Today is actually Sunday, June 28th. It's 1:51 in the evening and um Jax is taking a nap right now [clears throat] like always around this time. He's been sleep for about an hour and 39 minutes. Hopefully I can get about 2 hours 2 hours and 30 minutes out of him today. Um I just well [snorts] we just got two packages delivered. Of course you already know what the deal is. [snorts] When would this would this ever be a Kira Jane vlog like without an Amazon package or any type of delivery? I'm sorry. This is just This is just my life. So, this stuff isn't even for me, I don't think. Okay. Yes, it is. Okay. This one is not for me. This is for my man. Um, this is a iPhone 17 Pro Max case. He needed a new one and he doesn't have Prom. I have Prime and why would we pay for Prom twice? So, he just always sends whatever he wants to me. And this is his case that got delivered. He does have the um orange iPhone. So, I'm not This may be clear. I'm not sure. But anyway, the one he got right now is one from Tik Tok shop. And he was like he should have never switched it. And I'm like, that's what you get for always trying to order stuff from Tik Tok shop. Um the other thing that I got is this portable door lock. Y'all know I've had this literally since I moved out on my own. And it is linked in my Amazon storefront. Usually everything that I talk about should be linked. If not, just tell me. I got another one because the one that we have, it still works. It's just the latch that's on it basically broke off and my man literally breaks it every single time he puts IT THERE. SIT DOWN AND STOP. I am overly annoyed right now. I don't know why just randomly out of nowhere they would just start fighting out of nowhere. Hope he lays back down because I seriously need at least another 45 minutes. But anyway, this is the door latch. The exact. If it's not the exact, it's almost the exact same one. Um, I think this one should last a lot longer because right here, this is the part that Let's focus. This is the part that breaks off because the other one is really flimsy. So, this one is kind of like a key ring. So, it's not as easy to get off, but the other one is just the loop. So, this one should hold up a lot better. I'm going to put this one. I'm going to replace it at the front of the door. I'm going to keep that one just simply because we'll probably end up needing that one here soon, but it does have a little like a travel cover case, if you will. And then I also got some measuring measuring spoons. It is a pack of it's a set of six. So, I was trying to bake a cake. Well, I did bake a cake, but my measurements was not correct because I didn't have these. So, I was baking a cake the other day and realized that our measuring spoons, I don't know what happened to my measuring spoons, but but my man has some from when he lived alone and they're just not it. So, I got some stainless steel ones because I feel like it'll be a lot easier to clean and use these as well as the actual numbers and writing will not wipe off because the other ones that we used to have is I used to have some from Dollar Tree, you know, just anything that's not of good quality, the numbers and the writing will wipe off. So, I'm super glad that I got the um stainless steel. Looks like these will be really great. And that's all that I have to show right now. I did put in a Target order, a pickup order. So, my thing is right now that um I need to get out the house. So, I love being at home. I'm a homebody. I like being here in my space, but with a toddler that literally is into everything, we got to get out the house a little bit. So, I just did a Target pickup and it's literally body wash and stuff, but we'll talk about it in the car. But just to get us out the house for a little bit, you know, get some vitamin D, get out the house. Now, I do go outside with him in our backyard or on the deck back there. And, you know, I'll post it all the time on Instagram story. We play with bubbles. I let him play with his little water stuff. Like, we go out there and play most of the time. Um, but other than that, we're just here stuck in the house between these um four walls. And I about to go crazy. So, I'm going to go do a Target order. I also need to um eat. I ate a little bit of McDonald's. My man got it for me before he left to go to church. And I couldn't really finish it because heating up fast food is just not it. And especially McDonald's, so I ate most of it, but I literally didn't even eat one whole of my hash browns. So, I'm going to put put a pizza in the oven. Um he's kind of moving back and forth, so I'm pretty sure the dogs woke him up. I just locked up Duke and then Princess out. because I was going to lock them both up, but then when I lock them both up, what if they start fighting again? So, I separated them. That is just so very annoying. I'm going to cook me a pizza. When my Target order is ready, we're going to go out to tar and then I really don't have anything else to do today. Today is Sunday. Oh, we got to plan stuff for the week. So, I'm going to get out my calendar on the fridge that y'all know I love to use and plan with. We're going to do that today. And also I have a appointment. I thought my appointment was going to be like at 8 or 9ine but it's at 10:00. I got an MRI tomorrow morning and it's just to make sure literally them just to take a closer deeper look into my breast basically. Um my family is very high risk for breast cancer and I'm going to have to get a I think I get an MRI. It's either once every year or it's going to be every six months and then a mammogram every six months and it may be MRI once a year, something like that along those lines. Um, but thank God so far so good. Um, I've had a few mamograms and stuff already and then I also had a biopsy and all kind of stuff, but the MRI they just want to take, you know, a closer deeper look. Anyway, I got that in the morning and um after that, this week is the week that I actually start working from home with my new big girl job. So, after I get my login and stuff like that, I should be starting on that, I think, Tuesday and Wednesday. So, I'm glad I don't have to do that on Monday. And then this week, I also have an oil change. I got to stop by my school to get a graduation gift that my teacher is giving us. Um as well as what else is this week? I have to go up actually to my new job and l I'm going to be there probably from like 12:00 to 4:30 because I told her that I got an oil change and stuff and she was like I could just go basically after. So I'm probably I'm going to say from like 12 noon to 4:30 in the evening depending on and it's literally just doing online modules and stuff, but I am going to be getting paid for the work and stuff that I do at home and then when I go there as well. So it's it's it's just a little confusing. I never had to do anything like this because when I got hired at the job that I'm still pring at right now, you know, you get hired and we just we just start working, you know, went through training orientation and then any type of modules we would just do, you know, while we're there. I don't know, it's just different. Um but yeah, they had to take my blood and everything. Of course, pee in a cup. I think I did that in my um job now, but I did not have to get my blood drawn. So, yeah, they don't play this place. Um but yeah, that's pretty much it. it. It's a ton more stuff that's happening this month. So, I'm just going to write it down in my calendar and then show y'all. I do need to plan out some meals for this week. [sighs] It's just a lot of planning to do. Girl, we we got a busy we got a busy type of week a little bit this week. And I do want to actually clean out my car. So, I get a oil change on Thursday. And I kind of already cleaned it out a little bit. We have a vacuum cleaner and stuff that I can use to vacuum it out, but I'm going to have to wait till my man get here. So yeah, I do want to take it through the car wash and all of that. So we'll see how that go. I may or may not do that with Jackson. I'm not sure how he would react with going through a car wash. But surely he should be pretty fine. I don't know if I'm going to do it today. I might do it maybe another day when I'm not, you know, not really pressed for time, but pressed for time because I would like to get some more editing done today and I have some collab stuff to do. Oh, since I'm going to go out. Okay. Yeah, I got to reshoot like some B-roll footage for this collab from Mom Cozy. And they basically want me to show me using like the sound machines in action. So, I can definitely do that today. Great. So, we're going to be filming content as well today. Well, obviously, but brand content. Okay. I've been talking for almost 10 minutes. Bye, girl. And one of my items they had to send, well, ship off is going to be here this Wednesday. Um, not too messed up about that one because it's just the lotion. But I was on TikTok and this girl, she posted, her post went viral. She literally was just showing a video of two of these different body washes and was like, you know, are these worth it? Tell me about them. You know, what do y'all use them for? Whoopde-doop. I got to reading in the comments and then I come across a comment that said she used this one, this one, and then the one that's going to get um delivered to my house, the lotion. And she said this one actually helped with her strawberry legs, strawberry arms with the wool within like 3 weeks and stuff and along with the dry brushing and all of that. Um my arms, I don't really have it, but my legs, I have strawberry legs. Oh my gosh. And I've been trying to get rid of that since high school. It is so annoying. If you have it, then you know it's like I used to be so embarrassed to even, you know, how girls take a cute bikini pic and just like of their legs and like their feet and stuff when they're laying down lounging around out by the pool. I would never do that because the little bitty it's basically like just little bitty dots, but they call it strawberry lips cuz it's like strawberries. Um but yeah, so it's the um I don't even know how you pronounce the brand, y'all. Okay, y'all know y'all know what it is. Um the smoother glycolic acid body wash. So, I got that one. And then I got the KP body scrub and mask. So, I used to use a KP scrub from First Aid Beauty, I want to say, was the name. Did not work at all. I used that whole bottle and bought another one. It did not work. So, I'm I'm having high hopes for this. I'm having high hopes. I am going to do the um girl, it's so dang bright outside today. I am going to do the dry scrubbing and all of that. Um, I don't even know how to really use