's there to do? But after I did the
first time, in fact, for the first one
week, after I did it for 30 minutes,
your center of gravity, okay, I need to
demonstrate a little bit. I need to
demonstrate a little bit. Your center of
gravity, if you can see from this lu,
right? Okay. his name is it's slightly
in front. Okay. So why he wants to do
this is because he's trying to put his
weight slightly in front at the front of
his feet. Okay. And according to Chinese
medicine level this one has a point
called
I don't know what's that in English but
basically right is that place that is
imagine this is my foot. So over here
when you keep on so-called in exerting
pressure on it when you keep on doing
this right which is what he's been doing
right demonstrating that right when you
do that it's very good for your blood
circulation. So if anyone of you have
ever felt like uh like sometimes your
blood flow seems not to be very good and
then you don't have enough energy or
maybe you felt like oh especially during
winter time let's say when you go to
some winter places oh wow your hands are
very cold your feet are very cold. How
many of you are like that? Okay. If that
is you, can type me in the chat and you
felt like your blood flow is not good
enough. Yeah. Okay, Don. Okay. Same.
Okay. The same thing happened to me
because back then I actually used to
live in China, right? So, wow. Every
winter my hands and my feet are so cold.
I just know that since young my blood
flow is not as good. So, that is why
when I saw this, I felt like, hey, this
is a simple exercise I need to do. as
simple as just putting a yoga mat in my
living room and I do this for half an
hour. I felt like right now right even
though I'm in Singapore last time I'm
quite afraid of cold but right now my uh
tolerance towards cold has actually
improved and my uh my my palms and
everything generally right now it's on
the warmer side which that means I'm
improving my blood flow and because of
doing this right firstly okay if you go
through this entire process okay half an
hour is just doing this but of course
before that there's some stretching
exercise and And then after that there's
some cool down exercise in to is about
40 45 minutes to 50 minutes. Okay. So
after I do that for half uh for uh uh
like for about 1 month okay I really
felt there's a improvement in what I am
uh enjoying today in my body for
example. Firstly, it it's actually
better for your uh heart health, right?
And secondly, improves your blood
circulation. And thirdly, right, if you
felt like you have low energy, you just
try this for three days first. Okay? You
try that for three days, you will
naturally feel more energized because
you are exercising. And believe it or
not, by doing this, you will get to
persspire. Okay? Generally after I do
this I persspire quite a lot especially
the first few times when I was trying to
get my posture correct I perspire quite
a lot now even though I don't don't
persspire to a great extent I still have
some mini pureration coming out which is
good because this detoxification right
so it also help you to reduce your
stress and improve your energy but the
whole idea is you just need to do it
consistently okay how many of you would
love to give it a try tomorrow if that
is you can type tea in the chat.
How many of you love to give it a try?
Okay, you give it a try. You let me know
how do you feel? Okay. And uh after
that, okay, if you felt like you don't
have time to do it every single day,
then it's okay. Then maybe you can do it
at least one to two times a week during
weekends when you have more free time,
then I will highly encourage you to try
this out. Okay? And let me know how's
your result. Okay? So that is my my the
third thing that I personally do. I will
do this for 1 hour because it's
basically about 15 minutes right. So
after that what I will do is I will
actually start to do some meditation and
visualization because the reason why I
do this after the exercise is because
after cha
ideally you don't go and touch water for
15 minutes. So that 15 minutes what do
you do? Okay since you cannot touch
water you should not drink water right.
So what I do is I use this time to
meditate, right? And when I meditate, I
will like to visualize what is the
future that I want myself to be in.
Okay, how many of you have heard of this
uh technique called visualization? If
I've heard of it before, can type V in
the chat. Okay, V sense of
visualization.
And this is a very powerful way of
really attracting what you want in your
life because believe it or not what you
believe will come true, right? It's like
law of attraction. If you keep on
visualizing yourself to be where you
want to become, be it that you want to
have more financial success, be it that
you want to have uh more uh you know
quality time with your family. Okay,
just visualize that. or maybe your
career improvement. Just visualize that
and because that will trigger your body
to want to achieve that, you will start
to think in your real life. What can you
do to make that happen? Right? So that's
why visualization will be your so-cal
your final goal and but because you have
a clear goal and you do that every
single day, your daily action will
become the mini step to support your
goal. Okay, how many of you understand
where I'm coming from? If you understand
can you type V in the chat right so
start visualizing it will help and your
meditation if you felt like you cannot
sit down for too long then maybe you
just listen to some meditation music
along the way or YouTube also have some
meditation exercise right then you can
visualize it together right so is
everybody clear so far if you're clear
can you type C in the chat
good now the next one next one is After
that right what you can do is you can
after you visualize you can actually
start to do journaling. Now uh to me I
felt like this exercise really help me
to be grounded and most importantly is
be grateful of what we have already have
in our life. So there are four things I
always write down in my gratitude
journal. So number one, okay, number one
is okay, three things that you are
grateful for in your life. So guys, can
you just quickly type down what are you
grateful for? Okay, put it in the chat.
While I while I wait for you guys type
down, right, I go to take something
first. Hold on.
Okay. So guys, can you tell me what are
you grateful for?
Ah, very good. Okay, Jimmy is very
grateful for your good health and happy
family. Thank you so much, BK. I'm also
very grateful for all of you guys to be
here. All right, so what else are you
grateful for? Guys, remember only when
you are able to say this out, you will
really appreciate what you have. Okay,
so don't be shy. I think all these
helps, right? So, uh, so is grateful for
energy, right? You have healthy and day
happy every day, right? I'm so grateful
for the safety that we have, right?
Imagine like right now there are so many
wars ongoing, but we are so safe because
we live in Singapore, right? And I think
the government is really doing a great
job to to to have our society moving
towards the the right direction. So I'm
also very grateful for that as well,
right? Yeah. Exactly. No natural
disaster, right? We are so safe in this
sing in this city, right? This country.
Very grateful. Yeah. Exactly. Right. So
all these are little things that we can
immediately be grateful for and you
naturally feel happier, right? And after
you're done with writing what you're
grateful for, right? So for example, you
can see I do that every day, right? So
this is 20th of August, right? So every
day I will I will write a new new
chapter, right? So I'm grateful for like
like uh for example, what what do I
write? Ah okay. I say that I'm grateful
for Sean, my mentor, my family, my
friends, right? I'm grateful for you
know God's giving me such abundance in
life right so that's what I'm grateful
for and then a second thing that you
want to write is three affirmations so
what are affirmations what are the
things that you want to achieve in your
life so remember just now we talked
about visualization actually right now
you can literally write down what you
visualize and by you repeating that
every single day you are really training
your subconscious mind to achieve what
you want to achieve. Right? So
affirmations can be like for example for
me is I am kind, I am polite, I'm
humble, I'm empathetic. Okay? I want to
instill myself that kind of quality that
I want to become. Right? And then at the
same time I say that I am supported, I
am safe, I am loved. Because a lot of
times I think like we can get stressed
uh because we felt like we are not being
supported. Maybe we felt like uh we are
not loved. Then you feel sad, right? But
actually you are already loved, right?
You are loved by so many people. So when
you write that down, you actually also
have uh you have more peace in your
life. And then of course, right, I want
to build my portfolio, right? So I
literally write down I want to build a
$18 million portfolio and I want to do
that with peace and ease, right? And I
know with ETF that is the way to go. All
I need to do is to reaffirm that I'm on
the right track and keep on doing what
I've been doing over the years. Right?
So these are called affirmation. How
many of you understand? If you
understand, can you type a in the chat?
Thank you so much, James.
[laughter]
Right. So start write down your own
affirmations. You will become more
confident in what you need to do uh to
become better. Right? So now the third
thing is what are the three amazing
things that's going to happen to you
today. All right because only when you
believe that your day is going to be
amazing your day is going to be amazing.
Right? If you start your day feels like
oh it's such a crappy day then every
single thing that you see feels like
very crappy. But if you tune your mind
to be oh today is going to be amazing
day. I'm going to have amazing day
sharing what I'm going to share today.
Wow. Then actually in fact right now I'm
having such a good time, right? Because
I already primed my own mindset or my
mind to do what? To receive, okay? To
receive basically amazingness and
awesomeness in my life, right? So think
about what are the three amazing things
that going to happen to you, right? It
could be, oh, I'm going to have a good
chat with my colleague, right? I'm going
to have a good time uh uh spending
family dinner with my with uh with my
family, right? So it can be very small
things but all these are something that
you are anticipating and because of that
you can actually make it happen right if
you understand this can you type 3A in
the chat okay three amazing things huh
three amazing things so think about
tomorrow what's going to be amazing okay
and write that down you can even do this
exercise tonight okay if you want to
then tomorrow it's going to happen right
so now very good okay so 3 so Now last
but not least, okay, this is what are
the three lessons that you learned. So
this the third thing actually it depends
on you. You can write it at the
beginning of the day which is what
happened yesterday. So that means what
did you learn yesterday or you can
choose to do it at the very end which is
let's say tonight because like what some
of you say knowledge compound right so
what did you learn from today what do
you learn from yesterday only when you
pan it down actually you are really
reanchoring and and remembering better
how to become better in whatever things
that you want to improve so for example
u the lessons that I learned is okay I I
learned to be more empathetic. I I think
there that was a in incident that
triggered me to think about oh being
empathetic is so important. Um being
helpful is so important. So it kind of
remind myself and then at the same time
like like be kind, right? So simple
things but at least you are reanchoring
what is truly important for you and you
become better through this. Okay. How
many of you can see this exercise will
firstly give you more happiness because
you are more grateful and secondly it
will also give you more motivation to
become better. If you can see that, can
you type HM in the chat? Okay, hm,
happiness and motivation.
Technically, it can become H&M.
Happiness and motivation. H&M, but not
the fast food, not the fast retailing.
Uh, but yeah, this is using the power of
gratitude journal. As simple as that.
All right. So, all you need is a
notebook. Right now, after that, now
let's continue. How many of you are
enjoying and learning something so far?
If you're enjoying and learning
something, can you type me in the chat?
Let's see how many of you are learning.
Awesome. Okay. I'm so happy that you
guys are learning and spending time with
me. All right. Now, after that, okay, of
course, you need to make sure you have
breakfast. Okay. For some reason, some
of my uh even my family members, some of
them like skip breakfast. I personally
don't think that is a very good thing to
skip because you you need some good food
to kickstart your body, right? So uh for
me generally I like to eat breakfast
that it's on the healthier side. Instead
of eating bread I will actually eat like
uh real food. Okay. What is a real food?
For example, I will actually go and uh
uh like uh steam a pumpkin and then I
will eat the pumpkin as it is without
adding any additional things because
pumpkin is just a very good uh source of
uh different kind of uh fiber and all
this right so I would just eat it in the
morning and then it's also important
that you can have some proteins like
eggs uh avocado all these are real food.
So what I personally try to avoid right
now is I try to avoid processed food if
possible. For example, I try to don't
take like like for example slice of
bread right as morning breakfast because
even though it's convenient but they are
not really real food that can give you
uh nutritions. So I rather spend some
time to eat like good food because my
body will be uh benefiting from it.
Right? So, how many of you uh believe
that it's important to have better
breakfast? Okay, if that is you, can you
type B in the chat? Okay, B stands for
breakfast. Huh. So, make sure you you
eat better breakfast and you can even
eat fruits like throughout the day. That
will really help you instead of uh
snacking uh lousy snacks. Men can be a
very good source of snacks but still
give you that that nutrients that you
need. All right. Nutritious food.
Exactly. Right. And of course for me I
know that not every single thing I can
intake with food. So that's why I also
eat my own supplement but I don't take
too many supplements cuz I feel that um
I generally still want to rely on uh
natural like food intake but there are
certain things I just cannot eat right
so that is why that's where the
supplements come in and especially some
of the supplements have to do with the
some of the problems that I personally
face. So for example, let me ask you
guys this, okay? Which body part do you
think that works the hardest for you
throughout the day, guys? Can you tell
me from head to toe, right? Which part
do you think that works the hardest for
you?
Okay. So some of you say the brain, your
heart, your legs, your liver, your gut
actually. Yeah, it's true. Every every
part of our body work very hard. Okay.
But this one organ, this one organ you
just cannot stop using unless you go to
sleep. What is that
exactly? All right, JY got it right.
