So guys, I am back with yet another power world video. And today guys, I have been what has to be one of, if not the best all round base workers in the entire game. And the thing about this is guys, I've seen no one else mention this, never mind cover and spread this info. Let's go. How's it going guys? My name's DPJ and if you do enjoy the video, leave a like. And we as we all know, there are many individual powers that are the best at individual base working tasks like Solene and Handywork, Asagon can argue for mining, German tide, ignous for kindling, German tide or suzaku for watering, etc., etc. But what about all round? Well, we know pals like Robbing Quill and uh well, Bushy, bushy, not these offer have five working traits that are not bad. We have powers like uh Robin Quill here who will offer you six. So, transporting, medicine, production, lumbering, handiwork, planting, and gathering. We then have pals like beard. She'll offer you seven including uh farming, which will drop you that honey. Basically, what we get with um Robin Quill. What people, I think I found one better. And the maddest thing about this is, guys, it isn't even a pal. It's an NPC. The Azer Covenant Enforcer. Check this out. She has watering, mining, transporting, lumbering, handiwork, and planting. So, she will water. She'll plant and water. She'll craft. She'll build machines for you. She will get you that wood. She will also mine for you. And she'll also transport what she mines and lumpers and even what she crafts. If you're crafting things like gold or whatever, I've added the best working passives in my opinion in the game. I do play my own world, so I don't need things like vampiric or insomnia. Uh my my world the nighttime goes super super quickly, so I don't need that. So these are the best. I've added these to her. But if you have uh a plenty full of the applied technique books, you can make this this NPC super super easy. Obviously, I've applied quite a few apply technique books here. In regards to what she's offering, even if you're a mid game player, you can still come and get this NPC, catch this NPC super super easy. Max ranker, which we'll talk about in a quick second. super super easy in no time at all. So yeah, I've also gave her which I did I remembered but I completely forgot about it. I gave her while I applied some skill fruit to her just to try it out and she will also guys use all of these as well as a standard weapon air blade and dark wisp which is very very cool but I'm guessing everyone knew about that already. But yeah, so where do you get this NPC from? Well, let's go to my power box. Let's go down. If you come down to the new sky islands, right down here, if you spawn in right here, there's a tapestry. There's actually a building here, guys, where these NPCs are plentiful. And all you have to do is catch one. You don't have to catch multiple of these. You only have to catch one. And you're probably thinking, what about condensing into said pal? Well, actually, guys, we're going to talk about that. You don't need the same NPCs. So, if you come across here, this is big building where I'm at going towards just here. They're here are plentiful. So, coordinates are - 473 to a minus 1352. We got my mercy ring on. Um, no, I haven't. Let's put it on. Don't even know where I put my shades to be honest, but yeah. And then guys, you simply just got to catch. Only need one. Again, you only need one. I don't even know why I'm using these crappy spheres, to be honest. But yeah, you only need one, guys. You don't even going to build. You can you can cut one away if you're lower level and you're struggling. But as soon as you get one, you are good here. You are good. Then just get the heck out of there. Especially if you're lower level. Let me go back to my uh breeding base and I'll talk to you guys about condensing which is actually very very easy in regards to NPCs and it's something I didn't collect because I've never really spent time leveling up NPCs. But people, as you can see, if I click on this NPC right here, I can obviously infuse, shall we say, or condense the same NPC into it. But you can also condense any other NPC into said NPC. Yep. It doesn't matter what NPCs you are catching. They all can be used as fuel to level up this Azer covenant enforcer. That means guys, you can go to early parts of the map. Say for instance, let's just pull up my power box. You can go to this oil rig right here and you can indeed come here, catch these NPCs and use them as fuel. Sounds so evil. There's also some small bases around here as well, uh, which are lower levels. But this this thing right here, guys, they're actually quite low levels. I think they're like a level 15 to 20 maybe, like a level 15 to 20 maybe, something like that. I'll quickly go across here and show you. But yeah, it's super super easy. And you could just travel to this one, travel to a few other places, and just catch some of these NPCs. Now, what I wouldn't recommend is going to places like stalk small settlement. Oh. Oh, he just blew off the map. I wouldn't recommend going to places like the small settlement because obviously guys when you start fights there, you're going to get the um the enforcer coming to try and get you and and and take you down, which you don't really want. You just want to catch and be good. But this is an easy place to come, guys, just catch NPCs super super quickly. It's actually how I did it. I was testing it just to find out. Um, you can actually infuse any NPC into any NPC, which is great. Yeah, once you've done that, guys, you can then indeed infuse and make this power or make this NPC. The beast it can indeed be. Let me head back to my base again. My five in one. Let's go. Let's go. I'm actually having a weird issue with my five in one at the minute. I built it here and I'll show you this now. Hopefully, one of you guys can actually let me know what's going on here. So, I keep getting this message now if I try and build in this this actually it's actually this one and my mining base there and I never had this issue. I took down some beds cuz I wanted to rearrange things. Actually, I took down some springs. Now, when I try and build here, I'm getting that too close to a special boss or facility. Can't build in this area. I have no idea what it is, but I'm not breaking down anything else just in case. But yeah, once you have this NPC again, condense into it, make it that four star and you are good. Then guys, you do have any of the applied technique books, obviously level this power up. Let me have a quick look at what she is at standard. I don't think her stats are great at standard, but don't forget they were all raised when Lucent into her. So yeah, you'll get one watering, one extra in that planting, and one extra in that handiwork, and then you'll get one across the entire board when you fourstar it. So yeah, you'll end up with 6 3 5 2 and three in regards to from left to right and what you'll get there. But yeah, the apply technique books are very very easy to get now. Any supply drops will drop them um in regards to on the Fabric Island and Securuma Island will drop these. You can also get them from fishing. You can get them from um the ancient recycler which I'm getting tons from. So yeah, you shouldn't you shouldn't really have an issue there. But yeah, guys, and again, even the ancient relic recycler will help you in regards to the passives to apply to her or to this pal or to pal, this NPC. So yeah, guys, an incredible all round base working pal and I'm going to go and get loads more of these and have an army of them at a single base.
