New Beauty PR For Mature Skin | Honest First Thoughts

Hello. Hello, darling friends. I'm so glad that you're here with me today. As the title said, I cannot believe that these companies sent me PR. It actually really does shock me when I get PR because I don't get a lot. I get some, but I don't get a lot. And I just appreciate these companies so very much. They're so generous and they're so kind. And I want to give them a special shout out. No, this video is not sponsored by any of them, but how nice it is to acknowledge a more mature YouTuber or a more mature social media beauty influencer because we just get overlooked a lot. And so, I want to make sure that I do that and let you guys know. And this is some of the hottest new makeup on the market, which is also really fun. So, I'm not going to take a lot of time with each individual product, mostly because I haven't had a ton of time to test this, although some of them I have, but I want to make sure that I talk about it. I'll have a number system one through many we get through. Go down into the description box. Let's talk about a couple of really, really exciting skin care products that I got sent. Now, this one is not inexpensive. This is Masama's CXO serum, exosome serum, and this is amazing. So, I want you to not take my word for this one because I just got this, but the technology behind it is fantastic. Vitamin C is normally very unstable. So, we get it. we need to use it up quickly. It will lose its efficacy. It will change. It will spoil really quickly. This doesn't because of the technology in it. And not only that, the delivery system is so gentle on your skin. I am so blown away by how beautiful this is. Really excited about it. And I love Mama. Anyway, if you haven't heard, they have a new face mask that completely hugs your face and holds on to your face, including this chin part right here, which I am absolutely in love with. And they also sent me their glove for hands, which I guys, as far as I'm concerned, Red Light Therapy is one of those ones that for me at 58 years old is a must. So, I'll make sure I list that below this so that you can see. I'm in like the going on the second month of testing that Mac mask and it's beautiful. It's absolutely beautiful. Gamechanging as far as I'm concerned. And when they come out with a product like this vitamin C, same thing. I feel like it's game changers. Yo, remember I talk about the Yota pads that make your face feel so soft and supple and they exfoliate well. They make that your face feel amazing. AHA, BHA, PHA, all the A's. And it's just so good for your skin. It really literally changed how I did my skin care because I felt like this is so soft and so supple that there were things that I didn't need anymore, i.e. some hyaluronic acids cuz they were drying me out and I didn't know. But anyway, I digress. From Yapota, the skin effect boosting spicules and vegan PDRN kimchi exosomes essence. So, what this is supposed to do is it's supposed to be your first step and then you go in and your other skin care is supposed to reach deeper. Now, I am still in the process of trying this. You can tell I'm not very far down. So, I'm not going to say yes or no, but I do want you to go look at the technology behind this and what they're trying to achieve, which is pretty fantastic. You know, we have so many layers of skin and lots of times things just sit on the top. Well, this actually is going down deeper. So, I'm excited about this. I think it's great. I It's one that I definitely would say go for it. Also, Dermatology came out with their facial peel pads. This is facial RX daily peel pads. Smooth radiant skin powered by four times smart acid system. Multi-Aid pads that resurface, refine, and restore radiance while supporting a healthy skin barrier. Swipe to dissolve buildup, smooth texture, and reveal clarity and glow. Guess what? These will clean your pores like no other. They are also an exfoliant. They don't have a, you know, a scratchy part on them at all. These are beautiful. And I can tell that these work on a different level than what I was just talking about about the Yapota and had all of the acids in it. This makes my skin tingle and the Yapota pads don't. So, this is a little bit deeper of that exfoliation. We have something like 20 plus layers of skin on dead skin on our face and we need to slough. We need to slough all the time. So, got a hair. So, we definitely need something like this. These are juicy. They're big enough that you could cut them in half if you wanted to. But yeah, I'm loving this. I can feel the tingle. And in the next few days after I don't use these every day, by the way. I use these maybe two to three times a week right now. But I can tell that my skin is sloughing off and I can feel that tingle and that's a good thing as far as I'm concerned. So excited about that one as well. [snorts] And then we'll get into a little bit of makeup. I'm so excited about this. This is from Essence. Look at how cute this is. Okay, let me open it. Okay, so this is their summertime fun that they have. Where did my glasses go? There they are. So, I was so excited when I got this. And I have already gotten this one right here, which is the radiant light palette, and it's the lighter one. Then you have this one. It's a deeper one. You have one that's upside down in here. I I did that cuz it wasn't in here when it came. It was floating around when it came. So, this one is the Sunub Matte Bronzing Palette. So pretty. These are so pretty. This one is a kabuki buffer brush. This one is the glow like [clears throat] hydrating serum spray. Glow like honey. And then this one is the glow like honey dewy primer balm of sunshine face and body glow balm. And same on this one just a little bit darker. So let's just dive into these a little bit. This one you have to shake. So obviously that does have a little bit of some sort of an oil in there. But I am somebody that loves these. Now that just spit so it's not gonna be great. You put it