It's our eyes. And I think uh
fortunately and unfortunately we we are
just so used to electronic devices
nowaday. And it's impossible for us to
detach from electronic devices, right?
And that is why constantly we are
scrolling. We are like even now we are
using our eyes to look at this webinar
and there is very little time for our
eyes to truly rest and uh on top of that
right for me I'm not sure maybe some of
you did lasic uh same uh like I
personally did lasic a few years ago so
after lasic right my eyes become even
more dry because previously I already
have dry eye issue then after lasic it
just became even worse so that was when
I realized that this is something that I
cannot not use food to help me to
improve the moisture level of my eyes,
right? I have to take supplement to
improve and we all know that eyes are so
important, right? Uh ice is like the
soul to the window. On top of that, you
need to use ice every single day. You
make sure you want to take good care of
your eyes. So that is why instead of uh
like like uh uh as much as I try to not
stare at the screen for too long, but
it's very hard. So what I do instead is
I will actually take eye supplement. So
one of the eye supplement that I
personally think it's very good is in
fact it's from Taiwan. I actually got it
like a I've been eating it for the last
two months already and I really see
improvement in especially the moisture
production of my eyes. So uh this one is
actually called macu berry extract
right? So if you go and search a little
bit more basically this macu berry
extract right will firstly give you the
antioxidant and secondly okay the the
key reason why I I'm taking this is
because it support tear production right
and especially when you stare at the
device for too long naturally if your
eyes are not blinking you will have dry
eye problem. So this will help me to
alleviate that and most importantly also
give me that that moistured eyes that I
need right throughout the day. And then
of course it also helps to um alleviate
the the the dry eye symptom right. So in
fact this is uh uh uh okay one of the uh
the professor from from Harvard. All
right. Later on in fact I'm also
bringing him in inviting him to come and
share with you a little bit more about
eye health and how can you protect your
eyes better. How many of you are
interested to learn from the jung as
well? If you are interested in can you
type I in chat right it's very hard for
me to invite an Harvard expert to come
and share with you especially on eyes.
So I think that this is something very
very insightful and uh stay on later on
I'm going to bring him up for some Q&A
to give you more tips on how can you
better protect your eyes as well. Okay.
So that is uh for later but that is what
I personally take every single day right
now. and uh further that uh other than
that there are other ingredients for
example these ingredients called okay
I'm not very good at uh biology or or
chem chemistry in this case right so
with this it's actually as acting as the
natural sunglasses right so for us okay
generally if you see the computer for
too long there are specs that says that
it can help you to like like reflect
those blu-ray right so for me because
I'm not wearing any specs so technically
I I'm I'm not reflecting Blu-ray. So,
what I want to do is, okay, instead of
buying a pair of Blu-ray glass, which I
actually bought, but I really don't
enjoy wearing it. For some reason, it
cost me a little bit of giddiness. So,
that's why I'm not wearing it. Instead,
I'm using the eye supplement to act as
the natural filter to filter out those
blue ray so that it's also uh better for
my eye health. Okay, that's another
reason why. So it it's something that it
helps me a lot and that's why I'm taking
it for two months already. Right. So of
course throughout the day yeah uh apart
apart from you know you working make
sure you have a balance. Okay. What kind
of balance is you can choose to go for a
walk you know after working for like a
few hours you can take a stroll in in in
you know downstairs of your office going
for lunch. Then after lunch you go and
take a stroll. for me is I will I will
actually go for a evening walk and I
will walk my dog right so that I can uh
instead of keep on sticking the whole
day and staring at the screen I can let
my eyes off for a while as well then
most importantly is uh like if it's a
day that you need to have fun go and
have fun right so there's no no no
guilty you don't have to feel guilty
that oh you're not working because you
are also improving and enjoying your
life at the same time right so now at
the end of the day what time do I
usually sleep I usually sleep at about
11:30 ideally even earlier but we all
know right sometimes we just want to uh
relax a bit and scroll our phone a
little bit before bed uh so that's why I
will highly recommend you guys to sleep
earlier like before 11:30 so that your
body will have enough like at least 7
hours or or even 8 hours of sleep then
the next day when you wake up you are
feeling energetic again right so how
many of you actually are early sleeper
if that is you can you type e in the
chat okay how many of you are early
sleeper
Maybe some of you sleep even earlier
than me, right? Maybe some of you sleep
at 10:00 or 9 plus then fantastic. Okay,
your organs have enough time to rest.
Wow. But apparently only Ming [laughter]
only ming is an early sleeper. How about
the rest? The rest of you guys, what
time do you sleep? Do you sleep past 12?
[laughter]
1:00 a.m. I market open. Oh, Robin.
Good. 10 p.m. is a very good time. Uh
Serene, okay, so market open at 9:30.
You don't have to trade until 1:00 a.m.,
right? [laughter] Okay. Relax. Relax.
Okay. Use uh the right way of investing
and take care of your health at the same
time, right? Sleep whatever time also
wake up at 4:00 a.m. Okay. So, Terry, if
that is you, maybe you can do your uh
after you wake up at 4:00 a.m. right
at 5:00 a.m. Okay? because that's what
say okay don't do it be uh before 5 do
it after 5:00 that is good okay
[laughter]
ups and down okay so that is um the
routine that I have so far so guys can
you tell me which routine would you like
to start practicing tomorrow okay if can
you put it in the chat what is one
routine that you think is easy enough
for you to implement tomorrow can you
put it in the chat
okay so we went through a you from
making your bed to drink water. Ah, very
good. Okay, drink water. Very good. Two
two glass of two glasses of warm water
will be better for you, right? And
exercise. Okay, if any of you want to
try out the tama, right? Okay, go and
try that out and let me know does it
help you. And some of you said you want
to have journaling, right? And that
three things, right? In fact, it's a
four four times three, right? You just
have to write that down. and slow
jogging and sleep earlier. Very good.
Okay. So, every single one of you have
certain things that you can you can do
right away tomorrow that will be holding
you to be accountable to do that. All
right. So, how many of you felt that
whatever things I have shared with you
have has been so far useful for you? If
they useful, can you type useful in the
chat? Right. So, all you need to do is
make sure you really keep to your own
promise and be consistent in doing what
you want to do. And trust me over time
right if you just keep on repeating what
I say a few habits you don't have to go
through every single one of them you can
build on later on as you become like
more disciplined in certain things then
you will start to see oh my gosh how
come you have way more energy in life
right and secondly wow how come you feel
so much happier in life and because of
this right you make better decisions you
will also improve in different aspects
of your life and that is my uh true wish
for every single one of you. All right.
So, how many of you would love that?
Okay. If you love that, can you type me
in the chat?
Awesome. Okay. So, now remember this
section, this session is not just about
me sharing about my routine. I also
inviting I'm also inviting experts to
come and share with you more things
about eye health so that we can improve.
Okay? Especially we all know that eyes
are very important. But before I invite
Dian Jang to come and share with you
guys more about eye health and all this
can in fact he has already prepared
something that while he was doing
research he felt it was so important
that he want to share with you guys and
we all know right uh we both use our
eyes very often. So Ken in fact he uses
his eyes more than I use my eyes. So he
has more things that he want to share
with you. So without further ado let's
welcome Ken. Can everybody type CCC?
Okay type Ken. I'm gonna bring Ken up.
>> Okay. Thank you, Chloe. Thank you,
Chloe. Okay, just uh audio check. Audio
check. Can you guys hear my audio?
>> Hi, everyone. Hello, Terry. Hello, Chu.
Hello, James. Okay, cool. Cool. Cool.
Okay, so Chloe has taken care of the
so-called the easy part. Okay guys, so
now who thinks that eyes is very
important? Your eyes is very important,
type I in the chat. If you think that
your eyes are super duper important,
type I in the chat. Okay. Because well I
tell you like there was one there was
one time why I start doing this uh I
research is because I was looking at my
computer screen for a very long time
right and then you know like we do
content we look at stock market and then
I have so many students so many student
message me every single day I'm almost
on my phone like almost 247 if you're in
the option 360 you know I answer
questions actually quite quickly. So it
means I'm almost on my phone and then
you'll see me like 4:00 a.m. sometimes
waking up using my phone, right? So
there was one time I was uh I was using
my laptop and then there's one time w
suddenly I feel my eyes are super dry
and then no matter how hard I blink I
cannot get rid of the soreness and then
I had to I had to shut my eyes and then
lie back for like 10 minutes but it
still didn't work. So, I actually had to
go to sleep and then I had to press on
the press on the the pressure points the
pressure points on my on my eyes and
then I actually bought an eye massager
which cost me around like a hundred
thing dollars to actually massage my
eyes. But none of those worked. So then
I said to myself, okay, hey guys, I need
to really dive into it and see what's
happening in the eyes. So tonight I'll
share with you the very very scientific
stuff about eyes. Okay, so let's get
started. Okay. So, how many you think
you have good eyesight? If you think you
have good eyesight, type G in the chat.
If you think you have good eyesight,
nobody. If you think your eyesight not
very good, type uh B for not very good.
Type B. If your eyesight probably not
very good. Ah, okay. Okay. Bad. Okay. A
lot of people. Okay. So, now what is
this? Just this is a some of you know
this. Maybe it's called a 3D uh a 3D
photo. Okay. So if you if you look at
this this uh image the correct way,
you'll be able to see a certain pattern
that will actually become 3D. Okay. I'll
share more about this later. Okay. So so
now you know that uh of course I don't
want to go blind when I uh when I get
older and older and older and especially
I I want to see my grandkids, right? So
I'm pretty sure that uh I will I want to
take care of my eyes. Okay. So to now
I'll share with you how there are only a
few things you need to know in the
eyeball. Okay. So number one is from the
from the uh outer layer to the inner
layer you have the uh cornea. So this
one is basically if you have done lasic
before right this is the front the very
front part of your eye it is protecting
you from everything from dust and from
from germs and bacteria everything's
prot protecting you. Then you have the
lens um let me use the blue color. Okay
you have the lens right here. So
basically this is the most important
part of your eye because it um it shows
it helps you focus. Okay. So I'll talk
more about this. So the lens is
basically an ovalshaped uh it's like a
glass and um if the if the lens is weak
um then the you cannot focus at the
right point. Okay, you cannot focus on
the right point. So what happens in the
eye is that if you have near sight, you
have far sight or you have like
different uh vision issues most of the
time is because the lens when the light
passes through the lens it cannot focus
on your retina
your your retina. This is basically the
image will be upside down on your retina
right here and then that's how you see
everything right. So if the lens
something goes wrong on the lens then
you would you will have nearsight vision
and then you have far sight vision.
Okay, so that's the most important
thing. Okay, so let me just give you a
really quick example of how near sight
and far sight works. Okay, so let me
remove everything from here. Okay, so
you can see that this is how our eyes
actually work. Okay, this is very very
important. If you learn this, right, you
you probably is you will learn more than
biology and high school and probably in
university. So this is how the eyes
works, right? So the the the light comes
in to your eyes. Then then you have the
lens. Okay. Now, this is your eye.
Imagine this is your Oops. Imagine this
is your eyeball.
Okay.
Imagine this is your eyeball. Okay. Then
you have the lens right here. So, your
retina right here is you want to make
sure that uh the the the light that
comes into your eyeball is actually
focused on your retina. Now, if you look
at the lens, right? So, now there there
are uh there are eye muscles on your
lens right here. So do you see the uh
silary body and muscle right here? The
muscles on the top right here. They
control something. What do they control?
They control your lens to be uh flat
like a very flat oval shape or a a more
rounder shape. Okay, more rounder shape.
So this is the most important muscle um
in your eyes. If you feel sore, you have
sore eyes, probably this muscle giving
you some signal. Okay, so if you look at
the uh if you look at this, right? So
normally when you when you have a
nearsight vision or when you hold
something very close up to you right or
very close up to your your eyes, what
happens is that your muscles your eye
muscles right here uh they will squeeze
they will squeeze the lens and what
happens to the lens is that um it
becomes rounder and flatter. Okay? So it
becomes rounder and flatter
like this. Okay. So you can see what
happened is that the the focus point
right here, the focus point right here
um becomes going to uh becomes uh
closer, right? It becomes closer. Now if
when you look at something more far away
then the lens actually you know
stretches up like this and then if it's
if it's too loose you can see that the
focus point goes to the back and that's
how you have to have a far side vision.
Okay, so far so good. See if you
understand so far. Type okay in the
chat.
