Engineering College I am working as an
assistant professor there this I am from ah
college is in u hiro district
Tamilnadu and I have completed nine
capital courses ah in which including
ah programming problem solving using
C programming introduction to ah IoT
ah by Sudip Mishra IIT Gajapur. I
think the both subjects I am taking
classes for our ECE students. By taking
advantage of competitive courses only I
can handle those subjects for my
students. That's the first thing I want
to address here. So I am very thankful to
the NPTTL and the Swayam team and for IT
Madras also.
What is motivation?
Actually I belong to EC
department. Ah so I I don't have any
basics for the C programming and the
IoT courses. So it's ah the ah Npitel
platform gave me a chance to learn this
subject and now it's benefit me to take
the classes for our students.
Being a Working Professional How Do You
Manage?
It's ah as an ah professional being an
working professional these courses are coming
through the online platform. No so it's an I'm
getting enough time to learn ah at
my home. After completing my profession
and my personal work after completing that.
I am getting enough time to learn from

Hi good afternoon all. Ah I'm I'm
being an NPTL star. Ah I have ah I'm a
basically I'm a structural engineer. Ah I came to know about
this NPTL course
last year 2025 onwards. After That I
Tried to Learn About Artificial
Intelligence. And I started researching
on it. After that, I came to know that lot
of facilities related to whichever
discipline we want to learn and whichever
paper we want to do, all those freedoms,
everything is available in online. So, I
started ah whichever subject I
wanted to do, I dug into it. And this
gave me a very good platform. In
whichever face I can learn, I can do it. And
I was able to score ah better scores
also. Whenever we are having doubts, we
can go to the portal and we can watch the
video and get it clarified. So, in that sense, if I were to see it
, NPDL has done a very
good job. And it has nurtured all the
professional skills to all the people I I could tell
no better than learning online learning I would tell that this is
a democratizing
education that's what I can tell about
NPTL courses what they whatever they are
offering to this
starting motivation
actually my motivation started from
artificial intelligence I wanted to
implement art artificial intelligence
into my discipline and in projects.
So I started searching about all these
things with my friends, colleagues and
relatives like that. At last one of the
faculty told me that this is the option and
they are doing like this. So, that gave me the
pathway to get into this. Otherwise I was not knowing about
this type of courses are
going like this and all. So, we were not here.
I I I like to thank that faculty who show

actually here no all the latest advanced
courses we can learn we no need to go anywhere
so actually Python if I was
working in a company if I want to work in
Python actually for a structural
engineer Python is very much ah for
learning in the office under all it is not
possible now I I got this ah ah from
NPTL we have this course. And I can ah if I
log in I can learn the Python from
the basic they are teaching. Fundamentals
everything they are telling and we can
practice also and the platforms are
available. Ah free of mode also in a how to
get all those things everything we're
getting. They are getting feedback from us.
What and all the problems we are facing
from where ah from different locations
people have joined here. And from we can we I can come to know that
where and all who
this platform is helping us that idea I can get
easily. So this is a very good
platform. It is like an open
library I can tell. Ah you no need to go anywhere in hand itself.

Hello everyone. My name is Harshul. So I have done
a total of 11 courses with NPDL
with six of them in the current semester.
Completed my Bachelors degree at Triple
IT Hyderabad. Ah the reason I took up these
courses was I was asked by my
institute to complete my credits in
online mode. Ah because my time was up in
the institute. Ah I had to come back due
to some personal reasons. And this proves to be
really helpful because without a degree I don't
think you will be accepted in Indian
society quite easily. Ah and this this
platform made it easier for me to
complete it.
So, one of the things that if I wish to watch the
lectures at my own page and at my during
my laser this ah platforms is an
ideal ah way out. If I go to college,
I'll have to adjust to the timings and the
traveling would take a toll on my body. So all
those things have been taken care of by
this platform.
Ah ok if I put it this way the mode of
examination and the assessments they are
relatively simple compared to what actual
IITs and my college does. But
at the same time they give you a question that if you know some of
those concepts even if not
completely you will still be able to pass
through these exams compare to those exams
so in that way they are kind to the students
well I am feeling quite relieved actually I did not
expect to pass a couple of
exams I am happy that I have passed those
things now I will be
doing few more courses to
get my degree and then I plan to take up
all the courses on various languages
because I have always wanted to learn new
languages there is I think a course on
Bengali Tamil also foreign language Korean
German so in the upcoming months I will take up all of
those things and hopefully get
certified
well
try to be honest with yourself don't fool
yourself
in to just attempting the course without you
being actually Putting your heart into it
