Video summary

The video review focuses on the ProTeam Backpack Vacuum PROVAC FS 6, a new model tested by Derek Christian of Cleaning Business Today for use in various professional cleaning services. Although the vacuum shares visual similarities with previous models released over the last few years, it incorporates significant improvements based on extensive feedback from cleaners who have used it extensively. The primary subject is an evaluation of how this specific unit performs compared to older versions, highlighting that while core features like suction power and filtration remain excellent as expected from ProTeam products, there are notable enhancements in ergonomics, comfort, and operational logic that make the FS 6 stand out. One of the most praised aspects of the new vacuum is its impressive lightness, weighing under twelve pounds, which allows cleaners to move with exceptional ease; one user even joked they could perform jumping jacks while wearing it. A key design innovation involves a unique harness system that creates an air gap between the wearer's body and the unit, effectively reducing heat transfer and minimizing felt vibrations while maintaining a secure fit. This adjustment results in a tighter profile on the back, preventing accidental collisions with objects during movement. Additionally, the cushioning has been improved so that the motor does not press directly against the spine but instead rests comfortably around the waist, further enhancing user comfort during long shifts. Beyond physical weight and harness design, reviewers noted several functional upgrades including quieter operation and a more logical power switch mechanism. While vacuums are typically loud, this model was specifically commended for being noticeably quieter than previous units used in senior living facilities, providing better noise control without sacrificing performance. The connection point between the vacuum head and the handle has also been redesigned to be less prone to breaking or difficult insertion compared to earlier models. Furthermore, the device received special acclaim from female cleaners of smaller stature who found that the harness was specifically designed with their body types in mind, offering a level of comfort and fit that previous iterations lacked. In conclusion, while all ProTeam backpack vacuums deliver reliable suction and maneuverability, the PROVAC FS 6 offers distinct advantages such as reduced weight, enhanced cushioning for better heat distribution, quieter operation, and improved ease of use regarding power activation. The feedback from a diverse group of cleaners indicates that this model is particularly well-suited for smaller individuals and female users due to its thoughtful ergonomic design. Overall, the review team was highly impressed with these features and strongly recommends checking out the new PROVAC FS 6 for anyone in the market for a backpack vacuum, suggesting it will meet or exceed expectations based on the positive experiences shared by their cleaning staff.

hey everybody this is derek christian with cleaning business today and like most you also know a cleaning business owner and it has been a while since we've done a lot of product reviews and we decided we were going to do one on a product we use in a lot of our cleaning services which is the protein backpack now they've got a new vacuum out that we tried out which was the product fs6 i'm going to throw some literature up so you can kind of see it here in a minute in one of the cuts so you can have a little more detail on it and while it looks a lot like the other vacuums they've had out for a couple of years we got some really good feedback from our cleaners there were several things that they liked about it first of all they all commented how late it was the vacuum itself is under 12 pounds in weight and one of our cleaners felt like she could do jumping jacks with it on which we thought was a pretty good statement in addition the new harness seems to pull off an interesting trick where it has an air gap between uh the body and the vacuum which makes it so it doesn't get as hot you don't feel the vibrations yet at the same time the cleaners all gave us feedback that it felt like a tighter fit it was more maneuverable and that it has smaller profile on their back and they didn't feel like they'd potentially hit things with the vacuum so a neat trick for protein to pull off to actually make a harness that is off the back a little bit but simultaneously uh feels like it moves around a little easier and we've got some comments here from one of the cleaners that we're dropping in okay so what about the so the cushion in the back i don't feel the motor as much back here here oh okay so that sits better and it's a little more cushion i don't feel the the heat or the um maybe the vibration as much on the motor straps are comfortable they look more padded they do feel like they are yeah padded properly up here it does sit it doesn't sit on my back sitting on my waist so that that's helpful okay let me see okay i see that's good yeah as long as you're strapping properly it's comfortable you might be able to be jumping jacks where did you turn on the power head power head turns on here okay on the handle you have to turn on the power first and the cord has to be plugged in okay all right we also got a lot of feedback about how much quieter the vacuum is and um in our video the vacuum's pretty loud because hey when you record it's always loud but we were testing this at a senior living facility that we clean and we were getting feedback from the residents who lived there that the vacuums were noticeably quieter than the vacuums that we'd been using previously which was not something that we expected no one ever says a vacuum is quiet so that was also really good feedback to get we also got good feedback on there's a new power switch and way that the power head connects to the power switch and we were told that it was easier to activate more logically located and that the prongs weren't as prone to break or hard to connect as it was in the last one and really interestingly um the cleaners who were using this were smaller one of the cleaners was only five foot one and all the cleaners used it said they felt like it was better designed for smaller bodies and for female bodies and like somebody actually designed a harness that was comfortable for women and had women in mind so that was also really interesting feedback that we got from the cleaners so overall we were very happy i'm all protein backpacks have great suction have great filtration just like we always expect they were very quick and easy to maneuver just like we always expect with protein backpacks but we got feedback that they were lighter easier to maneuver more logically located more comfortable and like i said you could even do jumping jacks with them so if you're in the market for a backpack vacuum we'd highly recommend you check out the new provac fs6 um we were pretty impressed with all those features and we think you will be as well and as always follow us at cleaning business today including our youtube channel thank you