Okay. Right. So this is the most
important part. Okay. This is the most
important part. Right. So so um if you
look at the uh the illustration right
here, I did it in this illustration
right here.
Okay. So now how do you how does the
near side how is the near side vision
formed? Okay. So let me show you guys.
So basically uh it means that the
muscles right there they cannot full
okay so go sorry come back. So it means
that when you have the near side vision
your muscles they cannot fully uh relax.
Okay so it means that your eyes are
still like in this compressed way. So
the focus point is still in the front
you your muscle will not be able to
fully relax um making the the uh making
the focus point back to your retina
right here. Right. So it basically your
muscles aren't entirely relaxed. Okay?
So sometimes you go to the go to the
hospital and then they give you like
some some thing to kind of help you
force the muscle to relax. Then you will
lose focus but then you'll feel that
your eye muscle is like being relieved.
Right? So that's how the eye muscle
works. Now what causes a nearsight
vision is um there are two things. So
number one, it's either that the
muscles, your eye muscles cannot fully
relax or somehow that if you look at the
near side eyeball right here, it means
that your eyeballs actually become um a
flatter shape. A flatter shape. So what
happens right here? The focus point
right here is not on your retina. So
this is a normal normal vision. This
should be on your retina right here. But
as it if the eyeball stretches for too
long then the focus point becomes right
here. So then it can't it cannot focus
on you retina then you have a near side
vision. Okay. So same thing is if you
have far side vision is that your
eyeballs are squeezed um into this shape
a more flatter shape like this. So then
the focus point um right here it
actually goes all the way to the back of
your eyes. So if you look at um if you
look at if you if you know that if
during the early stages um if your kid
or your family members um they if you
want to prevent them from having near
side vision is number one is just to
make sure that the the thing that
they're watching looking at is far away
from from them right you you want to
make sure that they don't uh come up too
they don't look at the thing too close
in their eyes because it's going to
strain the muscles. Um then there's you
know there are this uh contact lenses
that people say if you wear them um when
you go to sleep um then it helps you to
protect you have nearsighted vision
right so there are those um near there
are those like the the mild nearsight of
vision kids they will wear contact lens
um it's not they're not severe yet so
they will kind of what happens that the
contact lens kind of pushes and forces
your eyes not to stretch so long so Then
it prevents the near side vision. Right?
So you you hear you hear people do that.
You wear the contact lenses when you go
to sleep. It kind of helps you fix the
shape of your eye so your eyeball does
not stretch for too long. Okay. So
right. So are we so far so good? If you
understand this type good in the chat
for me.
So basically there on two things. um a
nearsight vision in a uh call farsighted
farsided eye is basically um either the
eyeball is too long and you have to kind
of push the eyeball back or there's
something wrong with the lens and the
muscles right here then you cannot
focus. Okay. So and then if you have a
far side vision um a far side vision
means that either the your eyeballs are
too uh too short right like this too
short or the muscles right here are too
loose. Okay. So, the muscle right here
are too loose causing the focus point to
go all the way back to the back of your
eyeball. So, this is why um people when
they get a little bit older um that's
why the the the muscles right here
becomes a lot loose. Okay? A lot looser
than the the the lens will be in a
stretched out shape. So, causing the the
focus point to go to the back of your
eye. Right? So, so that's the that's the
that's the two most basic understanding
of far sight and nearsight vision. And
then that's why you hear people say that
if you do have nearsight vision then
people say uh once you get old then
you're it's naturally fixed. Okay, but
it's not fixed. It's because your
muscles right here they lose their
strength. So the lens becomes a very
very flat um shape. So that kind of
forces to go back to the to the back of
your eye. Okay. So this is the cause of
the uh cause of the eyes right. So
okay so we if you look at this right if
you look at this now there are three
ways to improve your nearsightedness
okay so if you if you have um if you
have far sightness it's quite easy you
just like kind of like just move things
forward a little bit and then you have
to wear glasses you have to wear glasses
but near sight near sight vision is a
lot easier to fix okay it's like a lot
easier to fix. So number one is that um
you can look at something. Let's say you
go to the park, right? Go to the park or
you are looking you're focused on
something. Let's say you're looking at
charts. Okay? So I was looking at
charts. Let's say you're looking at
charts. And then every single day you
just do five minutes you look at
something. Let's say I'm looking at the
screen and then every like 30 minutes I
look at one I find one focus point and I
start to like move backwards. Okay? So I
was still focused right instead of
moving forward into the screen and
straining my eye muscles. Then I try to
move backwards and try to make my my my
lens stretch longer and train my eye
muscles to stretch out my lens. So then
by doing that it kind of strengthens
your your eye muscles um to have that
elast
the uh you know the bungee thing, right?
Make sure it's not so stiff. Um then you
can have the eyes to make sure that you
know it's it's still still in power. If
if your your eyes are fixed like
watching a TV looking computer, then the
muscles stiffen up and it's not training
the muscles, right? It's not training
the muscles.
Elacticity.
Oh, good. Okay, thanks. Elasticity. Did
I say right? Elasticity.
Okay. Elasticity. Right. So, that's how
that's why that's why. Right. So, you
got to train your eye muscle. It's um
when you're playing like Bington. Funny
thing is like I've been playing diamond
for a very long time and then I stopped
for a while and I noticed that my eyes
got super sore and then they were super
dry, no water. Um when you look at the
computer, when you look at the screen,
look at your phone, you stop blinking,
then you have naturally dry eyes and
then your vision is so fixed, your
muscle tenses up, your entire eyes are
so it's like very very tight, right? So
this is method number one. You focus on
something and then you pull away like
every just five minutes just pull away
and then focus on that point. So it kind
of forces your eye to uh to look further
on while you're focusing. Okay. So step
number two is very interesting is that
um this is a method developed uh by
Japan and then it came into Taiwan. So
you can see the actually um it's it's a
the Japanese person he uh they developed
the this 3D uh image okay this 3D image
to help people actually recover or if
you know their eyesight a lot better.
So, how does this image work? It's quite
interesting. I um not a lot of people
can do this, but actually it's quite
simple. So, what happens when you look
at a photo image, right? Um what it does
is that in order for you to see the
hidden secret message in the image, you
would have to look the focus point. The
focus point is actually at the back of
the image. Okay? So, the focus point is
at the back of the image. So instead of
looking directly at the image, your
focus point becomes at the back of the
image. And if you do it correctly, if
you do it correctly, you will be able to
see the 3D image floating up. Okay? So
now
this, for example, this photo inside, if
you look at the photo, the image, you
will not see anything. You will not see
anything. But if you focus at the back
of the image, okay, if you focus at the
back of the image, like let's say don't
look at the computer screen, don't look
at your phone screen, but look at the
back of your phone screen, you will see
uh what you'll see is an infinity symbol
that is actually coming up. It's
floating out. It's floating out of the
the screen. Okay, it's actually falling
out of the screen. You'll see an
infinity symbol that's floating out of
screen. Um, so that kind of forces your
eye to look behind even though the image
is right here in front of you 30 30 uh
centimeters away but it helps you it
forces you to focus at the back of uh of
the image and it helps your eyes to
relax and I tried it. It actually works.
Okay. It actually works. Yeah. So if you
guys can can anyone see this? If you
focus at the back right.
Oh Mark you can see. Congratulations.
You are using the phone, right? Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Okay. Okay. It's a It's a 3D one. It's a
3D one, right? Okay. Yeah. Yeah. So, you
can see you should you should be able to
see if you focus at the back of the
image. The image will pop up. Okay. The
the 3D image will actually pop up and
then is it is an infinity symbol. It is
infinity symbol.
No, no, no. It's not the loop. It's not
a loop. It's not is that was a drawing.
That was my drawing. Okay. You
is Did anyone see? It's a 3D symbol.
It's a 3D symbol. You focus at the back.
You focus at the back of the screen.
Focus at the back.
Okay. The the the red thing. Ah, Terry.
You see? Congratulations.
Congratulations, Terry. So, you'll see
you'll see when you actually when you
look at the back, you will feel your eye
muscles, right? Is very relaxed. Okay?
You'll feel like the you'll feel you
actually feel the muscles being relaxed
but and then if you refocus back you'll
feel the muscle being strained again. So
look at the back behind this. So imagine
you focus on the back of the screen.
Okay. You're trying to focus on the
behind the screen and then you will see
yes it become 3D.
Yeah. Imagine you look further. You look
further. You will you will see the whole
image. you will see infinity symbol uh
floating up. It will be a 3D image.
Ah, cross eyes also can. Yes, correct.
Uh all yes, cross eyes also can. But the
cross eye cross eye is uh it will the it
because the what happen is like okay
going back to this this this uh thing.
So the cross eyes because what happens
is like this you're trying to see it's
two things right here. It's two things.
You're combining two things together. So
it means that uh your cross eye is also
your is this. It's the same thing. It's
the same thing. But uh if you can see
congratulations. Okay. Now this one
actually helps. If you can see it,
right? If you can see it, you you should
feel that the eye muscle is being
released. There's no there's actually it
feels very very comfortable. It feels
super duper comfortable. Okay.
Uh not not question marks. uh be a it
will be an infinity loop in the right in
the center. right in the center. Okay.
So, this is actually a book and then
it's proven to work. It's proven to
work. I didn't understand the logic
behind it. Um I uh the the the teacher
right I was in junior high school. I was
like I was um 13 15 and then people said
it helps with eye vision. I didn't
believe them but now I understand the
logic behind it because you're trying to
look at the back of the whole image.
Okay. So then right here if you for
those who can see you try to look at the
back of the screen focus at the back of
the screen you should see three dolphins
popping up right it's a 3D image
it's 3D image you should see three
dolphins popping up oh Serene yes yes
congratulations you'll see three
dolphins popping up on the screen on the
screen so it you need to focus on the
back yeah correct correct correct me
wrong correct three dolphins will be
popping thing out of the Yeah, it will
be it will be very clear. Okay. It will
not be blur. It'll be super duper clear.
And then you'll see the dolphins like
popping out. It's actually like a 3D
image coming towards you. Yep.
[laughter]
Should be three. That should be three.
Should be three. Yeah, Chloe, you need
to uh try to because when you focus on
focus on the screen, right, you are
focused on the screen. But when you
focus at the back of your screen, your
eyes have the room to relax. have the
room to relax. Yes, correct. Once you
see it, you cannot I see it. Okay. So
now for those who can see ah you try to
focus on the dolphins but then you try
to go back a little bit. Try to pull
back. So when you when you can see
already and when you try to pull back
then you can see if you can still see
the dolphin.
Yes. Ah okay. Okay. Congratulations.
Okay guys it means that you're doing it
correctly. Means you're doing correctly.
So if you can see it, you try to pull
back and then it trains your eyes to
focus even even uh further back, right?
So that's how um that's why actually the
book actually says that if you look at
the image, right uh for like 30 days uh
30 minutes every day, it actually helps
with relieving your your eye muscle.
Okay. And then the last one is um if you
look at the center, right, this is the
the one that uh there's a super big rose
that will flow out of the screen. It's
not tiny rose. Okay, it's not tiny rows.
It is a super big rose and it's 3D 3D
rose that is popping out of the screen.
It's popping out of the screen. So, same
thing for those who cannot see. Try to
relax your eye muscles. Do not focus on
the flower. Okay, do not focus on the
flower. You want to see when your eyes
are relaxed. It is actually at the
behind the behind your screen. Okay,
behind your screen there is a very big
rose. Okay, right in the center. Right
in center there very big rose. Okay.
Wow. So I think congratulations. So some
people can see that means your eyes are
relaxed. That means your eyes are quite
relaxed. Okay. But if you cannot see it,
if you cannot see it, it means that
you're still focused on the screen
itself. Okay.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Correct.
Correct. It will it will come up. It
will come out. The the the whole rose
will just come out. It will be very
clear. It's a it's a 3D 3D image.
is look behind. Look behind. You're
looking through your screen. You do not
focus on the screen. You lose focus on
the on the wall or focus on your TV, but
focus on behind. Yes, you're ah correct.
Correct, Ch. Correct. When you're
daydreaming, it means your eyes are not
focused. Your eye muscle is not
strained. Your your your eyes are going
like you're seeing parallel vision and
that's how you are able to see it.
That's and then you can see that when
you see that's your eyes are super
relaxed. Okay, correct. Correct. Your
eyes will be super super duper relaxed.
