The 99 Streak is OVER!

Hey guys, it's Nate aka the Foot Accountant. Welcome back to the channel. The end game is all about the 99s, but for one goat, the streak is over. It's all been confirmed with an SBC leak for the preseason promo that is coming tomorrow, plus what we already know about this promo from previous years. Now, along the lines of preseason, we have big 99 rated incoming back into packs and in SBC. Some of the most popular 99 rated cards are going to find themselves in the SBC section starting tomorrow. We're going to talk about all the leaks that we do have for preseason and how hopefully EA drops a little bit of SP today on this game. Let's cover everything, guys. Now guys, yesterday you guys showed a bunch of love on the FC 27 Ultimate Team video that we were able to drop, and heads-up, there's another one incoming today. A bit of a deeper dive on the conversations of the gallery, the new SBC system and more that is coming in FC 27. So, make sure you check out that video and also the pack pulls get even better. Almost seems like it was rigged, to be completely honest. Anyways, let's look over yesterday's content from a Wednesday where we had one Evo and two small SBCs. First of all, we have a training camp Evo called In That Order, which takes 30 minutes for your card to get fully upgraded up to about 97 pace, shooting, passing, and 98 dribbling. It does give one 99 stat in here uncapped boost, and that is the in-game dribbling stat. So, I put my Gio Reyna into this. I've been using the USA team in Gauntlet. I need to put a fifth play style plus on him, but that is the card that I put into that Evo. Again, it is in the training camp tab, all the way at the back of the evolutions section. Now, in SBCs yesterday, we had a player SBC and and rather interesting player pick. The player SBC is Nikita Parris, a two-play style plus player for London City. It is very cheap to get done, one squad, and easy to do. Now, the player pick is definitely interesting, and I would recommend doing it because it was so cheap. It was an 87-rated squad for a one of three ultimate rewind player pick. So, that's of course for all the ultimate rewind cards that are in packs. This I completed literally in like 1 minute on the game here, just rinsing in the special cards and some golds from my club. I didn't get anything good from this. I think 98-rated Slaughterback was my best pull, but of course, that does give it you a chance at the 99-rated Hansen, Dembélé, Bruno Fernandes, and Teo Bruno Fernandes and Teo Hernández in packs right now. So, make sure you do that player pick. It is really easy to do. Also, I forget this every single time, but the 98-plus player pick refreshed yesterday, as well. It is going to refresh not today, but tomorrow, I believe. I need to check the expiration date on that 98-plus player pick, but that is the most important player pick to be doing right now in this game. It's refreshing every other day, so it would be set to refresh on Friday. We'll actually see if it does. Now, I wanted to open a couple of 95-plus picks here just because I had rinsed a whole bunch of fodder into the club, and I'm just taking as many non-duplicates as possible, but this is what I'm still doing to chase some 99-rated 99s are going to become a lot easier to come by with what looks to be happening with this next promo of preseason uh with more 99s in SBCs. Now, of course, that's the end game chase for a lot of us because we want to get that 99-rated squad. And of course, we've already had some 99 SBCs, like we've been talking about, but some more are incoming. Now, let's first go by the leaks for preseason cards that are coming in packs. We have updates from what we talked about yesterday with this preseason promo that is coming tomorrow, our last promo of the entire year and the leak started flowing yesterday with the best players that are going to be coming in packs for preseason. It is the 99 rated Footies icons of R9, Ronaldinho, Cruyff, and Bale. Alongside of them, the leaker here Foot Police was saying "Comment who you want to see and I'll tell you if they're in or not." And the only person that he really commented on and confirmed was Zidane twice. So, Zidane is also going to be a part of the preseason batch here. I would assume there's going to be 99 rated regular Footies cards as well, like maybe a Harry Kane, maybe a Sophia Wilson. I mean, you roll it back to Footies teams one and team two. I would expect cards in here like 99 Modric or 99 Florian Wirtz in this team as well. I think guys, they're just posting the icons as the most important and the most popular players that are going to be re-released in packs. That's kind of what the preseason promo is. Like we talked about