this to apply. Hand washcloth, aloof, massage into skin. So, can I use this every day? Comment down below. So, this is the one that I decided to get because everybody was in the comments that had strawberry legs was talking about this one. So, limit sun exposure while using this product for a week afterwards. Okay. probably cuz all the glycolic acid and everything else that it got increase your skin sensitivity and you can get sunburn. Okay. All right, girl. I'm super excited though. That's what I got. And then I'm literally just waiting on the lotion that's in this brand as well. So, it's 3:39. We both already had lunch and stuff. I did leave his baby bag at the house, so I can't really do too much. Um, I was going to call up my friend Janae. I'm not sure if she was at work or not, but I was going to go to her house for like an hour cuz I haven't been to her new place yet. Yeah, it say she at home. So, I just want to drive over there, you know, just to get out the house and stuff. Um, but I don't have his diaper bag. So, that's that's why I'm thinking like probably not. And plus, it's like on the spot, too. You know, she probably you know, you never know. Some people don't want somebody People like to tidy up and stuff a little bit before people come over. Anyway, um I was going to roll around and like look at a few houses too, like this this um new like housing subdivision and stuff over here that I want to look at and like roll around up in there. I don't really need to go to Ult or anything. Um I was going to dillydally inside Ross just to see what I can find and just look around, but the parking lot looked packed and I don't want to go in there when when the store is packed out with a toddler. So, I was thinking of HomeGoods, but HomeGoods since I live on the opposite side of town now, HomeGoods is literally I mean, it's like 10, 15 minutes away, but still, that's nothing, but it's something. I don't want to have to go through all these lights in town, you know. Um, so yeah, I think I'm just going to roll through and look at these houses and then probably get back to the house just to tidy up a little bit. Um, I'll probably go outside in the back with him and let him kind of just play around in bubbles and things like that as well, just to kind of, you know, get outside the house and not in the house because he has a lot of energy right now. And then I do want to tire him out as well because last night I got him to bed. We I literally was rocking him in the rocking chair by 7:30 because the past four nights he's been up till 11:00 midnight. He's the boy has been up. So that was due to us, you know, going down to my man's hometown. Um, so that messed up his schedule and then just other stuff. The barbecue messed up his schedule. Just a whole bunch of hoopla. So we're trying to get back into routine. He just drank all his juice, too. So yeah, definitely got to get to the house cuz I ain't got no more juice. But yeah, so I got him in bed literally before 8:00. So today I do want to like tire him out some more. We'll start I'll give him dinner. I gave him roast today for lunch and that's what I ate as well. And then tonight, I mean, he had sloppy joe last night is what we had. But I may I don't know. I'm going to give him something different. I'm going to cook his like food. But yeah, that's what's going on. About to go look at these houses real quick. Obviously, I can't show you guys because you know what if we end up moving there and then I just showed y'all the dang place we living at. So, I'll talk to y'all when we get back to the house. I'm super excited to use my new body wash tonight. I'll tell you how I like it. Um, I remember using the Native brand body wash because everybody was raving about it. Not even really raving. It's just all the girlies always had it in their Tik Toks and their YouTube channel and I don't like it. That Native, it literally dried my skin down so bad. It was the worst body wash I've ever used. I'm not even going to lie. So, I have high hopes for this. I hope it's really moisturizing hopefully. But, you know, if it's not moisturizing, I know they got other, you know, other ones in this brand. But, I really do need these strawberry legs gone. So, I'll get back to y'all. What's today? It's about to be July. So, it's the end of June. is the 28th. I'll get back to y'all at the end of July and see if it's really been working or not. But yeah, we about to go look at these houses. So, I knew it was something that I forgot to um show y'all in the last vlog whenever we went I think the last vlog I was Yeah, I think that's when I um my graduation vlog. I want to say that's when I went and got my massage and then we went out to go ring shopping. Uh-uh. Stop. We went out to go ring shopping and such. So, when we were in Hot Springs, stop. No, no. We went ring shopping and then we [crying and screaming] every time I start talking [screaming] this purse is going to be like $40, $50. Girl, why was this p Why was this purse $84? She was like, "It's real leather." And I said, "Well, I'm not the one buying it. So, if my man don't want to buy it, we not going to get it then." because I didn't know it was going to be that [crying] much. But anyways, I thought this was super cute. They had another one that was like a really really light color, but oh my gosh, is this not the cutest little purse ever just to throw on and go. I really love the thick strap that was on it. Um, it's in Hot Springs. This is the brand of it. I'm not sure if you can get it online or whatever. Maybe I should have looked it up to see how much it is online. I don't know. He paid $84 for this and then he bought him a cowboy hat that was literally $84, too. So, I'm like, well, we even now. But I thought this was super cute. So the front of it, you can literally just slide your phone in there. Like I said, if you just need something to throw on and go real quick, like if I'm going for a walk with jacks, anything like that, I can just throw this on. And then it has another little pocket right here with some um credit card slots. And then another pocket kind of inside of that. And then the main [screaming] part, okay, the main part of it literally I mean I really don't even know what the hell you going to put in that girl, but it's really small. But like I said, this is just a quick throw on and go if you need something, you know, just to put a little something something in. $84 worthy. I don't know. But she, that's Jackson hitting the camera. But she is super freaking cute. [music] All right. Hey y'all. Today is the next day. Yesterday, I think I recorded a quick clip of me um basically breaking down that freaking dresser and he has to literally take all of those bags to like some type of dumpster and literally throw them away. My hair needs washing really bad, so disregard that. But I am actually at my school campus right now because my um well our teacher basically customized us a tumbler and I'm super excited to look at it. One of the one of my classmates already shared hers so I thought that was super cute. Um it says eat, sleep, titrate, repeat and then it has a baker RPSGT and then it has RPSGT right here and then it says poly sonography. So that's what So this how it looks. And then this side, the little black girl on it, period. I would like to see my classmates that isn't black. What she put on theirs cuz we got a white guy in the class and then we have a white girl in the class and then the rest of us are black. But I thought, yes, baby. But I thought this was super cute. And then it comes with a straw as well. So yeah, that's what we're doing. Um, I was going to run to Walmart while I'm out. It's only 12:22. It's Tuesday, June 30th, because we're probably going to go swimming this Friday, which is going to be July 3rd, the day before 4th of July. And um, yeah, I need to get him like a floaty. And I need to get we need some plastic plates and cups really, really bad, but it's like I just don't feel like getting out and going in there. There is this toy also that I really want to get him, but I may save that for um probably Thursday, but Thursday is going to be pretty busy. Or we can do it Friday morning, honestly. Um so yeah, Thursday I'm supposed to be getting my oil changed at 10:00 a.m. over here. And then I was going to have to stop by the school, but I don't got to do it that anymore. So after my oil change, I'm just going to go straight to my new job. And I have to um basically go meet some of the day shift and just do some dayshift stuff before I transition tonight. And I'm probably gonna be done with that about 4:30. So yeah, we can go to Walmart and stuff because we're going to need we're going to have to go to Walmart and Sam's probably because he wants some more lollipop because he's trying to stop drinking, you know, actual soda and kind of get a little bit a healthier option with lollipop. Get that out your mouth before you choke. Thank you. So yeah, we'll probably go to Sam's Walmart Thursday. need my oil change and I got to go in to my job. So, busy busy busy today. We're just going to chill out until about 5:30 I'll say here locally in Little Rock. I just seen it on literally social media, but at 6:00 p.m. they have like this walk-in thing where you can bring your babies. I forgot what it's called. Like mother mother something. It's for moms. and so we can get out and exercise, get out the house, go outside, and we can literally walk with our kids. Um, so I thought that was really nice. De'arra's going to come along with me with Jojo. And then obviously I'm going to bring Jack, my other friend Jana. She actually works today, so she's not going to be able to come, but I'll vlog us getting ready. Well, I'm just throwing on some shorts and a workout shirt. Jack's just going to keep on what he got. I need to make sure his fan is charged up so that he can get cold air blowing on him constantly. I have a little fan that I'm going to get charged up to 100% and I just literally wear it around my neck and then it'll blow air. Need to make sure we have some water. So, I got my Stanley and stuff. Yesterday, my MRI um whatever they injected me with, it started with the E so that they can basically see better with the MRI. I had to get an IV and everything. It basically made me so dehydrated. So, I've been having to drink water like crazy. Um so, I'm going to make sure my Stanley is filled up with water. I'm going to Yes, baby. I'm going to have his cup filled up with water and then I'm going to bring a water bottle and then Yeah. Anyway, that's what we're going to do. Um, yeah, my MR was good. It showed no no signs of no breast cancer, anything like that. So, praise God for that. And I