Video summary

The video centers on a powerful call to action for individuals to stop settling and instead strive to become the absolute best version of themselves across all areas of life. The speaker argues that relying on past successes or "skating by" is no longer viable; true growth requires putting in more work every single day. He illustrates this mindset shift by sharing his personal journey from weighing 170 pounds during college football to currently carrying around 215 pounds, a weight he attributes largely to muscle mass gained through intense training rather than fat. His goal is not to lose all that weight but to reach an ideal of 185 pounds composed entirely of muscle, demonstrating that one must give more to life if they want more out of it, whether aiming for billionaire status or simply building a meaningful legacy. To achieve this next level, the speaker emphasizes the necessity of absolute faith and rejecting "halfway thinking" or excuses like "maybe." He details his rigorous daily routine, which includes red light therapy, infrared saunas, slow walks to tone legs while working on upper body strength, and dedicated time for reading and spiritual reflection. A significant portion of his vision involves creating a community center within housing developments that mandates residents attend classes on financial literacy, reading, writing, and math. He points out that modern billionaires are often tech innovators rather than traditional business owners, citing examples like Canva selling for billions, while noting that many people remain stuck in the "cookie cutter" mindset imposed by traditional schooling. Breaking free from these limitations requires identifying one's specific strengths, weaknesses, and genetic makeup to tailor a plan that works uniquely for them. The speaker also addresses the importance of self-knowledge regarding finances, health, and emotional needs, urging viewers to understand their own tipping points before pushing too hard. He explains his approach to business deals, preferring working lines of capital over selling equity so he can reinvest profits directly into growth rather than paying high interest rates. He contrasts investing in oneself with conservative market returns, suggesting that betting on one's own brand and business can yield significantly higher returns, such as turning a ten-thousand-dollar investment into fifty thousand within a year. Furthermore, he shares his commitment to serving others through a summer program for boys in Nashville, where he mentors them despite the financial cost of canceling coaching calls, teaching them life lessons alongside basketball skills. Ultimately, the message is one of disciplined consistency and spiritual integrity in the pursuit of greatness. The speaker acknowledges that nothing comes easy and that people must be willing to grind through discomfort, whether it is sweating through a workout or managing finances carefully. He warns against laziness in certain areas while maintaining discipline in others, noting that his African heritage has given him a body built for war and endurance, but everyone must know their own limits and needs. He concludes by encouraging viewers to live right, avoid willful sin, and allow God to use them as they build their brands and help others, reminding supporters that every video is intended to be a word of encouragement and that the journey requires unwavering dedication and trust in the process.

Hey. Hey, Tony. Got here now. I'm on here. Tread me up now. I ain't got too long. Got to do my little slow walk. Got a coaching call in a little bit. But yeah, I want to get on here and talk to you while I'm walking. So, did me a little bit of red light therapy, then did the infrared sa. Now I'm doing me a little walk. When I finish this walk, I got to coach. And then might have to coach back to back. Then after I coach, then I'm do me some bench press and some curls. already got thick legs, glutes, calves. So, I get to skip leg day. A lot of guys don't get to skip leg day, but I get to skip some leg day. Got to do my little upper body. And they're walking. Ironically, they walking to tone my legs up. Yeah. Walking. My my body is muscle muscle bound. So, I'm more muscle than fat. And so that's how you could see me in person. And you might see a little chest and arm, but I weigh about 215 at 510, which when I was playing college football, I was 170. So I done put on 30 to 40 lbs. And guess what? I don't want it all off, but I'm going to get about 185. Really where I want to be. Round 185. All muscle. Yes, sir. Be right where I want to be cuz I can't be preaching 3Bs and I ain't got all my 3Bs all the way now. I got to have that all the way. And so that's what we going into right now. Space we going into is getting what you can get. Don't pitch a fit. And what that mean is it's time now to become the best version of yourself. It's time to become the absolute best that you can become across the board because you're not going to be able to keep just skating by. You're going to have to do more. You're going to have to get better and every single day putting in the work. So it's like listen, if you want more out of life, you got to give more to this life. If you want to be more, you got to do more. So I want to be a billionaire. I might not get there. I might I might only get to 100 millionaire. No, I want to be a billionaire. So