on put it on your sponge first and then dab it across your face if you want that glow, but I was thinking this would be pretty for the body. Now, does have a strong fragrance and it's supposed to be smelling like honey. Um, doesn't smell too much like honey, but anyway, you get the point. And then this one is the color 20 on that glow product. Let's see what that's going to do. Oh, this is just a very balmy product. It's not got any color in it really. It's just going to give you kind of a balm as far as Yeah, I don't know about that product for real, but we'll kind of see what we can get here. Yeah, it's just it's just a balmy product. Um, and then the other one is a one and that one I would say would be Nope, that's just a balm, too. See, there's no color in them. So, let me show you. Look right here on the tips of my fingers right here. I can't even do that. So, here's the darker one. Here's the lighter one. They are just balms. They are not any color hardly at all. I guess if you got it on pretty thick, but still, I don't know about the texture of that. I was really curious about these palettes right here and whether or not they're like the Hourglass ones. I'll make sure I report back to you on that. So, that was all kinds of fun. And then I was over the moon. I am so excited about this friends. This is from Morphe. They came out with their new collection of their palettes. So, they have three new six pan palettes. But what is really cool about the six pan palettes? They're all matte. And haven't people been screaming, give us more all matte palettes? Yeah, people have been screaming for it. And then they came out with their little three pan palettes. So, I'm going to show you all of those and tell you what they are. and cool packaging. It did have a brush right here. Dualsided eye eye shadow brush, but I'm not exactly sure where it went. I know it's probably in my makeup somewhere. So, love these. They're so pretty. So, here's the little three pen ones. This first one is called Tulle Order. And just beautiful. Look at that pinky. Oh, that pink is pretty. Oh my goodness, that pink is pretty. So pretty. That is the topper. And it's got a little shift of pink in there. beautiful cool tone brown. Wow, that's pretty. That's pretty. It's kind of a midtone brown. So, I'm dipping my finger in here and it's they're so buttery. And then this one is the pink that's in there. I'm definitely This is probably Okay, I'll probably say that about a ton of them. This is a beautiful one. One and done shadow. Then this one is Jewel Intentions. And that one, oh my goodness. So, you have like a purpley brown in there. And then you have this beautiful purple chrome right there. Oh man. And then you have this light colored white. The I bet that white or it's actually kind of a light pink. I bet if you put that down and then you put the purple on top of it, it would be so pretty. Yep. So beautiful. You could even put that purple on top of that brown and get a different look to it. Yep. They are so gorgeous. Oh my gosh. Next one is Dream Sequins. Oh, this one. Okay, so personally, I probably wouldn't wear this copper, but it's got a pink shift in it. It's quite pretty, actually. Very pretty. But for me, I probably wouldn't wear that one. And this is more of an orangey peach color. Now, that one, believe it or not, when I mess up on my eyeshadow, I'm going to reach for a peach like this every time because it's going to correct everything that I just messed up on. And then I do like that color. That is the just the shimmer on there. Very pretty on that one. And then this one is called Jean Spirited. And we will find out. Woo. And then that has a copper in it. A deep copper brown. Oh my gosh, that's beautiful. Oh man, how many people wish that they Oh, that is so gorgeous. You know, sometimes I just want to just play and pretend like I don't have an undertone. So, this is pretty. That's a beautiful grayish blue. That's beautiful. And then just a plain white color on there to play with. Both of those. You can mix them and make them lighter. Very pretty. Last one of the three pans is cut to the lace. And that one, all these little things are going everywhere. So, it's got a pretty mauve in there. It's got like a shifting uh that doesn't have green in [clears throat] it, but it does have a shifting like red in it. And then just a plain beige in it. So, those are all Oh, that's more of a pinkish beige. Okay, that's pretty. Those are all really pretty. And then I'm not going to swatch all these because they're all mattes. So, that you know, this six pen one is tailored nudes. Beautiful. This is a little bit warmer than I would use, but it does have this color right here, which is a beautiful brown in there. Deepened brown. And that's a medium um kind of almost a neutral brown. A little bit warmer than I would wear. This is mauve mode on it right here. Beautiful. Now, this is to me this is cool tone except for this one might lean a little bit Nope, it doesn't. I was going to say it might lean a little bit warm, but it doesn't. It's very neutral on that one. So, these are all mattes. They're so pretty. And then the last one is under slated. So, these are going to be your slated color. Slate colors. Slated slate colors on there. Um, I would say that the only one you have in here is like this one right here that would maybe lean more on the lines of being warm, but so pretty on that. Okay, those are all gorgeous. Thank you, Morphe. Oh my gosh. Here's one that I was shocked. absolutely shocked that I got I couldn't believe it. I still can't believe it. Rare Beauty. I I'm so blown away that I actually got. I love Rare Beauty because even though they're sold in Sephora and it's a higherend brand, they really truly do try to keep their prices lower. This comes with a foundation, a beauty blender, a red blush, the brow laminate, which is kind of a softer brow laminate. It's not sticky and crusty. The mascara, which I absolutely love, and then a liquid lip. Now, I don't wear