Video summary
The core argument presented is that many agencies fail to promote their services with sufficient intensity or duration, which directly hinders their growth potential. The speaker illustrates this point by sharing a recent example of a virtual event called the Visibility Blueprint, where they invested nearly three thousand dollars in advertising over a month-long campaign. Despite promoting the event for thirty days, half of the ticket sales only occurred in the final seventy-two hours, suggesting that the promotional effort could have been significantly more aggressive throughout the entire cycle. This observation leads to the conclusion that most businesses do not push hard enough at the beginning, maintain momentum in the middle, or capitalize fully at the end, thereby leaving significant revenue on the table.
A critical component of effective promotion is persistent follow-up and consistent engagement with leads, a practice that many sales teams and new agents neglect. The speaker contrasts this common failure with an example of a former high-performing salesperson who maintained contact through various channels like texts, calls, FaceTime, and voice memos to secure deals. Similarly, the transcript highlights a success story involving a final expense lead generator who contacted twenty-six out of thirty leads within the first few days, a feat that is rare and difficult to achieve without relentless effort. The speaker emphasizes that simply having leads is not enough; one must actively touch them repeatedly over short periods like forty-eight or seventy-two hours to convert them, as most vendors fail to execute this level of persistence.
Furthermore, successful agencies must clearly articulate their specific achievements and social proof rather than making vague claims about helping people. The speaker points out that major brands like Gymshark explicitly display the number of clients they have helped on every page of their website, including checkout screens, while many smaller businesses omit this crucial data. By upgrading to a Shopify Plus plan, the speaker's organization now tracks and shares metrics such as having assisted over twenty thousand agents in two and a half years. The lesson is that belief in one's product should naturally translate into telling everyone about it; if an agency does not aggressively share its specific impact and success stories, it may indicate a lack of conviction in what they do.
Ultimately, the video concludes that scaling an agency requires pouring significant resources into advertising across platforms like Meta, Google, and search engines while simultaneously ensuring that promotional efforts are sustained from start to finish. The speaker reveals that their own organization spends six figures monthly on traffic generation for events, sales teams, and virtual workshops, a level of investment that most companies do not match. The final takeaway is that ethical products that genuinely help people should be pursued with maximum intensity, and businesses must overcome the hesitation to share their success stories. By adopting these strategies—consistent high-intensity promotion, relentless follow-up, and transparent sharing of social proof—agencies can unlock faster growth and achieve the scale they desire.

From a promotional standpoint of
promoting what you do, agencies do not
promote hard enough or long enough.
Okay, I'm going to give you some
examples in this video of how if you are
building an agency, you can continue to
build it faster and better. And this,
what I'm going to share you right now,
is one of the biggest reasons why we
scaled to eight figures in revenue in
2025 and how we're growing again this
year. Here's one example. We just did a
uh we're about to in about 10 minutes,
actually, I'm going to walk upstairs and
I'm going to kick off a Visibility
Blueprint live virtual event. Um that
event we spent about
um close to three grand in ads, right,
to fill that virtual event.
What was cool about it is we sold
virtual tickets. So, we had a $27 ticket
and a $97 ticket. Um and we did we're
we're we've done about 70 registrants.
We've done over $3,200 in sales,
something like that, right around there.
Well, we not only we not only broke even
or made a little bit on the front end.
However, half of the tickets came in
in the last 3 days. Half the tickets
came in the last 72 hours. We've been
promoting this event for a month.
In the last 72 hours, half the tickets
flooded in.
And I guarantee you we could have done
more or still promoted harder than we
even did. What does that tell you? It
doesn't tell you to stop, it tells you
to go. What it does tell you, though, is
that most people
most companies are not pushing hard
enough
the beginning,
in the middle, also at the end. Like, if
you think about the very end of the
promotional process. Like, I'm going to
teach that on this Visibility
uh Blueprint workshop in just a few
minutes. But, like, the the promotional
cycle at the end
at the end
should be harder, sure, but you should
promote so hard at the front, the
beginning,
the middle,
and at the end. So, then have different
stages, right? So, so when we when we
promote we're promoting
with an early bird
promoting with like a middle
right? Of just regular promotion. And
then I end with a last chance promotion.
Most businesses, this is true for your
sales reps, this is true for your true
for your sales team, true for your
events.
Most people are not following up enough.
They're not
checking in hard enough. They're not
uh persistent enough. Right? Like, okay,
I'll give you an example. Uh one of the
guys used to They used to work with
Grant Cardone.