think that's all today. I am going to try to straighten up a little bit. My my manager haven't sent me my modules yet so that I can do that online for my new job. So, I'm just waiting on her to do that because I'm supposed to be starting it today, like clocking in, going to work basically. And yeah, I have a Amazon package 10 stops away. It's just some more refills for that um Zervo, I mean Zebo flying insect trap I think I was talking to y'all about and I posted it on Instagram. So, it comes with four refills and they're seven stops away. So, yeah, that's all we're doing today. I'm hurry up and get back to the house. Stop biting on that straw before you rip it. So, I actually ended up going to the little mommy walk. It happens every single Tuesday right now at about 6:00 and we walk for about an hour. Um, some days a lot of moms show up, some days there's not as many, but nevertheless, this was my first time coming and it was really, really nice. Really, really sweet. I drag my friend De'arra along with me. Um, she usually comes with me or my friend Jana will come with her almost three-year-old. So, it's really nice to get, you know, the moms out and walking and things like that. So, I'm super excited that she started this. And then after it, Jax, he got to run around and play and things like that. And then we'll also kind of just check in mental health, things like that. So, it actually was a really fun and great experience. So, I'm glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone. >> There you are. This is a >> [snorts] >> All right. So, we're back home. We had to come make a pit stop because we actually got groceries so we can put them up. And I was supposed to be coming back to basically sell my old MacBook y'all know about. But he ain't text me back. So, I just put it as sold. My man, he said he want his own MacBook. So, he just going he was going to have it. So, that all worked out. But after we put these groceries up, I'm going to show what we got. We still have to go to Target to get Jackson's stuff, like his food, because Walmart does not sell the brand of food that we like to give him if I'm not cooking something at home. Um, the brand, I think it's Kid Fresh, and it's another brand. So, it's like all organic, gluten-free, things like that. And it has like vegetables inside of the food. So, I really like to um buy that, get that for him. And um yeah, I'm still waiting on my car. So, they haven't sent me an update or anything yet. And he's probably going to like text me about the um what was it? What is it? Text me about the what was the recall? My fuel stuff. I think they m I think they were going to give me an update on the fuel. But basically, I got to get a oil change. I'm getting my tires rotated. I told them not to change the um cabin air filter because There we go. Told them not to change the air filter because we can just do that by ourselves and it's literally much cheaper. I'm just going to watch a YouTube video or have my dad do it. And what else? What are they doing? Something with engine oil. Something with the engine or something that they're going to do. It hasn't [clears throat] been done before. And it's recommended when you get to 40k miles. So, I said go ahead and do that because baby, I need my engine running. Like, that's the guts of the car. Without that, it ain't nothing. And especially because I'm about to start working here soon as well. I'll tell you more about that. We finally got that figured out with my um new manager and stuff because things has just been very very confusing. Bless you. >> Got lollipop there. Well, it tastes all right for it to be a makeshift Sprite. If it's really really cold, this is really good. So, y'all know the last Ollie Pop that we had was from Sam's Club. It was um what? Strawberry vanilla or something. >> It was like a cream soda. >> It was a grape soda. >> Cream soda. Grape >> cream soda. Grape. And >> you was in the way. >> It was something else. But I've tried this one before and I really like grape. And I really like um I think it's lollipop the fruit punch. So I wish they would have had fruit punch in that. That's really good. And then we got a steak. We got ground beef. We got bone and pork chops cuz the bone tastes better. And just some plates, cups, macaroni. Um, I like the sausages that's already patted up. I hate getting my hands dirty trying to pat up sausages, so I like to get this. My man like to get the roll. And then just a few Lunchables just for a few snacks until we actually go grocery shopping again. And then more Lunchables. Got cheeses. You always got to have cheese. We got cranberry juice, apple juice, macaroni, and then I'm going to go over this stuff. Well, here we got some forks. And then we are going swimming. I'm going to vlog that. That'll be the last day. We're going to go swimming tomorrow at Donna's house. And I got me a floaty because I'm about to relax a little bit as well. And then Jack's, we did get like Pampers swim diapers, but I thought it would be a little bit better to get like a reusable swim diaper because he not going swimming, you know, every single weekend or something cuz we don't even have a pool or nothing. So, I feel like the reusable will be good. It's 6 to 18 months. And then this is a floaty for him. This one doesn't have the shade cover, but this was only like $9 and something. The one with the shade cover was what? $20, but he does have two like pool hats that he can put on. We can put on them. And then this is just a sunscreen. Comment down below um a sunscreen that you like for kids. I have some sunscreen. I use black girl sunscreen and then I also use the Sarave or Sarah Vee sunscreen. So, I have two. And then this is what we're going to use for Jack's. I got the um what is this? I got cream like lotion basically instead of spray because I feel like he he ain't going to do with spray. And then I saw these. So I had another brand, but these are just bath crayons. So I decided to try these out to kind of give him a little bit other stuff to do while he's in the tub. It's safe for three plus, but he should be fine. He can scribble. And then it comes with a magic eraser. So we'll see how this work out. And yeah, that's our haul. Oh, the chair. So we got a chair. Um when he's out here playing in our back, well, basically I'm just going to say our backyard. When he playing in our little backyard, um he doesn't really have anywhere to sit. So we got this for that. And then we're going to I'm going to take this tomorrow as well so that if he's not in the pool, he'll still have somewhere to kind of sit around if somebody else is outside of the pool to sit beside him. So yeah, super excited. This will be his first time in an actual pool and I have not been who [snorts] >> somebody walking with a dog. Um yeah, I haven't last time I've been to a pool. I couldn't even tell you the last time I went swimming or was inside of a pool. So, um, yeah, it's been a minute. I'm super excited to get in the pool. And obviously, my hair needs to be washed. I got my hair done what about 3 weeks ago. So, I've been waiting, especially this week because I knew we're going to go to the pool. So, I'm going to wash it tomorrow when we get back from the pool. I don't want to be there too late because obviously I need to wash my hair. Jacks need to be here in time for bedtime and dinner time. So, I would like to be back about two hours before for sure it gets dark. I desperately need to wash my hair, but we're at Target right now. We just left Chick-fil-A. We ate on the inside again. Um definitely could not vlog because it gets chaotic with a one-year-old toddler. Um he got stuff everywhere. It's It's just a lot. So, certain places like that, we just trying to get in and get out before he start with chaos. He also has not had a nap today, so that's what we're um that's what we're dealing with. So, he ain't got a little full belly. And um we'll probably try to put him down for now when we get back. My car is still not ready. So, we're still waiting on that. And Target, we just have to get some um swim trunks for him. What we here for? His food. And JC needs some um swim trunks. And then we'll probably try to look and see if they have like a kids like bathing suit type thing because if not, he's just going to wear like a white shirt in the pool just to like protect his skin and things like that. It is for 9 months old, but we were thinking, well, I said that we can just basically cut off the sleeves and then just keep this because I would like to have his like body protected instead of him just, you know, just with a diaper on or swim trunks. So, I am going to probably cut the sleeves off and then just kind of have him wear this to kind of protect some of his body. And then, of course, those little bitty shorts is not going to work out. So, then I got a 18-month pair of shorts. And it just has suns. Super cute. Easy on, easy off. And then we have his reusable um swim diaper. My boyfriend was like, he just going to be in anything. But I'm like, boy, it's orange. It'll it'll be okay. We ain't doing nothing but swimming. And this was a dollar. Um, I was going to get this and take this to the pool just so we can have something to kind of look at and play with. These flashcards was in the little like $5 and under section at Target. Girl, they were a dollar. So, it's ABC's and just cute little stuff. So, we're definitely going to be doing some flashcards. Um, this is from Walmart. This is from Target. I decided to give him strawberry this time. We tried grape. He loved that. My man picked this out. He likes that. And then this is the kid fresh brand that we like to get. just got some meals for him just until Sunday until um my man get his official paycheck for next week and then we'll do like the full grocery shopping haul because our grocery shopping haul is literally about $350 and that's at Sam's Club alone. I got these three for Breeze air fresheners because they do have them on sale right now. So, I got three different scents and I like all of them except for maybe that purple one. It ain't that ain't my favorite. So, I'll be using this in our bathroom and then this one. So with me with Oh, I look crazy. With sprays, I tend to Okay. I tend to not like after we use it for a little bit, I tend to get tired of it and don't really like the smell and then I associate that smell with poop because essentially we like to use the air fresheners in the bathroom like when you're taking number two or doing number two. So then once you use that one certain spray, I don't know, comment down below if you know what I'm talking about or if you feel the same way. If I use this one spray, every time I