NEW VIRAL SOLD OUT MAKEUP AT SEPHORA

[music] I have a very busy day ahead of me and so like always I am going to be getting ready on camera for the day with you guys. I have a bunch of new makeup at Sephora to test out. We are in the thick of makeup launches right now. We're getting all of the fall launches and in just a couple weeks all of the holiday launches are going to start coming out. So, there will not be a break anytime soon. So, basically, I'm filming myself getting ready every morning because there's always new products to be tested so that I can try everything and tell you guys what stands out and what doesn't. So, today we have a tubing eyebrow gel. Whatever that means, we're going to find out. The iconic onesize powder with some pretty new iconic so cute shades. I am definitely more curious about this lilac collection for Prada than I want to be, but we're gonna test it. I'm not even kidding. Say launched the cutest little single eyeshadows I have ever seen. Talk about an experience that's going to make you happy in the morning. Danessa Myrix has launched this balm that looks very interesting. And spoiler, I tried it the other day and it felt very nice on my lips. Very, very nice. And we will close off this video by opening up the makeup expert kits from Sephora favorites that I know so many of you picked up. So mind game in the mail. We're going to see what this guy is all about. Let's see what this random tubing eyebrow gel is all about. This is from Cali Ray. It's their Come Hell or High Brow, a play on their very popular mascara. This one comes with a fun little brush here. I already do did it on this brow before filming before I realized I wanted to throw it in this video, but it has like clear tubing technology that I really don't know what the benefit of it is. But anyways, let's do the other brow together. The actual spoolie that comes in the product. Come a little closer. You need to see everything. It's flimsy as heck. Like just bending. So, I do not like the actual spoolie of this product. Just very flimsy. I feel like it's not having any sort of pressure on the brows. So, I find it difficult to brush my brows with this. So, instantly, I'm not really a fan of this at all. We'll use the attached comb here, but this tubing technology is acting quite weird with the SPF that I put on before filming as well. I don't know if it'll show up on this brow, but it definitely happened on the other brow. Yeah, as I'm brushing it out, you can see the eyebrow gel disagreeing with my SPF. Or maybe it's just the brow gel and not the SPF that I'm not sure about. But it's leaving this white residue on the outskirts of my brow. Now, actually, this little comb is much more effective than I thought it was going to be. I do quite like it. So, that's good. But, I hate the white residue that it's leaving. And I just don't know if it's because of my SPF or if it's just this brow gel. So, I will have to keep you guys updated. As always, make sure you guys are subscribed to me because I will update you in an upcoming speed reviews as I test this more. But the brow gel does seem to have much better hold than I thought. But I do not like the white residue that it leaves behind, almost like glue. So, I'm instantly writing this off, though. It is better than I thought. But there's too many cons with this product. The lilac product collection. I mean, it's one of those things where it's pretty to look at, but it might not necessarily be pretty on the face. I'm very grateful that I got this in PR, but I would not have purchased any of this collection myself. It was definitely a drop for me, but I'm very curious. So, they sent me a eyeliner, which I don't think I'm going to use today. So, I'm going to put this to the side. One of their $50 lip balms with Hoba oil. And then we have the infamous blush in the shade Wisteria. Okay, so I'm just quickly gonna put on this $50 lip balm. Let's see if it changes my life for $50. It does give a little bit of a purple heel. Don't buy this. What on earth? This is not worth $50. Okay, [snorts] but [laughter] yeah, you see that little bit of purple hue, but no. Mm- [clears throat] Anyways, this is what I'm here for. Now, this is like $42 for a triangular piece of plastic. This is absolutely awful, horrendous packaging. I believe like there's a bracelet attachment. You can wear it. What? What? I've never tried this formula before. Uh, now they did come out with two purple blushes. This is of the lighter shade. I mean, it feels fine formulationwise. I don't know. Is this about to make me look dumb? No. The formula feels like a nice blurring situation. But again, don't pay $42 for the packaging alone. It's not worth it. But let's see. I've just been