Nolan Wells Mother Threats Ignored! 3 People ARRESTED for Threats Toward Mississippi City

[music] Yeah, we on TV. Shout out to E. >> Family of Nolan Wells reveals new evidence in their investigation into how he died. Wells was only 18 years old when he disappeared during a Fourth of July boating trip with friends off the coast of Mississippi's Horn Island. Days later, his body was found in the water off the Gulf Coast, leading the family to commission a separate autopsy. Minutes ago, the family's attorney, Ben Crump, announced that his team has hired oceanic experts and that investigators will also analyze audio tapes. >> Wow, guys. And and I don't know the autotops been back and and I I'm trying to understand this case is not uh it's slow but go. Um I think it's going to be a long drawn out process. I thought it would have we'd have gotten uh some arrests on the end of Nolan Wells um family. I [clears throat] mean, you know, people who uh, you know, had had I mean, the guys who he was with as I thought some of them would have got arrested, but look like everybody from every other state is getting arrested. It says California man has been charged with threatening a Mississippi judge whose son is tied to the Nolan Wells case according to recently unsealed federal complaint. He says, quote, "Once the package is open, the timer will start. Then you have 10 seconds or less to ask God for forgiveness." The message said, "According to the court documents filed Friday in federal court, so much blood everywhere, hard to clean, especially from the boat." >> Wow. You would you laughing about? And and [laughter] >> oh, Joseph got words for her ass, boy. >> Oh, G. Let's stop and think about this for a minute. Nolan Whale's mother, she's been getting threats, too. We've looked at that. Why are they not talking about about that? >> Over 3,000 threats to her and her family. >> Okay. So, why are we not Why nobody been arrested for that? >> Cuz it's white threats. I'm looking and she's like I said she's been going through it getting in the media trying to get justice to get the closure for her son and and and you don't see that uh these people um that that that are are heading this on the tip line and all that. Everybody saying it's been compromised. Um where do you see this stuff going? Well, we continue to see more and more. And I I gotta say it, man. It's been coming out and you've been you've been talking about it for the longest now. Everybody talking about it. Shout out to Poetic Flago and all these guys. You know what I'm saying? TMZ is highly favoring uh the the the the friends uh Nolan Wells friends and uh Harvey's been allegedly I'm looking at it. He he seems not to be riding with the fact that any tampering could have been going on with anything and any wrongdoings could have been done. He's always on the other side of this thing and he's not he's not trying to hear no foul play. Uh he's uh pretty much trying to figure out ways to justify the boat and the audio and all that good stuff. And OG, you said it. I didn't even I I thought he was a I thought it would be a fair exchange, but it doesn't seem like it's a fair exchange on this one for Mr. Harvey. It seemed like it's kind of floating and moving toward the other side. And it's like it need to be an equilibrium here that balances this thing out. You know, the first thing when they're in error is, let's not rush to justice. Um, let let the law let us I I I sent you a article that this um white uh professional forensic and he was talking about uh he had a long scenario but at the end he was and and what he said made all the sense in the world and and what I was telling you before when you know we think so far in the dark ages right that that we play ourself Now, now you're going to let somebody do a autopsy and then you going to have the [clears throat] pieces sent somewhere else when you could have just sent for the expert and had him side by side with the people while they were doing the autopsy. Right. >> Yeah. >> And he was saying that that was one of the biggest errors that they did. He said the reason that they uh didn't get the throat and the uh the parts of the lungs that because when the corner found that that it had to be either some kind of disruption in the lungs or water in the lungs that they were holding. that's why they haven't given a cause of death or a time of death that it was some foul play that they know that's why they're withholding evidence and not letting it be seen. And at the time the body had been so compromised when the other uh uh taxologist tried to get evidence from it that then it it you know you it's just like you know you already done something and tore this to this garden up and I have to come back and see where the where where the weeds were, where the corn was. >> Oh yeah. >> It's all mixed up. There will be a package coming to you the one you had read, right? But then hers was a little bit different than his Francine was. She calls so many times and you can tell that there is something wrong with this with this young lady and she's seeing it on the news more than anything. probably got overwhelmed by what she was seeing and probably ain't even supposed to be on that phone. The uh she uh Nola's mother has had to change her phone number three times and they always get it because the people in the phone company is giving them to them. >> So I get it.