use the bathroom for number two or anybody else, it's like it starts to not mask the smell because you already know when this spray is out, it's used for number two. If I'm explaining that right, just comment down below if you get what I'm saying. So, our Bath & Body Works, whenever we use that one, I just already start smelling like I just already start smelling because I'm like, I already know that's why you spraying it because you about to poop. So, it doesn't really mask it. So, I do like to have a variety. Um, I'll probably just kind of switch them out every like two weeks or so. Um, I know that is probably Well, no, it's not going to really run them down. So, after about two weeks or so, or when I start to like smell that poop smell as soon as you spray it, I'm just going to switch it out to the other one and we'll just keep them in rotation. Um, but yeah, that's all we got from Target. And then he got some swim trunks, but he's going to go have to return his because his is um too big. Told him they was going to be too big when we was in there. He didn't listen. But whatever. So, I'm about to lay down and put this food up until he get back. It's 3:32. Jackson is sleep. Um, I'll probably wake him up by like 5:00. So, get him a little bit more time to go to sleep. My man is at the gym right now and then he has um church rehearsal today at 6:00 p.m. and I told him that he's taking Jackson because I literally I just need some me time because tomorrow, you know, we're going to be out swimming and doing stuff. So, today I just need some me time. I just want to lay down and I do need to edit for the rest of today. I do need to do a collaboration as well, but my friend hasn't text me back yet. I told her that I was going to come get the bottle washer later today because Grozie want me to compare the Grozy bottle washer and Mom Cozy bottle washer and we use Grozy right now. So, like I said, this is the one I've been using 24/7 literally since he was about four or five months. Love her down. I just got one from Pabolic. That was my latest one that I reviewed. That one's nice as well, but you know, every everyone have their pros and cons, but Mom Cozy is basically kind of the same as this. So, they want me to, girl, they want me to just compare them. So, that's I think they're going to pay me $550 for that. And baby, when I tell you, easy money, easy money. So, [sighs and gasps] yeah, super excited. And I say easy money because they sent me this bottle washer for free, but I've did probably at least four different collabs with them with the same one bottle washer, as well as I'm getting commission and stuff. So that's why I'm like, it's easy money cuz y'all already paid me initially for the initial collab and sent the free product and then it's your fourth or fifth time asking for another, you know, like video or whatever, whether it's short form, long form, whatever. Quick $550, period. So super excited about that. Um, and then I am going to actually plan with y'all today. I just need to lay down for a little bit. We we've been out all day. So, I do need to switch this from June to July because it is now Oh my gosh. I was supposed to go return that thing to Amazon. It said I got into tomorrow. Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh. I have to do that. Anyway, we're going to redo this and then I'm going to redo this to see what we're going to cook and stuff. And then I just did our bill list over here. Um so yeah, we we we'll do this later. But I have a dress that I need to return to Amazon. It was one of my graduation dresses that didn't work out and I was supposed to go return it today. It said that it needs to be returned by the 3rd. So, I'm like, can I still return it on the 3rd, you know? So, yeah, I'm about to pee, lay down, and I'll talk to y'all later when we start planning and stuff. All right, so today is going to be the last day of vlogging because y'all know I've been trying to do Friday to Friday, but today is July 3rd. Friday, July 3rd. It's 2:48 in the evening right now. And [snorts] we were supposed to be at Donna's, but it just randomly started thunderstorming out of nowhere. But it does say that it's supposed to be sunny for the remainder of the day. So basically, we're just getting our stuff together and get ready to go. Um, for sure at 5, 6, 7, and 8, it's going to be sunny, it says, here in Little Rock. And then Conway, I think the rain is kind of like it passed us, now it's in Conway, you know, going all the way up or whatever. So, it's still raining a little bit there in Conway. Um, so by the time we get ready, hopefully the rain has left Conway [laughter] because we can't go swimming in the rain. So I was going to go ahead and blow these up. So this is Jackson's floaty that we bought yesterday. And then I have a floaty as well that I wanted to get into because it's not raining here anymore. The sun hasn't came out just yet because the clouds are still moving and passing. [snorts] So hopefully, usually it'll like pour down raining and then out of nowhere it'll just Okay. Do I need a white light or what? Let's try that. Let's try this. Normally it would just pour down rain and then literally the sun look here go the sun shining on his car now. So the sun is kind of trying to make its way back through. So we just need Conway to look like that. Okay, this is Jackson's. I'm going to go ahead and see if one of these. So, we went ahead and bought this one. If you guys remember, we were trying to like blow up one of his little basketballs. And then this actually came with another one of his toys, but we didn't realize that the actual piece that we needed is inside of there. Y'all see that little white piece? Yeah, that's what we needed for the attachment head. But there's some other pieces here as well. So, no, it's three, girl. It's three different parts you got to blow up into one. So, this is what he going to sit in. Hopefully, he can fit this. What's the age on this? It say step one, zero to one years old. So, he should be able to fit up in this. Um, yeah. I don't think this piece is going to work for this. Or is this what I need? I don't know. They trying to. All right. So, Jackson's definitely probably going to have to have a pump. So, I'm about to open mine and see if I could um get this one. Maybe just one it up myself. or if one of these will work cuz the pumps that we have basically is for like a basketball I guess and I don't really know what the other attachments is. But this is mine and I was able to fit this little piece in there. So I'm going to see if I'm able to kind of like pump this up and see if it work out. But just three pumps. >> That's your car. So, I'm in our guest bathroom right now because I am actually about to curl my hair. So, I um we went swimming Friday, the day before the 4th of July, and um we went swimming at my cousin's house, who is obviously Jack's godm, Dina. And it was really, really fun. And I couldn't tell you the last time I've been in the pool, but we talked about that in the last vlog. So, this vlog I do really this is just I don't know like I don't really know what I'm going to title it, but this is basically new beginnings for me because I am officially starting my big girl job tomorrow. Mhm. Clap it up. Clap it up. Mhm. Clap it up. So, I have to do day shift and then I'm going to go night shift next week. So, I was well, my manager thought I was supposed to be doing this last week, but it's it's been a lot of hoopla, a lot of confusion. So, I'm doing everything she thought I was supposed to do last week this week. So, I have official orientation. My onboarding is tomorrow. And basically, I think I have to be there by 8:30. I'll look at my paperwork and things like that later. But yeah, I got to be up at the Ask Crocodon basically and then roll up there. And I for stuff like this, I like to be early. One, parking cuz I said there's going to be a lot of people. Two, because I don't know where I'm going. I've been at this place before numerous of times and obviously with clinical and things like that, but I don't know exactly where I'm going or what I'm supposed to be doing. So, um, I do want to get there early. I am about to use my T3 curling iron. I have the I don't know if this is the smallest barrel or if this is not the biggest one for sure or if this is like the medium size one, but this is what it is. And I washed my hair um Friday night and blow dried it Saturday and then flat ironed it yesterday and now I'm about to curl it. So, I was going to wear my hair straight, but honestly, girl, like, as you can see, it no, it ain't it ain't gonna do right. So, I think the safest way for me to have a cute picture tomorrow is to just curl my hair. So, I really really love the T3 curling iron. Um, I I I don't remember. I think I bought the T3 curling iron, but my cousin Diana actually bought me the blow dryer. And when I say [clears throat] excuse me, every single T3 [snorts] thing that I've tried is top tier. So they they definitely know what they were doing. And after I curl my hair, I'm just going to leave it. And then I am getting in bed early today. Last night, me and my man did not go to sleep until 3:00 a.m. Don't ask why. Literally just up talking, eating, straightening up, and you know, some other hoopla. But we didn't go to sleep until 3:00 a.m. So, I am extremely extremely tired. And tomorrow, I don't wear scrubs tomorrow because it's it's like just orientation on boarding. So, they just want us to take our ID badge picture and a whole bunch of other stuff. Just learning about everything that they have to offer and things like that. So, I have to wear business casual tomorrow and then I don't start wearing scrubs until like my actual night shift. So, that'll be next week. I don't know if I'll have to go back up there throughout this week because she said I'm going to meet with her after orientation, my manager, um to do some stuff and modules and things like that. So, originally we planned for me to do modules at home, like work from home last week. So, I'm going to see probably will be able to do that. Not sure if I have to go in Thursday or not, but we'll see. Um hopefully I can just do them at home because if need be like if it is if I do got to do a Thursday if I can't concentrate here I'll just like go to the library or something or I mean I guess I can just ask if I could just go up there but oh I missed a piece. Dang, I hate when that happens. You curl your whole curl and then you miss a little small piece. But I should be able to. I'm in off Thursday and Friday for right now and he he usually does a good job with slightly keeping Jack's quiet and if I'm in the guest room at the desk and I usually