Okay. Center of the road got some
crystal diamond. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Okay. Cool. Cool. Cool. Okay.
Yeah. So, okay. So, this is the second
way. Very cool. When you lean back, the
3D is super real. Yes, Jimmy. Ah,
congratulations. You see it? Yes. Yes.
So, if you look at the photo, you can
really see it. You can really see it.
And then you can feel, oh, the the eye
muscle is somehow is being relieved. the
you'll feel like w very very like
relaxed.
Yeah. Congratulations. Congratulations.
Yeah. It's very very real. Super real.
It will just it will pop out of once you
see it you cannot unsee it. Yeah. Okay.
So Okay. So now this so the second way
to do this is the second way. Now the
third way is basically um because I go
and study. Okay. So if you Oh, for
because I'm super into this 3D, right?
For those who are interested, you look
for 3D image um eye recovery method on
the on the website and then it will have
a ton of these images for you to go and
practice every day. Okay? Then you feel
the eye muscle very relief. Okay. So,
[snorts]
okay. Let's go on to the third the third
one now. The third one because I've got
maybe well we have time. Okay. 1 hour
only. Okay. Okay. So, if you Yeah. So if
you have time you can you can see the
loop now congratulations. Yes the
infinity loop is right in the center.
Right in the center if you can see the
infinity loop is right in the center and
it will pop out is a infinity. So for if
you can see the infinity loop right use
yes correct into blank space. It's a
parallel method. Use the parallel
method. You look behind it and then you
try to follow use train your eyes to
follow the infinity loop. That's how you
move your eye muscles. You can you can
see it. You should see it like it should
it should be in the medola because I I
can see also right train your eyes to
move in c in the in the motion and train
your eye muscle to move like that and
then also move your phone back and
forth. So your your eye muscle can
actually be trained as well because your
the most of the time the eye muscle is
so stiff then you have some problem with
eye muscle.
Yeah. So train. Yeah.
No no no moving illusion. Is it just 3D
image? It's just a 3D image. If you see
it, you you'll see it. It's right in the
center. It's right in the center. And
then so there I cannot take screenshot
because it's a it's it's like it will
come out. There's no way I there's no
way to take a screenshot. I don't know
how to take a screenshot for a 3D image.
Yeah. But it's in the center. It's in
the center. Okay. So [laughter] yeah,
every you can you can Google the 3D
image uh eye recovery method that helps
the nearest. It's from Japan. It's from
Japan. The book is called this one. If
you want to write down the name, it's
called
Right. It will you can look for this
book. I found it in the library.
Right. So, uh yeah. So, you'll see
you'll see it. You'll see it. Okay. So,
the third way is to actually use the uh
the pressure points. Now, there's
basically roughly there's actually a lot
of pressure points um around the eyes.
So um if you what you want to do is you
want to do it in this way. You want to
do it in this way starting from the the
center.
Oh yeah yeah yeah. Because ah Terry
because now you understand because it
forces you to focus on the back right.
So it does it helps you helps you relax
the eyes. Yeah. Yep. So I was I did I
didn't believe it at that time. I didn't
understand why but now I understand.
Right. So now if you do the pressure
point right the pressure point you start
from one two and three. So you can see
it's starting from the inside the inside
closer one to your nose and then just
move it in this motion. Move it in this
motion and then also on the top of your
eye move it in this motion as well. Move
it in this motion as well. Okay. So it
means that when you ever want to go to
sleep right or when you wake up or go to
sleep.
Uh no no this one is just pressure
points. Use the use the like do do use
use the uh the bone. Use your finger.
Use the finger and then just just press
it. Just press like just do it like a in
a in um just from the from the center of
your nose and go to the outside. Right.
And then from the top the top and go to
the outside as well. Right. So you'll do
two uh you there's six pressure points.
Six pressure points. So just do that. um
you know do it for like you know five
minutes every single day before you go
to sleep. And and then the funny thing I
actually when I was in elementary school
I my uh my eye vision was like it was
getting worse at that time it was like
0.8 eight. But then I wanted I looked at
all my classmates and I feel some
classmates because a stereoggram okay
stereoggram my classmates actually they
they have really good eyesight was 1.5
right. So then I actually trained my
eyes uh I want to have a good eye check
and I want to have good score. So I
actually trained my eyes to um become
better. So it it and it did become
better. Um it did become better. Uh in
elementary school, I still remember like
I was doing the eye massage thing and
then I was going more outdoors. I was I
wasn't looking at um I was being
intentionally I was doing intentionally
like not looking at the computer for too
long and not looking uh not reading uh
studying for too long. So then it
actually worked. Yeah, it actually
worked.
I exercise. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Correct.
Correct. Correct. So I exercise. So So
there are three easy ways to do this,
right? So number one is you focus on
something then and then you you walk
backwards, right? So it kind of forces
your eye muscle to relax. And then this
one is that this is the this is the more
interesting one. You get to train your
eyes, relax your eyes and then you'll
see a 3D image pop out and then you when
you zone out, you space out. Then you
totally relax your eye muscles. You 100%
relax all your eye muscles and then
you'll see the image come out and then
you use the image to train your eyes
back and forth, back and forth. Right?
There's a like the super big rows in the
center, right? And then the the third
one is you can use the pressure points.
Can use the pressure points. Okay. Now
the last Okay, this is the fourth
method. Let me just correct that. The
fourth method.
The fourth method is LASIC. Okay. So,
how many of you have done LASIK before
or thinking of doing LASIC? Type L if
you have thought about doing LASIK and
then you or actually have done Lasic. uh
type L in the chat. Oh, June. Okay,
you've thought about it and or either
you have done it or you thought about
it. Okay, so
what LASIK does, right? What LASIC does
is now we understand the the the physics
and the biology behind nearsight vision.
Okay. So now what we want to actually do
is just see how the laser works. Okay.
So now you have this thing called the
the cornea right here. This is the front
part is okay. It will basically protect
your eyes. Okay. It will basically
protect your eyes from dust and then all
the germs everything right. So what
lasic does is that it's called a a laser
reshaping. Okay. So remember remember
in a near side vision this one the the
lens is too fat. Okay. It's too fat. So
you have to if you want to if you want a
the vision to go correctly on your
retina, it needs to be slimmer. Okay, it
needs to be slimmer and wider. Okay, but
you can see that what the LASIC does is
that it cuts open a little bit.
It cuts our lens into the can can and I
start wearing spec after lens and lens
correction can. Okay, correct. Correct.
Right. So the lasic what it does is that
it cuts out a little bit of the flap.
This is lasif on the on the cornea right
here and then it actually rem it doesn't
it doesn't uh it does not reshape your
uh your uh what's it called the lens eye
the lens is too valuable cannot go and
reshape the lens. Once the lens is
damaged then you're blind. Okay. So the
what happens that it's a storma tissue
removal. So this part okay this part of
the tissue is basically just some water.
Okay, there's a lot of water. So, what
it does is that it remove this part of
the of the of the cornea and then which
is the water layer. It makes it a lot
thinner. It makes it a lot thinner. So,
when the right remember uh it's like the
lens when the thing is right the whole
thing is too chubby. It cuts a little
bit of this part off. So, when so when
the light travels through it, it lands
on your retina correctly at the top. If
you don't cut it, if you don't make it
too slimmer, then the focus point will
be like right here. Right? So, so that's
why that's how the lasic work. And then
you will notice that after you have done
lasic, then your eyes will become
naturally even drier. Right? If you have
experienced that, type me in the chat.
If you have done lasic or you have heard
people say that once you have done
lasic, your eyes naturally become more
easily dried up. Dried up. Okay? is
because the the the water layer right
here is missing a little bit, right? So,
that's missing the water layer. And then
there's a there's a flap right here. So,
there's missing some injury right there.
So, then it it the um you you wouldn't
get enough as much water as as a normal
eye, right? You wouldn't get as much
water as a normal eye. Um and then this
is cut out. And this one I checked it
doesn't regenerate. Okay? The stomal
stomal tissue does not regenerate. Okay?
Does not regenerate. So because you do
not want it to regenerate. If it does
regenerate then your eye vision becomes
blurry again. So this tissue will not
regenerate. So that's why your eye
vision is clear but then you lose out on
the water. Right? You have really really
dry eyes. Okay? That's how the that's
how the lasic works. Okay? So basically
this this is the cornea and then what it
cuts it cuts this layer the water layer.
So it cuts a little bit of that layer
off because that's where the water is.
That's where the water is. Okay. So
yeah. So stom right here is where it
cuts the thickest layer approximately of
the cornea. It's all the collagen
provides transparency shape and
strength. Yep. And then limited
reconstruction.
You can see remove lasic tissues does
not go back to the original structure.
So that's why the lasic can last for a
very long time but then in in the
exchange is that you will have very very
dry eyes probably for the rest of your
life. Okay. So that's why I kind of
still do not want to do LASIC, right? I
don't want to I don't want to have that
issue up. Okay. So that's how the lasic
works. That's how lasic works. Okay. So
dry eyes. Okay. So now we talked about
dry eyes. Let's talk about dry eyes.
Okay. So how many of you uh always feel
you have dry eyes? Type D for dry eyes
and chat. Like if you work for too long,
look at computer for too long. Uh look
even for TV for too long. Uh you still
have dry eyes. Okay. I also have this
issue before. Ah correct. Keep blinking
will help keep me. Okay. Let me explain
the the logic. Okay. is because when
your eyes are looking at the computer
screen, you stop blinking. Okay? You
stop blinking. When you stop blinking,
the water in your the water in your eye
starts to evaporate out. Okay? And then
the muscle is oh man. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. So dry. I cannot work on that.
Correct. Correct. So it's because the
water is like so it's so it's dry up so
quickly. And then because you stop
blinking, you're looking at the screen,
you're straining the eye muscle. And
then when you're straining when you're
straining the eye muscle right the the
organ that that part become the the heat
becomes up. So it's like if the if your
eyes are so sore or starts to swell then
it because temperature is going up and
then your eyes like you know the
temperature the the water gets evapor
evap evaporated. So that's why blinking
helps. It helps in a way to bring the
fluid from the top and the bottom back
into the middle. So it rebalances the
fluid. it helps. But what you actually
want to do is you want to make sure that
the the water uh in your eyes actually
come out even more and just like because
the water layer has just become thinner.
You want to make sure that you have a
lot of water going into your eyes so you
don't have a blurry vision. And the
problem with dry eyes, right, you
actually feel I actually feel the same
thing is you start to feel uh you feel
very very sore as if it's on fire and
then you have a gritty feeling. You feel
like sand in your eyes because the water
is not enough and then you have eye
surface feel irritated um because it's
so it's so it's so dry that it's like
you feel like sand and then you know
light sensitivity and the most important
one is the blurry vision is because that
uh your eyes is doesn't have enough
water. um it's not clear enough and then
becomes like very very dry sand. Imagine
you was trying to look through imagine
the the eyes like desert sand and the
light is trying to pass through that
sand. So it becomes uh you you can see
that at the bottom here what happen is
that if you have enough water you have a
smooth tear film layer right the water
can go through no problem but if the
eyes are so dry or broken whatever then
you can see this is basically sand and
then it the the thing is whole scattered
and then it has blur vision glare and
hollow and then low contrast right so
eye dry eye symptoms that's what's
causing it okay so now how do you fix
this right it's it's It's not like the
lens fix. Okay, you can you easy easy
fix. Go and take a rest, right? Go and
take a rest. Close your eyes, take a
nap, close, you know, go drink some
water. I don't know, maybe water won't
help. Um, go and take a rest and stop
looking at a screen. Go to sleep.
Massage your eyes. That's a normal thing
you can do, right? But there is no uh
there's no actual thing like uh the the
training, the physical fix for it.
Unfortunately, there's no physical fix
for that. like we can do you know uh the
uh the 3D uh image training right so
this is by the way this is the tear film
right so that's the cornea and that's
the tear film right so means that this
part is super super dry okay so what
happens I'll just skip this part okay so
what happens is that uh you actually
need like you know uh you need uh what's
the berries called there was a berry
that Chloe showed you guys there's a
berry that actually helps like kind of
berry that actually helps you with the
dry eyes okay Then um okay is everyone
clear on the the reason for the dry eye
the reason for the dry eye and then why
blinking your eye actually helps because
you're kind of rebalancing the fluid but
it does not help you produce more fluid.