yesterday, it's just going to be a huge re-release of cards and packs. It may not actually be as many cards as we've got right now. It may go down to like 200 or so, but the Footies cards as 99 rated and some of the other higher rated should be coming back in and hopefully some of the World Cup cards too. As we talked about in yesterday's video, since those have not been re-released yet. So, keep an eye on Twitter for today. I would assume there'll be some more leaks about players that are going to be in packs. But, this was actually the bigger information, guys. The SBC leaks. And this included confirmation of a Messi streak that is going to be broken. Since FIFA 19, we have had a 99 rated Lionel Messi card that has graced the end game of Ultimate Team. Or even back in some of the earlier years of FIFA, it wasn't even the end game where you got the 99 rated card. It was like the middle of the game with Team of the Year. FC 25, we had a 99 Footies. FC 24, a 99 rated What is that? Like Euro Copa Or sorry, Copa America card for him there. We've got a FIFA 23 Footies 99 rated FIFA 22. He had a 99 rated Shapeshifters card. Oh, going back to FIFA 21, he had a 99 rated Summer Stars and a 99 rated Footies card. I will never forget that SBC when he transferred to PSG. That was a crazy, crazy card and a crazy SBC. We had two 99 Messis in FIFA 20 with the Team of the Year and the Team of the Season. Never was able to obtain those cards back in that day. FIFA 19, he had three 99 rated cards with a Team of the Year, Team of the Season, and uh that's either a Team of the Group Stage or some sort of like uh Road to the Final card. I think it's a Team of the Group Stage item. FIFA 18 is where he did not have a 99. He had two 98 rateds. And then he actually did have a 99 in 17 with a Team of the Season card. And in FIFA 16 as well with a Team of the Year. But, the streak has been broken. Since FIFA 19, he has had a 99 rated card in the end game. This year, all we've had is this 98 Summer Stars. And that's all we're going to be getting because he is uh leaked to be coming as an SBC during this promo of preseason. And that The reason why I'm saying that he's not going to get a 99 rated card is during preseason, they don't release new cards in packs. And they don't really release new cards in SBCs unless they're transfers like Yannick Carrasco. He is another one of the 99 rated cards that is going to be most likely a 99 released as a transfer player SBC. But, back to Messi, this is the best version of this card you're going to get in this game. You can take him to five PlayStyle Pluses and probably put a couple of EVOs on him. Uh but, if you've got another version, an EVO'd version of Messi from like this Time Warp or the Ratings Reload that was in packs, I would just keep sticking with that card. I've got his 97. I'll probably EVO him once or twice and just run through the end game with that version of Lionel Messi cuz it doesn't look like he's getting a 99 and this streak is going to be over. But, other 99 rateds besides that Di María, which would be a pretty marquee transfer SBC. We've got Lamine Yamal and Pedri. Now, Lamine Yamal is still about 3 mil. He was 2 and 1/2 yesterday, dropping down in price from 3 mil coins on the market. Still around there, though. That's going to be a pretty big SBC. Huge name, of course. One of the biggest stars in global football. And a 99 rated card that a lot of people would love to get. This one's going to be a lot of squads. Like, I don't know how many squads, but if they're asking for 27 for his Laton, and how many was it for Marcelo? I would imagine that this card would be even more than that. He might be like 30. Let's be honest, because that's a 3 mil card, and it's going to be pretty easy to get 30 squads. Sure, it'll take a bit of work, but 85 by 10 is endless. And it is the end game. It'd be nice if EA made this like 15 squads or 10 squads and just let everybody run around, cuz we are literally about to be in September with this 99 rated card. But, that's going to be one that a lot of people want to do. Same thing with 99 Pedri. This is just going to be a way to collect those 99 rated cards. So, those are all of the top tier SBCs that have been leaked so far. Now, it's not just those. There is an Elliot Anderson card as well. I believe these are predicted stats, but that is a transfer SBC. I'm going to assume that he's going to be 99 rated because as we looked at that Harry Kane card when he moved from Bayern or to Bayern from Tottenham back in FIFA 22 or 23, whenever that was. That was a 99 rated card. A lot of the transfers are 98s or 99s. So, I would expect this Anderson and this Diamonde to be either 98 or 99 as well. Now, there's a couple of other