um just shut the door usually will be fine. That's what I did when I was in school. So yeah, also I think I mentioned that I have virgin hair at the bottom of my hair. Like majority of my head is virgin hair. And then the bundle that's at the top, that is a raw bundle, raw Vietnamese bundle that I sell obviously. And yeah, I definitely crack the code. I really like that because the virgin hair doesn't get, you know, most hair when you sweat and stuff, it kind of, I don't know, get real stuck together and just nasty in the back of your head. And it does not do that. But the top of my head, which the version hair blends in with my hair well, too. But I don't know. It's just something about that raw hair that just makes your hair look exactly well makes makes the bundle look exactly like your hair. But yeah, that's all I just wanted to introduce the vlog. I did remember talking about planning in the last vlog and I never did the clear the clear acrylic calendars. Um I did not do that. If I feel like it tonight, I will do it tonight. If not, we are definitely doing it tomorrow. Um, we paid rent and our storage. So, I do need to update my little um well, our little monthly bill planner as well and just plan out for the rest of this month. Like I've been saying, this month is a really busy month and especially with me starting back working and just schedules changing. Now, my mom is going to come over again twice a week to watch Jack. My man has a different off day moved, one of his off days moved to a different off day. And it's just this month is just going to be very very new for all of us because this is not our regular routine because when I was in clinical, you know, I had a routine. We had a routine set. Now it's just going to be a whole another routine. So I'm excited. I'm excited to start getting paid again. Okay. Obviously I make money from YouTube sponsorships and actual YouTube, but baby, I ain't been posting because I've been in school and studying for boards and everything else. So YouTube is just like any other job and content. If you not posting, baby, you not making no money. Like I was still making money, but it wasn't new money. It was, you know, just what I call chump change from old videos. So I definitely need to um plan out content as well. So far so good with the weekly vlogs. I have been having to catch up. So, after obviously y'all going to be caught up by now, but after next week, I'm posting a graduation vlog and I should be done by then because obviously I graduated about a month ago now, almost a month ago. And the vlog going to be posted next week, but it's fine. Um, I had bigger things to worry about [laughter] trying to pass my boards cuz trying to pass my boards cuz baby that's more important. Okay, but like I was saying, I'm super excited to start getting a actual real paycheck deposit into my account, my own money. Okay, I'm super excited and I cannot wait for that. I do have a lot of stuff that I want to basically kind of pay off and catch up on and get ahead of and different savings goals and things like that. So, we'll talk more about that probably next month because hopefully we should have some exciting news here soon. But yeah, I just wanted to introd introduce the vlog. I'll come back. So, after I curl my hair, I'm going to come back and just show you how I roll it or put it on this um big basically heatless curl flexi rod because a lot of people do have questions about that. All right, so my hair is done. Kind of took a little break, but it is 9:11. I think I started at 8:42ish or whatever and I've been watching the show. So, I just quickly curled my hair. Literally nothing too crazy. It's I still want it to be fairly loose. I don't really like tight curls. So, so um yeah, I definitely like my hair better curled unless I have like 26 to 28 in of hair, then I like that to be bone straight cuz ain't nobody about to be curling 28 26 inches of hair. But like I said, I did a quick little curl because I am going to put my heatless rod on. I'm going to go ahead and do that now so my curls can really sit and be tight. enough to last because I don't know if we're going to be taking pictures like right when we get there or if we going to take the pictures um you know at you know noon. I I don't know. So I'm going need my curls to stay cuz I don't really like spraying hairspray and stuff on my hair unless I absolutely have to. But I don't really want to because I just wash my hair and I wanted to try my moisturizing tint. Actually, we're going to do that first. So, y'all know I bought all that stuff from Sephora and Ulta, and I have yet to try any of it because I've just been a bit gal. So, I do want to put on that skin tint. Um, and then I may I may do my eyebrows, but I do want to put the skin tint on and really see how that looks. And then we'll come back and put my hair up. And I tell y'all, I am overly annoyed with the firecrackers this year. I absolutely cannot take it. And probably because we're in a house this year and every other time I've heard firecrackers and stuff, obviously I am in an apartment, so it's like you can't you can barely even hear anything. What is all this stuff up here? I hate how that looks in the background with all these jackets and stuff that need to be put up in the closet and that just made it worse. But um anyways, they're still popping fireworks. It is 9:16 the day after. I I absolutely cannot. Let me put this baby monitor on the charger in here. My baby asleep. All right. And amongst other things that's annoying me right now, I've been [sighs] doing collabs and stuff like that. I think I was talking about it in the last vlog for the baby bottle washer and literally I sent over I sent over the video. They didn't like that one. So then Well, they did they liked the video. They just basically what I was saying, they wanted to go a different direction. Okay, cool. So then I edit that and now they're like, "Oh, it looks good, but I can't take it. I don't think there's anything wrong with the YouTube title, but could you perhaps rearrange the format and description?" Anyway, they on my damn nerves. Like, girl, give my money. But whatever. So, I'm about to use the Fenty Skin um tint. I don't even know how to use it. Oh, okay. You twist. Um I don't have my glasses on and I can't really see. That's another thing. I have to set up an eye appointment. So, I have Medicaid right now because I wasn't working. So, obviously, I didn't have any income coming in. [clears throat] So, it was much easier for me to literally get Medicaid. But now, I'm going to be working. I ain't going to be able to qualify. But it said I'll keep it until the end of this year and then next year I'll have to find something else because they're they're doing something. Anyway, I didn't get my eyes checked and I don't know if Well, I didn't know if Medicaid like covers getting your How did this go? Oh, okay. So, it's not like foundation. Well, I guess it is. Hopefully, this my shade cuz girl, I did this in the store and you know Sephora lights don't be um in your favor. But what was I saying? I need my eyes checked and I wasn't sure if Medicaid will cover that, but I just searched it and it said they usually do. I usually always go to Okay, that's cute. Am I supposed to put it on like foundation or do I just like wipe it in? I already do. Girl, I didn't already threw the box away, so I don't know. I'm just going to kind of rub it in since it's like face tint. I'm not sure. So, I think it's supposed to just kind of make you one even kind of like skin tone. Is that working? Y'all, I can't see. I don't have my glasses on. I'm going have to look this up cuz girl, do I just put it on like a moisturizer? Y'all watching this probably like, Akira, please be so for real. But if you not really into makeup and stuff, then girl, you don't know either. Just like me. I'm just going to rub it in like a moisturizer. Kind of need a little bit more over my lips, I think. But this is cute. Like I rubbed it into my hand and it kind of just look like a um kind of like the Vaseline um not lotion. The Vaseline uh what is it? The glowy. The Vaseline that makes you glowy and really shiny. That's kind of what this reminded me of. So yeah, I'll probably go ahead and put this on in the morning because it feels very light on my face and I feel like I'm glowing. I may need to put a little bit slightly under my eye because my under eye is still kind of two-tone. I am using my skincare products. Do I use them every single day, twice a day? No. Do I try to use them every day? Yes. May. Do I skip a day? Possibly. Yes. But for the most part, I definitely use them about four to five times a week. So, I feel like that's pretty good. And I feel like it actually has been helping me. Okay. I don't know. I'm going to put it on tomorrow. We going to see. I did kind of already have like lotion on my face, too. So, I'm going to put it on when my face is a tad bit drier, but for the most part, I think it looks pretty okay. Um, so I'm going to do that tomorrow. Of course, lip gloss. I was going to maybe try to do my eyebrows, but I don't really know what time I'm going to wake up [clears throat] as well as I'm going to have to take my makeup stuff in the guest bathroom because I obviously cannot do it in here because my man is going to be sleeping at 7:00 in the morning unless Jackson is up. So, I'll probably fill in my eyebrows. I did get the eyebrow pencil that y'all saw. I used to use it all the time. What is it? Benefit. Yeah, Benefit. So, I'm going to grab this mirror because yeah, I can't see. [snorts] And I have not had my eyes I haven't had my eyes checked since I want to say 2023 or 2024 whenever I did that glass company um collaboration. It was like called Phto. They sent me three shades that were they sent me three pairs of glasses that was prescription and then they sent me three pair that wasn't prescription just like fashion but that could be prescription glasses and yeah I have not had my eyes checked since then. So it is a long time coming. So it's been a very long while to the point to where with my glasses now I still can't see. I'm nearsighted. So, so things that I'm supposed to be able to see, I cannot see. So, I desperately need to get my eyes checked. Especially before I start my night shift job. Well, I start especially before I start working, actual night shift next week. It's still going to be light outside. Obviously, going to work, but you know, still going to need them eyes checked in case I need to go to the car or something like that. But I probably won't be doing that because this location is a different location than my actual like PRN job now that I've been working