I was told not to make this video, but
I'm told not to do a lot of things and I
do it anyways. Right now, there's a
channel that goes by the name of Rice
and Ginger. They currently have 51
copyright strikes and their channel
scheduled to be removed tomorrow. Seems
like our good old friend Eric Green,
he's not stopping with me. He's still on
the loose like an angry walrus going
after absolutely everything and
everybody around him. Now, I got to say
this. Everything I say in this video
about Eric Green of Remove Your Media
LLC is my opinion. But there's one fact
I want to give you guys. Eric Green is
the devil. He's a [ __ ] demon. Because
what you see right here, 51 copyright
strikes for one of the most wholesome
YouTube channels on the platform.
Beautiful couple. Love them. I'd even
say they're my best friends. And what
bothers me the most is that YouTube
doesn't see their appeals as valid.
They're actually rejecting their
appeals. Dear Rice and Ginger, thank you
for submitting a counter notification.
Unfortunately, we're unable to process
the counter notification based on the
information you've provided. Keep in
mind that when you submit a counter
notification, you consent to sharing the
information in it, including your
personal information, with the claimant.
This is one of the most dangerous
platforms that you could find on the
[ __ ] internet. What if this claimant
isn't the real deal? Let's just say
hypothetically speaking, he's a
malicious person going after people he
doesn't like so he could get their
information so he could dox them.
Because just like you said in that
email, Rice and Ginger, all of your
creators that don't have legal counsel,
that are just YouTubers that are making
a living off of their passion, they have
to give this claimant that they know
absolutely nothing about all of their
personal information, their address,
their phone number, their full names.
I'm surprised you don't ask for their
social security numbers. You know why
this is dangerous? especially in the
hands of Eric Green and Remove Your
Media LLC. Allegedly, August 2nd, 2016,
this blog was posted. DMCA Takedown
Company thinks it's making a point with
Transparency Report. Really just looks
like a jackass. Over the weekend,
Torrent Freak picked up on another yet
weird case of some copyright extremists
trying to make a point, but really just
coming across as jackasses instead.
Sounds real familiar. It involves one of
a group of wacky companies that promised
to help issue DMCA takedown notices for
copyright holders. In this case, it's an
outfit called Remove Your Media. Sounds
real familiar. Which put up a Tumblr
site and a tweet pretending that it was
turning the tables on the famous and
useful Lumen database. So, guess what
happened? I want to make this clear.
This is all allegedly. I'm just reading
an article. This allegedly happened. If
you went to that website for at least a
little while, Remove Your Media WAS
POSTING FULL DETAILS OF PEOPLE WHO FILED
counter notices to some of its DMCA
takedowns. These postings made no effort
whatsoever to redact personal
information such as emails and phone
numbers. So, you hear that YouTube,
you're allowing a company, a man, if you
even want to call him that. I call him a
little boy. You're giving these demons
the power to dox innocent people. What
if somebody doesn't have legal counsel?
What if somebody doesn't have the money
to afford legal counsel? They don't have
the right connections like I do. They're
left with no choice to be extorted, to
be threatened with their own personal
information because the claimant gets it
because of your [ __ ] up policies. You
don't even care enough to look into the
situation. You see what this guy is
doing, what remove your LLC is allegedly
doing. Going after my videos where I'm
just talking to the camera like this.
Going after other creators videos where
they're just talking to the camera like
this. using an AI system, scraping
keywords all over the internet,
copyright striking bleach bit, a disc
cleaner because it has the name bleach
in the title. Stevie Wonder could see
how wrong this is. And what are you
doing about it? Well, only because I
made enough noise on Twitter. You
answered me. You took away all my
strikes within hours. All of the
problems I had, they were fixed almost
immediately because of my motion.
Because with my voice, I'm able to reach
the voices of Moist Critical, Asmin
Gold. Whether you like these people or
not doesn't [ __ ] matter. Whether you
like me or not doesn't [ __ ] matter
because look at all of the innocent
people's lives that this is affecting.
You're allowing sick, twisted [ __ ]
demons to use our personal information
against us. And how do you answer that?
You're rejecting Rice and Ginger's
appeals. The same appeals that I
forwarded. So if mine were accepted, why
are theirs rejected? This website is so
[ __ ] corrupted, full of negligence,
ignorance, lack of humanity and heart.
YouTube, I know you're watching this. If
you watch all of my videos about this
situation, you need to reach out to Rice
and Ginger and get this problem fixed
immediately. Their channel is scheduled
to be deleted tomorrow. And you're over
here saying, "We'll answer you in two
business days, in three business days,
in one week, in one [ __ ] year. Enough
of this [ __ ] We're sick of talking to
the camel sellers. It's time you give us
a real human being to answer us. All we
want is a response. All we want is for
you to give us the same treatment you
give others. You need to do what's
right, and you need to reach out to this
channel. You need to reach out to all of
the channels that have been trying to
reach out to you forever, but you refuse
to give them a human being. There needs
to be a better way for all of this
because this is absolutely ridiculous. I
shouldn't be losing sleep because I'm
afraid of waking up and getting my
channel deleted and not having a big
enough voice to get through to YouTube.
This shouldn't be a thing. You should
change your policies. I'm sure you have
enough people working at your [ __ ]
company. You make billions. We're
talking about Google. Oh yeah, one more
thing. Era Green, I know you're watching
my videos. To you and your entire
family, go [ __ ] yourselves. You're all a
bunch of demons, and you know where the
demons go. And that's exactly where I'm
telling you to go. Go to hell. But
judging by your age, I'm sure you're not
that far off from going. And what's
going to happen to this video now? Am I
going to get a community guideline
strike for talking like this? Is YouTube
going to side with the copyright abuser
again? The guy ruining their creators
lives, making it hard for us to sleep?
They're going to go against us again as
they usually do. Well, I dare you. I
dare you to do that because if that does
happen, if this video gets taken down,
you're never going to hear the end of it
and I'll make sure everybody talks about
it. You're not going to be able to send
out a single [ __ ] tweet without
hearing about this situation. It's not
just me anymore. It's not just my
community. Moist Critical covered this.
Millions upon millions, tens of millions
are watching now and we're all standing
together on this one because we hate
what's going on and we won't stop until

as you can. Use your connections,
whatever you have in order to get them
the response to this because if this
channel gets deleted tomorrow or gets
deleted at all, doesn't get any human
responses. YouTube is never going to
