Video summary
The creator concludes their College Football 27 rebuild by selecting Syracuse Orange as a top-tier project, despite them being the weakest team in the ACC with a grueling schedule featuring rivals like Pittsburgh and powerhouse SMU. After an initial season where they finished third-to-last nationally but showcased promising individual talents such as offensive lineman Chris Peele and running back Demetrius Samuel Jr., the creator implemented a "stupid" triple option offense using Army's playbook for their final attempt before transitioning to Madden. Although Syracuse was not naturally built for this scheme due to a lack of true strong-side linebackers, the strategy proved highly successful after signing key transfer portal additions like platinum-tier running back Quinton Martin Jr., who possesses elite shifty ability and unlocked sidesteps following offseason development, alongside Usman Chroma. To maximize carries within the triple option system, the creator even converted a tight end into a fullback with elite strength attributes to serve as a power runner rather than an offensive versatile player.
Once early simulation glitches regarding depth charts were corrected, Syracuse's run game became dominant and described as "disgusting," averaging over six yards per carry for multiple backs while beating ranked opponents like South Carolina and Clemson to finish 17th nationally. The season highlighted that quarterback passing ability is far less critical than a powerful ground attack driven by elite running backs and offensive line strength, even though the team lost their bowl game to Nebraska. Major awards were secured during this run, including Bryce Underwood winning the Heisman Trophy and Jabbo earning Return Specialist honors, which helped secure a spot in the College Football Playoff despite lower overall rankings against teams like Temple that Syracuse dominated early on.
The playoff journey culminated in an intense Cotton Bowl matchup against Ohio State where Syracuse's defense struggled to contain the Buckeyes' passing game, forcing multiple failed two-point conversion attempts due to poor kicking or missed plays rather than defensive skill. The commentary during this final stretch focused heavily on criticizing Madden NFL's physics engine and AI behavior, citing glitches such as players teleporting out of position on tackles and impossible defensive maneuvers described as "inhuman." A significant portion of the frustration stemmed from a game-ending touchdown that appeared to result from an unfair collision or simulation error rather than actual gameplay skill, leading the narrator to conclude that while their team was strong offensively with elite speed and shifty attributes, the loss felt unjustified given these technical flaws.
Ultimately, despite building one of the toughest teams in college football history through this specific rebuild series where North Dakota State also made the playoffs under management earlier on, Syracuse remains competitive but needs further development to reach higher tiers like "Scheme Guru" as top talent graduates or moves to the NFL. The creator expresses clear frustration with the simulation quality compared to Road to Glory and states they will not return for another dynasty mode in this title until new Madden releases arrive. While acknowledging that the team built was formidable offensively, averaging over six yards per carry on key backs like Quinton Martin Jr., the experience concludes with a desire to rebuild teams once future titles are released rather than continuing with current technical limitations.

For my final rebuild of College Football
27, I CHOSE THE BEST MASCOT in college
football, the Syracuse Orange. When I
was 12, I used to just grind a mascot
mashup and I would only play as the
orange because it was so funny. Fun
facts about that time period, 2014,
Ebola was a big thing. Remember Ebola? A
gallon of milk was $3 and the Seattle
Seahawks won an incredibly embarrassing
Super Bowl where they beat the Broncos
43 to8 deja vu. Now for the Syracuse
rebuild, they're not the worst team ever
to rebuild, but they are the worst team
in the ACC. So winning the ACC
championship is obviously going to be
tough. Our biggest opponents are
probably going to be Clemson, Miami, and
SMU. SMU is like the gods of dynasty for
whatever reason. I might need to steal
their playbook cuz I don't know how SMU
is so good every year. Syracuse is a 74
overall, but at least we're a three-star
program. So, recruiting shouldn't be the
end of the world. We're obviously making
our own coach. And I think I'm going to
be a tactician. All right. Head coach
Seymour H. The H is silent, by the way.
My AD's expectations, they want us to
win a bowl game in the next three
seasons. That's actually pretty
realistic. Have an even turnover margin
or better. Interesting. And 15 or fewer
turnovers. I don't think we're going to
do very well if we have that. Syracuse
was 3-9 last season, but the year before
that they were 10 and three with a bowl
game win. You know, for having a 74
overall, Syracuse actually got a kind of
nasty lineup. Chris Peele, absolute dog.
If he doesn't go to the NFL after this
season, would love to retain him cuz
he's going to be a monster. He's already
a 91 overall as a junior. Got a
sophomore, Demetrius Samuel Jr. Platinum
tier layout. He's nasty, too. And Aott
Miller, junior halfback. There's a
onestar. We developed one hell of a
onestar here. And although we'll only
have him for one season, Steve Angeli
out of the Big Apple. Red shirt senior
quarterback 81 overall. Should honestly
be a good first season, it's always the
season after the first where the low
overall teams really drop off. So
hopefully we can make our AD happy in
this first season. I really like our red
shirt freshman running back here,
Malachi Coleman. Really fast, really
young. That's what we're looking for.
That's a future starter. Hopefully wide
receivers are really not good. 817977.
We've got one pretty fast guy, Darius
Johnson, but speed isn't everything. And
especially with green catching, you
really want contested specialist. At
least Cole Weaver has 50/50. We'll
definitely look to recruit a transfer
portal some wide receivers as well. I
love my tight ends. Dante Basher Bakkey,
that's crazy last name. He's actually
pretty damn good. 6'5, 84 speed, 80L,
only a sophomore. Offensive line needs a
lot of work. Yikes. center for sure.
Only two freshman at the center
position. Guards are okay. Tackles are
okay. Dline's not bad, but it's going to
fall off after tunia delay. I always
want to say retires. By the way, that's
why this is the last college football
rebuild cuz Madden's going to come out
and I'm going to trans transition to
Madden rebuild. So, let's have an
awesome Well, they don't have a single
Whoa, they don't have a single true
strongside linebacker on the entire
roster. I mean, obviously, it doesn't
matter. You can just put a weak side
linebacker at strong side, but
linebackers are really trash. Corners
are amazing. That's our best group. And
our safeties suck, too. Yikes. This
junior safety is really fast. Outside of
that, not much. Senior strong safety is
pretty solid. Cornell Perry. Yo, we got
Snowden. We got Snowden at strong
safety. Honestly, can't go wrong
recruiting anywhere. And we do have a
good quarterback option next year if
Amari Odum stays and a few freshman to
speak of. We have a pretty good starting
dynasty budget right now. We have a
recruiting assistant and a contract
analyst. I'm The first thing I'm doing
is firing you. Reducing NIL expectations
is so good. I do not mind spending big
on this early. Actually, I'm going to
I'm going to spend so much of our NIL
schmemeckles on the platinum tier senior
director player personnel. We're going
to get a 30% reduction to NIL
expectations. Beautiful. And then
offseason progression. I think offseason
progression is probably the next most
important thing. I don't have enough
schmeckles to get gold tier. In the
future, we will, but for now, I'll just
do a silver strength and conditioning
lead for offseason progression. I really
like platinum tier offseason
progression. I love going into next
season and my juniors get like crazy
good or my sophomores get crazy good as
juniors. Not bad though. That's why it's
really nice that we're a three-star team
prestige despite being a really low
overall. What is Syracuse's main rival?
I don't know [ __ ] about Syracuse. I know
they got a cool mascot. Apparently their
main rival in football is Pittsburgh.
Okay. Kind of seems random. Dude, look
at Seymour Milkers. The H is silent by
the way. A lot of people pronounce it
wrong. It really is Seymour Milkers, but
he doesn't get offended if you sayers.