at for 6 years because I can easily go outside out there and I'm not like too scared. But this new job, girl, you ain't about to catch me out. Like when we have to leave at clinical at midnight, sketchy as hell. And I definitely do not like that. So I need to make sure I don't leave nothing in that car. If I do, I need to go back before it get dark. But those nights to where it will be dark outside before we actually get there, girl know what to do. So, I'm just going to fill in my eyebrows just a little bit. I really do miss using a pencil because it literally is a game changer. It literally looks so natural. I may put on mascara. The only thing that I'm nervous about with the mascara is I do wipe my eyes a lot and I don't really want to be wiping my um eyes too much. I'm not going to put on mascara on right now. Actually, I will. We need the full effect. see how we going to be looking tomorrow. I got to cleanse my face. Anyway, it's 9:25. Um, I'm going to take my sleeping pill at about probably when my man get here. He should be off work by now. Let me see where he at actually. And then I'll probably lay in bed and kind of um fix up this damn video for them. So, it say he going to be home tonight at 1010. So, by the time he get home, I should be done re-editing this video. Well, making just a few little corrections for them so they can go ahead and put my payment in because baby I need my coin. And then after that, like I already I don't know if I told you I already showered today. I showered when Jackson was taking a nap so I don't have to shower because I know I needed to go to bed early. And I'm probably going to go ahead and take my sleeping pill probably in the next 20 minutes because by the time he gets here, I want to actually be sleep. So me, I don't ever go to sleep 9.5 times out of 10 unless my man is here. And most days he get here, some days he get here five, some days six, seven, you know, it's just different with his job now. So you just never really know. And here lately, it's been really early, but some days it's kind of later because he go in later because he has church and stuff. But sometimes I still get off early. Anyway, my point is I never go to sleep until my man is home. And I may doze off maybe, but I'm not sleep. And especially because I normally will take a nap during the day when Jackson takes a nap. So I'm already, you know, energized and up and I never go to sleep until he's home. So that's just something I wanted to say. That way when I take this pill, by the time he does get here though, I will be able to just relax and go to sleep. I don't know about y'all, but me, I just I just can't sleep without my man. And not necessarily I can't sleep without my man like in the bed or something, but like I just want him to be here at home so that I can sleep peacefully. Now, if my mom or somebody is here, that's fine, too. So, I wanted to say that y'all know I lived alone literally since I graduated high school. Me and Nikki. Anyway, y'all know I've been living on my own for a very long time and I don't care to, you know, be in a house or something like that alone. Actually, let me correct that. I don't care to be in an apartment by myself alone because there's one way in, there's one way out. And I've always lived on like the third floor. I've lived on the first floor once. I've lived on the second floor. You know, all that whoopy whoop. I was not, not to say that I'm scared here, but I felt more comfortable living in an apartment by myself, obviously, because living in a big house by yourself, it's just not my cup of tea. And kudos to y'all that can, but I don't like that. And a lot of people out here live out here by theelves, and I'm like, y'all better go ahead. Some of them got dogs and stuff, but it's just not my cup of tea. So, I don't like that. Um, so yeah, I'm I can't do it. Anyway, I don't even know where my thought process was going with that, but I'm about to go ahead and put my hair up. I'm going to bring it in here. so I can show y'all with this setup because I don't feel like moving my camera again. All right, so I got the stuff and I know this is probably a long intro, but I'm sorry. I got stuff to talk about. Um, I wanted to mention also that this month I'm starting my job. So, I was supposed to already been working and basically have two checks, I think, basically for this month. But I'm only going to have one check and I'm going to get paid at the end of this month. So, I need a hair clip. Oh my gosh. So, my first payday will be at the end of this month. I think they told me Friday the 24th. So, we get paid. So, I'm going to get paid on Fridays now instead of Thursdays. I'm used to being paid on Thursdays. That's going to be different. And I have Chase. And mine I get paid supposed to be 2 days early. So, depending on where you work at, it can be one or two days, but Chase does pay up to two days early. And I only got paid one day early or I've only been getting paid one day early at my job now. So, when I work this new one, hopefully, yeah, [gasps] payday is Friday, but hopefully I can be getting paid on Wednesday. That'll be great. But since I'm only going to have one paycheck this month, my man is probably going to extend his not really offer, but offer to me. So, he's been paying all of my bills, all of his bills, all of our bills together. Girl, they still popping this goddamn fireworks. I can't take it. Literally, last night I told my man it sound like bazookas outside and they're on top of our house popping them. I cannot take it, baby. I don't know that I don't know. I guess cuz I'm getting older. Not even that I'm getting older [clears throat] cuz I like fireworks. It's just my kid is trying to sleep and I got two dogs that's going crazy because of the sound of the damn fireworks. But like I was saying, he told me that for this month, he would still continue to, and I can't see y'all, so I know I'm rapping. It's all kind of crazy, but he told me that he will continue to pay all of the bills and stuff like he's been doing. So that's rent, his car note, my car note, phone bill, like literally every single thing. Lights, water bill, all the streaming, like everything he's been paying literally since January this year. So, um, very grateful for that. But basically, he's saying he's going to continue paying everything because the only thing that I will have to pay is going to be my car note and like my little stuff like that. He's still going to pay the rent and all of that, but he's going to let me not have to worry about paying my, you know, car note and things like that so that I can be able to pay off, you know, different, not even late payments because I don't have no late payments anymore, but just paying off different debt, cleaning up my credit, different things like that. Um because that's really big for me right now because for the past two years, y'all know I really haven't been working or been to work. So, and my camera's overheating. That's why I hate this camera. I got I got to go. I got to get a new camera. But anyway, um my credit went down, but honestly, I'm back in the 600s now. So, I was in 500s and now I'm back in the 600s, which I'm ecstatic about. But I am trying to raise my score another at at the very least 40 points within like the next month. Um, it's been happening very quickly because I'm able to just there's really nothing on my credit too bad. I do have some collections and three credit cards. I paid off one credit card and now I got to pay off two more. My credit card limits are $500 and $300. So, there's no excuse for me not to be able to pay that within the next month. And just cleaning up credit and things like that. So, I'm super excited that um he obviously, you know, told me that because that's going to help me out a lot to be able to put my money, you know, towards bettering my credit and just different things, creating my savings again, just getting back right financially, honestly. And also, my best friend's birthday is July 13th, so I do want to get her this certain birthday gift, and I will be able to basically use um my money for that as well. So, it's nothing too extravagant. you know, I'm not about to be spending $1,000 or whatever, but I will be able to get her something as well to where I don't really have to worry about anything. Also, I wanted to mention before my camera goes off, I don't have to pay another car insurance payment because when I got my car insurance, obviously my credit was lower when I got it 6 months ago or 5 and 1/2 months ago. And they made me basically pay they made me basically pay two months upfront. So, since I did that, they are giving me July free and August is free. So, then I'll just need to um obviously renew and stuff. But, I'm going to call them and see obviously if I can get a better deal because my car insurance was 200 $219, I believe. And that is just insanely too high for me. So, after I'm done with that, I just kind of do this like that. Kind of like a little mushroom head. And I hold this side down. I hold this side down and I tuck the other side. Well, now it's coming out. Tuck this side. Hold this side down. Then I try to hurry up and put my bonnet over top of this. And then this is how I shower. And then like this is how I sleep as well. So I'm not going to be able to do my skincare routine with y'all because my camera's overheating unless I change out the battery. But even then, I probably won't get as much time. So yeah, I will probably be researching a camera tonight and just looking at a camera with a good battery life that I could use that's not the DJI because I just I don't know. The quality ain't too bad, but there is better quality out there. And if I'm at home, I would rather have the better quality than using a DJI. I feel like the DJI is really great for, you know, outside vlogging and things like that. So, I've been talking head off for sure. Probably at least 15 minutes from the beginning of this vlog. I'll talk to y'all tomorrow after my first day at my new big girl job and tell y'all how that go. And then tomorrow evening when I get home, we will be we will be planning out the calendar and all of that jazz. Just literally getting our life together this week. Um and trying to get back into a routine honestly. So yeah, probably the name of this going to be getting back into routine. Finding a new routine, juggling this, juggling that. Whoopde whoop. We'll see. So, I'll talk to y'all girlies tomorrow. Hey y'all. So, it is Monday, July 6th. Had my orientation today. It is 5:14 in the evening and I just got home and it started pouring down raining. Well, so I could have gotten home before the rain, but I [laughter] I went to Jared