Video summary

The video provides an in-depth breakdown of the upcoming character OTS-14 (Groza Alter) for Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium, positioning her as arguably the most versatile and powerful unit to date globally. The presenter strongly advises players to secure at least one copy of the character immediately upon her release, noting that she will seamlessly fit into any team composition regardless of the element used. While the video acknowledges a potential future physical team variant, it emphasizes that OTS-14's adaptability makes her indispensable for burn, electric, freeze, corrosion, hydro, and even physical teams alike. Consequently, the creator urges both free-to-play and paying players to allocate their resources toward maximizing her potential, suggesting that she represents the peak of current character design in terms of damage output, support capabilities, and overall utility. Regarding investment strategy, the transcript outlines specific version milestones where players should stop spending if they wish to conserve resources or borrow units from teammates. The first stopping point is identified as Version 0 (V0), which includes obtaining her weapon, Capital Line, a highly recommended AR gun that benefits not only OTS-14 but also other assault rifle users. For those planning to invest further, the video suggests V4 as the next critical milestone due to significant damage multiplier jumps, followed by V6 upon rerun availability. The presenter details how damage output scales dramatically between these versions, particularly highlighting the substantial increases at V4 and beyond, making V6 the ideal target for full investment while V0 serves as a sufficient baseline for casual play or borrowing scenarios. A major portion of the analysis focuses on OTS-14's complex skill mechanics involving her dual-phase system of "Cover Order" and "Demolition Order." Her passive ability, Boojum Effect, allows her to reconfigure based on the majority element of her teammates, granting specific elemental tiles like thermal conduction for burn or frost tiles for freeze, while a physical-heavy team triggers a neutral state that still provides utility. During her turn, she utilizes Demolition Order to boost her own attack and deal resonance damage via her basic attacks, which can be enhanced by upgrading the "Critical Blast" skill. After her action concludes, she automatically switches to Cover Order, where she acts as a support unit, increasing allies' critical damage and preventing debuffs from being cleansed on herself. Her ultimate skill, Sundering Demolition, converts accumulated command mode damage into overload pulses and applies movement suppression, enabling her to chain attacks effectively throughout the round. The video concludes by recommending specific fixed keys and remodeling cores to optimize OTS-14's performance, with a strong preference for keys that reduce incoming damage in Cover Order, cleanse debuffs during Reverse Simulation, and increase damage against single targets for boss fights. Her remodeling core offers omni-elemental damage bonuses and attack increases, while her weapon, Capital Line, provides significant active skill damage boosts and defense ignore traits when weaknesses are exploited. The presenter asserts that no other character currently available or upcoming can match OTS-14's combination of raw firepower and team-wide support, making her a mandatory acquisition for any serious player. Ultimately, the summary reinforces the idea that players should not hold back on their investment, as OTS-14 is expected to remain relevant across all team compositions until at least the next major content update in China, solidifying her status as the best doll to arrive globally so far.

