Video summary

If you were thirty years old again and starting your journey to build wealth, the speaker suggests establishing a foundation in precious metals like gold and silver, viewing them as essential assets that lock in value without disappearing overnight. While stocks would be selected carefully for long-term holding, the approach to cryptocurrency like Bitcoin would be more cautious, involving only small amounts with an intention to trade rather than hold indefinitely. The core philosophy emphasizes diversification across different asset classes, ensuring that a portion of one's portfolio remains in tangible goods and cash reserves to maintain liquidity if economic systems face instability. Beyond financial assets, the advice shifts heavily toward practical survival preparedness and community building. A prudent individual should maintain a significant stockpile of non-perishable food items such as rice, beans, and pasta, alongside essential medicines and salt, recognizing that these commodities could become more valuable than traditional currency in a crisis. Furthermore, cultivating a network of honorable and trustworthy people is presented as one of the best investments one can make, while simultaneously cutting ties with family members who drain resources rather than contribute to collective security. This strategy relies on having reliable community support to navigate potential societal collapses or emergencies effectively. When considering real estate, the speaker advises extreme caution regarding government regulations and zoning laws that could suddenly render properties uninsurable or subject to seizure. Ideally, one should own land outright in locations with access to clean water and fertile soil, preferably in areas without strict building codes or where local governments cannot arbitrarily reclassify zones as high-risk for fires or floods. If buying a home is not feasible due to these risks, renting in such unstable jurisdictions might be the safer option, provided there is a plan to generate multiple streams of income to cover daily expenses regardless of employment status. Finally, the transcript concludes with recommendations on acquiring tangible survival tools and skills to ensure self-sufficiency. Essential equipment includes a stand-up freezer stocked with meat, a wood stove, a generator paired with solar panels, and large canisters of fuel for cooking when grid power fails. The speaker also stresses the importance of learning how to garden and grow one's own food, noting that spices and herbs could become as precious as gold in an apocalyptic scenario. By combining financial prudence with robust physical preparedness and a strong community network, individuals can better protect their wealth and ensure their survival against various unforeseen challenges.

I'm kind of confused. If you were 30 again, working and starting to build wealth, would you buy a house or keep renting? Stocks or crypto? Precious metals? Just maybe general advice guidelines. I'm curious. Confused. What would I do? So, let me let me read this again. This is uh investing question here, right? So, Confused is asking, if you were 30 again, working and starting to build wealth, would you buy a house or keep renting? Stocks or crypto? Precious metals? Just maybe general advice guidelines. I'm curious. Um For sure, I'd be buying precious metals. That's your foundation. That's wealth that you have you're locking in, right? It might not move huge, but it's locked in, right? So, it's not going to disappear overnight, right? So, you got to have a certain amount of precious metals. There are certain types of stocks I would buy. I would not Maybe I would throw a little bit into Bitcoin. Maybe, because it might do a pop. They might push it up, but I'd be keeping an eye on it and be trading it. I wouldn't be holding it long-term. Okay. As far as renting, if I was living in a place where I didn't have a land, I would rent, right? If I wanted to buy a property, I would make sure I'm buying property where it's got good water, amazing water, access to water, preferably an aquifer. Maybe um uh what do you call it? Springs. Okay, so it would have to have access to good water and it would have to have good soil. It would have to be in a place, preferably, that doesn't have building code. And we have places in BC where there is no building code, right? You can buy a a in an island where there's no building code. You can build whatever the [ __ ] you want, right? So, preferably it it's not a necessity, but it's definitely uh icing on the cake. Where there is no building code, preferably no police in the town area where you're where you're buying, okay? Um What else? What else? Uh what was the other stuff? Renting, wealth, building wealth. Uh I would have a certain amount of money cash on hand because if the system goes down, you can still pay rent and stuff. I would buy a stand-up freezer, full of fill it full of meat. Okay. I would have uh a room set up where I I would have non-perishables, rice, beans, pasta, uh dried goods, food specifically, okay? So, you would have a certain amount of space dedicated, and we're not talking a few hundred bucks, we're talking a few thousand dollars worth of food