Jewelry Place, whatever, to try to find my actual ring stack and things like that. I found it luckily. Super excited about that. Found my actual ring, the cut exactly how I wanted the band, everything. So, um, he's probably gonna get it from Jared's now because I was telling the sales rep or whatever. I was telling her that the place we went to in Hot Springs, you know, he only go to Hot Springs for like the casino and things like that. And baby, he not doing that too many more times, okay? [laughter] So, just wasting some money. But my thing is, I was telling her it's going to be hard for him to just be like, "Hey, like, well, he always go to the casino, but you know, still." Anyway, I feel like it's better to have some type of jewelry place here that he can just literally stop at or have somebody else, you know, pick it up, whatever the case may be, and get it whereas having to drive an hour away and an hour back and, you know, I'd be on that location on everybody, so I just can't do it. But I wanted to show y'all it. Well, I can't show y'all, but it is pouring down. It started hailing. The wind is blowing like crazy. Blew my whole umbrella up. So, y'all know I just washed my hair and everything after the pool and literally just did my hair last night. I'm When I tell y'all I am so furious right now, it's not even funny. I feel like it's really really bright. So, we're going to tone that down a little bit. Just did my hair then. Obviously, my glasses are insane. I'm starving. I ain't ate. They provided us with the lunch, but girl, that lunch, that lunch won't about nothing. Um, yes, I'm in the same outfit that y'all seen [laughter] two, three vlogs ago, but I'm in the same shirt that y'all seen. Let me go back up on the brightness. Anyway, I'm in the same shirt and the same purse. I did put on like basically pants, um, more business casual pants or whatever instead of jeans. But y'all, it is it's insane out there. So, I'm glad I was only up the street and I got home when I did. It is supposed to do this for like the next hour or so. When I tell y'all the wind, the rain, the hail is just pushing and just blowing like I'm surprised everything off of our porch literally is not blown away by now. So, it's just crazy. I am super annoyed though with my hair. So, I'm not going to wash it and stuff again because like I didn't get any I didn't get any, you know, chlorine or anything like that. I am going to have to blow dry it though. I don't know. I'm just going to try to blowd dry it and then just try to do my hair. But this this just piss me off so bad because this is just an added task that I did not plan on doing today and that I have to do today. [sighs and gasps] I'm so annoyed, y'all. So very annoyed. I'm about to eat my Chick-fil-A and they made a mess today for breakfast. He got sticky stuff and everything everywhere all over this table. That is definitely my pet peeve not cleaning the table after you get up if you made a mess. But anyway, I just want to update y'all on that right now. Um, I'll tell y'all about how today went and things like that at work and me and my man, you know, I'll tell you all of that. But for right now, I just need to get in this house. Well, I'm in the house, but I just I need to get out these clothes. One, cuz now my clothes are wet. too. I need to eat [snorts and clears throat] because I'm starving. They Oh, they gave us Well, they provided um it was some type of chicken with some type of like orange reddish sauce. Maybe like an orange sauce. Um the chicken wasn't bad. Um it was, you know, eatable um edible. So, um they had potato wedges. They had broccoli. Don't eat broccoli. And then they had some type of other little like veggie burger. Obviously didn't want that. And that was it. They had like cookies and then we got a drink. So, obviously just a quick little lunch that's provided. But that's what I ate and barely ate that. So, I'm starving right now. It is pouring down like crazy. [laughter] My hair is a wreck now. And we just did my hair together. I'm so mad and so sad. But I'm going to change out my clothes first because I'm literally soaking wet. You can see. And then I have to put in like a Walmart order. But now I'm like ain't nobody about to get out in this for no Walmart order. So, I'm going to wait until it slack down and then I'll put in a Walmart delivery because baby, if I seen it pop up, you not getting your stuff. I'm I'm not going to get your food. So, I'm going to wait that out. And then I did get a um and we did get an Amazon box delivered. So, I'm going to open that with y'all. But I just I just need to get back home and get settled and stuff. It's It's just too crazy. But I had to show y'all that because there's there's no way this is my life. There's no way. All right. So, I've ate I've chuh, don't start that. Sit down. I've ate. I've changed into something more comfortable. This side of my hair is still slightly wavy and curly. This side I did just blow dry. So, this side looks insane. Like, my hair is half done because basically now it is. I'm not doing that again until probably later tonight or even tomorrow because I'm tired. I'm probably going to go ahead and put it in that roller thing and just let that be that. So, a recap of my orientation and things like that, on boarding or whatever. We got a bunch of stuff. So, this just says, "Welcome to the team, Akira Baker." This was for my manager, not orientation, but welcome to the team, Akira Baker, start date today. And she just made this little booklet and stuff for me. And then, um, yes, a bunch of stuff. Then she gave me a bunch of other papers. And then on boarding, they gave us, yeah, it says where I'm working. [clears throat] So, they gave us like a packet, like a booklet and things like that with just more information. So, obviously, I'll look through this this whole week and kind of get familiar with different things like that. We did set up our we downloaded I don't even know what this app is for. So, we downloaded Dual Mobile and I really don't know what that's for, but I downloaded that and then I downloaded the app that they use so I can like see my paycheck. Um, literally the app does everything. And also, I wanted to point out that I like that the app has everybody's boss. Like, it shows my picture, all the employees where I work at, and then it shows literally our boss, then her boss, then her boss, then her boss, then the vice president, then d then up to the CEO. So, I think that's really cool to really see the, you know, chain of everybody. So, Oh, duo was for dual factor. Girl, I don't even know. So, we got that and then I got the other one. Stop. Stop. Prince, stop. So, we just downloaded some apps and stuff and I got another app to download or whatever. But I am going to play on this app um today like in bed and things like that just to kind of see what I can do and see if I'm able to see my schedule on here. Um and I am going to have to probably log into my email as well because yeah it's I got a lot of stuff to do with orientation and things like that and learn different things and just a whole bunch of stuff to look over. So this week I will be working from home besides Thursday. So, I'm going to do probably one module between today and tomorrow because the Epic one needs to be done first because that's how I'm going to be able to log into Epic. Like, I need a Epic login and I use Epic at my other job. But anyway, I need an Epic login. So, that's a 2hour course and I'm just going to probably do that one like over between like I said today and tomorrow. And then the other one I'll just try to start on that and then like I can finish that on day shift and like the other ones as well. Um, we got they had a cute little cup for us and then I got my ID badge, which my picture not that cute. And then they gave us like some little shades and they had candy and stuff for us. I was one of the four people that won the bingo game that we played and they basically gave us a um what is this? Like a uh why I just go blank uh cup mug something. [laughter] And yeah, so I have a ton of cups and things like that. I need to go through them and see what actually is still good to use and what's not. So I like how this got the little Yeah, that's nice. Um, so yeah, super cute. And then obviously where I work is on the other side, and then after our 90-day probationary period, we'll take this little thing that they gave us, turn it in, and then we'll get a free t-shirt. But I'll probably go ahead and buy a t-shirt before it end because girl, what's 90 days from now? Where my phone go? Oh, right here. Hey Siri. Hey Siri. What's 90 days from today? Sunday, October 4th is 90 days from today. So, I'm not waiting till October to get a t-shirt because we are able to wear just like other hospitals and stuff that I worked. We're able to wear t-shirts, sweatshirts, different things like that with the company branded logo on it. Sent down. That's enough. We ain't got nothing left. So, I'm going to unbox this Amazon package that we got. It is two. It should be two items in here. Hopefully, they came at the same time because I ordered one and then a few hours later, yeah, I ordered the other one. So, Mom Cozy, I get free stuff from them and a bunch of other baby brands, but I also buy things with my own money, too, because I do really like their products. This is the Mom Cozy bottle warmer, the actual warming one that you plug into the wall, not the portable one. And I like this one. I actually got to experience it um when Jax had one of his playdates in like February or whatever. But anyway, she had this one and I really liked it. So, we needed another bottle warmer. He has one, the Dr. Brown's bottle warmer. But 90% of our stuff we did not buy like from the baby shower. Probably like 95%. But for sure 90% of the stuff we didn't buy. And probably out of that 90% I will say a good 75% came from Dina out of that 90%. And that's because obviously God mama stuff, she literally started buying stuff and planning the baby shower the day that I told her. So very very grateful for that. But some of the stuff that we were able to find, she was able to find, anybody able to find, was kind of like kind of like a Playdoh's closet where people give stuff away, get money back for it or whatever, but like for children. So it was a lot of those places. And you know, things just wear and tear gets you get your use out of them. So, it lasted us up until now, but I think what happened is a bottle blew up in it. So, I think it just messed up the whole [laughter] machine. Don't ask. So, I decided to buy this one because, like I said, I really enjoyed it. And we're going to plug this up. So, the reason why