Video summary

Stakeholder Gold has recently listed on the OTC CQX to broaden its access to US investors and increase news flow regarding its diverse asset portfolio. The company's primary geological highlight is the Loki structure, a massive ultramafic intrusive body stretching 35 kilometers east to west within their Yukon claims. Drilling results from this area have revealed significant deposits of critical minerals, including copper, cobalt, nickel, platinum, and palladium. The discovery of disseminated copper mineralization throughout a 488-meter intersection, alongside associated cobalt and nickel, marks a pivotal moment for the project, while separate zones within the same structure host platinum group metals. This geological find positions Stakeholder Gold to potentially uncover enhanced economic deposits that are strategically located along the northern access road currently under construction by Telemore. In addition to its mineral exploration in Yukon's White Gold District, Stakeholder Gold maintains a robust cash position and operates four profitable quarries in Brazil, with a fifth project nearing development. The Brazilian operations generate substantial revenue through the extraction of high-demand materials like Taj Mahal marble and pure white quartzite, which are essential for kitchen countertops and decorative applications. Notably, the profits from the initial quarry funded the development of subsequent sites, creating a self-sustaining business model with high margins. This diversified income stream provides financial stability while the company awaits further assay results from nine drill holes targeting four gold zones located eight kilometers north of the Loki structure, which show promising potential for significant gold inventory discoveries. The strategic infrastructure developments further enhance the company's operational efficiency and future growth prospects. The new northern access road, built directly through the center of Stakeholder Gold's claims, will significantly reduce drilling costs by approximately one-third in the coming year and lower expenses associated with future mine construction. This road connects both the critical mineral-rich Loki structure to the south and the gold targets to the north, ensuring that all key assets are well-positioned for exploitation. With assays expected within the next week or two from the northern gold targets, Stakeholder Gold is poised to deliver a comprehensive story combining immediate revenue from Brazil with high-potential discoveries of gold and critical minerals in Canada. Ultimately, Stakeholder Gold presents a compelling investment case driven by its unique combination of producing assets and exploration potential in a prime location. The company has successfully proven the presence of copper and associated critical metals in the Loki structure while simultaneously advancing four gold targets that could yield significant reserves above one gram per tonne. The synergy between the profitable Brazilian quarries, which provide essential cash flow, and the resource-rich Yukon properties allows for aggressive exploration without immediate financial pressure. As the company continues to drill and utilize the new road infrastructure, it aims to unlock a vast inventory of copper, nickel, cobalt, platinum, palladium, and gold, establishing itself as a key player in the critical minerals sector.

[music] >> Today I have the pleasure speaking with Christopher Berlet, and of course Stakeholder Gold just started listing on the OTC CQX. Tell us why you decided to list there. >> Uh access to US investors, you know, a bit broader audience for our shareholders. >> And of course there's a lot of news flow for Stakeholder Gold for everybody following Stakeholder Gold. Let's start by the drilling results with Loki. What happened there? >> Critical minerals. So, a great surprise, ultramafic intrusive. Uh so, we see in that hole copper, and in association with the copper cobalt and nickel. A very important geological um uh kind of um piece of information for us. And then also separately in the whole platinum and palladium. So, this ultramafic intrusive structure, which is the Loki structure, which uh goes from east to west about 35 km across all of it uh contained within our claims as we added additional ground to the east. Um Uh and 2 km wide uh basically hosts potential for these for, you know, uh enhanced economic deposits that contain critical minerals. The significance is critical minerals, copper, nickel, cobalt, and platinum and palladium. So, um that's the significance of uh of the of the first drill hole in Loki. And the Loki structure is transected by the by the northern access road, which is being built directly through Stakeholder claims. So, it'll be extremely well positioned for uh you know, for capturing the economic benefits of this critical minerals inventory that we're that we're starting to uncover there. >> Uh I want to go back to the critical minerals, but there's a couple of other items I want to hit on first. Starting about your cash and your warrants because of the way of course your stock has moved in the last year. Can you talk to us a little bit about the warrants and the cash cash position for Stakeholder Gold? >> So, yeah, we we we're we're we're well cashed up in terms of we finished our program. We're waiting for all these results are coming imminently within two two, you know, the more results on the gold, more results on the Loki to the result we've put out here on proving that Loki's got critical mineral inventory. Um the warrants uh there's there's a bit of a cap in the stock at a buck eighty cuz there's a warrants that we have outstanding dollar twenty dollar fifty warrants that have a trigger on them. And so they're they're forced exercise. And um and we're we're we're doing that. People are exercising their