It's not a big deal. Well, we got a
cakewalk first game, but there's our riv
there's our big rivalry game in
Pittsburgh. And then on the schedule, we
have So, Louisville is going to be
pretty good, too. SMU, dude, I don't
know what the [ __ ] it is about SMU in
this game, but seriously, they're
insane. It's actually a really nightmare
schedule. We end the season with number
three ranked Notre Dame. That'll be a
nightmare. ACC is honestly kind of
tough. ACC is tougher than people give
it credit for. It's no Big 10, you know.
It's tough. Well, solid start to the
season. Rivalry week, week three. We're
2 and0. Honestly, if this is my last
rebuild, I'm going to do something
[ __ ] ridiculous. I want to run like
triple option or something. I want to
run the stupidest offensive playbook we
can find and win a national championship
with it cuz we're not doing any of the
classics. No spread, no Clemson, no SMU,
no Tennessee, no LSU. Somebody's got to
run some absolute horshit, right? Like
Army. I will give credence to the fact
that my team is not at all built for a
ridiculous offense right now. Not even
remotely. Like, we're certainly not
built for a triple option team. We need
a good fullback. We need more power
running backs. We need a dual threat
quarterback. But I'm just going to
commit to it right now. [ __ ] it. See,
here's the thing. The way the teams
perform on average tells you a lot about
their playbook because simulation
playbooks are like the most important
thing if you're not playing every single
game. Army, I've actually seen Army go
to the playoffs in a few different
dynasties. I've never seen Air Force do
it. I've never seen a lot of the option
teams do, but for some reason, Army
seems to be good enough. I'm going to
run Army's option offense. Classic
college offense built on misdirection
quarterback reads. Multiple runners
attack different paths. The team is not
ready for this for the record, but I can
adjust the depth chart to it. So, my
quarterback is actually pretty [ __ ]
fast relatively. I mean, 81 speed and 83
excel for a pocket passer is not bad at
all. Now, my running backs, how bad is
this? So, Ahmad Miller is really good.
And then Johnson's a junior. I'm
actually going to move Malachi Coleman
up in this depth chart just to get him
reps. He's already a red shirt freshman,
so I can't get a red shirt year out of
him right now anyway. And then at some
point he can take over this back field
and then we'll have Johnson ready behind
that fullback. The fullback right now is
technically a tight end, but he's 6'6,
260 lb with balance. That's actually
pretty good. I may need to recruit a
legitimate fullback though because
they're quite important. It doesn't
actually matter if they're a fullback.
You just need a thick tight end that can
block or a fullback that can run. Either
or or or a true fullback, obviously. And
this also kind of helps with the fact
that Syracuse' wide receivers are not
that good. They're not going to need to
do [ __ ] They're going to block and
every once in a while I might have to
air it out. You still have to literally
pass in the option offense. It's just
pretty rare. I'm actually so excited to
do this. If I'm being honest, I should
do this every rebuild. Why does it need
to be my last rebuild for me to do
something stupid like this? I mean,
pretty much every rebuild should be
stupid and fun. Maybe I'm learning right
now. Okay. I want to see what Syracuse
has for jersey options, though. Not
going to lie to you guys. I think navy
orange. I think that's a dog [ __ ] color
combo. I just I don't know. It's like
you sucked all the life out of the New
York Knicks colors. That's what it
reminds me of. Some of these are kind of
clean though. I'll just rock the classic
away. This is a big rivalry game and of
course I'm only playing the moments in
our dynasties here. Why don't we just
pick up a rivalry game win and see how
the option does. One thing I will tell
you is if your team struggles in the
option offense and then you simulate
games. There's no way to win the big
ones. It's so hard. You have really do
have to build a good option team to win
in sim. The alternative of course is you
use an OP playbook. you run like an SMU
or a TCU or a Tennessee or an LSU, they
the guys that always win Heisman in your
dynasties is partially because they're
on a really good team and partially
because the playbook is nasty. And if
you want a little bit more of the
information under the hood, the way that
simulation works is the CPU is going to
automatically select one of the three
coach suggested plays. And EA's model
for coach suggested plays is not very
good. So there are certain playbooks
despite having like a ton of formations
and a ton of plays, you kind of get
this. I just jumped off sides. WHAT A
START. MY D lineman just jumped off
sides. What you basically get is the
same 30 plays getting ran over and over
from coach suggested despite, you know,
a really cool playbook might have a
million different plays in it. And
that's why you see some playbooks emerge
as the the best in Sim because the 30
plays that they're pulling from are all
busted. I'm going to shut the [ __ ] up
now. LET'S STOP PIT. IT'S A RIVALRY
GAME. BANG. IT'S a super hot blitz and
Pit goes for the play action. That's one
thing that's so true in college
football. If you run play action against
a hot blitz, you're getting sacked. It's
just almost inevitable. That was true
back in NCAA 14. And they're going to go
check down here, which is fine cuz Oh,
shoot. I thought that was third down.
Never mind. That's not fun. I thought
that was going to force a fourth. I
think we send a blitz here again. I'm on
Perry. I'm going for a corner blitz.
Let's see if we can get around this
tackle. They're going to motion the
tight end over. Perry. Clean shot at the
QB. No, but it dude number 30. No. No.
Yes. So he had it. I don't know what
he's thinking. Oh, Bits quarterback
sold. He had a really good shot at that.
Took a piss poor angle. It works in our
favor. Fourth and eight. Not going to
get my blocked field goal today. I still
want to block a field goal. One of these
dynasties, but hey, we'll hold the
three. I'll take that. Defense needs my
help again. Let me get an offensive
moment. Well, I think the option offense
is struggling, you guys. This is a
little bit of what I was worried about.
The sim option offense is struggling.
Third and 10. Dude, imagine you're a
Syracuse and you run AIR RAID. OH. OH,
COME ON. WHAT A PLAY. AND CHRIS Beiel is
there, too. Holy [ __ ] Steve. You got to
give me an offensive moment. Okay, thank
you. By the way, this is exactly what
I'm talking about. Like, we're a triple
option team and my suggested plays are
all just handoffs up the middle. Give me
a triple option. You know, THAT'S THE
WHOLE POINT, I say as I run inside zone.
We are really backed up here. A minute
11. State impulse is loud. INSIDE ZONE,
AHMAD MILLER, stop it. Don't get caught.
Yo, how are you not [ __ ] dude? How the
[ __ ] is that guy not tackling me? Dude,
he's sniffing my [ __ ] HE WAS INSIDE
of me. Pause. Resume. How [laughter] the
Dude, that guy should have tackled me 30
yards ago. Yo, look at this run. WAIT A
MINUTE. YO, AHMAD MILLER 71 YARD RUSH.
What the [ __ ] is Baxter doing? Backter,
get ready to bag groceries or put the
curly fries in the bag. Bro, Wendy's is
hiring. All right, you know what? It
works in our favor. Beggars can't be
choosers, baby. Okay, triple option flex
bonent. We're passing. Interestingly,
we're passing here. Angel's going to
roll out. We're going to go for the
check down. Going to juke our way into a
fumble. Luckily, the guard is looking
alive. Damn, he got rocked. That is also
not a fumble. I'm absolutely down here,
am I not? Right knee is down. I don't
think that ball is out. This is It is
ironic that I go triple option, but this
is such a funny play. Fake toss, rocket
roll out. So, I'm going to fake this
pitch. Roll out. Oh my god, that worked
so well. Give me a block. Good block.