curious how this purple blush is going to look on me. I fall victim to these cutesy colors and powders and blushes and then it's just not flattering for me. But you know what? You know what? It It took some building up. That's kind of cute, right? Right. Um, is this going down as the favorite blush color on me ever? No. But sheared out pretty like I can work with this. I don't know if you were also curious like me. I wanted to try this blush color on with you guys. It's amazing what just shearing out a product can do. Again, not the most flattering blush on me, but I don't feel the need to take it off. I'm going to happily wear it for the rest of the day. Nothing about this blush, by the way, is worth the money. Don't buy it. But I did want to see the colors on me. I was curious, as you probably were as well. Uh, but no, don't buy this. The formula is absolutely lovely from what I can tell. A nice buildable formula, but again, $42 for this packaging. I could not rest well. I could not sleep at night knowing I would recommend such awfully packaged blush, but I do like the product inside. And I still don't recommend the lip balm. And I don't know if I'm about to like sabotage myself with this, but One Size has added to their color range of their very, very popular ultimate setting powder, which I recommend more for oily skin than I do for dry skin. But I'll get down with this for a long day like I have today. My friends are coming for the weekend. And so I'm running to Costco. I have an actual meeting for work and then I'm just, you know, getting the house ready for my friends to show up tonight. So, this makeup better last me a long time. So, it better not look stupid either. But in this powder, they launched matcha, which is not for me or my skin type, but if you have like rosacea or something very severe with redness, this will be great for you. Baby pink. This one is probably more appropriate for me, but I need to test cute lilac. And then if it doesn't work out, we're going to put a baby pink over top. I've [laughter] been down this road before. Remember Ube Ube birthday cake from Huda Beauty? I bought that stupid purple powder. It looks stupid on me. And here we are again making the same mistake. But maybe it will be less of an issue since I'm wearing a lilac blush. These color correcting powder tones are very, very trendy right now. And I think that's just what they are, a trend. I think we'll go back to regular skin tone color powders at some point. Maybe we can keep, you know, the pink around, but lilac. Okay, this one is much less purple. Oh, yeah. No, this is fine. And this is much less purple than the Huda Beauty, which I mean they really were serious about the purple with the ube from Huda Beauty because it literally looked purple on me. Surprise, surprise. This shade is a little more light skin friendly. I can barely tell that it's purple, which is a good thing for me. This is just a very subtle hue. Oh, okay. Okay. Now, by the way, they say the matcha shade is for redness, which is best for fair to light skin tones. The baby pink is best for brightening to correct dullness, best for fair to light skin tones. And then the lilac, which is what I'm using, is brightening, correctness, and best for fair to medium skin tones. And you know what? It doesn't look stupid on me. So, I'm actually very happy about that. If you like the one size powder and you want the cute powders, go for it. I I don't know that they're actually necessary. I can see the baby pink actually making a difference. But anyways, if you like the powder formula and you wanted them in these shades, go for it. They're not super rich in pigment. They're not actually going to show up truly purple, but that did add a little bit of brightness. And having a lilac powder in my possession, it did give me some joy. I'm not going to lie. And I think that's the whole point of it, right? I'm not even kidding. These say mini baked eyeshadows are the cutest thing I have ever seen. I don't know. Maybe it's because, you know, with the blushes and the bronzer, we're so used to seeing them much, much larger. So to see the exact same packaging shrunk down is adorable, which instantly makes me so excited for this launch. I mean, you know, single shadows are an investment. These are $24 each. All of the shades are very neutral, very wearable, very much up my alley. I'm excited to test these. They come in both matte and shimmer finishes. This is panacotta. See, subtle canoli. Made in Italy. Btdubs. This is Dolce. I don't have all of the shades, but I have a good chunk. Sorbet, which is a shimmer shade. Pretty subtle. Tartufo. That's pretty pretty. And then Gelato. I mean, very, very pretty. Nothing out of the ordinary