Sold for $2247 Goodwill Find Paid less than $5 Resellers Share Big Money BOLOs What Sold

Hey, Bolo Buddies. Thanks for watching. All right, you guys, you're going to want to stick around for this big money bolo. Paid less than five and sold it for over $2,000. Got it at the Goodwill, sold it on eBay. I'm going to tell you where these resellers got it, what they paid for it, and what it sold for. These are members of my Bolo Buddies Facebook group. So, let's get started here with some items that we should be on the lookout for when we are out sourcing. This one here is a um it's an organizer, it looks like. And she says, "My store is near perfect near perfect darn. Uh bought for a dollar at a thrift store and sold in less than 2 weeks 30 $35.99. Filofax is the brand, it looks like. And it is an organizer. Pretty cool bolo, right? And if you go over to my Facebook group, if you go to the top of the group under the share post, it's always under the featured section. The I do it every month. You guys can share your big money bolo. Make sure you shout out any of your socials or uh places you sell, things you want people to know about, put it there with your uh share of your bolo, and I'll talk about it in the video as well. This one comes from The Vintage Guy Finds. Make sure you give him a follow over on um Facebook. He has a group uh Facebook page. I guess it's a page where he shares his bolos and other reselling content. My favorite bolo sold in a day, listed for $149.87. Took a best offer of $125. Picked it up at the Goodwill for $4.99. It is a 1990 TMNT Rocksteady Bad Boy Giant 13-in action figure. This one here says, "$12 thrift store find turns into whoa, $1,190." Newtone radio intercom. What? Got it for 12 bucks at a thrift store and sold it for over a thousand. That is fabulous. The next one it says Honeywell Pro Smart programmable thermostat. Bought these this morning at a garage sale. I passed by on a road I railway travel as I was heading to a community sale that I found online. Got all nine for $10 each brand new in the box. Oh my goodness, you guys. He bought nine. I'm just seeing this. Sold in 15 minutes of listing. In one lot for $1,445. A multi-quantity sale, guys. Wow. So, it says eBay fees of $186.72. $90 invested, cleared $1,190. Wow. How cool is that? Wonder what they retail for. That is fabulous. Doughboys Treasures on eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Whatnot, Depop. And give them a follow cuz BOLO finder right there. Um wow. Wow, wow, wow. And if you guys share on Whatnot, drop your Whatnot handles down there so everybody can follow everyone. I'm BOLO buddies. You can definitely get things to flip for a profit on Whatnot because a lot of sellers like me, we are starting things low. It's moving things fast. It's not like putting it on a on a platform where you list it high and for the right buyer. Whatnot is about the quick flip. So, you can source from other sellers over there. She said, "For anyone who's not familiar with what Robert Tonner fashion dolls, I had no idea when I opened the bins in from a storage unit I had purchased a couple years back. It's taken a lot of time to research, but worth it." So, this is a doll, a 22-in doll costume. $44.97 for that. Huh. There you go, guys. This one says, "Y'all remember these? Spotted at a church yard sale for $1. Sold in 3 days for $84.99." Yeah, the Conair phone transparent neon telephone. I don't remember these, but I will say that I do remember featuring these in past videos. These are definitely a bolo. The next one, Harley-Davidson OEM Streamliner heated hand grips. Wow, check that out. "Found these motorcycle grips brand new at a yard sale for five bucks. Took about 2 weeks to sell and sold them to someone in Norway for $230." Best offer. This one is a teacup. "Got this at a new thrift store that open opened for $1. Listed for 26 and within 3 days received an offer of 20, which I accepted. Portobello is a name you should be looking for. Good resale value. Happy bolo hunting." And this one comes from horselover69. The next one is this Empoli Italian blue pineapple diamond pattern genie bottle. Gorgeous. She said, "I love glass and I'm not afraid to ship it." I love that. Um I hate glass. I'm not afraid to ship it, but I don't like how long it takes to ship it. Let me know if you guys like to ship a glass down in the comments. She said, "I was out roaming thrift stores and came across this at a new store that opened. I thought to myself, I'm not going to want to pay what they have that what