liquid lip, but I probably will try this one, just so you know. I was so excited about this, and I don't know if I'd ever use this like reddish color right here. Maybe I will, maybe I won't. I don't know. But I'm excited to continue to try this one. I did try this foundation one day. Was having a really bad day. It was on that last video when I was sharing all of my troubles as far as my back. I think that I messed up in the way that I did my skin care that day. Anyway, long story short, I'm going to keep trying this because it feels like a really longwearing one, but we'll see how it does on mature skin. So, thank you Rare Beauty for that. I was so thankful. Also, I absolutely love Ellis Brooklyn. It's one of my favorite companies for perfumes anyway. And this guava granita right here, I already purchased my own, the biggest one I could. I love this fragrance. It is the quintessential smell like margaritas pani coladas on the beach. This is absolutely beautiful. I spray it in my hair every single time I wash my hair. This is going to be sprayed in my hair. I love it. Now we have the dry shampoo from AMA or AMA, whichever you want to say. It's just so much fun. I could not believe they sent me this. I am so grateful to them. And if you want the perfect summer fragrance, you have to try this. It is so good. It is one of the best fragrances ever. Ravi Beauty is a company that continues to send me things and obviously I was in their campaign for when they released her dream cream which is phenomenal. So good, full of nano peptides and just all kinds of good ingredients and especially lays so pretty underneath makeup. But she also sent me her blush collection which I love. But they just released a couple of new ones which I got one of them and this is called Heaven. This is the most beautiful baked blush. Um, it is it's just a gorgeous blush on anybody, but and they have so many colors. They have I have four of their colors. But what I love about this pink one is it's hard to get a light enough blush on a very light person. And this could also be used as a brightening powder. I thought it would be really pretty actually as a brightening powder. So, if you just took it and you kind of went up underneath your eyes a little bit, not too much, just a tiny bit, but I think it would be a beautiful brightening accent to anybody's complexion. So, yeah, these are phenomenal. Very high quality. Love Robbie Beauty, not only because they are my fellow Utons, but also because they're just a great company and they are just full of love and kindness as a couple. If you knew if you knew these two, you would support everything they did because they're just that great. So, thank you, Ravi Beauty. You are phenomenal. Equal came out with their new lip balms. They were generous enough to send me this and it's a plumping lip balm with a sunscreen in it, which I think is huge. I think we don't think about our lips that much, but you know when my mother used to go out in the sun and she used to sunbathe and my mean my mother baked. She did 1 hour on each side of her. That's how much my mother baked. But this she would get but she would get terrible cold sores. Um and yeah, that's part of the reason. But this protects our lips and not just our face. You know, we do put some sunscreen. I do anyway put sunscreen all over my lips when I do it. But this is going to help you to keep applying sunscreen for your lips throughout the day. And it is a nice plumper, kind of like a cooling effect, not really irritating or anything like that. So, this is a good one. Freck Beauty, I don't know if you know that company or not, but they're the ones that came out with to put freckles on your face. I don't want freckles. I'm 58. I had freckles so bad when I was a kid. So, they do have other products though that I'm learning about. The face hack, that one is their setting spray. And then they have rich glitch with a B. Um, it is their primer. I have tried their primer. I do like it. It's kind of a sticky, not sticky, grippy primer. And it is not super filling of pores. And that's kind of what I look for when I'm looking for a primer. But I did like the way that it gripped my makeup, my foundation. Now, the spray itself, I'm this the jury is still out. That kind of spits. It's got too much of a spritz. So, I like the product. It sets well, but it's just got too much coming out at once. So, spray onto a sponge, spray onto a brush, and then, you know, pat your face with it a little bit. So, thank you to Fresh Beauty and like the product. Just wish that this was a little reformulated. And then, Ilia, I was really surprised at this. This is a really great skin tint. Let me just tell you, it's super serum skin tint with an SPF of 40. And what I am surprised about this is that how pigmented it is for a tint. Normally when we get tints that they don't give you any coverage or anything. This one will give you some coverage. I'm actually covering up some dark spots right there on my hand. I do like this very much. I think it's going to give you some evening out of tone. Not a lot of coverage, but you definitely are able to get that SPF, which is very, very important. And then you get the skin loving ingredients. So, I'm going to report back to you on all of these and let you know. Lastly is something I have to crack up about. This is from L'Oreal. Elnet. Do you remember this? This is what they used as professionals for everybody's hair when you were at the salon. Elnet was the thing. And it's still a great hairspray. It's actually unscented and it's extra strong hold. But I do have it right now. It's holding up pretty good because it's really humid here and my curls fall out really easy. But as I spray it on my hair, I don't get a super crunchy feeling like Aquinet or anything. So, I had to kind of laugh when I saw it. I was like, what a throwback. It has that same scent that it always did. But, it's really quite a good product. So, I'm excited to continue to use this one as well. That's it.