Damn, that was money. And see, look at
this. This literally every coaching
suggested play is a pass, bro. We're
We're Army's offense. I want to run
triple option. Well, we can run zone
speed option. I love that. Slot option
is a good play. Orbit wide receiver.
Here we go. This is why we run this
playbook, baby. Wow. This includes the
tight end.
This is kind of crazy. We're going up
the gut to a Mod Miller on that one.
Second and goal. We kind of got to move
with some pace. This is a quarterback
counter option. And that's a Mod Miller
on this, too. So, we're going to kind of
fake that pitch. Oh, there it is. Holy
[ __ ] There's actually so much depth to
this playbook. How did we miss the PAT?
It's six to six. Okay, dude. Options
getting everything weird. There's so
much depth to this playbook. If you
really like if you really get good at
it, you can be unstoppable. But you
really have to learn it. I think I
might. It'd be really cool if I could
use this online somehow. Imagine we had
an army or an Air Force Wheel of College
season. That'd be pretty crazy cuz we'd
have hell of an offensive scheme going.
There's just speed option. And one thing
I know about speed option is just
busted. That's the other thing, too, is
it's like you you may literally in your
head be running a perfect offense, but
some plays in the game are just better
than others. Some are just coded really,
really, really well, and some are just
not. Um, we're going to go third and
nine here. I got to keep this one. I
shouldn't have pitched that. Let's see.
That's a bad read. Should be able to
come in and make the field goal, though.
I'm really interested how we missed the
PAT. Wonder if we straight up missed it.
Wow, that's no [ __ ] way.
Maybe that's how they just got a block
kick animation. I don't know how he
missed it. That should have been
blocked. 9 to6. Kind of a crazy score
here. And I love playing on this camera
angle. It's objectively worse. This is
so cool. Little RPO. Pit's really
rocking the RPOS's here. Big hit. Mason
Hechel. Like playing on this camera
angle is diabolical. At some point, you
just can't see [ __ ]
Okay, I got a little extra tap in there.
If Pay uses this clock and scores, just
no bueno. I think we just blitz off of
this. Actually, really funny. I've never
done this. Ooh, perfect example. Perfect
example. I might have been able to make
that play. All right, let's switch back.
Ooh, they go with the handoff. This is
going nowhere. Well, here's the thing.
Pit is not in field goal range right
now. This is my zone. I can guard it.
I'm going to go check down. That is
going absolutely nowhere. I don't know
what the thought was there. Third and
12. They're probably going to run into
the two-minute. No, I'm blitzing. Oh,
this could be huge. Third and 12.
They're going to snap this. They're not
G.
Yuck. Okay, so Pit runs it into the
two-minute warning. Third and 12. Six to
nine. Huge play. Huge play. Huge play.
Huge play. Huge play. [ __ ] That's my
zone. It's literally entirely my fault.
Playing this like it's Ro. Angelia has
two passes for five yards, by the way.
The option playbook, baby. Okay, so
first and 10. Do they hand this off now?
wouldn't be too shocked. They run a lot
of RPO, a lot of checkdowns. There's one
right there. And he steps out of bounds.
We just need time. I think it is time to
blitz cuz they're not going to use this
whole clock. So, we might as well blitz
here. And if we can sack them, he may go
out of field range. But those those
RPOS's are lighting up. My man blitzes.
Nothing to lose at this point. If they
score, they score. I just need to have I
just need to have clock. There's another
handoff. That one's going nowhere. I
don't know that they're using this
clock. Are they? No, they're not. See,
personally, I'd run the whole clock down
and then if I can't get the touchdown, I
take the field goal. It's probably what
they should be doing. Oh, you got to
react there, buddy. Third and inches. We
pull off the stop here. They'd almost
definitely kick it. RPO run up the gut.
HE'S NOT GOING TO GET IT. Time out.
That's insane. I can't believe he didn't
get Hey, there's my boy. His hands are a
little glitched. That's my boy. Hey, if
there's ever a time to get that block
kick, my first ever Come on, Ward. Come
on, Ward. Come on, Ward. No, not even
close. This is such an ugly game. Get
ready for the triple option of a
lifetime. Okay, so quarterback counter.
Wow, there's so much [ __ ] in this
playbook. It goes so deep. Tight end
lead read option. Triple option right,
triple option left, orbit. I got to try
this. This is way too cool. So, my my
wide receiver is going to motion and he
becomes my option. And I I ran out of
clock looking at that playbook. I guess
we're going to go back to flex bone and
we're going to go to the midline triple.
This was kind of nasty before. Let's see
what we can find. I'm going to keep
that. No, no, no, I didn't. That's
insane. I didn't even pitch it. He just
fumbled. That ball squirted out. We're
not ready for the triple option. That's
That's such a bummer. Okay, well, they
probably just try and shoot this clock
out, but Oh no, we already burnt a
timeout. So, we already used a timeout.
When did we use a timeout? We've already
used one timeout. This is going to get
really bad. Going to need a bit of a
miracle here.
Maybe even a fumble. Nope. They're in
gun trips, which I find kind of bizarre
because you have to run this ball, don't
you? They're in five, I guess. Oh my
god, they're bold enough to shut the
[ __ ] up. Are you Julio Jones? I
absolutely
can't even be that mad about losing like
that. This game's over. We're out of
timeout. So, they passed it. That should
have been pass breakup. Then they're
forced to field goal. We might be able
to get something back. Now Pittsburgh
just has to run it down to the one and
kick it. That's exactly what they're
going to do. I can't believe he caught
that ball. That's Julie. That's
Megatron, bro. Ben's a field goal. We're
so not ready for triple option. [ __ ]
I'm sticking behind my guys. I'm
sticking behind Syracuse and the triple
option. May not have worked there and
all of college football might be
laughing at us, but I need everybody to
settle down and believe. I need
everybody to settle down and believe.
So, we go 2 and 0 on air raid and then I
switch to option. We instantly lose.
Brutal. I got a bowl game. I got Duke's
Mayo Bowl versus Nebraska. Can we
actually finish with a halfway decent
record? What's my record? That is so
much better than I expected. I thought
when we switched to triple option, we
would be cucked. Okay, so we beat North
Carolina and Boston College. We lost to
SMU, but they're 10th ranked in the
nation. We lost to Notre Dame. Wasn't
that bad of a game. We barely lost to
Clemson and NC State. Triple Option has
a chance. I know I'm calling it triple
option. It's an option playbook, but
triple option is like what I want to run
out of it. Okay, so we lost our bowl
game, but take a look at this. Angeli
threw a hund. We played 13 games. Angel
was averaging 10 throws a game
basically. I mean 12 throws a game. That
is [ __ ] hilarious. How about rushing?
Okay, so John Damn. John, he was like
our third string running back. How the
[ __ ] Wa. So this is something
interesting to keep in mind is that in
this playbook, even though Ahmad
Miller's running back one, he's getting
less carries than running back three
got. Running back two got no carries.
That or like get readjusted by dep
chart, but still like Jawan Johnson
ended up being the true ball carrier.
Ahmad Miller got some. It was actually
David Clement, the fullback/tight end
that had the most carries. So, whoever
our fullback/tight end is/ running back
converted to a fullback, that's got to
be our best guy. I mean, really, all
three of these guys need to be good. And
they play pretty damn well in this
playbook. That's like genuinely
hilarious. I think the biggest thing to
note is that Jawan Johnson, which could
have been our running back three, maybe
our power back or third down running
back, had the most rushes of 20 yards or
more, which means like this is probably
the position that gets the really
glitchy plays. So, I want my fastest guy
here and I want my best guy at tight end
fullback. Looks like Angeli had 79
carries and then they brought in Amari
Odum pretty frequently as our backup
quarterback and then Malachi Coleman RB2
didn't do dick is never in receivers.