they want that for." Ah. "I'm not going to want to pay what they want for this. I'm cheap. However, I thought I would ask anyway. She told me $10, so I snatched it up. Genie body Genie bottles are always a hot item. I listed and within 2 weeks it sold for full price. It went to Alaska. Had to pay an extra three for shipping, but it was worth it. Made it just fine. 9525 on that one. Baltimore Ravens NFL team beans puppy dog. A friend gave me a bunch of plush, so this was free for me. Wasn't in a rush to list because they needed to all be washed. After a few weeks I listed this little guy. After 3 hours of list listing received a lowball offer. The guy was adamant about buying this and we finally agreed on a price we both liked. I may have been able to get more because he was a Ravens fan and said he had never seen this one, but I was happy with the 27 on something that was free. Yeah, some of these mascot little animals could do pretty good. Starbucks 2001 Starbucks uh mug. Normally don't buy Starbucks because it's oversaturated, but this one was a dollar and looked interesting. Sold in 2 weeks for 33. Horse lover 69 or 1969 on eBay, Depop, Mercari, Posh, and whatnot. So, she is on whatnot, too, guys. Give her a follow and go check out her stores. This next one is a Royal China 1983 chocolate mint ice cream pie recipe plate. These recipe plates are hot right now. She said, "I wouldn't have known this was worth much without you guys." Bought at the Goodwill Sunday. Sold today. Paid $4.99. Sold for 164.95. You ready for this? Douglas cuddle Betsy border collie. I'm telling you, if you want to know more Douglas that are going for big money, I have a whole video. Type in bolo buddies Douglas plush and it'll pull it up. If you see a Douglas, pick it up and look it up. Hold it. Don't sit it down. Bought this at the one of my local Goodwills that still prices stuffed animals normally with no markup. Paid a $1.99 and after spending 3 hours trying to figure out which exact one of the Border Collies it was, discovered it was Betsy. I only saw one listing for her in in the solds and it didn't show exact price. Just a listing for $1,200. I even contacted that seller but got no response. So I listed mine for a buy it now at $1,200. For 30 days and it did not sell. So I placed her on auction with a starting bid of $499.99. I had multiple people contact me with lowball offers. One told me she would not sell for that price. But she did. Sold May 31st for $499.99. Very cool. The next one. Ooh, look at these. Thought I'd share this with your group. We recently sold this set of Georges Briard glasses for full ask after we sold a single glass for $99. So sold one glass for 99. Sold all six for $322.99. Not all had the maker's name and after a week's worth of research we listed and sold that one and then the rest sold as a set of six. Only two others had the signature. What did we pay? $2 for all seven glasses. I knew the name was collectible but these were nowhere to be found. I reached out to the collector groups. They did not find this design. Our store name is Grandma Alice's Corner Store under psjrm91 on eBay. She said husband and I are youngest youngish retired full-time resellers on eBay for 25 years and Mercari for 2 years. Fun fact, when Briard glasses were being sold in the '70s and '80s they mostly sold at department stores for around $20 to $25 for a four glass set. Okay, the next one. Look at this, you guys. Um for this from a school downsizing. She got it from a school downsizing or he got it from a school downsizing. Bought a giant dumpster and they were going to throw these out. Sold overnight for $800. I have about 25 left. This is my username across all social platforms if you want to give a follow where I drop bolos several times a week. Man, there have been a lot of really high high sales in this one, right, guys? All right, so let's go to the crazy one. You ready? The last one here is from The Vintage Guys Finds. Again, find him on uh Facebook. Lots of sellers are creating Facebook accounts, guys, with lots of good information. Found at the local Goodwill in a cart that was just rolled out. Bought it for $4.49 and put it on auction starting at $499. It sold for $2,247. Mint working condition 50's Ideal Doll. It's Ideal Bouncing Baby Coos Doll. Thumbelina face. Um this is the picture. I'm really sorry. You guys will have to research this and look at what it looks like. Um I don't have a link for it. So, definitely definitely be on the lookout for um this doll. All right, you guys.
