I get your point. I get your point. But we respect our especially a guy that is selling is too. I love buying from guys. I don't know why. and also old men like that's not really the passion not small scale so that's not really a passion but you know most of them they don't have the jobs so they need a way to survive so I'm going to start an online bags or even perfumes still then I don't have a job right now to do any job but I have maybe about 100,000 in my pocket okay let me survive with this money that does not does not make sense let me start on the side of the day. That's the thing. It's not really about their jobs. >> I don't know. >> [laughter] >> something. Let's say I want some some certain bright then I'll customize it for you. Why? Cuz I love what I'm doing. That's that's my passion. So I'm doing at the end of the day also it's also paying for me. So is it that we are so much pressure to monetize >> like the moment that you step out of your mom's your fathers or your parents or your guardians compound that that means your feel like oh man why will I get money so any small opportunity that you get feel like I need to do I need to get something out of it then okay I'll take my But what will happen at the end of the month then I need to eat every day I need to do. So that's why we have got into a pressure for free >> and is that to tell people not to expect things for free services for free? Who is wrong between the two? I feel like someone free something. So what happened is some of the owners small business even the big businesses they normally go to the the bank or even to to investors okay we need we need this amount of money then I'll be paying this certain amount maybe after maybe a monthly installments so you feel like in that situation okay it's booming But the the the amount that you're getting at the end of the day, the profit that you're making at the end of the day, it split it in a lot of way for the rest of the life. the amount of money that you're left with. So it's a just a hunt. So that's why some of these businesses they don't branches most of them are built on loans. So that's >> I also think that at some point you see many people don't respect their businesses. What do I mean? If you have a food business, that is one thing that makes businesses not grow for you and you never return and you realize that at some point. Yeah. So especially for the small businesses that I get to eat this candy otherwise at the end of the day. So where and everyone around you was working for my my parents shop then you're very hungry of Then we'll go about 40. So 40 breakfast [laughter] that means all the profit would So maybe let's say 2,000 but 1600. So yeah your own business. So that's a good point let's value the business. Yeah. Yeah, it's your business. Remember not to restock your business. So just invest in your own shop. That means you're not giving you the last piece. like yeah so and also something else an advice for you who has a shop or you're selling goodies never say you don't have okay if someone asks even if you don't give them tell them but and then go bring it that is one way of growing your shop I'll never come to your shop again when I did that same product That's the best business type of new ones. Just give them alternative. I think shop is the best example for this. soap soap goes with detergent something like that you even find you're reminding them oh by the way so even if they won't pick that the next client will so be a very nice personality show them show them that you need that And also have all those things together. They work together. Have them together. Everyone that is getting into your shop can see them. Yes, we are giving you tips. Anyways, um can you build a a successful business without taking a loan? This is from the point where we say most of the times some businesses not grow is because they took loans and now they always keep paying. But do you think uh you can be able to start a business without a loan? Me I think yes. I hate debt and I hate loans. But >> yeah, I think so. Yeah. Uh it's just a just being patient enough. Come on. Come on. I feel like um you need to start a business just well just be patient. get the easier way. Let me save this money. So before even you get to build that type of a connection to your customers, you show them like build that type of market with the customers. It didn't take a while. Cuz the moment that you step out of school, that means now new responsibilities, new things, totally new things, then you have to now to learn how to survive Nairobi.