Dude, imagine Syracuse recruits you,
gives you all this money, and you catch
18 balls on the season. I'd be [ __ ]
pissed. Well, that's a freshman. I'd be
more pissed if I was Zandre Marweather.
I'd be pissed if I was Cole Weaver.
Defensively, nothing really to write
home about. Although, Demetrius Samuel,
the sophomore, had five intercept.
That's actually pretty damn good. So,
recruiting went well. I did get a true
fullback, Romeo Block, which is like the
best name ever. If you're a fullback,
your name is Block. I mean, that's who
we're talking about. I got a three star
running back as well, Sam Harper.
Contact seeker. Yeah, you're going to
need to be a contact seeker on this
offense. Where we could really make some
moves though is the transfer portal. If
I could get a really good running back,
tight end, fullback in the transfer
portal. That's what I'm most interested
in. Quinton Martin Jr. is technically
interested. It's going to cost an arm
and a leg, but I feel like it's
possible. Frankly, anything's possible.
You pay these kids enough money, that
[ __ ] might be possible. There's a couple
three stars that already kind of want to
play here. Holy [ __ ] Holy [ __ ] Quinton
Martin Jr. would be disgusting. Platinum
tier shifty. Listen, brother. Every
dollar we got in NIL can go to you, bro.
Man Chroma, banger name. Transfer
sophomore. Elusive bruiser with a lot of
abilities. I like you. All the big
schools are looking at him, though. I
don't know that I actually have a chance
on guys like this, guys. So, fun fact, I
don't know if you know this, but if you
throw a bazillion dollars at these
18-year-olds, they'll just abandon all
allegiance to big schools and come to
[ __ ] Syracuse, who runs triple
option. Now, this is this would be the
huge one. Quinton Martin, instantly,
we're at the top. We're not quite done.
I want to schedule a visit here. And
that's kind of ironic. Playing style is
his most important. Quinton Martin Jr.,
do you want to run the triple option,
buddy? I guess he does. I respect a kid
who wants to run it. Damn, all these
dudes want to run the triple option.
Everybody likes our playing style. I
don't really need to schedule a visit
with all these guys. I think we can land
them. Well, it cost an arm and a leg.
Quinton Martin Jr. by far. This guy's a
[ __ ] freak. 92 speed, 96 Excel. He's
a transfer sophomore, which I assume
means he will be a junior when the
season starts, but I'm about to find
out. Or maybe he's a sophomore. If he's
a sophomore, this guy's insane. Starard
dev, platinum shifty, 92 speed, 96 XL.
Essential. That's not it, though. We
also signed fourstar AK Deer. He was
kind of my second option. He's obviously
still really good. Great dev trade. He's
a transfer freshman, so can still
improve. 91 speed, 94 Excel, 83 break
tackle. I think he's more of our bruiser
running back more than um Quinton Martin
Jr. is even though they're technically
both East West playmakers. Couldn't get
Jakarian Turner. He went to NC State,
but we also got Chroma and [ __ ] [ __ ] was
a three star. This is my backup option,
but he bit anyway. Usman Chroma is our
bruiser. 61225. This is definitely our
biggest running back. Look at his
abilities. Head first, sidestep,
downhill, arm bar, Starddev, fourstar,
triple ops just got a hell of a lot
better. Now, we do have position changes
available. If we sort my entire roster
by halfbacks, everyone just signed our
best running backs. Now, it does say
Chroma is our best running back, but we
know that the position in this triple
option that actually gets the most reps
is fullback. Now, I do have the new
freshman fullback, Romeo Block, who I
would like to develop. And as it stands,
I think I want to convert Chroma to
fullback and then he'll get all those
reps and then I mean Amad Miller is
still on the team. Deer is now on the
team. A Jabbo is on the team and then
Martin needs to get every other carry.
Every other carry that's available has
got to go to Martin. What would a
position change of fullback look like
for Chroma? He's an 81 overall utility
fullback. He could technically go to
quarterback. I could put a [ __ ]
running back at quarterback on this
team, couldn't I? I'm going to change
him to a fullback. Let me change Kroma
to a fullback. I think this is going to
work. It's only a junior, too. I think
this is a good time to experiment. I
spent a lot of NIL between these running
backs, so we've got to extract some
value. The irony is Ahmad Miller cost me
nothing. Next big question is the
quarterback position. Who's going to be
this? Whoa. Whoa. Malachi Nelson elite
dev trait 73 overall. Who wants to
explain that one to me? How do you have
elite dem trait and you only get to 73
overall? He wouldn't be bad. He's a
backfield creator with good speed. He's
kind of perfect for this cuz he's not
really a good true quarterback, but he
should be good in this offense. Carrying
is trash. I do want a guy like I want
Zade Lot. I want him to develop. Okay
guys, I know I might be a delusional
actual casual idiot, but my triple
option team is kind of disgusting.
Number one, AK Deer, who I wasn't too
crazy about, had the craziest off
seasonason. This is now the highest
overall player on the team. AK Deer, the
four-star transfer portal, 88 overall
boosted to a 90. I think what I like
about Martin so much better is that he
has platinum shifty which is just a
completely broken ability. But AK Deer
looking really really good. 90 jumping,
82 trucking, excellent all-around stats.
I think the most important thing about
AK Deer, true sophomore, well not a true
sophomore, red shirt sophomore, he's
very very young. Ahmad Miller is now our
second best running back and it's
Quinton Martin who uh kind of is tied in
there with Ahmad Miller. And then Jabbo
is at fourth string. At fullback now is
Chroma. Chroma 89 speed, 92 XL, super
strong, a lot of break tag, a lot of
trucking, 86 overall utility, fullback.
Then our tight end is still Beay. He
comes back as an 81 overall. He
shouldn't get as many reps now since
it's technically going to go to Chroma.
But this like core of AK Deer, Quinton
Martin, Ahmad Miller, and then we have
Chroma at fullback. And now for our
quarterback, it's going to be the next
year, the final year for Amari Odum. Not
crazy about Amari Odum. I think he's
good. I don't think he's incredible.
He's like a better true quarterback than
anybody else on this team, but I don't
really need a true quarterback. I think
the next piece of the puzzle is to get a
guy like this. Zade Lot is a pure runner
quarterback. He's just not good enough
to start yet. Although his carrying is
pretty damn good. He might actually be a
better option cuz they're never throwing
[clears throat] the ball. His accuracies
are literally just so trash. I think we
go with Odum. And maybe Zade progresses,
maybe he doesn't. But realistically, I
need to go into transfer portal or
recruiting and find a pure runner
quarterback. Either way, if you zoom out
and look at it like this, this is
actually a nasty triple option team. 81
overall quarterback, 85 fullback, 88
running back, 85 running back. It's kind
of gross. Schedule is a little scary.
Week one's against Penn State. Week
three. Oh my god. We're at Penn State,
at Miami, at Louisville versus South
Carolina. Good lord. Damn, our home
games suck. Damn. I simmed up to our
week nine game against South Carolina. I
wanted to have a home game. We beat most
of our ranked opponents. We only have
one loss. We're 13th in the nation.
Coach Seymour Milkers in the Orange are
preparing for their top 25 matchup.
