Kieran from Bradford City on loan till
the end of the season. How does it feel
to be here?
>> It's really exciting, I think. The
stature of the club, I think, is what
probably drew me towards it, I think.
Can't wait to put the shirt on and get
out there, really.
>> What does it feel like when your club
this size wants to have you playing for
them?
>> I think so, yeah. A nice feeling, I
think. Obviously, probably one of the
biggest clubs in the EFL, and I think
just putting the shirt on and going in
front of these fans is probably
going to be a good experience, and
hopefully I can build on that as well.
>> How much are you looking forward to
that, being in front of 20,000
supporters here at Imbank Valley Parade?
>> I think obviously I can't wait.
Hopefully
it can be sooner as I just want to meet
all the fans and hopefully give them a
good welcome.
>> How much of a factor was the fan base
when you decided what the club you were
going to come on loan to?
>> I think obviously whenever you join a
new club on loan or whether it's
permanent, you want a nice nice fan
base, and I think here so very
supportive, and I think a large fan
base, and I think the crowds they get
every week home and away. I seen the
away one at Plymouth on the weekend, I
think. It's just something that you want
to play for.
>> On a personal note, you've got quite a
few games under your belt already in the
Championship. How much do you feel you
can use that experience here at this
football club?
>> Yeah, I think obviously hopefully I can
try to help out as much as I can
on and off the pitch, and I think
hopefully just try and build in as many
games as I can.
Just play as much as I want.
>> Why is this move right for you at this
stage of your career?
>> I think I just want to play games,
really, and I think
playing for Bradford is obviously one of
the biggest teams in League One, and I
think
going off what they did last year, and
hopefully this season we can push on and
do it again.
>> Obviously, conversation with the manager
you've been in today, how has all that
gone? What was his influence?
>> I think as soon as I spoke to him I
called my agents after, and I was just
like I really want to go here. Like I
just the way he spoke and
David, the director of football, I think
it just appealed to me, and I think I
just I just wanted to get going as soon
as
>> How good is it when you've got such a
strong team off the field like that that
have a clear vision of where they want
to go?
>> It helps a lot. I think obviously
having the same mindset on and off the
pitch is a big factor, and I think
obviously what they done last year, like
I said before. And I think that they all
still have the same mentality to do it
this year and even better.
>> And also the fact that people like
yourself know what happened last season
shows how big this football club is and
what's going on here is really exciting.
>> Yeah, obviously
being obviously I was a
kid watching the FA Cup like every week
and then the size of Bradford and I
think they shouldn't they shouldn't be
where they are. They should probably be
higher up and I think hopefully this
season we can do that.
>> How much are you looking forward to
first game when you finally step out on
that football pitch here?
>> Yeah, it's going to be a a big moment
for me and obviously my family and
everyone else watching.
And obviously hopefully in front of the
home and many fans there are, I think
just putting on a good display and
hopefully getting a win.
>> For the supporters that might not have
seen you play before, what sort of
midfielder do you do you describe
yourself as?
>> So hard working, I get around the pitch
and on the ball like technical I think.
I have a good range of passing me, so I
think
like always try and play forward if I
can and yeah, just help the team out
whenever.
>> Finally, have you got a message for the
Bradford City supporters?
>> Can't wait to see you all tomorrow or
Saturday and let's get the win.