here, but so stinking adorable. Let's apply these. And if they're good, which I hope they are amazing because you will get joy every time you use these because Oh, I want to eat them like a little snack. And by the way, this panacotta shade is the perfect crease shade. It does have a little bit more warmth in there than I thought, but it's a perfect tone for the crease shade against my skin tone. And it's blending out nice. I think the nature of these shadows is going to be on the softer side because they're baked, which it's so fine. It would not have been fine in 2018, I'll tell you that. But now with what's trending, totally fine. Let's see if we can build up pigment with the shade canoli. Yep, this one definitely is a bit more on the tan side, which is not going to go with my blush, but for review purposes, we've got to make sacrifices. I mean, the mattes are blending out really nicely. If you're heavy-handed and struggle to blend out eyeshadows, this would be a good formula for you because it's not wham bam pigment. It's soft just like a blush or bronzer that's baked would be. Okay. And then lastly, we'll see with Dolce how buildable pigment is here. I mean, this is actually it's buildable. There's a lot less fallout than traditional eyeshadows. And you know what? It's not lacking pigment at all. It's just easier to apply a sheer layer. Wow. Oh, I'm so impressed with the mattes. Stunning. And then I notice for the shimmers, Tartufo and Gelato are a bit more satin whereas Soto is a little bit more truly shimmery. I'm going to use this shade here on the inner corner of my eye. So pretty. Yeah, you can tell it has more reflex. It would be pretty all over the lid, but I do want to take TartuFo and I'm just going to pat this on the lid. You can see the You can see the differences in the shimmers here. TartuFo is like true satin, which is really beautiful. It's going to be more flattering for mature lids. And then so Betto has actual shimmer sheen glimmers, if you will. But these are very easy to use for simple eye looks. I know some of you guys, you love intense, colorful eyeshadow looks. This is not going to be the drop for you. But if you are someone that likes simple, easy to use, neutral eyeshadows, I think you will really like these. They're so cute and I think they're very very easy to use, easy to blend, easy to get a sheer wash of color all over the eyelid. I got zero fallout. So, so far nothing but good things to say about these. It just they're also they're also just so cute. So, so cute. I have heard nothing but fantastic things about the Danessa Myrix Gloss Work 4D plumping lip gloss. I am in disbelief that they sent me the whole range. I'm not going to use or swatch every shade just in case because I don't need that many. But I mean, it's another glossy lip balm which I'm sick of. But I did try this the other day and it's it's unique to the other ones that I've tried, the other billions that I've tried, just because the feel is so plush. These are supposed to be hydrating, fill in the lines of the lips, be for everybody, has a range of very flattering shades for everybody. I pulled the ones that I knew I would wear a lot. But look how pretty these are and some fun shades as well as Danessa Myrix is not afraid to go there. So the ones that I would use the most vintage rose. Look at that. You see pigment. And that's my thing with these lip balm glosses. They never have pigment. So instantly this is a standout lip balm product because it actually has pigment. Rosé and Brunch. This is one of my favorite blush shades from her. Like, look at that. Gorgeous. I'm just going to put this on cuz I have some excess. Look at that. My lips are dry this morning. It has a metal applicator tip, so it's cooling. These are thick, baby. They feel super plush. And when I say thick, I don't mean it in a bad way. I mean, thick in that I feel like it actually hugs the lips and it's going to stay on for a long time, fills in the lines of the lips. Like, this formula is spectacular. Here is Spice Latte, which is more for the brown friends like me. I love a good brown nude lip. But, I mean, there's just so many more options. And if you want a hydrating lip gloss balm and you feel like they never have any color, which is what I always complain about, may I introduce you to Danessa Myrix. Made in Italy. Makes sense. That's a rosé and blush. Rosé and Brunch, excuse me. Vintage rose is the one I was wearing yesterday. It's a little more muted. I actually really love these. And then let me show you. Let me show you spice latte. So stinking good. Okay, so my makeup for the day is done. Yes, this is how I'm going to Costco. But you guys know I always talk about how sick I am of these products, of