Damn, this must be cooking. Okay, let's
take a look at the stats. So, ODM has
literally thrown 37 passes. Looks like
Danny Louderder is coming in. I don't
understand why the backup keeps coming
in. Maybe when we're crushing teams.
Who's getting the carries? Are they
going to the right person? That's really
the question. Okay, this I don't like.
Quinton Martin should be getting more
carries than this. And Quinton Martin is
really, really good. Ahmad Miller, why
are you getting so many carries? I need
to switch Miller and Martin in the depth
chart, but Usuzman Chroma has the most
carries, six touchdowns, and AK Deer is
not getting a lot of carries, seven
touchdowns. Dude, Ahmad Miller is
averaging 6.8. Quinton Martin is
averaging 20.5. I have to get Quinton
Martin where Ahmad Miller is. I don't
know why the depth chart is so busted in
this game. It refuses to acknowledge
your inputs. I literally have moved
Ahmad Miller out of this spot so many
[ __ ] times. Third down running back
is Martin. Power halfback is Chroma.
Okay, let's see if it acknowledges that
input. Is this going to tell me to get
[ __ ] again? It just told me to get
[ __ ] again. Please, EA, please let me
switch my depth chart. Okay, so here it
acknowledges Martin, but I think what's
happening is when I come back to this
screen, look at that. It still shows
Miller right there. Is it an auto sub?
Don't worry, guys. This this is a small
small indie company with only a few
developers, only a few employees. I
think they employ one or two monkeys in
Nepal, so can't expect them to get my
substitution, right? What am I worried
about, guys? We're 7-1 running the
triple option and we're hosting South
Carolina. Okay, we're in the crowd.
We're all orange and I'm wearing all
orange. Yeah, buddy. Yeah, buddy.
Syracuse versus South Carolina. Don't
ever sleep on my triple option. Maybe
the Army playbook, guys. Maybe the Army
playbook was the GOAT all along. All I
needed to do is commit to it.
Quarterback counter option. So, there's
AK Deer, there's Martin, and there's
Chroma. That is a full-blown transfer
portal backfield. A transfer portal is
busted. Let me just say, holy [ __ ] that
play's insane. Who are you? He missed.
He came dear. Dude, who was that? That
guy was so fast. That edge rusher. South
Carolina. Okay, now this is the same
play, but Martin is the pitch option
now. Platinum Shifty. Say, so we're
basically showing the exact same thing.
Get the pitch out early. Now you got
Platinum Shifty. I got Platinum Shifty.
That's exactly what I want, Martin. No,
no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. Who
is down? AK Deer is down. We have a
Jabbo. Like, we have the depth. But why
did AK Deer get injured? He wasn't even
in that play. He's a decoy. What? He
tear his ACL on a decoy motion. But K
Miller and Martin are in on this triple
option here. And I'm going up the gut.
Platinum Shifty is so good. Shut the
[ __ ] Why is everyone getting injured?
Okay, I am substituting AK Deer out.
There is no way I'm risking that.
Absolutely not. The good news is Martin
is now the starter but louder. These
auto subs are pissing me off. EA's auto
sub system so bad. Why the [ __ ] is
louder the
platinum shifty?
Platinum shifty, by the way. Well, who
at EA decided that we should start a
brand new quarterback other than the one
that I designated as the starter
quarterback? Whose idea was that? We're
running quarterback Blast. You know, the
good news is I can just run louder into
the dirt. If Louder wants to get hurt, I
don't [ __ ] care. You're not my
starter. Fourth and inches. We got to go
for that, coach. We're triple option
team. That ain't [ __ ] to us. Let's do a
little motion dive here to Martin. With
all the decoys and everything we've been
running, this really shouldn't be hard.
Fourth and inches. Oh. Oh, he's got it's
touchdown. He's got Heisman Shifty.
If you get hot, look at dude. Look at
the stadium. [laughter]
If you get hot, it upgrades the tier of
your ability. So, you go from platinum.
It's the only way to achieve a Heisman
tier ability is to do that. South
Carolina gets it. Going on fourth. Now,
we got a big third down to make the
stop. Third and four. I paid almost no
attention to my defense. I mean, we
still got Snowden. I think we still have
Chris Peele. Got a little blitz. So,
got his ass. That's a two-minute job. I
mean, here's the thing. I technically
can still pass the ball. It's not like
my quarterback is bad at throwing. It's
not like my wide receivers are bad.
They're just is too much firepower in
this offense. Also, Heisman Shift is
[ __ ] up. Oh, I didn't activate their
ass. That's a touchdown. If I activate
that, that's okay. Let's pass the ball.
We can still pass the ball.
Not a passing team, but we can still
pass.
Oh,
what [laughter] the [ __ ] I've literally
never seen that before. Have you ever
seen that interaction before? Just going
to run a little motion inside zone.
We're going to spare South Carolina.
They've seen so much triple option that
we're going to give them a standard run
play and it's still going to [ __ ] them
up. Just kidding. Number 40 is ruining
my day. That guy's crazy. Pistol flex
bone triple option. Martin Chroma. I
kind of go Chroma up the gut here. Let's
make the read here. Keep hold.
Get the first. Beautiful. Don't fumble.
Beautiful. That's how you run triple
option. I'm running the exact same play.
That's how you run triple option. I
can't forget Chroma. So Chroma. Chroma.
My air trucks [ __ ] me up. He still got
so many yards. Chroma, the true the
fourstar running back converted to
fullback. What a trooper. You're a
running back your whole career and then
Syracuse tells you they want you at
[ __ ] fullback and you just do it. Now
Martin's going to get to use shifty. So
busted. So completely busted. This is
actually working so well. This is a
ranked South Carolina. Granted we're at
home so no stadium pulse and I just made
a bad read but this is genuinely
working. Okay, they want me to pass.
They're out of their mind. Ah, there's
so many unique option plays. So
quarterback slot option is fun because
basically your pitch key is lined up as
a wide receiver, but it's still Martin.
So we're going to run out to the left
here and Martin's already in pitch
position. He's got Heisman shifting.
He's not bound. That's such a good play.
This is what I mean is we learn this
playbook. Now this is the same thing
except now it's triple option. Now I can
hand it off to Martin or I have a pitch
out there I believe cuz this
quarterback. Yeah. So Marweather should
be a pitch option here. But oh I hate
number 40. Number 40 on South Carolina's
is [ __ ] my day up. Look at Seymour.
Look at Shil Island. Seymour Milkers.
Orbit triple option. Why not? Marweather
comes in motion. I can hand off to
Martin or I can Let's make the red. Ooh,
RPO peaks on bubble keeper. Easy keeper.
Louder. You're a bum. That's why you
need a pure runner. Holy [ __ ] Is that a
touchdown? Okay, so third and four here.
I'm actually going to switch this so
that it's Martin getting this here.
Third and four. Midline triple option
chroma up to got that we legitimately.
[laughter]
This is so awesome. I should have done
this from the start. Damn, South
Carolina did score and then they got the
ball again here on first and 10. I am
Army in in orange uniforms. I'm
disguised. Good tackle. That's such a
good tackle. Raheem Long brings him
down. Snowden. Look at Edward Snowden
just spying on the feds
and making tackles on running backs.
Yeah. taking out kneecaps and spying on
the feds. What a dog. If you don't get
the reference, read a [ __ ] book.
Okay, that's rude. You're an MMG viewer.
You can't read. Let's be real.
Yeah, that's [laughter] right. Right in
front of the ref. Guy was six yards out
of bounds. That dude was talking to his
mom in the stands and I gave him a hit
stick. All right, fourth. No way.
