Uh I'm Dr. Inamul Hassan. So I'm working
as a assistant professor at Rama
Institute of Technology Bangalore. And
uh I have completed 26 NPEL courses so
far. And uh this is my 10th NPEL star
award. So uh I came from Bangalore. So
actually there was a professor in IAT
Kpur. Uh his name is AK Gosh. So his
teaching I liked very much like uh he
used to teach like how because that many
of the courses will be like a PPD
presentation but he used to explain in
the board and uh actually we started
loving that subject also even loving the
staff also like that uh I I like that uh
uh aircraft performance and aircraft
stability and control and also
introduction to flight. three courses I
have completed uh no four courses
introduction to experiments four courses
I have completed from the same professor
and also I have got uh uh domain
scholars in aerospace engineering and
also domain scholars in the faculty
discipline uh like uh it's based
interest it's a basically interest only
like uh we uh I used to spend time in
the evening instead of uh like other
things maybe we can spend time because
that is useful in the research purpose
also even our college also encourages to
uh and they are like uh
they're praising us they're appreciating
us for doing this much courses and even
we have made uh this NPEL courses
mandatory for our Mtech students also so
even we when we are speaking to the
students we can guide them like uh our
experience so that is the main
motivation behind it so keep learning
okay learning never ends maybe when when
we are studying BE we used to say that
after BE we will be in the job we don't
need to learn but learning is lifelong
so that is the one thing we have to keep
in mind so keep always learning to keep
our uh brain active and uh our
everything should be active so that's
was my one of the tip which we can say

>> hi this is Dr. Makkumar from Sona
College of Technology Salem and I'm very
happy to be part of this event and I'm
just following NPL for the past decade
and from the year of 2012 and uh this is
the time which I'm receiving the first
award for the NPL uh believer as well as
enthusiast. I'm so happy for this and uh
uh NPL really motivates me to do lot of
courses to enhance my skills and etc.
Yeah, it is innovation by design. It is
one of the most beautiful course which I
have done two years back. It was really
amazing for me to to explore so many
things to do in ignite some sort of
project to the students and uh it it was
really giving lot of inputs to me to
enhance some sort of projects. Yeah, I'm
so happy for because after a decade I'm
getting this award. I'm just following
NPEL for more than 10 years. This is the
first time which I'm coming here to
getting this award. I came for so many
events but uh as me personally I'm
getting the first award for this. Yes,
I'm so happy part of it. Yeah, it's
really uh a great moment for me in in a
teaching I mean in in academia. So I'm
very grateful to my uh uh to my
institution to my HO and to my fellow
fellow colleagues. I think many of our
fellow colleagues are going to get
awards in different places. I'm so happy
for I mean part of NPDL. Thank you.
>> Yes. Hi. Hello. Uh so I am Dr. V Sudha.
I'm coming from Sona College of
Technology Salem. Uh so I have been a
part of NPDL for the past 10 years. So,
so every year we used to do some 8 to 8
to nine courses. Uh, so this is the
third time I'm being the NPL star. Uh,
so it's a very happy moment to be a part
of NPL star. Uh, so our Sona College of
Technology is known for the faculty
rating. So we are the consistent top
rating in faculty. So we have got
consistently for the eighth time we are
getting a trip aa rating and uh and I'm
I'm so happy to tell that hundreds of
our faculty uh today they are getting
NPL star award uh today. So it is a very
exciting moment for us. So along with
this our students have also come to
receive those uh NPL star award. Uh so
at this moment I like to thank our
management. uh so so always motivates us
by giving some incentives for getting
the topper awards topper awards then NPL
star event so it has been a very uh very
good pillar for our s success so at this
juncture I want to thank uh the IAT uh
the IAT madras who always provides
instant updates regarding the assignment
exam registrations and so on so I'm very
happy to be a part of NPL so I'm looking
forward for a very happy journey uh with
the NPL IT Madras thank Thank you. Thank

>> Very good morning to all. So I'm Dr.
Kadibi coming from Salem. So I'm one of
the Sona group of institutions. I'm
working under the poly technique
college. So far I have completed 16
courses. So more number of gold medal
and more number of silver medal. I got
it. So really a great moment to
participate. This is the first time I'm
participating in NPL star event. So
really I'm happy about it. So that from
poly techchnique college. So I'm doing
this. My students also doing so a lot of
courses along with me. So really it's a
great platform to enhance our knowledge.
So really I'm thank to the group of IATS
especially IAT Madras to providing or
hosting such a event. Yeah was social
skills you know because technical skills
is 50% needed for the employability
skills. So the 50 other 50% is so uh
social skills. So I have been completed
more than 15 social skills training uh
that is courses. So I'm really happy
about it to provide the social skills
for our students. So really is a great
boom. Really it's a great yeah I have
been uh for the past one week I'm really
motivated excited to participate in the
event. So really great it seems to be so
I thanks for the organizers for all the
people. So really it's a great it's a
great memorable even I'm going to retire
on 31st July. So this is my event I'm
really that's why I participated here.
So I have completed six years the
beginning of the NPTL when they started
no from that time onwards I'm doing up
to this continuously I'm doing courses
regularly more than 16 courses I