Okay, everyone clear on the dries? if
you're clear type C for the reason and
there's no like actual fix yet but by
resting your eye and then keeping
yourself hydrated and and eating like uh
food with you know high uh you know high
water inside then it potentially helps
the eye right okay so now let's talk
about one of the most important thing is
age related macular degeneration okay so
macular degeneration let me explain this
macular degeneration is that the macula
right here is is one of the most
important part on your retina. Okay, so
the macula right here is basically a
yellow part of the eye. It helps you
block the blue ray. Okay, it helps you
block dangerous blue ray harming the
retina. Okay. So, if your macula is
damaged or it's like getting getting old
and your macula is being damaged or some
having some cancer, whatever cell issue
on the macula, then what you'll see is
that you'll see a very very blur vision.
Okay? You'll see a very blur vision. So,
you can see that the macula is inside
the retina right here. If the if the
macula is damaged, there's something
wrong. You will be not you will not be
able to see the person's place clearly.
It's a central vision focus. Okay? It's
a central vision focus. It helps you
focus, right? When you look at a a
screen, it helps you focus at the center
point. If the macula is damaged, then
especially when you get older, the the
because you look when you look at so
much blue ray, blue light. So the so the
the macula is working so hard to block
the blue ray to damage the retina to
prevent damage from eyes. So the macula
actually become damaged. then the blue
way will definitely just go harm your
eye directly and then the mac will cause
all this blurry vision. Okay. So if you
look at if you look at this um if you
look at uh why why when you people say
nightlight right why is it why is it uh
look I'll show you guys so why is this
why is this called night life because
[snorts]
uh blue the blue light is can be blocked
by a yellow kind of kind ofish filter
right if you go to the dentist right
they try to whenever you go to the
dentist you will see you're trying to
get your cavity your teeth fixed. They
put on the Blu-ray gun to help it
strengthen the teeth and then they give
you a a brown uh uh uh piece of plastic
to help you block the blue ray. So the
the yellow the yellow light or the
yellow plastic can help you block the
the blue the blue ray. So that's why the
macula here in in in Chinese called it
helps you block the blue the blue ray
and um that prevent you from damaging
your vision. Okay, so that's how the mag
works and unfortunately there is no um
way of preventing it having a cure
besides not using the screen besides not
using your phone too much. Right? So
there's no other way to do it. There's
no like actual physical fix that I
showed you about the near sight vision
because that's more of the muscles,
right? That's so that can be trained
then this one uh there's no way but to
uh you know eat more healthier, sleep
more, right? Okay. So how do you improve
and cure cure them? There is there's no
physical cure besides reducing phone
usage computer use right now there is a
few food cure for example oh this is
what CL mentioned right so for the cure
fluid if you have really really dry eyes
the maki berries will actually help you
uh um uh actually get more water into
your eyes okay will help you get more
water into your eyes and then for this
one it actually help you with the macula
this is lutein and dexen okay it will
help you uh with the with it's it
doesn't it doesn't if your macula is
damaged, there's no way to to fix it.
But it's like giving protein to your
muscles if you have the if you have the
the ingredients, it helps you strengthen
the macula in your eyes and it's like
giving your uh giving your like when you
go to the gym, right? Why people eat um
high protein powder after they go to the
gym is because that um they train their
muscles, the muscles get broken down,
right? Strain the muscle during the gym
training and then right after that they
eat the high protein uh uh fiber and you
know the powder to actually help them
rebuild the muscle uh faster. If they
don't eat that right, the muscle is
going to be damaged for a long time.
Just like you using your eyes for a long
time, you're not repairing the muscles
of their eyes. then it will be like more
damaged right so that's why the you can
see the gym people they eat a lot of
these powder right okay then you have uh
ingredients like vitamin A basically it
supports the retina eye surface so we
all know that vitamin is important
getting carrots and and beef and then
you have taring right here scallop that
basically supports the retina so if you
like scallops your retina should be okay
but your if your retina is healthy then
it just makes sure you have a clear
vision but it does not help you fix the
near side vision right nearsight vision
is fixed by the muscle and the lens. Now
for the uh for the dry eyes you need the
maki berries and then for the macula you
need the lutein. All right. So that's
how the uh that's how the whole thing I
mean how how the whole eye health kind
of carrot uh works. Okay. All right. So
yeah. So you can see right here is that
basically um just an illustration the
maki berries helps you helps you relieve
dry um supports natural tear production.
Right. You got want to get more water
into your eyes. You do not want to just
like just balance it out. The macula
right here supports uh the the macular
pigment right here. It's basically it's
it's like it's it's like protein to the
muscles, right? You want to make sure
it's healthy when you get older older
older. Um that's why a lot of people
have this issue with the macula. And the
vitamin C vitamin A just helps you with
the general uh eyes right here. And the
tarine it helps you with the with the
retina. Okay. Oh, wait guys. Any any
questions so far? Any questions?
Any questions so far? If you're good,
type G. If you understand so far, type G
in chat.
If they understand all the all the
physes, all the biology and all the all
the stuff. Okay. Okay. Cool. Cool. Cool.
Okay. So,
Okay. So, we actually have
Oh, yeah. So basically basically what
happens is that um when you eat the
so-called the blue the the maki berries
the blueberries I call them the
blueberries the maki berries it
basically it will help you have a
smoother tear film right here so your
eyes will become a lot clearer um it
will be an instant relief for dry eyes
for dry eyes right and then same thing
for the uh the macula right here you eat
like corn and vegetables which is very
good and then goes to your eyes it helps
you be I mean it helps you increase the
pigeon density and this is what you want
you have when you have higher density it
means you can block the the blue ray
from coming your eyes. Okay, if you
don't have this anymore the blue rays
will go and damage your eye because blue
ray is high a strong wavelength uh you
know radio wave that's going to harm
your eyes. Okay. So yeah. So now let's
do a very quick summary is that we know
that number one is that um if you want
to have clear uh near side vision you
need to have a you need to train your
muscles to have a very um the lens
should be uh slimmer and longer. If you
right so then it goes back to the focus
point at the back of your eye right
here. Now if your if your lens is too
short then the focus point will be in
front of the eyes right here. Right? in
front of the eyes right here. It won't
be on your red. Now, now if you if you
have far side vision, it means that the
focus point is at the back of your eye.
So, you actually need to train your lens
to become shorter. Then it refocuses
back on your retina. Right? So, that's
near side and far side vision. And then
we learn about um uh the dry eyes. How
do you prevent dry eyes? What symptoms
will it cause? What should you eat?
Vegetables, beef, scallop, and then maki
berries. Right? And then for the macula
right here is is why it's called age the
the official age related macular
degeneration is basically because when
people get older um the that that part
doesn't have enough nutrient nutrition
so that's why it gets more damaged and
you were using a computer for so long
that's why the eyes actually uh become
even weaker to to prone to blue ray
damage so that's why the macula is super
important. Okay. So, we have one special
any questions so far? Any questions so
far? We have one special guest coming
up. No, no questions. Right.
Okay. So, uh Dr. Paul, are you here
already?
Dr. Paul,
>> let me just see whether
Yeah, I think so. Uh Dr. Paul is here.
I can spotlight him.
>> So guys, remember this is a real doctor
from Taiwan. A real doctor from Taiwan.
And because actually I actually uh I I
know him through a family friend now. So
actually when I had the eye problem, I
said, "Hey, you know, tell me more about
eye problem." And then he's actually a
very very famous doctor in Taiwan and
then from Harvard as well. He's actually
been on TV as well to share his
knowledge. And uh so so guys so everyone
type CCC for Dr. Paul. Dr. Paul.
>> Hi. Thank you Dr. Paul for coming.
>> Yes. Uh thank you for invitation.
>> We are super excited. I can see like the
the class are like all clapping for you
because they it's very rare that we are
able to have uh Harvard professor coming
here to come and share with us more
about the eye health. So guys this is
the best time for you to also ask
questions. you have any questions
regarding like what are the things that
can share uh feel free to ask so that
Dr. Paul he can really give you the the
the research that he has uh and the
insights that he has from his uh own uh
uh study as well. So maybe the first
question I ask for Dr. Paul is like
>> uh for me I do have dry eye issues and
I've been uh for example I've been
taking uh the supplement uh uh in
Chinese we call this feming right for
almost like two months and uh I
personally feel that there is indeed
some improvement in terms of the the
dryness is actually getting better. Um
so like like in this case right like um
because I only take it once a day. So
why is it that uh do you think that if I
stop taking would I would I have uh
would I have the issue again or is it
recommended for me to also continuously
take it?
>> Okay. uh the bas basic concept or uh the
supplement from uh monkey berry is that
can uh make more production or you can
produce more tear from your lacrimal
gland. Okay. So
if in a young young age or in the
healthy eye without any uh dry eye
problem maybe you have 100 uh cells and
each cell can produce one unit. So you
have 100 the score is 100 right? Then
when you're getting old or you have some
uh trauma or you have some uh disease
then you become dry eye your uh lacrimo
grain become a little atrophy that means
the cells become less. Okay. So each
cell may be produced less than one unit.
we say we have only 80% left and now
each one have only uh 0.9 unit
production. Okay. So your tier film or
your tier the volume of your tier will
become uh about 72%
of normal. Right? by the mercy can uh
increase the production of your tears
but cannot uh let the uh sales
uh regenerate. Okay. So you still have
only uh 80% only 80 sales but right now
maybe not
uh unit production maybe you have 0.95
or maybe more than that. So maybe uh
recover to almost 100. Okay. So at this
time you have 80% production of your uh
tiers. So if you can add some tear
frame, add some artificial tier and then
get some mqui then your uh dry symptom
will become a lot of improved.
That's why we have to because some
somebody don't want to take uh
artificial tear too many times a day
that will bother the uh daily life daily
activity. So you need some supplement.
>> When you say artificial tear right is it
like because for me I have my it where's
my eye drops or basically I have like
those like uh
>> any kinds of artificial tear should with
uh preservative free no preservative.
Yeah. And the preservative free. Yes.
>> Yeah.
>> Okay.
>> And then uh if you have some artificial
tier uh preservative free and then add
some uh like haronic acid then your
lumicant more about your chronia
service. Okay. And then you take some
monkey berry then your production of
your tear a lot a lot more than normal
then your dry symptom will uh maybe not
abolished but will improve a lot and
then if you still bother you you can use
pronto plug. Okay. Uh both eye uh the in
the middle one in the uh upper one in
the lower. So you have actually everyone
have four outlet of your tier. So your
>> your tier produced from your lacrimal
gain here to your uh eyes and then to
the nose. Okay. So you can block the
outlet then you can use more water like
a reservoir. Okay. So you can preserve
preserve more water for use. M
>> so they have uh about three time three
kinds of uh uh treatment to improve your
dry eye.
>> Okay. So like does it is it better to
take uh the macar in the morning or does
it matter uh it's preferred to be at
night? because it uh
either time is fine but usually we don't
have uh the pure uh
uh makberry is come within and zen thing
right so it's uh uh oily vitamins okay
so it should go with some meal so
>> take after a meal is a better way to
absorption by your guts Yes.
>> And some uh like Nick also have a
question like why floaters appear
>> and what is the best way to remove it?
>> Uh the best way is do the treatment.
Okay. Is do the surgery but it's it's a
little uh dangerous and it's is it too
aggressive. So uh actually Luton can
Luton is a very uh potent uh antioxidant
for me. I have some filters uh in my
left eye, my right eye is fine. So I
take about one about one month and every
every day I take the dutent about three
uh 30 30 milligrams a day. Okay, that
means you can take uh if your peel is 10
migram then you can take three times. So
you can take uh just after three meals.
Okay, about half hour after the meal
then it's better to absorb
M
>> and avoid to uh uh pounding on your eyes
or to like uh running too fast and stop
and then uh avoid uh collision that will
improve uh the filter.
>> Okay, awesome. Uh Ken, you have
questions that you want to ask?
>> Yeah. Yeah. Al so guys, so uh so
everyone so because we have a what
really Harvard professor from a real eye
doctor. So if you have any questions uh
uh please do type them down. It's a very
very special opportunity. You will
probably never we will probably never do
this again. So regarding uh your
eyesight, your kids eyesight, what is
the problem when you get older? What's
problem your eyes? Near sight, faright,
I know like people say like uh faright
vision is might be different than than
Laa is like when you get old there's
something wrong with your eye, right? So
do please do take this chance to type
down our questions otherwise uh we will
uh basically we'll have this this this
webinar is only one time now only one
time and um if you can even ask like
what are the we know maki bears is good
and we know uh we know lutin is also
good as well right so we can also ask
like what type of food um how do you
train your eyes how do you recover your
eyes is there even a way to recover your
eyes and um yeah so just Yeah.