stored away that you can access on a regular basis. You would have a certain amount of um medicines on hand because most medicines are made in India, China, most a lot of it comes from India. So, some of the essentials including Ivermectin, okay? Stored away. Um ba ba ba ba ba. I would build community up the yin yang, make connections with people that understand what the hell is going on, that you can rely on, that have that are honorable, really. You have to have honorable people around you in your community, okay? There's got to be people that you trust that have your back. I'm not [ __ ] with you. Community would be one of the best places you can invest in. Family, for sure, take care of family, but make sure if you have certain uh members of your family that are leeching off you, you cut them off. Um I would have I keep on saying this. Three sources of revenue. If you only have one source of revenue, work on building a second. It doesn't have to be a lot. It has to be enough to be able to uh cover some of your daily expenses. Once you have the second one built, build a third one. Okay. I would also buy tangible goods. Okay. For me, it's collectibles, human artifacts, right? So, certain amount of funds in human artifacts. So, to recap, gold, silver, precious metals, certain stocks, certain stocks. And we talk about this in our Matrix server. You're confused. If you're not on our Matrix server, join our Matrix server, and there's a personal finance investing room, and we talk about what we're investing in long term, and what we might be trading. There are times where I do a lot of trading. In the last couple of weeks, I've been doing a lot of trading. Buying calls and puts on certain things. Been doing pretty good. In the last month, my portfolio was up over 30%, right? Through trading, but there's a core core stocks that I have. If they pop a lot, I go all liquid. I go all cash, right? So, there's trading that we do there. Um Land, only if it's got access to good water and good soil, preferably no building code, preferably no government that can [ __ ] you up with the regulations, right? So, for example, in BC, the BC government has come out and said they're going to hand over a [ __ ] ton of land to the indigenous population, right? To the First Nations. So, all of the sudden, if you had land, if you had a home on this land, it's no longer your home. You don't own that land no more, right? So, make sure that's not happening. The government has also come out and they start creating areas that didn't used to be high-risk areas, and all of the sudden they make them high-risk areas for fire, for flood, for whatever the [ __ ] the bureaucrats decide on. All of the sudden, you might not be able to get insurance on your property. So, if you can't get insurance on your property, if you have a mortgage on that property, the bank will not renew that mortgage. All of the sudden, they're going to call your mortgage. Now, you got to sell at whatever price you can get for it. So, all of the sudden, you might go in debt, right? So, if you're going to buy property, preferably buy it out right. So, you might not need insurance on your property. If you don't have a mortgage, you don't need insurance. Per- You should get insurance, but if you can't get insurance because the [ __ ] bureaucrats all of the sudden drew a line and said you're in a high-risk area, then no bank is going to give you insurance. No insurance company is going to give you insurance. And if they're going to give you insurance, it's going to cost you like five times what it used to cost you, right? So, those are the things you have to consider. So, basically, protect your ass from government and bureaucrats is the name of the game when it comes to investing, and have three sources of revenue. Okay, minimum. Minimum. Uh Hamburglar on Rumble. I'm surprised how long uh garlic and onion powder last. Yeah, yeah, long time. Uh beans and rice and all that jazz. It has saved my ass a few times. Food should never be bland. Food should never be bland. And salt, get salt. Right? Make sure you have salt. Ouch my junk. A wood stove and a generator if possible. A wood stove and a generator if possible. Solar panel, battery. Okay, we have a battery. We have two filled canisters of gas here for barbecue. Right? We went and filled them up. They weren't empty, but we went and topped them up 2 weeks ago. Right? So, two canisters of the big gas things. Got the barbecue, so we can make you know, we have a freezer. Uh well, we actually gone through half of the freezer. We're going to fill it up again. Uh of meat that we can cook. Right? So, whatever you need to be able to cook your food. Right? Whatever you need to cook your food. What's something you need to filter water if you don't have access to good water. Okay? Ouch my junk. I just bought a Jackery generator with a solar panel attached a few months ago. Very nice, Ouch my junk. I would live in a small in the right location. Yeah, small house in the right location. Preferably good land, Al the God. Al the God, salt and spices will be the new gold in the apocalypse world. Yeah. And herbs, lots of herbs. And learn how to garden. Learn how to grow food. Right? Learn how to grow food. Right?