Hey guys, welcome to Girls' Frontline 2. So, we do have OTS-14 or Groza alter dropping soon, but before that, let's take a look at how many dupes she needs. Also, let's break down her kit. And lastly, what impact does she have in all of the teams? So, let's go over OTS-14 and uh might I say that you guys better get at least a copy of her because there isn't going to be a character that will fit in any team seamlessly uh outside of this girl here. Um whether you're going to get her at the you know, at V0 or V6 or somewhere in between, >> [music] >> you got to get a copy of her whether you're going to be using her own, whether you're going to be borrowing from a teammate, she does need to find a place in your team. You do have to allocate resources for her because she will really be one of your best characters in whatever team you have, okay? We'll We'll check We'll check out the um updated team comps in CN later on how she is actually going to be fitting in there. But again, guys, please make sure that you have enough for her. For now, we're going to be talking about dupes. Before I proceed with her skill, obviously, she is one of the best characters uh to date in global. Um probably the best character. I'm going to say it out out the best character to come out because number one, over damage. Number two, over versatility. Number three, over support. She does have support, guys. What with whatever team she lands in, okay? So, your dupe um your dupes uh are going to be um uh segmented as V0. That's your first stopping point. If you don't want to get her more than V0 and just want to borrow [music] her, then V0 is it. But, if you're going to go further than V0, your first stopping point would be V4, V5 for the second one, and V6, okay? So, those are your stopping points. And let's take a look at the damage that she is going to be dealing once she is at that stopping point. By the way, I forgot to mention, please get a copy of her gun if you're going to get her V0s, please still uh get the gun Capital Line, because the gun is not only good for her, it can be used by other um AR users, by the way. So, the gun is also a must-have. So, V0 R1, probably your most bottom um investment. So, at V0 R1, so these are her expected damage for her teammates. Um we have two uh options here, but uh the common denominator in these is going to be, by the way, this sheet is from or courtesy of Re Tempest. So, uh V0 R1 is going to be yielding around 9 or 11%. And as you see here, this one is uh V1, V2, V3, not much in terms of damage, not a big jump. The first big jump would be at V4. So, if you want to invest in her half and half, I would suggest your you land at V4, then probably on a rerun you could take her to V6. So, that [music] is That is how I'm going to be playing it if I do come up short tomorrow, but uh so V4 is the first stopping point. V4 R1, V5 uh R1 is the next one, and why not go all the way to V6 R1. So, these are the, you know, the the damage multipliers. Uh 41%, 43, and the last one is 38. So, the the last three vertebrae are going to be huge. At least V4 for a partial investment, then probably go all the way to V6 [music] as soon as she has her rerun. So, with that out of the way, the dupe recommendations, let's go over her skills because there's a little bit of synergy that you should understand as you go through her skills. So, her first skill here, let let's let's go the opposite route, and let's start off with her [music] passive. Okay, her passive is Boojum effect. Uh at level one at the start of the battle, OTS-14 performs seller cellular uh reconfiguration. So, there are a lot of questions that I've seen are saying that um that um um she isn't good with a physical team. So, for we'll go to that right now. So, for burn, she does have burn reconfiguration. This one pertains to thermal conduction. She tailor fits herself depending on the number of um there is a minimum, I think. There is a number of uh what do you call this? There is a number of characters or teammates that she should be uh with to have this reconfiguration here. So, if majority of the attribute among friendly dolls, excluding self, is a burn. So, if you're five, so if you do have three or three or four teammates, then you're going to be taking on that element reconfiguration. So, if you have a two-two, there's no re- reconfiguration happening because [music] it's an equal. It should be majority, okay, of that attribute among friendly dolls. So, you have burn, um giving um thermal conduction here for electric. This one is voltage tiles. For freeze, you're going to have um frost tiles. Then for corrosion, you're going to have toxic mist tiles. For hydro, you're going to have tide wave tiles. And the last one is going to be reconfiguration zero. This is when well uh well OTS-14 is in a demolition order state, her attack increases by 30. So, this one if you are actually um if you have uh physical, you know, doll attributes majority, then reconfigures reconfiguration zero is going to be happening, okay? So, again, the question of of um you know, uh people if the the they assume that if you have a physical team, OTS-14 won't work with them. She's going to be working with them, but not as good as the other elements, okay? So, those are the what do you call this? Those