I went ahead and bought another one now is because Jackson doesn't drink much milk anymore. But at night, he definitely have to have milk. He does not like drinking milk from a straw. He won't drink it from a sippy cup. It got to be a bottle. And also, it cannot be cold. Jack, he cannot drink cold milk at all. So, I'm like, you know what? For whatever the next few months, whatever that we got to keep warming up bottles at night time, so be it. Obviously, we will keep this bottle warmer for the next two babies because I do want two more kids. So, we'll be straight with that. Um, I'm going to keep this just in case. So, fun fact, I do keep a lot of my manuals for literally every single thing. And I have just a folder for them that I keep in under the cabinet um in the kitchen just in case we need to come back to something which is funny because normally just random times we will have to come back and look at some instructions or just anything that we've gotten. So yeah, this is how it looks. They do have one that is green. So this part, wherever you see gray, that'll be green. And then the lid will be green and wouldn't be clear. So it's self-explanatory. I'm going to set this up. I wanted to go ahead and unbox this stuff now because he will be needing this when they get back home. And then the next thing that I got is actually for the dogs, really more so for Duke because I'm tired. So, I use chat a ton specifically for bettering my life. Um, breaking down different things, learning different things, financial stuff, budgeting, um, different planning stuff, just just things to better my life. And basically, she's like my assistant, if you will. So, I had told her to try to find me a water bowl or watting water feeding type of combo. So, right now he has a automatic dog feeder. I wanted to find an automatic dog feeder combined with an automatic like water fountain, which they have, but those water fountains you can't control. And the ones you can control is like $200. Not doing that for no dang dog. So, this one Chad actually found for me. It was I mean it was no more than like $40. But this one I am able to um control the water. So you can do it for a continuous running cycle. You can do it for 15-minute increments. So on 15, off 15, on 15, so on. Or you can literally turn it on, then turn it off. And I want this specifically for Duke because Prince bowl is smaller than Duke's. Prince bowl is about this wide, probably this deep. Duke bowl about this wide. Probably this deep. If I fill Duke's bowl up to the top, he would drink all of that water within 45 seconds and throw up. Every single time, does not matter. Every single time. When I fill Prince bowl up, his bowl lasts probably at least 3 to 4 days with that water if Duke doesn't go in there and sneak any of his water. So, that just tells you the difference of how much water he drinks. And I'm trying I'm not really limiting his water, but I want to monitor his water intake as well as kind of control it honestly as well because he would drink the whole bowl of water and then he just throws up all his food. He doesn't pace himself. Whatever. Whatever. I used to have slow feeders and everything like that for him. I think this water system hopefully it should work. But that's basically why I got this. So it does connect to a app. I wanted one that I can connect from my app as well because I feel like that's just more convenient obviously and everything these days connect to your phone so why not just get it connected to my phone. So I'm going to actually I honestly don't even feel like setting this up right now because I'm tired. I've been up since 7:00. I don't see how y'all do day shift. Like y'all that work day shift y'all the strong one because baby I was in there at 2:00 3:00 tired. And I know people say that about night shift too but I don't know. my my productivity just come alive at night. I be doing I make budget plans. I make my grocery list. I do sometimes I edit just planning out content doing this. I just do a lot of planning and a lot of stuff. Sometimes I'll watch, you know, a little show or something or listen to music or something like that. But I don't know, nighttime. [sighs] I just come alive in [laughter] time. So, I'm going to set this water thing up probably tomorrow. And I am going to go ahead and set this up. There's really nothing to set up. just literally unboxing it and then Oh, this one comes with a big little container. The one she had was a little bitty cup. I'll probably get back on the camera when JC and Jax get back home. Oh, I told you I found my um my ring stack. We went to Jared. So, we went to I think I told y'all this in the other vlog, but anyway, we went ring shopping for me at two ring places in Hot Springs. Then, um we initially went to Zel's in like February this year, but we didn't really shop around. We just got size and different things like that. Then today, I was I went to Jared and um I kind of found basically the same ring just here, but I was able to actually find a band. And at the other place in Hot Springs, I didn't find a band. So, I'm super excited about this one. Um I do like the marquee cut, but obviously we'll get more into this obviously when a ring on my finger, but I do like the marquee cut and it's going to be six prongs. Um I don't really care if it's natural or lab grown. Can't even remember which one she did on here, but it's super cute. So, this place didn't have the actual diamond like the other places in Hot Springs. They put, you know, the ring band on me. Then they actually got the diamond and set the diamond on top. So, this place they had that little I don't even know what that's called. Like the little fake, you know, the little fake card diamond thing. So, that's what she did. But, honestly, it still looks really really real, which is crazy. Um, so yeah, they didn't have a 2.5 to like show me because this one is a three car and baby that's way too big for me. And I was telling her that because at the other place in Hot Springs, the lady was like, "Um, well, I originally said two cars." And my man was like, cuz they was they only had 2.5. He was like, "Well, [snorts] let's just get that." I'm like, "Baby, okay, period. Let's just do it then." But they were like, "Oh, so you know, would you like to go bigger?" I'm like, "No." First off, my hand is little. I got long fingers. That's not going to work out. 2.5 is more than enough for me. This is the old one. Dr. Brown's. And I honestly didn't like this little piece anyway. It was annoying. So, I just started just to pour water in here. So, I'm super excited about this one. It blends in really well. And then I like this piece right here. So basically you'll be able to fit a bottle in here comfortably like that. It's a really really nice design. So I like how it completely covers the bottle so that all the steam and everything heats up the entire bottle. Whereas this Dr. Brown's literally a tall bottle like that, it would not cover the whole bottle. So we when he was drinking 4 oz bottles, this was cool. But when he got into 6 and 8 oz, it literally like sometimes the bottom will be warm and then up here would still be kind of cold. So it just wasn't overall the right temperature around. So I'm super glad that this will cover the entire bottle and, you know, give us the right temperature and things like that. So if you a mom, then you get what I'm talking about, Girly, because [laughter] this stuff matters. Oh my goodness. Oh, she's cute. food. So, I need to make sure not to lose the little cup. This is the cup. Well, I'm not going to lose it. Need to tell my man not to lose this. So, since we do 6 oz, like I said, we'll fill it up to 200 milliliters. Get the water in here. Literally pour it in here and then let it do its thing. Hey y'all. So, it's much later in the day. It is 9:49 in the evening now. My man is home and everything, and he's rocking Jack right now. He just gave him a bath. So, here is the new device set up. Um, I actually really like it. So, would I have would I have liked this to be black? Yes. But it's white and black. So, I feel like that's fine. Um, but this was his bow that we were using. And this is what we're using now, what I just bought. So, I just set it up and I just got it on my phone as well. So, I can double tap the light that's basically blinking to change out the modes. Or I can just change it from my phone, which this was the big reason why I wanted this. Like I said, it was like $50 or under. So, I really, really like that. And then it tells you, well, it tells me that I have 30 days left to change out the filter. And then in 5 days, I need to clean it. So, I do, you know, I just like that it just reminds you or whatever. So, I think I told y'all that um I used to clean the bows out every Sunday, which I still I'm still going to have to clean this one because obviously. So, I'm going to clean that out every Sunday. And then in five days, usually I may just do it whenever I clean the water tank, I'll just clean out their bows to just keep it kind of the same. So, right now it's on periodic and then I can put it on sensor and then when it senses the dog or anything by it, then the water will come out like it just did. And continuous, it'll just keep the water going just like that. Keep itching to get the water. [laughter] So, I do like that. And then I am able to just turn it completely off. So, shut down and it'll completely shut it down. and then it lets me know that it was shut down. So I think I'm going to run it to let him like get water and then you know I can just go back or whatever. So the main reason so I don't have to refill this constantly throughout the day because I can't just get him a big bowl of water. So this will just allow me to literally just from anywhere I can just literally tap the button and water will come out. So I really really do like that. So, I'm going to let him get some water, which I'm going to have to take him out, but I want to make sure that he actually will drink from it and stuff. So, here, get some water. Hurry up before the battery die. Come here. Get some water. And if Prince want to drink from it, he can drink from it as well. There's waterway here. He's getting messy with it though cuz he's scared. Okay. He be acting stupid sometimes. But he drinking from it, so [laughter] it'll be fine. Obviously, he get thirsty enough to drink from it. And especially because girl, one time he didn't got into our goddamn shower and drank the water dang there at the bottom of the shower. Well, he did drink the water from the, you know, bottom of the shower or whatever. So, yeah. Anyways, but I do want to tell y'all, can you tell the difference in quality?