what I'mma do, I'mma live my life like I want to be a billionaire. If I want to be a billionaire, I want to be able to change the world with that money. The Bible say money answer all things. Even God know it take money to do things. So, I want to build my community center, houses, housing developments, all of that. Whole thing might be section 8 housing development. But inside that housing development, you got the community center where if you live in there, you got to attend a minimum one or two classes a month to live in there. Them them classes on financial literacy. You go to community center, get on that computer, put the headphone on, learn how to read, learn how to write, learn how to do math, all that resource center. You go there, get on the computer, monster.com, nd.com. I'm on handshake.com looking for some marketing interns for dates. It's time to do more. So, that's what I want to get to. How are people becoming billionaires today? Tech. You really ain't seeing nobody restaurant sell for a billion dollars. You ain't seen nobody clothing store, online boutique sell for a billion dollars. Kylie Jenner did makeup and with her brand didn't even get a billion dollars. Got 600 million. didn't even get a billion and big as her brand is. But then here go the lady with no brand, no TV show, nowhere near Kylie Jenner sell Canva for 26 billion. 26 B's now. The man who started Instagram sold it to Facebook for one or two billion. The man who started WhatsApp was denied by Facebook and now WhatsApp bought by Facebook. I can't remember if it was hundreds of millions of billions but that might have been a 26 billion. LinkedIn come on now. LinkedIn boring. LinkedIn they got a app now but I think it was a website maybe. I don't know. LinkedIn just a bunch of corporate profiles. It's a corporate Facebook sold for 26 billion. Come on now. Come on now. That's the thing. So, and I'm shifting to this place right now on this video. I'm shifting to a new place. Let me tell you what that place is. Absolute faith. Absolute faith. No more halfway thinking. No more halfway thinking. No more I might. Maybe. No. We're going all the way. We're going all the way. You want to be a billionaire? Say you want to be a billionaire. You want to be a millionaire? Say you want to be a millionaire. You want to be a thousandaire? Say you want to be a thousandaire. You want to be a business owner. You want to have a nonprofit that change lives. Say that. Say that. But then make sure your life equal that. See me, I done carved out my mornings to where most people they at work 9:00 a.m. I done carved out my mornings where I could sleep to 9:00 a.m. Then I could get up and come have a slow morning in my gym. So I done carved it out. But that's my that's my schedule. I might have to work till 8:00 though when other people get off at 5. So you got to carve out your day and you got to figure out what you going to do. You got to figure out where's your soft where's your soft morning. Even if you got a hard day, where your soft morning? Where your soft night? What's your reading time? What's your feeding time? What's your sleeping time? What's your workout time? Like, that's what you got to figure out. You got to figure that out. Then once you figure that out, okay, boom, mom, we got something. Now we can go. Give me a second here. When you working out, you done worked out hard. You done sweat a lot. Ain't nothing better than that. Lemon perfect. Lemon perfect. Send my check. Ain't nothing better than that Lemon perfect. Woo. When I tell you that thing tastes so good. It only really tastes really, really, really good when you done exhausted yourself. When you done sweat a bunch and you parched and you thirsty. Boy, that thing. Woo. Thing good. I might have me three of those in a day when I'm working out hard. ain't so good. So listen, you got to do more. I had to pause. I don't drink on camera. Had to fall. You got to do more. It's time to create your vision and curate your days. So I'm telling myself, hey, what billionaire do you see, Tony, that's out of shape? You got to get in shape, man. Then you got to know yourself. You got to know your life. See me, I had a lot of concussions in college. Had six recorded concussions. You supposed to retire after three. I recorded six in college. Might go back and sue the college. Recorded six in college. And that wasn't, you know, that was hard. brain felt crazy every day. In the midst of it, I became a different person. I was I was way more unruly than I am today. Like I was gone, boy. Can't even tell you some of the stuff I used to do. I was out there. That brain trauma though, people think that it's always delayed. No, that brain trauma could affect you instantly. So, what's so what's the goal in this stage of life? Regenerating the brain. How you regenerate the brain? Exercise, movement. Got to. So that what I'm working on. So I talked to a client. I'm getting ready to open back up Lord Will Publishing Company and publish her book. She in Portugal and talked to her and she got a story. Got a story to tell. If you got a story to tell, then you can submit yours. We probably only going to publish one one book every 6 months or so. At least at the most one a quarter cuz I got to promote it and interview the author. So, if you got a story, send send old onepage synopsis in. We might get you in line. I might need to choose one person to run