are the the breakdown of the reconfigurations. So, again, if majority of the Okay, go away. If majority of the attribute among friendly dolls is physical or if there is a tie, again, if there's a tie between two elements or majority is going to be um physical, then it's going to be reconfiguration zero. Okay, so every element including physical has its reconfiguration here. >> [clears throat and cough] >> Then enters a cover order state. All allies all allied units critical damage including excluding OTS-14 herself is increased 10% and OTS-14's initial critical damage accumulates the damage amount dealt by uh allied units excluding OTS-14 herself cannot be cleansed. Okay, so those are the effects starting with her passive. At the end of the round, if the ultimate skill Sundering Demolition was not used this round, gain overload overload pulse. Converts the damage amount accumulated by command mode to one point or overload pulse. Okay, at the end of OTS-14's action, if she is a demolish demolition order, she switches [music] to cover order. So these are the two orders that uh kind of two phases that she's going to be in. Okay, so uh at the end of the action, automatically she goes back to support. Okay, she becomes a support. Obviously, she ends her turn. Uh all all the dolls she'll be supporting and will be using cover order while she will be in her turn. You will have to make sure that she is in demolition order. There's a skill that will trigger this so that she can use this uh I I think you should use this every turn because this gives her uh attack increased by 10 initial attack of all allied dolls excluding OTS-14 herself accumulates non damage by OTS-14 apart from the damage dealt by the extra basic attack. Critical Blast cannot be cleansed. So, these are the two phases that you should be able to know when to use. So automatically she goes back to cover order after >> [snorts] >> um the end of her action, but in her action, you should use demolition order. First of the skills, basic attack, critical blast basic attack AoE selects a tile within three to 10 tiles radius [music] in front dealing AoE resonance damage equal to 150% of attack to all enemy targets within three tiles of the targeted [music] tile. Expand one point of overload overload pulse and been saying overlord and deals about fixed damage equal to 10% of the damage accumulated in the of overload pulse. Okay, then I get note the basic attack is only available with OTS 15 is in reverse assimilation state. So, we'll go to that in a bit. So, the other one, this one is critical blast. This one is shooting instinct. This is also basic attack. Selects one enemy target within eight tiles and deals resonance damage equal to 90% of attack to it. So, this one has to be in assimilation state. Okay, the first one. This is clearly her basic attack. So, for her S1, okay, S1, sorry. This one is leveled up to the first one, critical blast is is upgraded for V3. Reverse assimilation is enhanced the damage multiplier of critical blast is increased to 20. The effective range is by [music] two tiles. For level three, this one is at V4. Reverse assimilation is is enhanced for each of the use of the basic attack critical blast in the current round the damage multiplier of critical blast is increased by 50 and fixed damage multiplier and increased by 50 and fixed damage multiplier consuming overload overload pulse is increased by 10. So, those are your modifiers for your basic attack for critical blast, not for shooting instinct here. So, for the S1, we do have an active AoE. Selects one tile within 8,000 launch an attack dealing AoE arsonist damage equal to 120 of attack to all enemy targets within a 3 by 3 area around the selected tile. If OTS-14 is in cover order, take note, uh state, after the skill the amount of damage accumulated by command mode is increased by 25%. If OTS-14 is in demolition order state, her damage is increased by 15 and for every 15% of initial critical damage, the damage multiplier is doubled. So for this one, um is up This one is upgraded by V2. So damage multiplier is increased by 150, effective area increased by 5 by 5 area. Cool down is reduced by 1/3. And the next upgrade will be at V5, which enhances her cover order by 33% from increased by 33 and demolition order increased by 15. So this is from 25 and I think this is a typo. This is still from 15 to 15. But we'll go to the next one. This one is S2. This is perfect adaptation. This one is going to be the skill that you're going to be spamming to switch modes, okay? Switch switches to command mode. As I've said, she used this this during her turn. After the skill, OTS-14 gains extra command, then she could use another skill. [music] This skill can be used three times per turn. So technically, you'll be spamming this skill with a combination of other skills here. S1, basic attack or Okay, before we go to the ultimate, at This one is at V1. Cover order is enhanced critical damage of all friendly allies including self increased by 15 and demolition order is enhanced attack increased to 15 by the initial attack of friendly dolls. So, take note that your S2 is the skill that you're going to be spamming with command mode and with extra command. Then, we go to the final skill, which is going to be the