They're going for this. Fourth and five.
No, sir. No way they just did that.
Well, they end up scoring. Oh, wa. No
offensive moments out of that. They end
up getting a field goal anyway. And then
we went short on offense. That was 17
timeout. That's pretty damn big. They
got all three timeouts. Go play action
here. Uh-oh. Wow. Wow. I'm like
literally 12 in taller than that. That
was the craziest size Mitch match. Is
their wide receiver 5'4? I've never seen
that before. He's so small. Like a
number eight. He's tiny. Respect.
Maybe
got the better of me. Good sack. Second
and nine. They're running empty. I'm
going to guess pass and I'm going to go
on Mohamd. I'm on the tight end here.
Oh, good defense. Ooh, bagged up. Okay,
we're going to go for it again. I'm
going for the blitz. Dolores.
Deloreious, get home. Get home. Is that
a fumble? Is that a fumble?
NUMBER 13'S GOT IT. THAT'S STONEN.
Shut up, Snowden. I'm not spying on the
fads. I'm looking at your playbook.
Snowden is like the University of
Michigan. I hacked your [ __ ] Holy [ __ ]
Fumble six for the ball game. It's
actually such a banger play. Holy [ __ ]
Yo, we're actually like kind of [ __ ]
nasty right now. Why did we just beat
rank South Carolina? Why is the triple
option working literally perfectly?
Quinton Martin's the player of the game
when he finally gets in the position on
this dep chart that he's supposed to be.
Average 12 yards a carry. I guess a
ranked SEC opponent. South Carolina's
SEC, right? I think so. Who cares? This
is MM Cash we're talking about. Okay. I
don't have I don't have Bengals
knowledge. Okay. But I am a genuine
[ __ ] [ __ ] Look [laughter] at Look
at Danny Lauder. Guys, we just beat
South Carolina 28 to 20. Danny Louderder
had two for [ __ ] six and 12 yards.
You know why? Cuz we're running an elite
triple option and Martin's got 136 and
two. Lowder's got 25. Chroma's got 27.
Deer's got 29. Deer got injured. I'm
hoping that wasn't a big injury. And
then of course the fumble six. What can
you ask for more than that? Hell of a
game. Let's go. It was an amazing season
for Syracuse, but we didn't have quite
what it takes to make the College
Football Playoffs. Interestingly though,
this is the first time I've ever seen
this. North Dakota State made the
College Football Playoffs. So, look at
this top 12 here. We would end the
season with a loss and a bowl game loss,
which a bummer. So, we finished 17th in
the nation. But for a second season,
that's honestly insane, especially
triple option. North Dakota State made
it and actually gave Alabama a run for
their money. 10 to 20 is not a bad game
at all, especially considering Alabama
goes on to win the entire national
championship against Notre Dame. I have
never before seen North Dakota State
make it. This is my first time. That's
[ __ ] awesome. And I personally
rebuilt North Dakota State. It took me
like 10 years and they just did in their
second year on simulation. It's kind of
crazy. One thing that's pretty much
undeniable though, my quarterback's
ability to throw almost doesn't matter.
I will say Amari Odum still threw eight
touchdowns. So, whatever simulation
throw we are doing is a really good
passing play. It must get them every
time. I don't know if it's a screen pass
or what, but that's a lot of touchdowns
for only four to six passes. Undeniably
though, the reason we're doing all of
this is the run game. The run game is
disgusting. Look at the averages. Martin
6.7 yards a carry. Deer 6.1 yards a
carry. Miller's got 6.5 yards a carry
with three running backs over six yards
a carry and they're all getting 100 plus
touches. Chroma at fullback was the
best. He actually had the most carries
of 20 yards or more. And if we can
retain these guys, everybody comes back.
Everybody that is not Ahmad Miller comes
back. Chroma, Deer, Martin, and we still
have a Jabbo to come back. All right,
heading into next season, number 14th in
the nation. So, Seymour Milkers. If we
win one more top 25 game, we unlock the
next tier, which is Scheme Guru, which
is pretty damn good. But honestly,
maxing out tactician is what I was
looking for. Just getting better stats
all around. I think this is especially
good for my offensive line since they're
so important to the scheme and
especially good for my running back
fullback which is like the whole scheme.
It's basically the entire team.
Trucking, break tackle, spin, juke, ball
car, vision, catch, and short round
running. And then the offensive line
gets a boost to everything that matters.
That's huge. Now, a bit unsurprisingly,
AK Deer actually graduated. Sorry. AK
Deer goes to the NFL. He just got too
good too fast. He ended the season as a
93 overall. I didn't expect him to get
that good in the offseason, but he did.
Now, Zay Lot, what a hilarious one-trick
pony. This guy's literally perfect for
what we're doing and he would be useless
otherwise. So 86 speed, 83 XL if you're
pure runner is not that good. What makes
him so good for this? Zagrees are now
serviceable. 79 82 82. His throw on the
run's insane. That's super good for like
the fake toss roll out passes, right?
Like 94 throw on the run. Throwing
pressure is not good. That's bad. But
his break sack is good. But most
importantly is his carrying. Most
quarterbacks have horrible carrying. On
top of that, quarterbacks fumble more.
83 carrying. Look at my other
quarterbacks. This guy's got nothing.
His bulkier vision is 89. That also
helps you not fumble. So that's amazing.
Now the biggest thing that is huge is
Quinton Martin. So Quinton Martin, not
only did he unlock sidestep, he got fast
as [ __ ] in the offseason. 94 speed, 98
acceleration. He's already got platinum
shifty. And then this is why it's good.
Initially, I was like, damn, I got too
many running backs. But Fame is Jabbo is
now the backup running back because we
don't have AK Deer anymore. And this is
all the two that we need. If one of
these guys get injured, it's a problem.
I will admit that. We do not want these
guys to get injured because Sam Harper
and Tyrone Mentor are not ready for the
triple option. Then of course we still
have Usuzman Chroma who transitioned to
fullback and is insane. 89 the best
fullback I've ever had. 89 overall
fullback with 89 speed, 92 acceleration.
But importantly, he's very strong. 86
break tackle, 89 trucking, 90 ball
vision, crazy good stiff arm. This guy's
built for this. Like he's not built 96
offense. He's not built to be a
fullback, but he is built to be a power
back. And that's exactly how we use him.
Good news. We get Bee back for his
senior year. 85 speed and 88
acceleration. On paper, the team is
better overall, but it should be worse.
Our wide receivers are worse. Our
quarterback's objectively worse on
paper, but he's he's literally the guy.
This is exactly who I want. I think this
is going to work. Good and bad news for
this season. So, we go 9 and three, but
we are in the ACC championship hosting
North Carolina. I'm pretty sure if I win
this game, I automatically go to the
college football playoffs despite my
ranking cuz that's a big championship
win. So, I might just kind of squeeze
in. I mean, North Carolina is ranked
15th, too. There's a chance to get
ranked in the top 12 anyway, but I'm
pretty sure this automatically puts me
in the bracket. I'm not certain on that.
So, just play our best football, play
our best triple option, and see what
happens. If this game, look at that ACC
championship trophy. Come on. If this
game is a big win for us, and we do go
to the playoffs, it'll be all playoff
games from here on out. I think our team
is in one of the best positions it could
be. Next season, Zade Lot would be
better as a pure runner. [ __ ] would get
some development. And I'd have to
transfer Portal, another really good
running back cuz we're going to lose
Martin. And Martin is so important to
this offense. He's a senior right now.