>> Okay. So,
>> is there a lens there that can cover by
doing the eye exercise? Can I cure short
uh shortsighted and uh stop what
>> long sightness and short sightness all
at once?
>> Okay. I uh the principle I think can
maybe uh explain uh most of the
nearsighted and farsighted. Okay. When
your eye length that your eye grow is
too long. Okay. I show you.
Okay. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Same.
If your eye
the perfect eye is like a basketball.
It's a round shape. Okay. But your eye
is become uh uh like like a oval shape.
It's a longer than normal. That mean
you're myopia nearsided. But your eyes
like this is uh frapp then is shorter.
That means you are uh frontsided.
Your axial lens cannot uh change when
you grow up. When you be uh older than
18 or maybe 20 years old, the lens is uh
fixed already. Okay? But the lens but
the lens can still have some elastity.
So it can become fat and it become a
little flat. Okay? When it become fatter
that means you got nearsighted you can
see near things and uh it's it's uh not
uh the focus is is not on the retina is
is uh just a little far near uh from the
retina. Okay. So you cannot see far very
good. So if you want do something
then the lens become not so fat become
slender then you have to relax your
silary muscle okay so you can see far or
just close your eyes okay and uh do not
use your iPhone uh too long for the kids
long term or long time and uh near work
is the most the majority or the most
reason for myopia. Okay. So, when you
have kids or you your your maybe your
friends or your family when when uh they
have kids
uh don't let the kids uh do the new work
uh too long. Okay. What is the new work?
Reading iPhone, iPad, uh even the
drawing is a new work. Okay. So, stop
the new work. So I uh recommend uh about
50 or 55 minutes and then let your eye
closed for 5 minutes or maybe 10 minutes
or just go around see far away object.
Okay. So relax your city body and then
the farsided
or uh presbiop different concept your
eye your axial lens too short that means
you have farsighted but when you're
getting older more than 40 or more than
35 right now because we use iPhone too
too uh too much then uh the pres bio
will become earlier like 35 36 but
actually in the old days is is uh later
than uh 40 or 45 then you will become uh
presbiop. So your a lens didn't change.
You have myopia, you have uh you have uh
uh
nearsided or froit that means near uh
nearsighted that means myopia and then
are farsighted that means it's a uh
hyperapia. Okay your axial lens didn't
change but when you're getting older the
lens become a little stiff. Okay, that
means elac uh elacity become loose. It's
like uh it's not stone uh like uh stone
heart yet, but it become a little rigid.
Okay. And your ser body can
stretch your lens. They become fatigue.
So you cannot adjust your eyes. We call
accommodation. You cannot accommodate
far and near. So it's hard to uh wear
glasses. And when you see far objects is
very clear then you want to read it's
hard. Okay. So you have to do the uh
progressive or multif focal lens or you
have to remove your your glasses. So for
sight it and uh uh pio is different
concept. Okay.
>> Oh Dr. before I think so I think there's
a few people asking about the maki berry
and also the degeneration the
cora
improve the cornea guta gouta
>> coria gutata
>> uh I I don't think that it's different
ka gutata that means your your uh
endothelium become atrophy okay
endothelium cannot regenerate so
conutata sometimes not only getting old.
Sometimes it's a it's some kind of
disease and inherited from your parents
or some somehow uh you just get a
disease. Okay. So if you got too many
gutata sometimes you need to uh
transplant your corona endothelium. You
don't transplant the full thickness of
cornea because your endothelium
endothelium is the inner layer of your
cornea. The outest layer is uh is we
have five layers. Okay. So the most uh
this epithelium is uh uh in the front
and then the the thick to the bottom of
your chronia
is endothelium the endothelium here. So
epithelium
the front and then endothelium
is on the back. Okay. So batan means
there are so many like cavity. uh so the
endothelium become less so there are so
many uh dark cavity and your vision will
become less and then your coronia become
edema and then you will get uh poor
vision so marquee cannot improve the
gutata a lot it just increase more tar
to resurface your uh your your
epithelium okay but endothelium I don't
think it and make you uh regenerate. If
you got too many gutata, sometimes you
need to repress the endothelium.
Okay.
Okay. So,
>> question.
>> Yeah. Let me maybe help you read out. Uh
so,
uh let's see. Okay. By doing Okay. Uh,
eye blurry vision at least about 10
minutes. Okay. Uh, Reno is asking, "Dr.
Paul, what is the likely cause of eye
blur vision temporarily at least for
about 10 minutes time since childhood
now age 55?
>> Is it because of the dry eyes?" No.
>> Uh, two problems dry and presbiop
presopia that means you fatigue your
your cell body become fatigue. And if
you have a dry eye then it's getting
worse. So it's really to improve your
dry eye. It's the easiest way because
you cannot uh getting younger anymore,
right? So your age cannot come going
back to 25 or 15 but you can improve the
uh the water on the surface of your
cornea. So improve your dry eye. You can
get a little bit uh for uh less fatigue.
So uh you can uh improve your vision
uh that not not only change the vision
very fast but you can see more clearly.
>> Okay. Okay. EC is asking uh what can we
do to reduce macular degeneration as we
grow older.
>> Okay.
>> Uh yeah.
>> Okay. The the fest way is uh getting
younger, right? It's not possible. Okay.
In Taiwan, we say or needing, okay,
become younger or stop your age right
now. So, macarotic generation sometimes
uh not from age, it's from highop. Okay.
So, when you're young or when you you
have kids, don't let your kids uh
getting uh the highop. Okay. Highopia
the definition of highopia is minus 6
diapter. Okay. by don't get them getting
too much of the uh the myopia and then
when you uh getting the early macro
degeneration dutton can help okay but if
not uh very initial stage sometimes you
have to uh if you have got some uh bad
vessels we call near vascularization
the new vessel is not a good vessel okay
the new vessel sometimes get leak
sometimes get uh bleeding so we call
hemorrhage at that time you need to do
the injection of anti-vegf
that's some kinds of monocolone
antibbody to cure uh the macular
degeneration or some uh macular uh edema
okay to just uh like like cut cut off
the the back vessel okay the vessel So
the uh the back vessel become uh very
loose on the wall. So the uh inside
contains the water and the RBC the red
uh the red blood cells and the palate
will come out and become hemoro become
bleeding then you cannot see clearly
sometime you become blind. Okay. So at
that time you have to do the injection
of antiGF but before that Newton can do
some help.
>> Okay. So somebody will say okay I I got
some uh macular
uh condition and I also have some uh dry
eye right so they mean they combine
these two usually uh we don't have a
pure luton
uh component in the market so they
always do the combo combination okay so
uh famine is a luton the zensing they
always go together and some mqui. So
they can produce more tear uh to uh help
you uh from severe dry eye and a luton
can help you to uh retire the macular
degeneration. Yeah.
>> Okay. Maybe uh Dr. Lou I think there's a
lot of maybe you pick maybe one or two
questions that you think is the most
maybe the most severe one. Maybe the
most severe one. There's a lot of
questions. Different questions. Very
different questions.
>> Yeah, I don't think we have time for
every single one, but I think we can
pick the one that most people have. Most
people have. Okay. Exercise.
Okay. We have a bonus sharing at the end
only for this session. So stay still to
the end. If you have the dry eye issue,
we have a very bonus for you guys at the
very very end.
Okay. So I see okay
maybe I'll do another one. Uh many Nick
is asking many people have saggy eye
bags which means which makes them look
older other than surgery to face lift.
What are the ways to massage reduce eye
bag? Okay. saggy eye bag
or like
eye.
>> Oh.
>> Yeah. So, it's actually it's very hard
uh because here it's the the uh
the appearance of your rockum eye,
right? So the epithelium
[clears throat] the vessels uh
underneath become dark. So you you can
see your eye like a like a raccoon,
right? So it's hard to uh to
delivery so many oxygen to your vessels.
So the best way the best way is sleep
good. Okay, get enough sleep. The other
way is uh reduce the uh
allergy. Okay. So you can see somebody
have more often uh rockum eye sometimes
they have uh autotopic uh condition on
the on the skin. Okay. So you have to
sleep [clears throat] well and uh uh
do some exercise and then uh to reduce
your your your allergy symptom not only
on the eye the other uh other part of
your body body. Okay. But rama is not so
easy to uh uh cure. for girls maybe for
for men al it's also helpful just put
some powder okay
cosmetics okay to to cover some some put
more bright uh how to say that some
powder a little bright color to cover
the the dark uh darkness skin yeah
>> okay okay uh we'll do the last question
uh let Let me see.
Uh Dr. Lou, maybe you pick one maybe you
pick one question that you think uh to
answer
can
[clears throat]
uh the fters
I say that's okay. uh I back uh the best
way is do uh surgery to cut off uh the
excessive um skin because we call is uh
lipid herniation. So when you when your
eyes like a mine a little a little big,
right? So the the the lipid come from uh
uh the inside. So you your your muscle
become uh loosen and the uh the fat
coming out. So you have a eye bag. So
you can do some like uh M22 is is kinds
of uh it's not laser is a kinds of uh uh
uh heat like heat massage is heat uh
pass okay we call it's IP then can
reduce uh the Iback a little bit because
it will getting your your muscle uh uh
strength and become uh tighter there and
your collagen will regenerate regenerate
a little bit. Okay. But the uh fast way
and the uh most effective way is do the
surgery. Cut the muscle and then remove
the fat and then you will become fat.
Okay. But if you don't want to do the
surgery, you can you can do some um uh
just just or the other way is do the
Botox to reduce some wrinkles uh around
your your your eye eye uh is it's
lateral side of your eye. Okay. And when
your wrinkle uh become less then your
your muscle will become a little strain
uh to pull your skin to the uh back side
or to the lateral side then your eye bag
will become a little small. Yeah.
>> Okay. Okay. Okay guys. Well we have I
think we have a lot of questions coming
in. Okay guys. So because of the time
right? So uh don't worry about the
questions. the question maybe I will the
question maybe I'll record it down I'll
try to get back to you guys uh until the
I think there a lot of big questions
coming from Martin and uh there's some
surgery questions okay but because we
have a little bit of time constraint so
guys I will record down the question SN
and then I will uh I'll get back to you
guys on the the big questions okay so
okay so guys because the of the time
right now how many of you because we
already for for just for tonight's
session Maybe we'll have more in the
future. Just maybe and we'll see how it
goes. So, how many of you have the dry
eye issue and want to fix the dry issue
and type me in the chat. Dry eye. If you
have the dry eye issue and you really
desperately want to have a fix, type me
in the chat. Tell me in the chat the dry
eye and the the red n the so-called the
the macula issue and also the nearsight
issue
because Okay. Okay. So, we have only
Okay. We have a few people. Okay. Dry
eyes. Okay. So
because we Okay. So is it okay if I
share with you guys the the bonus
session uh for tonight from from this is
it's actually a very special uh
so-called a bonus from Dr. Lula. Okay.
Type me in the chat. Okay. So let me
share with you guys because the thing
Chloe and I we we tested it and it
works. Okay. It works. So that's why we
are sharing you guys with all the good
stuff. Anything that does not work we
will not share. Okay. So maybe Dr. Can
you talk more about the so-called the
the product that you are known for or
the so-called the the dry eye and then
how what are the symptoms of the dry
eye? How to fix the dry eye and what
will be the changes? What will be the
like how will they feel afterwards?
Okay. So the first things get some
artificial tier just install artificial
tier preservative free. Okay. Don't do
too many burden on your eyes. The other
things uh
get some uh makur berry. Okay. And the
easy thing is just take some pills from
famine because they concentrated. Okay.
And this is from Canada. Uh some doctor
in Japan they do uh in in Asia the first
one do the uh gent clinical trial is in
Japan. Okay. And some uh of the mologist
or eye doctor professor in Japan still
have dry eye uh symptom or uh symptoms
uh uh one of them is my good friend's my
teacher's good friend in at Harvard okay
he told me it works okay so my
recommendation is you take uh three
pills a day from the beginning and about
uh one season that means 3 months later
if if you got improved and just take two
okay a day and uh that means uh two
meals after two meals and uh about half
years or 9 months after you got
everything is fine and then just one
pierce a day okay 10 milligrams a day
that's for maintenance this are my
suggestion for dry
Okay. Okay. All right.