the run the publishing company cuz I really ain't got the time. But think about cranking that on up and going on building that publishing company, putting some people in place to work. Volunteer now till we got money coming in. Volunteer now. Get you a little piece. get you a little piece of what we getting for the book. A little piece. But that what we getting ready to do. She got a story. But her knowing her trauma, she got to do a certain type of therapist. And guess what she did? She became a therapist. Most therapists have trauma. Most life coaches have trauma because we try to become the solution that we need. That's what I mean by know yourself. You got to know yourself. So when you know yourself, now you can start to build. Now you can start to curate your days, your plan, how you going to move, what you going to do. See, I'm in here right now. My clock say it's 93° in here. It's hot. I feel it. I feel like passing out. 93° in here. We ain't got no AC on. This the war zone. Where you come to work? It ain't you don't come to look cute in here where you come to grind. I grind in here. My son grind in here to grind. So listen, when I lose me 10, 20 lb, you know, I'm going to start going to Pilates. I'm going to go to Pilates. I ain't going there with no gut, though. You got to know what you want. Cuz let me tell you something about yourself right now. You're lazy. you lazy. I already I just could tell you that cuz I'm a human, you know. I That's how I know you lazy. You You discipline in a area, you lazy in the other areas. I can just say that cuz I know humans. Cuz I'm a human. I'm the same way. This is the area right here that I'm lazy in. I'm disciplined on that workforce. I'm disciplining in that purpose and working providing for my family. Oh, I'm disciplin I know how to get it right there now. But this right here where I'm lazy at being consistent right there lazy in that trying to tell you right now I'm doing no carbs. No carbs. Sugar comes from fruit. Eating breakfast and dinner. got the grind. Unless avocado carbs, a little carbs from the from the fruit, from the avocado, but no rice, no bread, no beans, no none of that shocking the body. You got to know yourself. And see, for me, I got to be all in cuz see, I'm I'm I'm Nigerian. So us Nigerians, see I'm Nigerian and Cameroonian. That's where my blood from before being a slave in America. So us Nigerian and Cameroonian, we Hey, athletes. Athlete, strong, muscular. So I can't come up here and do no little 15, 20, 30 minute. No, I got to be in here for hours. I got to break the body down cuz my body built for war. I got to break the body down. You got to know yourself. What can you handle? What is your tipping point? What is your breaking point? What do you need the most? What do you need? Do you need love? Do you need companionship? Do you need money? Do you need exercise? What is it that you need the most of? You got to know yourself. If you need love, a lot of people come to me, need love. How you need love, but you ain't working on yourself. How do you want to attract love, but you not working on yourself at the highest level? You don't want no love. You just want to talk about love. Love requires sacrifice. You got to work. You got to grind. You want love. Oh, you got to grind. Oh, yeah. You got to grind. Ain't nothing going to be easy. Ain't nothing going to be handed to you. You got to grind. That what you got to understand. So me, I'm going to be up here. I'm going to do a whole day. That right there where they say life pro, that's a vibration plate. I'm going get on that. I'm going get on that. We did the infrared light and the sauna. Now I'm on the treadmill. Vibration plate. You got to get some of it. Go shower. Come back up here. Get in the massage chair. Listen. Listen, man. You got to be able to do what you need to do. You got to got to be able to do what you need to do. Got to be able to go to that next level. Got to got to tell you that now. Listen, thing ain't going to be easy, man. Ain't not going to be easy. Not going to be easy. It's going to take a lot. I'm sitting here thinking about everything it's going to take. That what I want you to start thinking about. And see the thing about it too. See a lot of people they YouTube videos they sitting down. They sitting down at the desk. All the editing, all the music. I might be the only person on YouTube that just come to you any kind of way. Whatever I'm doing, you you in it. If I'm driving, if I'm in the sauna, if I'm on the treadmill, whatever I'm doing, you in it. If I'm on the infrared, you in it. That's a lesson. If I make more money than you, that's a lesson. If you trying to build a brand and my brand bigger than yours, that's a lesson. You got to get the lesson. You got to get out that cookie cutter. Cuz see, this the thing. School put you in that cookie cutter. School put you like a rat in the maze. You got to break free from that. You got to get out of that. You got to look and be able to see and realize like, hey, I got to come out of this. Got to come out of this because a lot of people don't understand that. They don't understand it. They stuck in that. They stuck. So being that they suck, it's one of those situations of where what you going to do about that? Like how you going to do it? If you stuck, how you going to get to where you trying to go? Break it down into bite-sized pieces. You want to lose weight, start by walking 30 minutes a day. After two weeks, your legs stronger, your back stronger. Go to 45 minutes. Do that two weeks. Go to an hour. You won't need more than an hour a day. Take your paycheck, cut your expenses down. Stop eating out so much. Stop shopping so much. Take you 10% of your check, invest it back into yourself, put it over in savings. 