transfers that have not been leaked yet. We've got a French player that's going to be a transfer SBC and a Brazilian. I mean, I think about Savio, aka Savinho, who just had his debut for Spurs. That would be a sick transfer SBC for the French player. You could come up with a number of different names for who that could be. So, we'll have to wait for some more leaks on those transfer SBCs before we learn them. But, that's one interesting part and maybe one of the best parts about this pre-season promo that's going to be incoming is more 99 rated cards and of course 99 rated playing for their new clubs. They usually don't have dynamics. I know it's a small touch that is slightly annoying. They're shown here in these leaks like Di Maria with a dynamic image. Historically in the past a lot of them have not had dynamics because there hasn't been enough time or they don't have the rights or something for that player at their new club. So that's just one thing to mention although we have had transfer players already that have had dynamics in game on special cards and other parts of the game. When it does come to the transfers sometimes that player moments SBC card type doesn't always have the dynamic. So that could be a thing to watch out for on those SBCs. That's kind of all the updates that we have about the pre-season promo. I don't think anything's going to be changing with the pack grind. All of our upgrade packs are set to be around until the end of the game like the 85 by 10. The uh the repeatable Footies player pick that refreshed last Thursday, but they updated the timer through literally the end of the game. So wouldn't expect too much to be changing there. The pack grind will stay the same to craft all of those 99 rated player SBCs. But let's kind of zoom in on what's happening today in this game because one of our token stores is expiring and by the time you're watching this video, it might already be gone. That's why we mentioned it earlier in the week. There's another 94 Bale. Wow, I still need to Evo him. I haven't used Gareth Bale this entire year of FC after his team of the year SBC from was it last year or 2 years ago? How did I not use him this year? That's crazy. But the token store for Footies is expiring today at Rivals rewards which may have already happened once again as I mentioned. Also the Festival of Football token store is going to expire in a couple days as well and the weekly reset on the pre-season tokens is still set to be um at Rivals rewards today. This is different from Footies weekly limits where it reset on Fridays. We're going to have another 3,000 tokens that we can get after the car or after the Rivals rewards drop today, which is still kind of hilarious because we are nowhere near able to get 3,000 tokens in 1 week. They are not dropping that many tokens. Also today, guys, I would watch out for objectives for SP because the daily objectives, the weekly objectives are going to refresh, and that should allow us to get more SP. Also, if you're playing manager or player career, this is one of the best places to get a boost up in the season pass by completing 10 of those match objectives or in manager live objectives getting some of those done manager career. But, I'm going to tell you guys this. I know a lot of people are worried about SP right now and worried about getting the tokens. Specifically for SP, I wouldn't fret um because EA is going to release a whole bunch of SP near the end of the season pass in the next 2 to 3 weeks right before FC 27 comes out, and then it'll be super duper easy to get level 30. That's the goal, right? We all want to get level 30 before the season ends because that gives us the rewards. Nice Schlotterbeck right there. That gives us the rewards in FC 27. Again, I would not worry about it too much because I will almost guarantee you that EA is going to release a bunch of SP over the next couple weeks. I just hope today they start to increase little by little the amount of SP that they will be dropping. Maybe in the weekly objectives they're giving, you know, a couple more hundred SP for getting a single objective done and maybe the group reward, instead of 500 that we just looked at, is 1,000. We will just have to see there, but I would not worry about it. I know we're trying to get all this stuff done. One thing to look forward to today, it's not new content, but just one thing to kind of keep on top of the FC 27 carry over rewards would be to keep an eye on that Katerina Marcario objective or the Callum Wilson. I'm kind of speaking to myself here when I say this. This is just a reminder to stay on top of those objectives and uh use the double trouble first to two mode, the season 10 double trouble live event mode that