Brigadier General Andriy Biletsky has provided new details regarding the third phase of the Ukrainian offensive operation in the northern Donetsk region, codenamed Operation Vivaldi. During this successful campaign, Ukrainian forces managed to clear several settlements of Russian occupiers and fully liberated the town of Seret. He noted that Moscow aims to capture both Donetsk and Luhansk regions to end the war without losing its reputation, while simultaneously pursuing economic and civilian terrorism goals. Despite these aggressive Russian ambitions, Biletsky expressed confidence in Ukraine's ability to hold advantageous defensive lines and maintain a fortified belt of cities.
