Guys, I'm already back with 1X2 of Supernatural and this show is already going crazy. I really am excited to get into 1X2. Um, it's called Windigo. Don't know really what that means, but um, I'm sure it's one of those mythical characters that I'm going to have to learn about, but I've already learned about the woman in white. I learned a little bit about Sam and Dean. I learned a little bit about dad who is missing. Mom, RIP. Jessica, RIP. And let's get into it, guys. They were never found. >> Any before that? >> Yeah. In 1982, eight different people all vanished in the same year. Authorities said [music] it was a grizzly attack. And again in 1959 and again before that in 1936. Every 23 years, just like clockwork. Okay, watch this. Whatever that thing is, it can move. Told you something weird was going on. I got one more thing. In '59, one camper survived the supposed grizzly attack. Just a kid. It was some sort of a demon. >> Spirits and demons don't have to unlock doors if they want inside. They just go through the walls. >> So it's probably something else, something corporeal. >> Corporeal? Excuse me, Professor? >> Shut up. So what do you think? The claws, the speed that it moves. >> Could be a skin walker. >> Maybe a black dog. >> Whatever we're talking about, we're talking about a creature and it's corporeal, which means we can kill it. >> I don't even know what animal or mythical anything to call that. But I think of the like that Pokémon that looks like this. >> Oh, yeah. What are we going to tell her? She can't go into the woods because of a big scary monster? >> Yeah. >> Her brother's missing, [music] Sam. She's not just going to sit this out. No, we go with her, we protect her, and we keep our eyes peeled for our fuzzy predator friend. >> Finding dad is not enough. Now we got to babysit, too? >> What? >> Nothing. And I, for one, want to kill this evil son of a [ __ ] >> Well, hell, you know I'm in. >> Wendigo is a Cree Indian word. It means evil that devours. >> They're hundreds of years old. Each one was once a man, sometimes an Indian or other times a frontiersman or a miner or a hunter. >> How does a man turn into one of those things? >> Well, it's always the same. During some harsh winter, guy finds himself starving, cut off from supplies or help. Becomes a cannibal to survive, eating other members of his tribe or camp. >> Like the Donner Party. >> Cultures all over the world believe that eating human flesh gives a person certain abilities, speed, strength, immortality. >> If you eat enough of it over years, you become this less than human thing. You're always hungry. >> So, if [music] that's true, how can Tommy still be alive? >> You're not going to like it. >> Tell me. >> More than anything, a Wendigo knows how to last long winters without food. It hibernates for years at a time. When it's awake, it keeps its victims alive, but uh it stores them. So, [music] it can feed whenever it wants. >> Oh my god. >> brother's alive, it's keeping him somewhere dark, hidden, and safe. And we got to track it back there. >> And then how do we stop it? >> Guns are useless, so are knives. Basically, we got to torch the sucker. >> Oh my god. It's like a clicker on Last of Us. >> What is it? >> I was thinking that those claw prints so clear in this thing were almost too easy to follow. >> [screaming] >> I'm so sick of blood droplets. >> Okay, run, run, run, run, run, GO, GO, GO. >> [screaming] >> HAYLEY! >> I DON'T WANT TO SEE. >> DEAN! >> If it keeps its victims [music] alive, why would it kill Roy? >> I think because Roy shot at it. [music] I mean, this >> Don't you just save those woods. >> 800, 900 lbs. >> So really, I don't know how to thank you. But in the meantime, I'm driving. >> For some reason, I thought he was going to say chili cheese dogs. [laughter] >> [music] >> All right, that was episode two and um I guess we have another critter under our belt. It's called a Wendigo. I think that's how you pronounce I think that's how you pronounce it and um it's basically like a human that was forced into cannibalism and it lives for hundreds of years. So, that was not only very creepy, but that episode was kind of riveting and stressful and kind of annoying cuz in a weird way I kind of like the camp and um I think that one's going to stick with me like having that image of you know, shadows crossing your tent. How creepy. But, I like that we got to know a little bit of more about Sam and Dean um not in the sense like we got to know all their background, but we can just tell like that they're very family-oriented and um I guess when they lost their mom, all they really had was their dad. So, they kind of like lived off their dad's weird like you know, if you're scared of something in the closet, here's a .45 type of raising them um I'm really liking where this is going and I can't wait to watch more episodes. Um hopefully you guys support it and I I continue this whole journey on YouTube I cuz like I said, I really don't know how far I know for sure I'm going to finish on Patreon.