lip products in general. And I feel like Danessa Myrix heard me. She heard my plea into the abyss that I needed these lip gloss butter balm situations to actually be pigmented to give us a purpose here. She delivered. They smooth over the lips. They have pigment. What's unique about these is the way that they feel on the lips. It's quite a thick layer, but it's not too sticky. It's sticky enough to where I feel like it's going to last, but it just feels like a cloud, a layer over the lips. Absolutely stunning. Very, very excited about these. So, that's all I have for application in my makeup for today. It looks really, really good. The only thing I really didn't love was the eyebrow gel. Oh, also $50 lip balm from Prada. No thank you. The blush actually was pretty, but I still don't recommend that you buy it. Everything else, I'm actually very pleasantly surprised for my own skin tone. The cute lilac from one size. Very excited about that. And in previous years, I've said, you know, it's more for oily skin, which I still do stand by, but it's looking really nice today. It's still an amazing powder. I don't mindlessly reach for it because I think there's better powders out there for my skin type, but it still is a banging powder. I mean, my makeup looks so, so beautiful today. The eye shadows were so easy to use. They're not going to be for everybody. But I want to finish off with this because I know a lot of you bought this and last I checked this was sold out at Sephora, but it came back in stock after it first sold out, but I think it's sold out again, but that's because this is such a good deal. Keep an eye out because the Sephora favorites holiday sets are going to come out very, very soon. This one was fun because it's the makeup experts kit. So, all of these are makeup artist brands and the retail value is $2.92, but you get all of these products for just $85. And I will keep you updated once the holiday ones come out. But let's open it up because this has 13 items. Six of them are full size. Six fulls size items for $85 plus seven mini products. So, let's see what's inside. And you know what? The bag it comes in is so cute. I mean, previously some of the bags have felt very cheap or sometimes they come in literally plastic bags. This bag I love the shape of. It's really nice for travel because it won't take up too much room in your suitcase. I have a bag problem. I hoard makeup bags and swear every single one is going to change my life. [laughter] Does anybody else I don't even travel that much. I mean, I do travel, but not enough to warrant the amount of makeup bags that I have. All right, let's see what's inside. See, here's a better look at the bag. So cute with the little Sephora on top. And it feels very high quality. Okay, so here's what you get inside. A one size setting powder in ultra pink. So, this one is more pink than the one I used today. It's a mini size. a full-size Huda Beauty Easy Blur Primer in Bronze Fudge. This is a mini, but you get a ton of product of the very unique liquid blurring balm from Danessa Myrix. This is fantastic for oily skin and fantastic for dry skin if you don't want to set with powder. A mini adorable Natasha Denona Eye Sculpt palette of just great transitional mattes. I believe this is full size an ABH Brow Freeze gel full-size beauty blender. I hate buying these, but they still are the best sponge. I don't care what you say. And I've been using sponges a lot more recently. I used to not use them and only use brushes, but I don't know. It's something about the way that they push the product into the skin. The blackest Oh, the blackest liner of all time from Hung Bango. A full-size Mary Phillips lip liner in sizzle. Guys, this set is unreal. Truly incredible. I haven't tried this brand before. Farah Homei. There's a lip pencil in the shade Demi, which is just a little bit deeper. Mini blush from Seel in the shade Jazelle. Haven't tried this full-size Makeup by Mario liquid eye cream in the shade mauve. These are incredible. A Violet Bizu Balm lipstick, which looks full size to me. Looks very pretty in the shade Batiste. And finally, one of the mini sizes of the Patrick Ta blush duo in She Goes to the Gym. This actually might be one of the greatest kits that Sephora Collection has come out with. So, I don't regret this purchase at all. Even as somebody who has everything, they've also picked products that I love. Like, there's so many good high quality products like the Patrick Ta, the Hung Vango liner, Mary Phillips lip line. Endless endless products in here that I do truly love. So, if this comes back in stock, please, if you're interested, of course, run and pick this up cuz there are some phenomenal products in here.
