Sold for $325 $1 Garage Sale Find Resellers Share Big Money BOLOs What Sold

Hey bolo buddies, thanks for watching. As you saw in the title and thumbnail, a $1 garage sale pickup sold for $348. What? Don't you guys want to find it? Let's see what it is. And let's see what resellers in our reseller community are flipping for a profit. In this video, I am going to tell you where they got it, what they paid for it, and what it sold for. All right. So, the first item is 14 vintage VHS lot thriller Nightmare on Elm Street, Chucky, Psycho, all the freaky movies. Paid 13 for them at a garage sale and took a best offer of 125. So, do you like creepy movies? Let me know down in the comments. I am a No. No. [laughter] I don't want to watch a creepy movie. Thousand eye green fairy lamp vintage glass MCM. Got it for a dollar at a garage sale and sold it for $325. Did I say 325 or did I say 348 uh best offer of 325. I may have misspoken there. But these fairy lamps are hot, hot, hot. So if you find one, definitely look it up. I know they range in price depending on the model, the color, all the things, but uh let me know down in the comments if you have sold a fairy lamp before and how much did you get for it. So, I would love for you guys to subscribe. This is a pop art sculpture Nancy Funk uh retro towel rack. And look, it looks like hands. See it? Isn't that cool? Uh, paid $5 at a garage sale and sold it for $2.25. Would you have picked that up? I definitely would have picked that up. Another thing I like to put in the title for things that are a little different is the word oddity. This is a little Snooze Pajama puppy dog. Blankie stuffed animal. Bought this Snooze Blankie dog plush a while back before Christmas at least. Paid $5 at most at a local thrift store in Iceland. Sold for full price of 120 plus shipping to the US. Haven't taken any pictures, but this one. I defeated my procrastination and just listed it with one photo. You can see a light a slight furry friend on the side. I bought at the same time. A rare jelly bunny. Already sold that a few months back for 5 to 600. Oh my goodness. I just saw that. Oh my goodness. Yes. What were you thinking? One photo. That is a reseller. No. No. I'm just playing. I guess it worked. Uh, I always suggest lots of photos so you can show condition of the item, but I also understand that I don't feel like listing. I'm just going to get something listed today. So, here we go. Uh, oh, this did this in the other video, too. Sorry, guys. I'm having a little uh glitching with my uh computer right now. Vintage9s Stone Cold Steve Austin WWF wrestling hoodie. Got a bunch, but this is the last one. Got this at a garage sale for a buck and did not realize the older wrestling apparel went for so much. Sold internationally for $52. Thanks for everything you do in the community. A thank you for sharing uh your bolo. Here's the next one. Jennifer Burr Vana goldplated earrings. Got these at a church sale for 50 cents and to my surprise they sold internationally for $110. And look, they're signed JB. That's good to know. I haven't seen that uh brand before. The next item are these vintage wood clothes pens. Did you guys know that vintage clothes pens sell? Not a big money bolo, but kind of unexpected if you don't know. Found these for 50 cents at a barn sale and sold them for 20. The guy um I bought them from even mocked me for grabbing them to try to sell. Yeah, kind of an unexpected thing, but people do look for them. A lot of arts and crafts for with these. Uh the next one is this vintage GE electric alarm clock radio. It's got the wood grain retro look. Says, "I usually find these types of alarm clocks for about a dollar to two in yard sales and flip them anywhere between 15 to 25 bucks. Not crazy money, but definitely something to keep an eye out for. eBay store is Billy's Reselling Corner." So, yeah, not big money, but has sold them over and over again and says they are a good flip. The next item, okay, so somebody please tell me what on earth and why this went for so much money. It says, "I was given a bunch of items for free from my supervisor. It was in small bags of it was a small bag of jewelry. I looked every piece at every piece, but when I got to this one, I thought it was costume jewelry like the rest, and I was going to just put it in my local quarter auction. Um, at the last minute, I decided to check to see if anything special. Boy, was it. Comps range from 350 to 500. I put it on a 5-day auction starting at 199. mostly because I did not have the bag. When I told my supervisor about it, she went home and found the bag. Wish I started it higher, but it sold for $393 free and to 3.93. I will take it. I'm so thankful I looked it up before putting it on the 25 cent auction. I went It went overseas. By the way, this is a necklace given out to VIPs at a Canon Gay concert. Never heard of him, but a bolo for sure. Love your videos and thank you for the bolos you share. So, I don't know who Canon Gay is. It must be um uh what do you call it? Like a singer. A con. She said concert. Look at that, guys. It doesn't even look that special, does it? I got to tell you. Um I don't know that I would have looked that up. Possibly because it has a signature, but geesh. $393. All right, the next one. Let's see if we can get it to load. It says, "I'm so excited. I never look up MLP. I was at a consignment shop in Iceland where I live." Here we go. And let's see. Found some troll dolls in a booth. And then this pony. The trolls were not worth picking up, but something told me to look the pony up. And look, the rare little gem of birth flower morning glory line. $3 into 310 overnight. Yeah, some of these go for crazy money. You just never know. But you got to you got to research them all. And I am definitely guilty of not taking the time