So no matter what we don't have next
year, 94 speed and 98 Excel platinum
shifty. It would be really tough to
replace him. So if we have a window
here, I want to take advantage of it.
Hello. Yay. I would like a moment in
this game, please. That's a record. It
is 20 to 10 and I'm allowed to play.
Very nice. Okay, so lots sucking air a
little bit. I think this is Whoa. Whoa.
Anybody want to tell me what happened
there? Better question. Does anybody
know what just happened there? This is
This is getting wild. Second and 12.
Triple option. Keeper hold it lot.
That's hard. That's hard. That's hard.
If he was in a better pitch position, he
was moving in strides. A touchdown.
Third and 17. Maybe I shouldn't be
taking over. This is This is an ugly
start. Holy [ __ ] You just jumped over
my blocker. All righty. Well, why don't
I just come in and kick a field goal and
that can be my input on the ACC
championship.
Holy [ __ ] All right. 23-10 North
Carolina. I mean, this is really big.
This game is still alive here. Fourth
and seven. And they've got me coming in
to stop. We're going to kind of simulate
some pressure here. Oh,
hello.
This is the game of doom and despair.
Okay, they scored. They have all three
timeouts. We just need to burn some
time. Okay, I'm actually going to run a
jet touch pass here. First and 10. How
do we like a jet touch pass?
We would like to not block anybody.
What's going on? I don't like this, bro.
Fullback zone toss. A zone toss to
Chroma out of our little flex bone here.
Second to five. Pancake. Now we're
talking. Chroma's going to give me an 11
piece. If we convert this, it's over.
Triple option. Look at the like unique
ways you can run triple option too. This
is crazy. No motion. Nothing crazy.
Holding on to that one. Late pit.
Did he just Did he just assault my
Where's my ball carrier? I could have
kept it with lot. I don't think it would
have been a first. Now we need a
game-winning drive. I shouldn't have
played. They gave me my first moment
when we're up by like what? A lot. And
now we're in a scary spot. I need to
need to give the ball to Martin. OH,
GOOD DOUBLE PANCAKE. WIDE RECEIVER. What
is this game? My wide RECEIVER JUST
PANCAKE TWO on that. Oh my god.
Williams, you're getting a raise, bro.
You're going to the league. You're going
to the National Football League as a
guard. First and 10. Okay, Martin, it's
time for Shifty to win us this game.
North Carolina's burning the timeouts.
And for good reason, cuz Field goal
range will win us this. And we're kind
of in it already. Second and two. I
shouldn't.
No, we win the game so much easier by
using this clock. We just can't fumble.
And this game's over. Okay, we're going
to hand this off to Martin. So in
college football, you press nothing to
go with the handoff and you hold A to
keep it with your quarterback. That's an
orbit option. Pretty cool play. Martin's
going to make that such an easy field
goal. And now we chew clock. Give me one
more handoff. I want absolutely no time
on this clock. We snap it. Chroma is
going to come in motion here. Wow, this
game got crazy fast, but it looks like
it's all going to be the same result.
Third and one, 25 yd field goal to seal
this puppy up. And North Carolina is
just going to have to sit and wait. What
brings? Look at the crowd. The crowd
going nuts. I like that angle right
there. Actually, what angle do I like? I
like this. Beautiful. Nice slow meter.
Nice high school pat.
Hopefully I timed it up perfectly.
I did give North Carolina a technical
chance. Looks like we're able to get the
win anyway. Oh my goodness, dude. I
didn't consider the fact that they can
just tackle my running back before he
has the ball because he is an option
key. I kind of thought that was a
penalty. I didn't think you could just
tackle everybody, but I I guess you can.
I thought that Martin was sitting back
there ready to get the football. That
would have been a huge mistake and a
huge loss here. Ended up working out
just fine. We win the ACC championship
26 to 24. Almost crumbled, but didn't.
Horseshoes and hand grenades. Bryce
Underwood won the Heisman on LSU.
Transfer portal demon. Whoa. National
College Football Return specialist
award. Famous Jaba won return specialist
award. I've never got that before. Very
cool. That's what I'm looking for. First
round of the College 12 playoffs is
against Temple. That's super bizarre.
Against Temp.
Yeah. Well, the Temple game wasn't very
tough. I'll save you that because we've
got the Cotton Bowl in the next round
against Ohio State. Yeah. I mean, what
do you want me to say about this game? I
don't know why Temple is ranked number
five in the nation. They had like a 68
overall. is 44 to3 by the way with six
rushing touchdowns. Dude, we're ranked
17th in the nation. You ever seen a team
ranked 17th in the nation make the
college football playoffs? This might be
one of the first times I've seen it. So,
we've got Ohio State. If we get past
them, it's Notre Dame or number one
Nebraska. On the other side of the
bracket is Tennessee, BYU, LSU, USC,
Ohio State rocking a 91 overall.
Syracuse rocking an 82. Wish me luck,
dude. We're going to need some big
moments and we're going to have to make
the most of them. Ryan Day and Ohio
State. Did I see them? Every run you see
these guys. Every single playoff run you
see these guys. Hey the goat. Hey the
goat. Ohio State ain't seen nothing
about this triple option yet though. Our
first moment is on defense turn. This
actually this could be a really good
spot for a stop. Would be a really good
whole team's cold. Take on Ohio State.
Check down. Check down. Beautiful. Not
even completed. That's got to be a punt.
Now we get a third down alert. Third and
five is manageable. Third and five is
very manageable. I think we just need to
use only our best plays. slot option is
really good because this puts Martin out
there. So, it's basically lot straight
into Martin. Third and five.
Actually, really solid blocks. Let's go
for that pitch. Oh, I went too late on
that. I got to get that ball. [ __ ]
That's my fault. I got to get that ball
in Martin's hands earlier. And now it's
fourth and four. We're kind of in the
danger zone where we can't really hit
this field goal. Can I flip this? I
don't think I can flip this play.
Jabbo's in. Let's try it. Fourth and
four. Holy [ __ ] That didn't have a
chance. Dead in the water. That was a
worthless play call. Third and seven.
Okay, well, we know they're passing it.
They're five wide. Can we get a little
bit of pressure from that D line? Third
and seven is a really big play, but she
got Ohio State. Did we just jump off
sides? Actually, come on, bro. Have a
little discipline. Have a little
discipline. We're the playoffs. I'm
going to run, man. I feel like this is
pretty risky against Ohio State. Oh my
god, they just ran a draw to go fourth
and two. They kicked the field goal, but
they got a touchdown right after. Okay,
first and 10. Jabbo's in. It looks like
Martin's hurting. That's really bad.
Martin hurting this early is really bad.
And Ohio State's really not having any
of this triple option. Second and seven.
We ain't done yet. We ain't done yet at
all. Kind of don't hate Chroma up the
gut here. Let's see how it looks. Give
it to him. What? Oh, I bounced. Damn,
that was a bummer. I liked how that
looked. Okay, we're going slant trails
here. Third and five. We got a pass
going. You rarely see out of this team.
Holy [ __ ] What is this team? These guys
are out of their minds. They want me to
kick a 63 yd field goal. Oh, wait a
minute. I mean, we can kind of get in
range here. Give me an actual play. We
can get in range here. I'm not kidding.
4 seconds. We have a timeout. If
Williams gets out of bounds quick,
we picked up a lot more yards. I don't
know if our kicker can hit this. This be
really big. This was a 56-yd field goal.
We certainly didn't recruit a kicker.