warrants uh and um they'll have a ex period of time to be able to do so and that's kind of keeping a bit of a lid on the stock for the time being, but also um obviously, you know, we don't have a requirement for the further issuance. We're having that money come in from warrant exercise and we have our quarries in Brazil, which are um which are generating profits quite nicely. >> For those of you that are new to Stakeholder Gold, you're going to Stakeholder Gold Gold. And of course, one of the most compelling uh you know, reasons for looking at Stakeholder Gold is your location. I heard you in Investor Talk this morning. You were talking about how well set you're up, how well you are set up with architecture. Can you hit on some of those highlights, please? >> So, the Loki is on the south part of the property, eight kilometers south of the gold zone. There's four gold targets that we're have results pending for. Nine holes we put in. Um the um the sky zone north sky zone south that structure sky zone north is 1.9 kilometers long strike length of gold and soils anomaly. And so um and the south one is 1.3 kilometers open to the southwest. So, you know, anything above a gram, given what we know about the structure, it's going to it's going to have a potential for a significant gold inventory. This is both both the gold and and the Loki on the south, the critical minerals, uh they're separated by about eight kilometers. Both of them are on the road. Comes directly down through the middle of the Stakeholder claims. Um a significant new construction, the the um northern an road uh being built by Telemore. um and it comes for 20 km to the center of stakeholders' claims. And um and so that positions I mean it'll it'll it'll take the cost of drilling, probably cut it in a third for next year with when we can use the road. Uh and and it'll do all the same thing when it's time to build a mines. Um so, we're finding critical minerals, and we have uh we found that in the Loki, um you know, copper, nickel, cobalt, and platinum and palladium. Very large structure. Uh and then 8 km north, we have four gold targets. Um that uh that were they were waiting for assays uh from our drill drilling. We drilled nine holes into it, and um those assays should be pending within the next week or 2 weeks. And we'd be looking at, you know, be given them what we know about structures, um anything above a gram and we're looking at the potential for a new significant uh gold inventory discovery in the middle of the White Gold district, right on the road. Yeah, that's our objective. >> Well, stakeholder gold shareholders must be absolutely delighted by the expanse of critical minerals hit list. As exciting as PGMs and zinc and cobalt are, copper's got to be the most hottest critical mineral we have in the market presently. Can you talk to any of the drill results with the copper? >> Copperhead above 0.3. So, what it'll be yes, which we which we which we found. So, that the the Loki structure is 35 km long. It's an ultramafic intrusive. We saw copper mineralization in disseminated form throughout the full intersection, 488 m. Some of it semi-massive, and up to 0.3% and we see cobalt and nickel association with the copper. And separately, we see platinum and palladium at a separate, you know, separated by about 30 to 40 m in the hole. So, that ultramafic intrusive carries um it carries [clears throat] those metals. And um and so the the the challenge now will be to be to to find where the accumulations are denser. Um and there are tools that we'll use to do that. And um there there could be certainly more than one structure that would contain economic quantities of those metals. Um, and you know, Casino deposit south of us has 8 billion pounds contained copper. So, there's potential for very large metal inventory for and again, we've we've proven now copper that comes with nickel and cobalt association in the in the Loki intrusive and then separately platinum palladium in the in the same structure. So, um, there'll be a lot a lot of follow-up work. It's directly on the road route and our cost of drilling will be significantly reduced as we work on that next year. >> An additional compelling element about Stakeholder Gold, of course, are your quarries in Brazil. And our audience during Investor Talk this morning were very excited about the new quarry that you recently picked up. Can you provide our listeners with an update? >> So, it's a great profitable business, the stone quarry business in Brazil. You know, and and we've now have we now have four operating quarries. Fifth kind of coming on. All of the the development of the quarries after the first one were paid for by the first one. Very high margins and right now our white and Taj Mahal our latest are just starting. And so, we're expecting really to reap the benefits of this meaningfully from end of September October. Taj Mahal a material very much in demand. Our buyers so much so that they advance this money for our equipment once once they knew that we had this Taj Mahal quarry. So, that and then the whites it's just not enough whites. Good solid white pure quartzite materials that people use in their kitchens, their bathrooms, you know, they use it for decorating table tops, offices. And there's just not enough whites. We have a very nice white quarry. It took us a while to get into it below the staining below the oxidation levels. It's a very large billion ton inventory given that it's a batholith structure. And with the quarries we have real revenue and profitability for the company. >> Okay, for those of you out there, I'm sure you heard location, gold, critical minerals, and quarries that are producing revenue out of Brazil. For more information, please go to the following website. Chris, thank you so much for joining us from Stakeholder Gold today. >> Thank you, Tracy. Great pleasure.