10, 20%. A dime on the dollar. Put it in saving. Next thing you know, got enough for a treadmill. Too hot outside, raining outside, too cold outside. Get on your treadmill. Do your 30 minutes. Do your 45. Do your I'm on two and a half speed. I ain't doing the most. I'm I'm talking. I'm on two and a half speed. For some people, that ain't no workout. For me, it's better than nothing. My body respond easier than other people cuz I'm African. Africans built different. So, you got to know yourself. If I was European, if I was Asian, I might need more because they body not as muscle bound. They body hold more fat. African hold more muscle. You got to know yourself. So, I'm not f to get on here like my son. He do crazy workouts and he don't even look his body don't look as good at 19 years old. My son body don't look as good as my body looked at 19 years old when I was 19. And why his genetics different? His mama is part Indian. She Indian Jamaican and black Jamaican, but her mama look like she got a little bit of European in her. And so she might be European, Asian, and African. So that genetic mixup, that mix going to make you different. I got probably a little bit of European in me. So that's why I ain't all the way as athletic like a pureblooded African. And so you got to know yourself. Know what you need. Some people on GLP1. I don't need it. I'll be around here emaciated. GLP1 might kill me cuz you got to realize I don't work out at all and I'm not overweight. The weight that put me over the weight is muscle weight. Cuz when I do work out, I'm I'm on the bench press. So I carry muscle. I'm on the bench press. I'm doing squats. So, you got to know yourself, how much you need to put in, how you need to manage your finances. I'm bad with finances. I ain't nowhere near the best with no finances, but I got to Oh, what is this? The bird. What the bird eating? Bird catching a little bug. Like the bird about to try to catch him. A little lizard. bird got going on. Bird over here eating good. Lost some screen from the storm and then all of a sudden everybody who do two story screen went out of business. So if you know somebody in the Tampa, Florida area do twotory screen, let me know. Everybody scared to get up there. I guess somebody fell to their death or something. So listen, what we got to realize, understand, you know who you are. Start putting in the work based on who you are. So I'm about to do a little business deal. About to do a little business deal. So what I'm going to do out that business deal, you got to instead of selling equity, it'll be like a little working line of capital. So with that deal, you get a certain amount, you pay back a certain amount. Me knowing my business model, I could take a little piece, take a little piece. Let's say I take 50,000, boom, invest it, invest it in the dates to me. And then the rest I can take and front front front load bills, pay up bills and then just focus on building dason. Then boom when d taking sale when it taking uh go live then now that's a revenue stream and then it ain't an empty or baseless revenue stream cuz I'm helping people find love. It's matchmaking. So, what that tit does is serve two purposes. But then here's the thing. Let's say I get $12 per person. Well, you get a,000 people. That's $12,000 a month. Got to pay your team. Let's say I walk away with 6,000 a month. 7,000 a month. That's a stream of income. So after 10 months them gross 120,000 that well that's the net um cuz Apple get they cut after 10 months of that you had 120,000 if I invested 50 to market it and got out there then now it got the revenue coming in at a,000 people 12,000 a month then what about when it get 10,000 people, then that's 120,000 a month. So, that's how you got to look at it. So, if I got to take and do me a deal and let's say I'm going to pay crazy, let's say I'm going to do a crazy interest, boom, I'm paying 15% interest on uh investment or or line of credit or whatever it is. You take and look at, okay, well, what's my return? If I could turn 50 into 500, 50,000 into 500,000 in the same amount of time, 24 months, now I done 10x my money. Now I got a 500% return cuz it's over two years. One year, you do it over 12 months, that's a,000% return. So, what is paying 15%. That's how you got to think. What it's going to take for you to get to that next level. What do you do? How do you do it? Do you know yourself? And that's the same thing you have to look at. For example, you might have a retirement account. You might have a 401k, savings account, whatever it may be. You got to take a look and see. Take a look and see and be able to say, "Okay, if I take and invest in this business, invest in my brand and I can invest 10,000. I invest 10,000 and then in 12 months I make 50,000. You just 5x your money. You 5x your money. Whereas that same 10,000 sitting on that 401k on a slow bad market, it's not going to 5x at the most. You might get 6 to 10%. But you got enough time to take and bet on you, make your money back, and then you put more money on