And that fucker's wobbly. It has a
chance though. 1 second. 56 yder. Need a
lot of OH, THAT'S MAD. IF I IF WE GOT A
CHANCE, THAT'S IT.
Ice in my veins. Ice in his veins. It's
actually huge. Genuinely makes this game
very possible. Now, third and six. I'm
going back to man. I'm not certain that
I believe in it.
Oh, I do. No. No, you didn't. Fourth and
inches. Do they punt? They're going for
it. Holy [ __ ] You got to imagine they
run this, right? I'm bringing Muhammad
down to an inch. Oh, they're passing.
[ __ ] No way. Actually, no way. What are
these guys on? Wow. We had so many big
opportunities on that drive. And I think
they're kind of in field goal range.
They're not entirely in field goal range
here. If we get the quarterback, they're
out. Get home. Get home.
It went our way there, but this is a
deep field goal. I don't know if they
can hit it. They can't. Oh, we can tie
the game up. This is just bad that it's
third and nine here. Triple option. This
is our entire scheme. Wow. Okay, so
Martin's back in, which is huge. Pretty
much got to get this on the edge. Oh,
lot huge PITCH IS GOOD BLOCK. OH MY GOD.
Way to follow your block. Yes. That's so
big. Okay, so what's with the missed
pats, guys? I got to know cuz this is
the second time now we're rocking. Why
do we have nine points? First and 10.
Ohio State's in the red zone and we're
down a point which is brutal. They go
quarterback power. Bold. Could have
worked two, but we got all over it. Nice
work. I mean, I kind of want them to
hand it off now. I'm scared of Ohio
State's passing game. Yeah. No. No. Not.
Yeah. Good tackle. Really good tackle.
Third and three. We got to hold them to
a field goal here cuz they're going to
take an eight-point lead if they get on
this. Third and three. What's the play
call? Ohio State. Oh my god. Oh, it's
play action. Oh, dude. Who are you?
That's the second time breaking an easy
tackle. Wow. We have this game barring
those. This has got to be just knife
form. Holy [ __ ] Could we make it any
easier? Could we make it any easier? Now
they're going to get Now we have to go
for two if we score. That's so
frustrating. What the [ __ ] is my sim
kicker doing? Or is coach going for two
consistently and missing it? I don't
know what's going on there. We're going
for a pass. And Jabbo is shockingly
open. Honestly, if we score fast enough,
maybe we can get the ball back from Ohio
State. I don't know. This puts us in a
real pickle. I'm just going to be
honest. First and 10. That's a keeper.
Zade. Dude, what are these guys? These
guys are made out of vibranium. I'm ball
sick of Ohio State. Going back to this
pass. This was quite effective last
time. Second and six.
Zade Lot's in so much trouble. Holy
[ __ ] These guys are inhuman. I'm so
sick of this. Okay, bringing Martin out
to the edge. Third and 13. Great read.
Late pitch. No block right there. 18.
Can't get on him cuz these guys are are
freaks. Now you got to make a huge play.
You got to make the biggest play of the
game here. Jabbo's got a route. Snap it
big. Oh, Wilder. Holy [ __ ] what a
release. Wilder with an insane release
and I can't let my CPU do this again.
That's part of the problem is EA makes
every point after attempt not a moment
no matter what you do. So, I got to come
in here and do it myself. Zone option
left. Here's the problem with this. As
much as I like this play call, it relies
on my wide receivers making really good
blocks here. But, it does look open. RPO
read bubble. No, the original play was
much better. Look at that. They're
shifting. They're shifting alongside it.
Who's the flag on? Oh, of course it's on
us. What did we get a flag for exactly?
Does anybody want to tell me what we got
a flag for right there? Existing. Now we
really got to go get it. Now we're
passing. I don't like that two-point
conversion. Huge play. Maybe a Jabbo. I
don't know what this coverage is.
Obo.
I had the check down. I had the running
back. Martin would have had it. I mean,
if we keep them in field goal range,
it's still possible if they somehow muff
that, too.
First and 10. I mean, it's certainly not
over and they're certainly running the
ball, right?
RPO.
Really good tackle right there. Second
and seven. Don't have to burn timeouts
yet. I don't really care if they get
another field goal. Prefer they didn't,
but there's no way they go RPO again.
It's got to be handoff. I got my safety
down and ready. Second and seven. They
snap it on three. And there's a draw.
That's great defense. Timeout. What do
you do if you're Ohio State here? You
probably pass it. Third and 10. I almost
want an allout blitz. I think I do.
We're going to load it up. I'm going to
be up close and personal. We're going to
send I mean, he's empty. Somebody's got
to be untouched.
Floats it. What the [ __ ]
What the [ __ ] We were completely there
and it just glitched me out entirely. It
just fully pulled my player out of
position. Holy [ __ ] That was insane. I
need to see that again. That's never
happened me before. I was in great
position. I was going to go defend that.
I mean, if he mosses me, he mosses me.
But watch this. Oh my god, look at this.
So, I've turned and I'm running with the
wide receiver.
And I just teleport to his right and
behind him.
What the [ __ ] is this?
[laughter]
That's I've never seen that before.
That's a new one for me. Look at that.
Hips are turned and I'm in stride and
he's just What the [ __ ] That's
horrible. Oh, thanks for the fourth down
alert, EA. That's the moment I want.
Wow, that is so brutal.
That's ball game. This game is built by
monkeys. This game is built by actual
[ __ ] morons or small. It's a small
indie company. I'm bitching at like one
employee of EA, you know. This game is
$5 on Steam. Okay, just go dab up the QB
and take your L like a champion. See
more honkers. That was so [ __ ] up. I
was in such a good position and I just
>> [snorts]
>> as game losing touchdown. That was what,
third and 10. I mean, they're forced to
kick a field goal and at least we get a
game-winning drive with a timeout left.
Two timeouts left, actually. Granted, I
didn't invest a lot in my defense. I've
truly never seen this before. [laughter]
Why would that Why is this a thing? This
is the kind of push off that Michael
Jordan be using. This is that m This is
that MJ push off. Yoink. Look at that.
That's so inhuman.
What the [ __ ] I mean, I know what
happened. We're on the same We're on the
same path. And EA's physics engine is
built by actual monkeys, so it just
teleports me away instead of being in
lock stride coverage with the guy. It's
so brutal. It was such an easily
defended ball, too. Oh my god. I'm going
to be so honest with you, gentlemen. I
think this game is ass. I'm enjoying
Wheel of College. I think Road to Glor
is ass and they ruined it and I don't
got it. I'm not bringing this back to
the natty. I'm sorry. I think Bordeaux
and Bengal could do this better. You
couldn't pay me to play another year of
this. Actually, you literally can't cuz
it's just kind of my job. You literally
couldn't pay me to go do another year of
this. That was so [ __ ] stupid. I'm
kind of glad this is my last rebuild
because I really do enjoy the Madden
rebuilds better. I think it's so much
more fun. I love building those teams
and I'm excited that Madden's coming out
so I can do those rebuilds for a final
season. I mean, Zay Lot was awesome. Is
I mean, still this these running backs
were honestly so freaking awesome. 6.9
yards per carry for Martin is crazy. 5.9
for Chroma and 6.1 for Ajbo. I think we
built an awesome offense. I'm going to
accept my loss against Ohio State. I
think that was super stupid. I think
that was really not cool. All right,
boys. See more milkers. The H is silent.
Thank you for your service to Syracuse.
I ain't booting up this dynasty [ __ ]
ever again. All right, I LOVE YOU, BOYS.
THANKS FOR WATCHING as always. Peace.