is out. Use that to complete all of your objectives that you still need to get done because that is going to be a super duper easy way to get Mark Cario done, which of course is progress towards Del Piero and the FC 27 rewards. We will not get Otamendi today. This will be tomorrow on Friday and you don't want to fall behind on these in my opinion just because they're not that hard to get done in that specific mode cuz it's first to two. I think actually the first to two game mode has expired. It It hasn't expired? Did that go away? No, season 10 double trouble. It is there. The attempts to refresh at rivals, but that's just a great place to get those objectives done and make sure you stay on top of them, of course, before it gets to be too late and you're trying to cram the games in before FC 27 does come out. Now again, speaking of FC 27, make sure you take a look at today's second FC 27 Ultimate Team YouTube video. It is a good one. Like I said, there's even a better pack pull than what we had in yesterday's video. That was pretty crazy. A lot of you guys too were asking in the video yesterday, which I was trying to get in the comments of and if you have questions on today's FC 27 videos well, definitely drop them down below. I know we're trying to explain all the new features and dive into Ultimate Team and and kind of realize that, but some of you guys have had some really good questions. I want to make sure I try to answer those too. But one of the most common questions was, "Nate, why can't you play gameplay? Why did you not show gameplay in the video?" Well, first of all, I don't really show YouTube video show gameplay on my YouTube videos most of the time anyway, cuz that's not necessarily what I'm most passionate about in the game. I love the menus. I love the card collecting, the gallery, the packs, the market of course, the SBCs, but also we were not, as the EA creators, really allowed to show the foot gameplay. I think there's some other YouTube videos that are going to be coming out from other creators that will show gameplay in like kickoff, but since it was an unfinished build of the game, EA did not want us showing any which is that's their decision. I'm just telling you that's why I didn't show gameplay, not that I really would have anyway for what we talk about here and what we're showing on the channel and what I'm most passionate about, but also that's why you're not seeing it in other places. So, that is one answer to a question there that a lot of people did have. And my game crashed. Hopefully that is not something that happens in FC 27 as much, especially the R2 glitch. After playing in the that early build, aka the closed beta for what we have on the video yesterday and today, I didn't notice the R2 glitch. And I know there was a lot less people on the server, so I would say that the menus didn't feel as bad. They felt I wouldn't say they felt crispier, they felt the same, but we didn't have the R2 glitch. They didn't feel super glitchy in terms of like connectivity and servers, but that definitely has to be because there was less people on the game, right? I don't know. That's my interpretation of things, but make sure you go check out that video today. It'll be dropping 2 hours before content, same time as yesterday's video. There's a couple of other pieces of content that I'm putting up on other socials as well. Um just some short clips and stuff like that. Also, I'm going to try to put out like a long tweet explanation of the gallery. Some people see things visually and learn the best. Others see things in like words and learn the best, so I'm going to try to put out some more information on that as well. Still an incredible opportunity to be able to play FC 27 early like we were able to um and share that with you guys. The earliest that it's like ever been. I know some people weren't happy about that. Like, "Oh my gosh, these guys are already on FC 27." It's more of just kind of a hey, this is what it looks like and not like we're actually on the game. No. Like I said, if I would go in right now to the FC 27 game, the beta that I have, like it's closed down. The beta is closed down. Everything ended there. None of those cards, none of the items that I packed or coins that I got will go towards my actual FC 27 account. It is the the beta. It stopped there. Progress is reset. And uh hopefully we still get some more news. We have a lot to learn still about FC 27, like the launch itch notes that they drop every year before the game comes out. That we shouldn't be getting that now for a couple of weeks, but still that's one of the biggest pieces of information that we're still looking forward to to learn a lot about the early game content-wise on FC 27.