>> Yep.
>> Okay. So, I think for the the big
questions, right, I think for uh Martin
and and SN, I will I will basically I
will I'll record your question down and
I'll get back to you. I'll ask Dr. Lou
later because of the time. Okay. Okay.
EC, can you share the website for us to
look it up? Okay. So, any questions
about the Maki Berry? Anyone? Okay. So
any question about the dry eyes any any
symptoms? Okay. So we actually don't
don't order through the official
website. Okay. Because it's a special
this one is a special collaboration that
we actually uh because Dr. Leu is a
family friend now. He actually family
friend. He has own clinic in Taiwan and
he's very famous in in in the in the eye
space. Okay. So guys so Okay. So if you
Okay. So if you want to know more about
the bonus, type me in the chat. You want
to know more about the bonus? Type me in
the chat. So call about the is purely
for the dry eye and the mac uh the
macula issue. Type me in the chat. Okay.
Only for bonus only only one time
because I'm going to Singapore already.
Only one time. Okay. Money aside. Money
aside. Okay. Type me in the chat if
you're interested to know more about it
from the market. Okay. So we have the
special guest from Harvard, right? So
Dr. Lou. [snorts]
Okay. So
>> Okay. Thank you. Yeah.
>> Yeah. So yeah. So basically if you order
from the ah can the ingredients are
ingredients ken hey okay so let me show
you guys so if you want this one is the
don't order from the because of the
special collaboration don't order from
the actually do you know the ingredients
do you know the ingredients of the maki
berry supplement
>> the makuri
uh makberry is some kinds of uh it's not
not a vitamin A. It's just just a very
uh special uh uh ingredients that will
make your uh lacrimog produce more uh
tears. Okay. So it's extract from the
mercury. Okay. But you have some some
longterm
uh longchain uh molecule. Okay.
Okay. Right. So, let me answer the
question is yes. This is basically uh
the ingredients here. Okay. So, you can
see the Maki the Maki Bright one is 50
milligrams and then Lumis. This is also
pretty good. Uh Dr. Dr. This one is
considered quite high, right? Compared
to the compared to
>> Yes. uh uh [snorts] marquee
50 migram is is uh in Taiwan is the most
uh highest uh level uh compared to other
uh product. Yeah, it's very high. Most
of the uh combination of the mu is about
three or about 30 minigram
is very high. Maybe the highest in in
Taiwan. Yeah.
>> Right. People asking Loot Mess 2020 is
Luton.
>> Uh
yes, it's uh it's from from Lutin is uh
another long long chain uh molecule. So
they can absorb uh uh the free radicals.
Free radical is like like a blade or you
can cut the cell. Okay. To kill the
cell. So when what is free radical like
O2 okay it's a molecule but when when
the uh atom become alone actually they
they they go uh like a pair like a
couple they go a pair together but one
left only one atom left there that means
it's a free radical and this is uh very
bad to sales it will kill cells and when
the uh free radical the atom become the
become uh only one one uh alone uh be
absorbed to the long-term chain and then
will not come out so free radical will
disappear and the O2 will become is a
good thing okay so O2 and N2 the
nitrogen okay they will uh another atom
is is electrolyte okay electro
electrolyte and they become single that
that's will do the damage so we will
remove that then they will go together
become a pair then will become a good
thing so O2 is fine and N2 is fine but
O2 uh free radical N2 free radical is
very bad okay so we will absorb the
single electro from uh the the bad thing
and then return to become a good thing
and the long chain chain is very long.
So when when the electro uh absorb into
the the chain will come out that's go go
in there. So they absorb the bath thing.
Okay. Like
okay. So
so it become uh very peaceful. Yeah.
There antioxidant. The uh function of
antioxidant it is to kill free radical
to capture the free radical.
>> Okay. Okay. All right. Uh any other
questions? Any other questions? Okay,
guys. Don't if you have the dry issue
and then you want to take care of the uh
the so-called the hungu, the back of
your eye, right? So, if you want to take
care of that, we uh did a the special
very special bonus. Do not get it from
the website. Okay, how many are
interested? Type me in the chat. If
you're interested, type me in the chat.
We have a very very special uh bonus
only exclusively for tonight. Okay, you
cannot get it in Singapore and you
cannot you will not be able to buy this
in Canada. Okay, even though it is made
in Canada, but you will not be able to
buy it um in Canada. Okay, it can only
be bought in Taiwan. And I'm going back
on uh it's going back on uh September.
I'm going back on September. Okay. So,
this is the SH B. Okay. So, now don't
don't buy from the website because
there's a very very special bonus. Okay.
So, the bonus is like this. Okay. Okay.
So, I normally normally if you take the
60 pills, run. Right. If you take the 60
pills one, um it will be if you take the
60 pill one, it will be roughly uh uh
about 2340 NT. So, roughly translate
that using today's quote. I just checked
the price today. is roughly 994 SGD but
there's no international delivery and
there's also it's basically 1.56 SGD per
pill okay but because we're doing a very
special uh sharing uh with Dr. blue and
then uh we will have a very very special
uh sharing uh session is if you get from
the if you buy two boxes you get a 10
10% discount you get 10% discount.
>> So basically it comes down to $84 per
box
>> and then it's 1.4 per pill $1.4 $4 per
kill. And then the final final crazy
bonus is that if you get three boxes, um
you will get a crazy 20% off. So it's
roughly $75 per box and is only $1.25
per pill. Okay. Per pill. So uh maybe
Dr. Lou can share more about how your
patients like did they take the pill?
How did it work? How did they feel
afterwards and before and afterwards?
Yeah. Uh I have several cases
uh uh like uh two weeks ago, one lady
called uh our clinic and say because she
want to go to Malaysia to uh uh visit
her daughter and her uh granddaughter.
Okay. And uh last time she uh I think
bring just two or three boxes. Okay. uh
for her doctor for her daughter and her
daughter say yes it works. So ask her
mom to bring more. So he want uh one
hour clinic to prepare 2,000 there 24
boxes for her. she want to uh bring to
the uh Malaysia and some uh just from uh
take this from uh Taipei to thoughts of
Taiwan and one doctor he's a family
doctor he didn't tell me in the first
place and uh he called to our clinic and
uh introduce himself and say he took
some boxes and improve a lot. So he want
us to send him uh through the mail uh to
uh J is uh is a the city away from
Taipei. Okay. So every time he finish
his uh F will call again and we will
send him uh 1,000 that's 12 boxes uh to
J and when he finish it will call again.
So even doctor they still feel worse and
some old lady become very dry after uh
menopause.
uh menopause the female hormone is the
most key issue the most key uh component
for the dry eye uh issue when the uh
hormone become too and then your
lacrimal grain will become atrophy very
quick so your dry symptom will come very
quick so we just say uh menopause is the
Uh
it's not a really bad thing but it cause
so many problems for the ladies. Okay.
Uh the fresh and uh the dry eye and uh
the skin. So if you want to improve your
dry eye especially after menopause
uh you should uh take more uh in the
beginning. So three pills a day and then
two pills a day and then for the
maintenance is one pills a day. That
means uh 10 milligram a day. Okay. So it
depends on what status your dry eye is.
Then you can uh uh just go from there.
Okay.
Okay. So okay. Uh so how many pill box
how many per day Ellie? So I think Dr.
said uh you start with three pills and
then uh you decrease and then maintain
as one pill right. So if I
>> three two one and about uh 3 months it's
uh just one season one season and one
season. So usually my patients will
getting uh much better about six months.
So they just uh call me can I can I uh
uh just go back to two pills a day. Yeah
it's fine because that will produce more
tears and you getting better. So not not
only only six months after you you you
only take one pill a day, you can still
take two pills. Sometimes two pills,
sometimes one pills is fine. Uh it's
depends on your condition, on your
symptom and uh uh on the environment.
Okay. Sometimes it's very hot and it's
it's not so so uh humid. the
[clears throat] uh in Singapore I think
is is a little humid but like in Boston
or like in uh LA or uh San Francisco is
very very uh dry. Okay. So in that case
you can take more. Okay.
>> Okay. All right. So guys just a quick
summary quick summary. Uh so the dry eye
symptom is basically
uh basically the so-called the the dry
symptom is caused by the so-called the
cornea. So you have the dry symptom uh
basically the cornea and the macula is
the macula is basically um when you get
older um it it will slowly slowly
because it not got nutrients. So that's
why the macula will degenerate. And then
the cornea right here is when uh when
your eyes are too dry um you'll have
blur vision and then you know the fiery
the sting on your eyes right so the okay
so just the the so-al the the faming
right it will not help you with the near
sight vision the far side vision but it
will definitely help you with the with
the uh the dry eyes and then the macula
uh nutrients right can I say that
>> one more thing one more thing not only
only coria and macula the lens the lens
still needs some antioxidant So you take
the D. Yeah. The length. Yeah. Because
uh one of my colleague is four years
older than me and uh he told me because
I collect the lens from the cataract
surgery patient at that time we remove
the whole lens. So you can see the whole
lens and uh I store them in a uh
transparent uh box. And then he he told
me can I use that material to do his uh
PhD thesis the study. I say yes okay go
go go go. And then when you take some
antioxidant your lens will do less
damage from the UV light. So your uh
cataract
will become uh it says mature will
mature later. that means you will maybe
buy some ears uh
for later surgery on your cataract.
Okay. So it's not only good for your
chronia for your macro, it's still good
for your uh lens. Okay.
>> Okay. Okay. Sounds good. So if you have
the uh the cornea dry ice issue and then
the macula issue and then if you want to
improve and then strengthen your the
lens then this is also good for you
right?
>> Yeah.
>> Okay. Cool. Cool. All right. So guys so
because of the time because uh so
basically what will happen is that for
those who really have you want to help
you relieve the issue. Uh it's basically
the product is uh basically made in
Canada. It has all the you can it's gone
through all the test. Um so you don't
have to worry about that. So basically
it's helped to help you relieve uh eye
dryness, strengthen the lens and
strengthen your uh diacula. So yeah. So
this if this is what you want the the
special offer tonight will be uh will be
this one. So you get 20% off. So okay.
So you get 20 Oops, hold on. So you have
20% off if you get three boxes. Um one
box is 60 60 pills and it's only $1.25
per pill. Um, and then you're probably
not going to get the offer. Um, it is
only produced in Taiwan. There's no one
uh doing it in Singapore and you cannot
buy from Canada. Um, it can only be
bought from uh Taiwan, right? So, I'll
be if anyone wants it, then I'll be
taking uh a few boxes for you guys in
Singapore. Uh there's no extra charge.
There's no international shipping fee.
There's no GST, no tax. So, it's
basically just pure um just pure I mean
just taking for me just taking it over
to Singapore uh for you guys and then
for the uh for the first 10 people you
will also get a beauty product uh throw
in for free. So basically how do I get
my good skin is because if you met me in
person you know I have a baby face and
it's basically because of the food that
I eat is basically um basically well
basically it's a it's a beauty product
I actually don't know what's the what's
the it's a triple concentrated red date
beauty tonic.
It's good for the skin. It's good for
the skin. So I'll throw in a bonus for
you guys uh a negotiated deal with uh
with with the supplier. Right. So if the
first 10 people will get this one for
free if you want good skin and yeah so
the the final uh cost is only 225 SG no
shipping fee no GST and one time only
because we're I'm going to go to
Singapore on September 1st and yeah so
the this is the comparison um if you
want it if you want it if you want to
cure your dry eyes. Oh one question Dr.
So, how after you take the pill, how
long does it take for you to start to
feel something? For me, it's roughly
about 30 minutes. Then I start to feel
something.
>> Uh it depends on how dry you are. Yeah.
>> So, most patient will say uh maybe one
week or two weeks and then someday they
wake up, they don't feel dry anymore.
Okay. So
if you have a like a very uh heavy habit
for a computer then maybe you can feel
uh improve one or two hours later you'll
feel it it's fine then you your eye
become uh easier but the most important
things try to reduce uh using too much
iPhone too much uh computer Yeah.
>> Okay.
>> That's a good habit. Yeah.