He did Gosh, he made a million bucks a
year in commissions. He did
over a hundred million dollars in in
revenue for Cardone.
Over several years a bunch of years that
he was there.
Right? He reached out to me
um
just the other day and he's been
following up with me.
And the dude's been text, calls
FaceTimes
voice memos
um
videos. Like, he is calling in different
ways, right? And most people I keep
trying to get a hold of me in different
ways.
Most people
don't Okay, even if you're a new
insurance agent, most new insurance
agents don't start don't call the leads
fast enough.
They don't call them
enough times at the same time, by the
way.
They don't call them enough times over
the course of the first, you know, day,
48 hours, 72 hours, week, etc.
Most people aren't touching their leads.
Right? And they're not following up
their leads enough. I'll give you an
example. One of our final expense lead
orders
um
she works with Empower. She just said
that, "Bro, I love your final expense
leads." She said, "Because I just got a
hold of" I think she's new. She just got
a hold of 26
out of 30 of her final expense leads.
Why should you care about that? You
should care about that because that is
rare
that is hard to do.
Most vendors can never actually make
that claim and we can even back it up.
Like we're building a portal that we're
rolling out next week, actually. Uh for
all of our Kaboom Lead clients
that inside of that portal
we can track
how many sales you're making on your
leads and what the average premium is of
those sales. Why is it important? That
that's important because I want to be
able to prove with data, with science,
right? With stats versus
we do a good job, right? Well, how do
you do a good job? What does that mean?
And and so most people they're not
promoting hard enough
beginning, middle, or end.
They're not going the distance.
And
when they are promoting what whatever,
you know, they do or however they do it
or how well they think they do it,
they're also not promoting
at what level
that they do it.
You see what I mean? Like they're not
like like they're just like, "Oh, we
help people." Well, do you have but how
many people do you help? Like when you
put on your Medicare agency website, how
many how many clients have you helped in
the Medicare business? Or if you're
recruiting, how many agents have you
helped? So, I'll give you an example.
Uh we just upgraded um we got an
invitation upgrade to Shopify Plus. Uh
we're one of the top 10,000 stores in
the world for Shopify. They said, "Bro,
you're on pace to like explode.
Your your your Shopify store is growing
a bunch." I just got off the Zoom and he
said like, "Man, dude, like you're on
pace to like be a
a Gymshark brand or these major brands
one day because your store is doubling
every year. Like it's unbelievable."
He said that and then he played me.
J- just the
just the
like success of what you're doing
and how you are also No, I I I have no
idea where I was going with that when I
said, "Hey, I I I you know, our our
Shopify store is doing really well." Um
but what they said to us is like, "Hey,
dude, you've got to get to where
you've got to get to where
um
you are capitalizing, right? And so so
on every person that goes to every
checkout page,
um oh, they even showed us like what big
brands are doing and how they're adding
like how many people they've clients
they've helped. They're adding reviews
on every page, right? Like there's so
many evolutions to what you do.
Do you have reviews? Do you have
testimonials?
How many do you have? How much are you
sharing this, right? Um also any point
during this you can click the link below
to get a live strat of strategy call
with my team
on how we can help the visibility in
your organization, right? So oh,
Shopify, well we've helped over 20,000
agents
with orders through our Shopify store
in 2 and 1/2 years.
Mind-blowing, crazy, big number, but
guess what? It took
It took
us continuing to pour in, but we should
also be sharing with people
that we helped 20,000.
And right now we don't have that in
certain places. We don't have it on the
checkout page. We don't have that in,
you know, etc. etc. But we should be
spreading that and sharing that
and talking about that success what we
do. We promote hard. We spend a lot of
money. Meta, Google,
search, performance max, ad roll,
ads all over the place.
Most companies don't push enough.
Most companies don't spend enough.
And we spend
a good amount. I'm spending six figures
a month just to drive traffic into our
organization, our sales team, our
events, virtuals, all this stuff.
Most people don't push hard enough.
Most people don't do those things at
all. But at the end of the day,
you should. And if you're not,
why do you not push hard enough? Because
what I've learned is the natural outflow
of belief
is to tell everyone.
So if you're not telling everyone, then
you must not believe in what you do.
At the end of the day,
you need to figure out what do you do,
how do you do it, and do you believe in
what you do? And if you do, you will
start telling people.
And if you believe you have an ethical
product that helps people, you will go
after them harder. Who wants to look at
your company?