ultimate sundering demolition. So, this one selects a one direction apply movement down to all targets within 3 to 10 tiles in the selected direction for two turns. Conversion damage amount accumulated by command mode into one point of overload pulse and gains reverse simulation for one turn. So, reverse simulation, this is where she will be she will be using it for your basic attack here. So, this one is triggered by reverse simulation. So, technically, um you will start with S2, then you would go with S with with with ultimate, then you go to your basic attack. This skill can be used while in demolition order with overload pulse stacks and or when damage accumulated in command mode is greater than zero. So, this upgrades by V3 and the last one is upgraded by V4. So, [music] increase in reverse simulation, critical blast, and overload overload pulse by 10%. So, technically, her skills is partly support partly um DPS, but she will she will she will you would have to make sure that you're in the correct command phase. Uh either you're you're in you're in what do you call this? In cover order or you are in demolition order. So, again, cover order is is going to be triggering after her turn. It's more of a support for her team and demolition order is for her during her attack for her to do additional damage. Fixed keys here. So, for the fixed keys, fixed key one plunderer's pace after using the active skill total suppression or perfect adaptation OTS-14 gains six tiles of additional movement, which can be triggered once per turn. I don't think so. Fixed key two self recognition while gaining reverse simulation cleanses all debuffs from OTS-14. Uh as an optional skill maybe. Uh fixed key three while an active attack hits only one enemy target damage dealt to enemy target is increased by 20. Obviously for a boss. Uh perfect plan fixed key four before the active skill total suppression resolves cleanses one buff from enemy target. So, another This one is going to be another optional skill. These two are optional skills. This one fixed key three, [music] I think should be one of her main stays. Fixed key five when OTS-14 is in cover order state damage taken is reduced by 20. Yes. Uh fixed key six is going to be OTS-14 always gains reconfiguration zero from >> [music] >> cellular reconfiguration. Oh. This is nice. This is nice. So, you got to go with six, five, and three. Those are your main stays that you're going to be using uh for her fixed key. So, active uh affinity key is a ac- attack boost crit rate and crit damage, which is good. Then common key is uh crit damage is 5%. Fixed damage dealt increases by 10%. Then for her remolding core, um by the way, she does omni damage. She doesn't use any of the elements. Um she does use omni damage increased by 5%. Physical and face taken is reduced by 5 for her >> [music] >> remodeling core. Attack increase by eight. Then damage of attacks two or more hit unit increase by 12. So, this is how or what you will get once you open her up for her remodeling core. So, for your weapon, we do have capital line here. This one is an AR. Increase damage dealt by active attacks by 20% for the first copy, then scales up to 40 if the active skill does not deal damage increase attack power by 10% then scales up to 20 for the current round. So, [music] trait if a weakness is exploited ignores 20% of the target's defense. This is actually huge. This is a very very nice gun. This can be used with any of any of the dolls who can use an AR. Um then imprint damage dealt to targets with debuffs is increased by 2.5% and the damage dealt to Orlog Collab rate is increased by 2.5 as well. [music] So, Banetta is one of the alternate weapons that if you want to use you could use as an option. This is the weapon of the lolo. I'm sure you have a lot of these if you started during the start as well. And the third option would be Golden Meldy. This one we do have a lot because some of you guys have started during day one. This weapon is actually uh QJ's weapon. So, if you see the updated team compositions mainly for CN, um we do have still OTS-14 all over the place. Um she's very relevant up until now in CN. So, if you ask my opinion, don't hold back in investment of OTS-14 because no matter what team you are using or may or your main team is, you will really be using her. We do have physical team here at the bottom. Here is OTs 14 blocked by my big head. Um again, she is still useful in a physical team. We have burn team here here. We have corrosion, we have freeze, we have electric, and we have hydro. So, again, you can't go wrong with her. Guys, please max her out even if you're free to play. If you have the means to, then go for it. So, there we go with OTs 14. Um you won't get any a better doll than her, you know, just to swap in, you know, the the flexibility alone, the damage, the support. You can't get a better doll. So, you might as well put all your resources when she arrives tomorrow. Guys, please do. I I've got nothing to say more, but she is the best doll to arrive in global so far. You know, push all your resources towards her. Get her to V6, please. [music] That is it. Uh comment down comment section if you'll be pulling for OTs 14. Guys, take care, stay safe. This is the Warden, [music] and I'm out of here.