>> Yep. Yep. And then the specialty is that
this for this one, right, it is because
I know it's famous in Taiwan is because
of the the ingredient, right? Because
they have the highest uh so-called
because I actually looked looked a lot
of places they have the highest uh the
Maki berry uh
>> Yeah. Yeah.
>> Yeah. Okay. Okay. So guys,
>> 50 the highest. Yeah.
>> Yeah. Yeah. So I think this is what
makes it special. uh when I'm looking
for the product, right? Okay. So guys,
if you want it uh if you want it, then
uh you just need to do a pay now. Okay.
So basically, you just do a pay now um
to my number, right? So it's my that's
my Singapore phone number. And she scan
the code and just write your name and
then how many boxes you want and um
yeah, so if you want it, let me just
tell you again. If you want one box, if
you want to try it out, it's only $94.
Uh but maybe I don't know, maybe you
message me on Telegram. I'll see what I
can do. But if you would definitely
definitely get uh if you want the
maximum maximum value, you want to get
the three boxes, then you get 20% off.
It's a 1.25 per pill and you get a you
get a uh the you know the the beauty
stuff
good for the skin and then valued at 32
SUDD. You get this bonus and it's only
for the first uh five and 10 people who
order. And um yeah, that's it. Any any
other questions? Any other questions?
And then I'll bring I'll bring it to you
in Singapore. I'm going to Singapore in
uh on September 1st. And yeah, so that's
that's it. So um Yep.
>> Uh I just want to add something. Uh but
before that, maybe we thank Dr. Paul for
being here with us for so like answer so
many amazing questions. Can everybody
type thank you? Thank you so much, Dr.
Paul. And uh Ally, you won't get hooked
to the product. it just because it helps
you and that's why a lot of uh the the
patients right for example Dr. pause
patient uh continue to to to to to
consume it because it really helps them,
right? But it depends on you. If you
felt like at the end of the like you try
out for one one box and two box you felt
like hey uh your eyes has already
improved and you don't want anymore.
It's also completely up to you. Yeah. So
there's no side effects. You won't get
hooked. It's not drug. It's a it's a
supplement. Uh just to show you guys uh
in case you guys are wondering what does
it look like. Okay. I'm just going to
spotlight my screen and uh so this is
the Okay, so remember I actually got a
couple.
>> Can children take Yes. Uh if your
children can swallow the pill, that's
the first thing. Okay, but some some
kids can swallow. Don't force them to
swallow. Okay. If they can swallow, yes.
Uh you your kids just uh have the dose
of your your of a dot. So they can come
from two pills a day and maybe 3 months
later they they find much approve then
just one one pill a day that will be
fine. 30 kilogram. Okay. 30 kilogram is
the the line for the kids. That's that
the half uh because for the adult is
about 60 kilogram, right? So 30 is is
above and your kids is too light or is
too too young and cannot swallow. Don't
force that. You say I want I want to
open it [laughter]
put some uh into the meal. I don't think
that's a good thing because it's
absorbed uh in the small intestine not
in the stomach. So some um water contain
Newton or some like uh uh guong like
like uh
uh I don't think like a gel I don't
think that's good for for absolve for
this kinds of uh uh lipid vitamin kinds
of uh supplement. Okay. So, swallow is
the most uh effective way.
>> Yeah. Okay. So, people asking is veget
is it vegetarian friendly?
>> I also
>> No, I I don't think so. I don't think
so. They they they have some uh it's not
a warning say it just say is is not for
for vet. Yeah. Because they uh the
capsule is made from from ma is is a
animal product.
>> Oh okay I see.
>> Yeah. Mohamad is asking can can the
product improve our eyesight? I think
what you mean is like do you mean
nearsight farsight because it helps you
uh it helps with the lens and it helps
with the cornea and also helps the
macula. So when you say eyesight which
part do you mean? How bad is your
eyesight? If your dry eye affecting your
vision that definitely yes when your dry
eye got improved your vision your sight
will become improved but if you it's you
have uh cataract already and it's very
dense I don't think that will do a lot
of help but before you go to cataract
development you take some nutance that
will help okay that will help your
vision help your your sight. Uh one of
my patient is uh 70 years old, a
gentleman and uh the first time he he he
uh tell me doctor you just uh remember
the state I first try uh the Newton and
then when I got a lot of improvement
uh on my vision then I will tell you
then you you tell me how long I take
this his vision from 20 over over about
uh
2040. Okay, that means 0.5 and then less
than 6 months it got a 2020 do nothing
just take the pill and he told me the
endurance for exercise
uh the lasting from 30 minutes to uh uh
90 minutes and then he feel he become a
little younger. Okay, that's the true
story. Okay, so take some antioxidant is
good for for your health. Yes.
>> Does it uh improve blur vision when
seeing far distance and where help to
get rid of the floaters?
>> Yeah, floss will will get much less.
Yeah, my left eye have a photo about uh
eight sometimes you can count is like a
transparent small worm and uh 8 to 12
and I take about only only less than one
month it just gone.
>> Wow.
>> Fantastic. Yeah, it just gone and I I
think how how uh how fast. Okay. So, I
just uh stop again and because I'm a a
squat diver instructor and I have a
lifeguard, so I swim a lot. I like
diving and like jumping. So, uh when I
do the diving or do the jumping, I'll do
some uh like uh collision or like a
hitting the water wave to my eye. So,
that will produce more floaters. Okay.
Then I take more uh dutton
uh improvement. Okay. Then maybe one
week or two weeks later it's gone again.
Okay. So when it come back I will take a
little more and uh reduce to a normal
maintenance level. Yes. So it's it's not
only it's dynamic. You can take more you
can uh take less uh just depends on your
your your symptom or your your need.
>> Yeah.
>> Yeah. So I think like I think Dr. uh doc
uh Dr. Lou he really gave a lot of
inside. So like if you want to look at
how it looks like basically this is the
bottle once you open up the box one peel
is like the size of this. So as long as
if your kid is able to to to eat like a
peel like this then it's no problem
right but if they cannot yet then it's
probably uh only you can take right. So
uh based on the instructions it says
that you take you can take like two
pills a day right but uh uh professor
>> but if you you have micro generation or
you have a severe dry egg in the first
place you can take a three three pills a
day. Yeah that means the most uh
recommended dose in Taiwan is uh 30
migram that means three pills.
>> Yes.
>> Yeah. So you can take three and then as
you be improve you can take two and then
one eventually for maintenance. Yeah.
So, I've been taking it every single day
after like to after breakfast. So, I
think that helps as well. Uh, and just
like what Ken said, uh, the the reason
why we are doing this is because he's
flying back on 1st of September. And,
um, if you buy from the website,
technically you can't because they don't
offer international shipping. So, uh,
that's why for Ken, he is coming back.
And that's why, uh, and and Dr. Lou is a
very good friend of uh, Ken's dad for
many, many years. And that's why he's
able to like give us this very special
>> is my senior at Harvard [laughter]
school. Yeah.
>> Yeah. He take they took a a good care of
my family [laughter]
when I in Boston. Yeah.
>> Yeah. So that is why it's a very special
opportunity to be able to get this
special offer. And uh Okay. Okay. So is
a saying saying one peel is it 50 migram
of macu and 50 migram of uh uh lutein.
>> No no no uh dut max you can see the dut
is only 10 mig
the thing is uh it's a 2 mig. You can
see from the box
okay from the box. Okay my lights are
off. Okay, I need to I need
>> you can see
D max is a 50 mig but you can see in the
in the below
10 mig okay 2 mig okay that's we call
the gold ratio
okay so when you take three pills uh the
and will become uh 30 minig.
>> Yep. Okay. So, hopefully that address
Mark's question. And uh Ken also have
this very special actually he he
volunteered to carry it for you guys
because it's it's a little bit heavy.
[laughter] Basically, if you if you buy
three boxes, you will also get this
which is the taoz. So I think this it's
it's generally just good for digestion,
right? If you eat it, helps you to like
pipy and helps you to do your business
easier. And it's also good for skin,
right? So uh if you want to buy three
box and you also get this uh as a gift
if you buy this separately, I think
that's like already above $30 S dollar.
So you get this as a gift when you buy
three boxes.
>> Yep.
>> So you have the more bonus. In Taiwan,
we didn't have this bonus.
>> Yeah. Exactly. So, so guys, this one if
even if you go Taiwan, you will not get
the kind of deal that [laughter] you
guys are getting today. So, Ken uh he
decide to do it for you guys because he
think that he's like
>> I like good skin. I like my good skin.
Yeah. [laughter]
>> Yeah. Uh the capsules are made of from
which animal? a capsule.
>> I think
sometimes it's from uh from pig.
>> Some sometimes it's from fish.
It's it's a it's animal is not not from
the the ve. Yes.
Because we call it minga. Ma is most
from from the
>> from pig. This one according to the
label is pig. Yeah.
>> Yes. But sometimes from fish.
>> Yeah. Most from from pig. Yeah.
>> So we don't we don't recommend this to
to veg. Yeah.
>> All right. You guys have any more
questions? Uh Ken, do you want to
showcase your pay now number again in
case?
>> Yeah. Yeah. So yeah. So uh so guys, so
basically Yeah. So that's it. Um if you
have any qu more questions, now is the
time to ask Dr. Lou. And then um if you
want it just do the pay now just write
like your name and then how many boxes
you want. Um then you can if you have
more questions right make sure to add me
on telegram. Um add me on telegram. So
if you have more questions about the
product or what does it do or if you
somehow you're in Taiwan and you want to
visit Dr. Go to clinic to get an eye
checkup then you also you also can let
me know right. So uh yeah so add me on
telegram. Uh if you have any questions,
let me know.
>> Yeah, have some patient from Malaysia,
from Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia.
Yes.
>> Oh, nice.
>> Some some Yeah. Some some patient and
finally we become good friends.
>> Oh, nice, nice, nice.
>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Cool. Cool.
>> Yeah. So guys, very importantly is when
uh Ken carry over all the stuff. So we
will basically arrange one time like uh
meet up. Maybe we can do it in town
whatsoever so that we can really give
you the goods in person [laughter]
because when we come to Singapore, we
basically Ken will bring it over and
then after that when we Singapore, we
set a point and then we will give it to
you guys. Yeah, that's how it works. All
right. And we only do it one time
because he's coming back. Then after
that, we will be flying overseas. So it
will be a long time before we can do
this again. Yeah. [laughter]
Okay. Okay. So quan. Very good. Uh okay.
Any more questions?
Okay. You have anything else you want to
address uh before we wrap it up?
>> Uh nope. I just think like you should
take care of your your your eyes. Uh
especially for me, I just when I get
older, I definitely will take care of my
eyes. And um yeah, I mean like I know my
ways. I have the physical weight and
then have the food the nutrients way,
right? So yeah, both ways. Yeah, I think
as increasingly like as much as we we
focus on building wealth, but the most
important thing is actually our health,
right? Because if we don't have our
health, there's no way that you can
enjoy your wealth, right? So right now
with the wealth that you have already
accumulated really like like spend it on
yourself so that you take good care of
your health, then you have longevity of
time to really enjoy what you have built
up which is your wealth. So yeah
hopefully that also give you guys more
inspirations and that's why uh last year
actually from beginning of this year I
start to become more I think health
conscious and start to also be exploring
like supplements like this because I
know that uh we are not getting younger
we are only only getting older but one
of the ways to improve is actually by
exercising the habits I've showed you
guys at the same time there are certain
things I need to take then I will take
it all right so thank you so much
everyone And thank you so much Dr. Paul
Lou and really appreciate your time
here.
>> Thank you for the invitation.
>> Yep. Uh I see three three I see three
people. Just want to make sure uh you
guys are here.
Okay. So you Okay guys, so if you write
your full name right, I cannot know your
telegram. I see three people. I know. So
inside, but I see three people. I uh
make sure you write your telegram
message. Okay. or after you have sent me
the the the so-called the payment uh can
you message me on Telegram? Message me
on Telegram so I know who is who. I know
Shoki I know you. No problem. I know I
don't know the other two. So make sure
you send me a message on Telegram so I
know who to give it to.
>> Yeah. If not if not I think you can Oh,
but your your WhatsApp is not linked to
this number. So yeah, I think better to
message Ken via Telegram. Yeah.
>> Yeah. I see three people already.
>> Yeah. All right. Hey, thank you
everyone. Enjoy this session.
>> Thank you very much. Thank you, Dr. Lou.
>> Thank you, Dr.
Byebye. Bye. Bye.