to research. What about you guys? I mean, if you're a My Little Pony expert, it's one thing, but it it is timeconuming to look up toys. Vintage map 19 or I'm sorry, 1898. Envirro Environ of Richmond, Virginia. Civil War history. This map came in a slip sleeve in the back of a book from 19 or from 1898 if I remember correctly called Stonewall Jackson. I did not have the complete set so I listed them individually and this one sold for a decent money. Origin got this book alongside hundreds more from my grandfather on from my grandfather. Everything I have has come from him, but doing the dive to ephemera has taught me a lot. Unless you're selling lots or underpricing majorly, do not expect ephemera to move fast or in some cases not at all. It sold for 45 plus expedited light shipping which cost about $7 to ship. Yeah, ephemera is one of those that is usually in most cases long tail just like certain stuffed animals. But again, certain stuffed animals sell really quick for big money. Same with ephemera. You just never know and sometimes you get lucky and you just list the thing that someone's looking for. This is a vintage 1994 Dacan baby cream bear plush lovey security blanket. I love selling these. Easy to list, easy to ship a lot of times. Easy to find, cheap to find. Garage sales. Look for them. Bought this at the Goodwill bins where they sell $1.99 a pound, so approximately a dollar. Sold in about a month. Listed at 130 and sold on Poshmark for 110. Buyer paid shipping. I crosslist most items. My eBay store is Rebel Nana's collectibles on Poshmark, Creating Magic, Merkari, Retro, Bell Nana. Uh so yes, cross-osting I believe is very important. Um it is for me at least. I love selling on multiple platforms. I am on eBay, Poshmark, Merkari and whatnot. I have buy it now items on all and I do live selling on whatnot if you want to learn more about that. I do have uh tutorials on how to sell on whatnot down below. This one is a Picket N600 uh ES slide rule with leather case. And they did not put where they got it or what they paid for it, but it looks like it sold for $100. The next one is this comes from Thriftolic on eBay and YouTube. Definitely definitely give her a follow on YouTube. This is a retired jelly pop elephant party hat stuffed animal. She said, "Went to the Goodwill while killing time waiting to pick up her son from school. She only had a half hour to shop and noticed the plush on the top shelf over the clothing. I had never noticed these before in this store and never explored, so I felt drawn to make that area my focus that night. like when you are drawn to a certain slot machine at the casino. She said it was calling her name. Well, the third stuffy I picked up was a jelly elephant tagged $2.99. I knew I was buying it just because it was the jelly and they sell for good money. I looked it up when I got home and was amazed to find that the Jolly Pop Elephant was fairly rare and had sold tags without sold tags for 70 to 80. She said, "But hers had tags worth point to the rescue." Yeah. If you guys aren't using Worth Point, I do have a video that shows you how to do that. It is an old video and I have a Worth Point referral link down below. I always forget to tell you guys that, but I use it a lot. She said, "Found it on Worth Point for 120. Listed it for 140 and bam, it sold in a week for full asking price. Packaged and shipped that little guy so fast to avoid any buyer's remorse. Received awesome feedback from the buyer." All right, this one here, uh, vintage Florentine gold wood frame. This is just a little one, guys. 3 and 1/8 by4. She said, "Another one. I bought three of these frames taped together, different sizes and different designs for a dollar at a thrift store that was ridiculously priced on everything else. I really thought I would walk out of there with nothing, but these look like good quality and a bit old. No glass, no backing, and was something was peeled away. the tape at home and some of the gold came off of the sides, but I listed them anyway, pointing out the peeled paint issue and still sold for 25 each. Wow, that's great little frames. The next one is this Shaiman Shaimman Folk Art Man on the Moon pen. Oh my goodness, look at that you guys. Wow, I am shocked by this one. It seems like suns, moons, um, is it celestial? Is that how you say it? Items seem to be really hot right now. If you've watched some of my past videos, you're seeing what these people are selling things for. Let's try this again. This adorable adorable folk art pen of the man on the moon signed by artists on back sold in one day for $150. That is so unexpected. Um, artist name is Sheniman. bought it for a dollar at a church rummage sale and really just took a chance on it since my Google lens was not working while I was there shopping. I know primitives do well and just looking up the item on eBay only showed me a resale value of 70 or so which I was which was still phenomenal but I have learned my lesson in the past and looked it up on Worth Point also using the artist name and found that one of these had sold a few years back for 129. So I set my price a little higher on voa. I am keeping my eyes peeled for signed primitives now. Okay, so there's two examples of when she used uh Worth Point and made more on her items because of that. Worth point is pricey. Uh but it is it does pay off if you actually use it. Bought this at the Goodwill, Ben, spent a dollar, listed it, and sold for full asking price of 40 within a couple hours. So both a fast sale and a decent profit. eBay store is Purple Elephant Emporium and it is this um Holderness and Bourne the Bets pullover blue luxe performance large shirt. Never heard of that brand but there you go guys. So I was mentioning before crossosting um I use this perfectly been using it since 2019. I love it.