there, increase your contribution. They your job increase their match. They say, "Oh, you got to pay a 10% penalty." Okay. When you bet on you, the return on your business is far greater than the return on the market. The market is a lot more conservative and it's longterm. When you when you stretch out when you map out that business plan, that's intended to flip. That's intended to go way up. That's intended to where that business plan, your business, you looking at least get a 20% return on your investment cuz you invested in you. But hey, this Tony Gas coming up on my 30 minute walk and 30 minutes on here too. Got to get on this little coaching call, sit outside, do this little coaching call. God bless you. All the important links in the description. Make sure I notice we got a lot of haters. We got a lot of single haters on here cuz this video getting way more views than the amount of people we got on that weight list. That hate in your blood. That might be part of your problem right there. That hate in your blood right there. But hey, this Tony Gasman really can't even do no cool down cuz I walking so slow. Really don't need no cool down. The Lord been good to you. We show need for the boys summer program. Listen, we got a trip to Nashville, Tennessee. We fly out of Tampa, Florida or Orlando, Florida. Sometime we got different groups. So we fly out of both of those airports to Nashville. Got to stay there. I think four or five nights we have up to 20 boys and I feed them three meals a day. So I and my wife, my wife and I, we come out of our pocket heavy and I'm also coming out of my pocket because I have to cancel all my coaching calls while I'm with the boys. So that's costing me money cuz I got to move those to another day and time and then move those to another day and time. But I'm there mentoring the boys, talking to them every day, giving them life lessons. They playing basketball, but I'm teaching them life. And then we got uh the next week we finish on it's it we in Nashville June July 8th to the 13th. We come home, get about two nights at home probably, I think it is. And then we right back. We flying to Chicago. Flying to Chicago. And that's uh July I think 15th to the 20th or 16th to the 20th, something like that. Crazy little amount of time. So yeah, it ain't easy. So to my supporters on here, I see you. I love you. And the Lord, I thank you. It's because of you that I've been able to do this. And when the Lord call you to start your own and you build your brand and you you raising funds for yours, I totally get it. There's been people reaching out to me like, "Hey, Tony, raising fund 51c3 raising fund." And I'm like, "Hey, right now I'm behind on mine." Sometime I still donate like $100 or something. We just donated $2,000 to another fundraiser, two different fundraisers. And so we still donate even though we behind. I learned that from my mom. Give from your lack. So I try to do that. I try to give from my lack. And so and just trust God in the process. So we appreciate you. We need you. And if you can't be part of that, if you single, least you can do it. get on our weight list cuz that help us with our approval from the app store when they see we got demand just being on the weight list. Even if you don't end up signing up for the site and you still can sign up for the site even if you don't like online dating, you could be a free member. So that way you could be a part of the classes, you're a part of the events. So I want every single person on there. So if you're single, click the link in the description, destinyapp.com, join the weight list. We about to we got to pay for the weight list now cuz you only get 2500 people free. But hey, God bless you. Keep your head up. Keep going. And I'm going to be on here. I'm I'm going to be shooting videos as often as I can when I'm not filming. I mean, when I'm not coaching, I'm filming. So, my videos may go up to about three videos a day. It's summertime. So, just may need to unset and reset your notification bell. And don't just pick and choose titles. Listen to every video because sometimes I don't know how to title it. But every video is going to be a word for you. Every video. So know that. So if you watching this, then I want you checking back every day looking for them videos because I'm going just be letting the Lord use me. And it's not a lot of us out here that's letting the Lord use us without sin. Meaning we we would all we all with sin because if I mess around and look at a woman walking and booty jiggling that's that's sin. So we all with sin and got to repent. But what I mean is willing sin. Some people out here willingly intentionally going and fornicating, adulterating, whatever it may be, pornography, whatever they into. And so for those of us that's actively trying to live right and do the right thing, it's few and far between because when you when you live it, you know what it look like. So I could go to somebody page and listen to them talk for 5 minutes and I could tell how they living, if they living in sin or not. And so that's what you got to realize. And ain't a lot of us out here. And if you one then I want you to start living right. I mean, I want you to start teaching and preaching and and doing what you need to do. Teaching what you need to teach. Let the Lord use you. But hey, this Tony Gaston, God bless you. Keep your head up and we'll talk soon.
